Under the context of the recent curriculum reform in Mongolia emphasizing technology integration in schools, the main purpose of this study was to examine external and internal factors that influence teachers' use of technology. This study aimed to investigate structural relationships between school support, technology use, and TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) among Mongolian secondary school teachers. This study was conducted with 208 secondary school teachers in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Data were collected through an instrument that measures three factors: teachers' use of technology, TPACK, and school support. The results indicate that TPACK has a partial mediation effect on the relationship between school support and the use of technology. The contribution of this study lies that it examines the complex relationships between internal and external factors affecting teachers' technology integration, especially among Mongolian teachers who are less researched in the existing literature.

This research aims to shed light on the technology adoption process and its drivers in the Vietnamese educational system. Research data was collected with an online questionnaire from more than 600 teachers in primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, colleges, and universities in Vietnam in 2020. Based on a holistic literature review, we develop a model of two extrinsic factors (global needs and school-infrastructure), and two intrinsic factors (teachers' technological literacy and their beliefs), which are correlated with the teachers' technological adoption. We measure the dependent variable by asking the teachers' ability and their efficacy to implement technology in teaching according to a Likert scale. With the support of SPSS_22 and STATA_2015, we find that over 70% of changes in technology adoption are explained by the changes in four independent variables and three control variables related to age, gender, and teaching-level of the teachers. Furthermore, these independent variables are significantly and positively associated with two dependent variables. However, a significant difference in technology integration ability can be seen among teachers' gender, age, and school-level. Specifically, male teachers seem to adopt technology at schools than female teachers better, and university teachers have the lowest level of technology adoption compared to other school-level teachers.
This paper describes the experiences of three middle school teachers during the year following a two-week summer workshop in which they were introduced to a technology-enhanced problem-based learning (PBL) pedagogy. Based on their collaborative experiences during the school year, developing and implementing a PBL unit, the three teachers increased their confidence in using technology and indicated shifts in their pedagogical beliefs regarding classroom instruction. Results suggest that administrative support, collaboration with other teachers, and the development of a school culture that valued the sharing of teachers' experiences were keys to teachers' successful implementation.
In the 7th curriculum revision, Home Economics and Technology are combined into one subject, Practical Arts(Technology Home Economic), from 5th to 10th grades. The purpose of this study was to ewamine what perspectives home economics teachers and technology teachers have on curriculum. A questionnaire survey was carried out to the 297 middle school home economics teachers and technology teachers across the nation, to find out the differences of their perspectives on curriculum by independent variables. The findings of this study were as follows: 1) Both groups of home economics teachers and technology teachers supported interpretive, emancipators, and technical perspective on curriculum in the order named. 2) Teachers who have teaching experience of 21 years or more showed higher orientation toward technical perspective than those who have teaching experience of 10 years or less in assumptions on society, educational goal, Knowledge, and teaching-loaming method. 3) Public school teachers showed stronger orientation toward technical perspective in assumptions on teaching-learning method, and toward emancipatory perspective in assumptions on society. 4) Teachers who majored in or took charge of Technology generally had strong orientation toward technical perspective, whereas those who majored in or took charge of Home Economics oriented more toward interpretive or emancipatory than technical perspective.
This study aims to examine how technology integrated instruction change teachers' activities in schools since using technology in classrooms. A total of 311 elementary and secondary school teachers were participated in this study. Using exploratory factor analysis five factors were extracted. In addition, technology attitude in education and technology competence as psychological factors are analyzed to be influenced by the five extracted factors. The results of this study show that there are outstanding change since using technology in schools. Also changing of teachers' activities in schools is influenced by technology competence which reflects teachers' confidence on using technology rather than technology attitude in education which reflects teachers' recognition of the necessity of technology integrated instruction.

The purpose of this study is to examine middle school teachers' use of technology and problem-based learning (PBL) in their teaching practice. Factors related to teachers' use of technology and PBL are also investigated including: teachers' computer and Internet skills, feelings of preparedness to use the Internet, attitudes toward the use of web resources, pedagogical beliefs, science teaching efficacy, and the use of general teaching strategies. Twenty-seven middle school science, math, and technology teachers participated in the study. Research results describe the participants as slightly proficient in computer and Internet skills, positive toward use of web resources, and neutral on feelings of preparedness toward use of computer and the Internet. Participants also tended toward constructivist pedagogical beliefs and used various teaching strategies. They, however, reported low science teaching efficacