Wideband CDMA is one of the radio access technologies for the third generation in which voice is the basic service. There has been lot of research work in order to find out the suitable transmission scheme to meet the requirement of accommodating variable type of services in Wideband-CDMA. This paper studies the behavior of different services using different transmission schemes in Wideband CDU and compares their performance in terms of BER. Different transmission schemes are found to be suitable for different services. Transmission schemes used are- fixed processing gain scheme also called as variable bandwidth scheme, single code transmission and multicode transmission. It is found that fixed processing gain scheme is suitable fur high data rates. Single code transmission is suitable fer low data rates where as multicode transmission is suitable for low and medium data rates.

라즈베리파이와 같은 경량 시스템이 보급되면서, 기존의 서버 중심의 분석 기법에서 경량 시스템에서 경량/순간 분석을 하고, 누적/중량 분석은 서버에서 수행할수 있는 계층적 협업 분석에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 이를 통해 IoT Thing을 논리적으로 묶어서 Cloud of Things과 같이 센서 데이터 수집/처리를 용이하게 하기 위해 구현된 계층적 협업 분석 SW에 대한 시험 검증 사례에 대한 연구 내용을 담고 있다.

In this paper, we design optical receiver composed of CDR(clock and data recovery), SA(sense amp), TIA(transimpe dence amplifier), and decision circuit. The optical receiver can be classified to two main block, one is Deserializer composed of CDR and SA, another is PD receiver composed of preamplifier(샴), peak detector, etc. In this paper, we propose CDR using delayed data topology that could improve defects of existing CDR. The optical receiver that is proposed in this paper has the role of translation a 1.25 Gb/s optical signal to $10{\times}125 Mb/s$ array electric signals. This optical receiver is verified by simulator(hspice) using 0.35 um CMOS technology.

This paper tries to measure the spill-over effect of the production and investment of telecommunication service industry (hereafter telecommunication industry), using the most recent data of 2003 input-output tables. The results are summarized as follows. First, the industries which have the biggest spill-over effect from the production of telecommunication industry is miscellaneous business service (including the sale commission of telecommunication service), other engineering services (including royalty), and business consumption. Second, the production of telecommunication industry induces more value-added, and less production, less import, and less employment than related industries such as radio and television equipment, communications and broadcasting equipment, and computer and peripheral equipment. Third, while the investment of telecommunication service amounts to 15% of its production, the effect of the investment on production, value-added, consumption, and employment reaches 70% of that of its production. The policy implication of this paper is that the telecommunication industry contributes to overall economy mainly through its investment.

Recently, mobile wireless data traffic has been dramatically increased due to not only the popularization of digital convergence devices including smart phone, Net-book, and Tablet PC, but also the vitalization of wireless Internet related eco-systems such as AppStore. In addition, it is expected that a tremendous increase in mobile data is caused by the release of unlimited mobile data plans (flat-fee). In order to deal with such mobile data traffic explosion, it is necessary that network operators should make efforts to offload wireless data traffic. This paper reviews the condition of mobile wireless data traffic in domestic and international telecommunication industry and looks for various action plans to overcome the difficulty of network operators.

Domestic telecommunication companies have increased in marketing expenditures and capital investments in their plants and equipments. Their expectation for their investment sometimes results in the shrinking of their ARPUs(average revenues per user) as well as decreasing of net profits. Those financial efforts have not always been positive relation with their ARPUs. Since western and european telecommunication industry recently have similar situation with our market where their mobile and network users have been saturated so that no more increased users are estimated. Therefore, this paper aims for first to explore methods maximizing the investments efficiency for the telecommunication company so that we choose bechmarked telecommmunication companies to explore their investment managing situation with resepct to their marketing and capital expenditure. Secondly this paper tried to suggest several public policy guidelines for domestic telecommunication industry. Total seventeen foreign telecommunication companies were selected and data set through official IR as well as AR were chosen. Curvilinear logarithmic regression analysis were tested to obtain elasticities as well as marginal effects. As a result, overspending on the marketing investment showed more negative indicators to their revenues, on the other hand, more investment in the Capex such as network infrastructures and other service facilities were more likely related to positive revenues.

As the wireless mobile telecommunication system has been developed with astonishment, its offering service has also widely been expanded including various data service. Currently, the wireless mobile telecommunication network presents voice service that covers for the most part of the whole service areas. For this reason, the availability of the switching capacity in the mobile switching center(MSC) is manipulated by the required volume of voice service. However, considering the increase of data service, it is desirable for the current switching method to be modified for more efficiency. In this Paper, we analyze the data traffic caused by providing data service in the wireless mobile telecommunication network. For this, we are firstly going to review the result of the analysis in the feature of the data traffic. Secondly, based on the review, we are also going to perform analyzing the other feature of the data traffic normally generated in the wireless mobile telecommunication network. We expect that this paper would be utilized as an elementary source for the feature of the SMS data .traffic and it will be an honour for ourselves to work on it.

Recently, loosely-coupled systems are widely used for distributed computing environment. We develop a web GIS server who conforms to the international standards developed by the Open GIS Consortium (OGC), such as web feature service (WFS) implementation specification, Geography Markup Language (GML) implementation specification, and the simple features specification for OLE/COM. The web GIS server provides interoperable access of spatial data among data formats in the distributed environment.

본 연구의 목적은 이동통신서비스 환경에서 서비스 사용자가 인지한 품질과 서비스 사용을 통한 만족 등의 요소가 사업자와의 상호 작용을 통해 획득한 정보 공유태도, 정보공유의도에 미치는 영향을 설명하는데 있다. 이는 현재 정부의 통신서비스 품질 정책 수립을 위해 베타터스터 및 측정 장비를 활용하여 측정하고 그 결과를 분석하는 방식에서, 국민이 품질측정시스템에 직접 접속하여 측정한 품질측정 정보에 대한 만족, 정보 공유의사확인을 통해 어떤 소비자가 공유의사가 높은지, 통계적 타당성 확보를 통한 정책적 아이디어를 제공하고자 하였다. 이동통신서비스 이용자를 대상으로 실증분석결과, 이동통신서비스의 데이터 품질은 음성품질보다 만족에 큰 영향을 끼쳤으며, 품질요소와 만족, 정보공유태도와 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼침을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 실증적 연구결과를 바탕으로 국민의 품질측정데이터 공유의도 확인을 통해 크라우드 소싱을 활용한 정책사례로 추진 가능한 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine whether there are relationships of substitutability or complementarity between the call demand of fixed telecommunication and mobile telecommunication services. In order to clarify the relationships, we suggest a model of call demand of fixed telecommunication service which incorporates the variables representing the diffusion of mobile telecommunications subscription and estimate it with relevant time series data. Finally it is shown that there is complementary relationship between the call demand of fixed telecommunication and mobile paging services, and it is also found that there is substitutable relationship between the long distance call demand of fixed telecommunication and mobile phone services.
