  • 본 논문은 3 차원 이미징 기술과 컴퓨터 그래픽스 기반의 시뮬레이션 분야에서 매우 성공적인 두 기술의 융합을 기반으로 진행한 연구를 제안한다. 먼저 3 차원 디스플레이 시스템에 재생할 집적 영상 이미지를 생성하는 방법에 대해 설명한다. 이는 3 차원 포인트 클라우드에서 가상 핀홀 배열로 입사각을 역투영하는 계산방식을 통해 해당 이미지를 생성한다. 우리는 재생되는 3 차원 영상의 초점면을 자유롭게 선택하는 방법에 대해서도 설명한다. 또한, 복수의 관찰자에게 동시에 다양한 시점 정보를 기반으로 몰입감 넘치는 3 차원 영상을 제공하는 3 차원 디스플레이 시스템을 소개하고, 다양한 실험결과를 기반으로 결론을 제시한다.

Furthermore, the study delves into the ethical and legal issues surrounding the use of autonomous drone swarms, underscoring the necessity for international norms and regulations. The findings of this research contribute to the understanding of the transformative impact of drone swarms on military strategy and national security, while providing valuable insights for policymakers, military strategists, and researchers in the field.

원자력 시설 주변 환경 감시를 위한 토양 중 우라늄 동위원소 신속 분석법 확립 (Establishing of a rapid analytical method on uranium isotopic ratios for the environmental monitoring around nuclear facilities)

  • The uranium isotopic ratio in environmental samples around nuclear facilities is important because it reveals information regarding illegal activities or anthropogenic pollution. Determination of uranium isotopes, however, is a challenging task requiring much labor and time because of the complex separation procedures and lengthy process. In this study, a rapid determination method for uranium isotopes in environmental samples was developed using. The sample was completely decomposed using the alkali fusion method. The separation procedure using extraction chromatography (UTEVA) was simplified in a single step without any further removal process for Si and major matrix elements. The established method can be completed within 3 h from sample dissolution to ICP-MS measurement. Most matrix elements and uranium isotopes in the soil samples were well separated and purified. Five types of were used to assess the method's accuracy and precision for a rapid uranium analysis method. The analytical accuracy for all CRM samples ranged from 95.1 % to 97.8 %, and the relative standard deviation was below 3.9 %. From the analytical results, one may draw conclusions that the evaluated method for uranium isotopes using alkali-fusion, the extraction chromatography process, and ICP-MS measurements is fast and fairly reliable owing to its recovering efficiencies. Thus, it is expected that the evaluated method can contribute to the improvement of environmental monitoring ability.

고온 고분자 연료전지용 인산 도핑 폴리(2,5-벤지이미다졸) 막의 제조 및 특성 (Synthesis and Characterization of Phosphoric Acid-doped Poly (2,5-benzimidazole) Membrane for High Temperature Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells)

  • Phosphoric acid-doped poly (2,5-benzimidazole) (DABPBI) was prepared by condensation polymerization of 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid for high temperature proton electrolyte membrane fuel cells. The membranes were casted directly using a hot-press unit and characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, conductivity measurement, scanning electron microscopy and tensile test. The proton conductivities of DABPBI are observed to be 0.062 and 0.018 $S{\cdot}cm^{-1}$ under 30 and 1% relative humidity, respectively at a temperature of $120^{\circ}C$ which is appreciably higher than that of Nafion 115 under similar conditions. The DABPBI membrane has demonstrated excellent thermo- mechanical properties and proton conductivity suggesting its suitability as a high temperature membrane.

Study of Cresol-Novolac Epoxy Systems on Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coatings for Pipeline Protection

  • Fusion Bonded Epoxy(FBE) systems have been widely used to protect pipelines for over 30 years. Numerous attempts have so far been made to improve the properties of FBE coatings such as chemical resistance, adhesion, water resistance, cathodic disbondment resistance, impact resistance, and flexibility to protect pipelines at a wet and a high temperature condition. But these attempts have not been successful in reducing some weakness, for instance, in pipeline operating at high temperature due to poor hot water resistance and cathodic protection. The purpose here is to build a basis for getting better corrosion resistance of FBE systems. Cresol-novolac epoxy coating systems were studied compared to bisphenol A type epoxy systems. After the immersion of the film in water at a high temperature for a long period, good adhesion to metal substrate and excellent cathodic disbond resistance were observed in the cresol-novolac epoxy resin systems. It is well known that the adhesion of organic coatings to metal substrate might be decreased due to the disruption of a chemical bond across the film and metal interface induced by water molecules. A high crosslinking density might decrease water permeability and improve cathodic disbonding protection in the coatings. Other factors are studied to understand anti-corrosion mechanism of Cresol-novolac epoxy coatings. In addition, the water absorption rate and the effect of cure temperature on the adhesion and cathodic disbonding resistance ofthe films were studied in different epoxy coatings and the effect of substrate was evaluated. The results of field application are proved that the Cresol-novolac epoxy coating system developed recently is one of the most suitable coatings for protection of pipelines.

Display of Proteins on the Surface of Escherichia coli by C-Terminal Deletion Fusion to the Salmonella typhimurium OmpC

  • A new system for displaying proteins on the surface of Escherichia coli was developed using the Salmonella typhimurium outer membrane protein C (OmpC) as an anchoring motif. The C-terminal deletionfusion strategy was developed to fuse the polyhistidine peptides and green fluorescent protein (GFP) to the Cterminal of the truncated functional portion of OmpC. The polyhistidine peptides of up to 243 amino acids could besuccessfully displayed on the E. coli cell surface, which allowed recombinant E. coli to adsorb up to 34.2 μmol of Cd2+ per gram dry cell weight. The GFP could also be successfully displayed on the E. coli cell surface. These results suggest that the C-terminal deletion-fusion strategy employing the S. typhimurium OmpC as an anchoring motif provides a new efficient way for the display of large proteins on the surface of E. coli.

인지질분해효소D에 의해 유도된 소낭 융합에 대한 상 비대칭의 영향 (Phase Asymmetry Effect on Vesicle Fusion Induced by Phospholipase D)

  • 구형인지질이중층인 소낭이 이중에멀젼기법에 의해서 제조되었다. 소낭의 바깥층에서 인지질분해효소D에 의해 촉진되는 Phosphatidylcholine의 Phosphatidic-acid 전환은 소낭의 곡률반경을 변화시키고 궁극적으로는 소낭들의 융합을 유도한다. 인지질층의 물성이 융합에 끼치는 영향을 형광세기변화의 측정으로 규명하였다. 측정 전에, 형광세기에 대한 융합의 등급화를 수행하였다. 8-Aminonaphthalene-1,3,6-trisulfonic acid disodium salt(ANTS)와 p-Xylene-bis(N-pyridinium bromide)(DPX)이 각각 캡슐화된 소낭들을 1:1로 섞은 조건의 형광세기를 0% 융합으로 설정하였으며, ANTS와 DPX가 섞인 채로 캡슐화된 소낭의 형광세기를 100% 융합으로 설정하였다. 형광물질의 누출을 고려하여 별도의 실험에서 누출에 의한 형광세기 변화를 측정하였다. 인지질분해효소D에 의해 유도된 소낭들의 거동을 관찰한 결과, 안층이 액상인 조건에서만 융합이 일어났다. 그러나, 융합은 바깥층의 상에 의해서는 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 바깥층의 상은 누출에 영향을 주었으며, 이 결과는 층의 밀도와 측면확산에 기인한 것으로 이해된다.

다검출기 유도결합 플라즈마 질량분석기를 이용한 대형 규조류 규소 동위원소 분석법 (Silicon Isotope Measurement of Giant Diatoms Using MC-ICP-MS)

  • 규소(Si)는 지각의 구성 원소 중 두 번째로 흔히 존재하는 원소로, 3개의 안정동위원소, 28Si (92.23%), 29Si(4.67%), 30Si (3.10%)를 가진다. 규소 동위원소는 규소의 생지화학적 순환에 대한 지시자로 고환경 및 고기후 복원을 위해 전 세계에서 널리 연구되고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 아직까지 생물 기원 규소에 대한 규소 동위원소 연구가 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 대형 규조류 시료에 대한 규소 동위원소 분석을 위해 기존 보고된 알칼리 용융법을 정리하고 생물 기원 규소 분석에 가장 적합한 규소 분리법을 구축하고자 하였다. 해당 시료를 고온 알칼리 용융을 통해 완전 용해시킨 후 시료 내 규소를 AG® 50W-X8 양이온 교환수지를 이용하여 효과적으로 분리하였다. 분리된 시료에 대한 신뢰성 검증을 위하여 Si 동위원소 표준물질(NBS-28) 및 USGS 암석 표준시료(AGV-2, GSP-2, BHVO-2)에 대한 분석을 함께 실시하였으며, 분석된 시료 모두 기존 연구결과와 오차범위 내에서 일치하는 값을 나타내었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 규소 동위원소 분석법은 향후 국내의 지구과학 및 관련 연구 발전에 많은 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.
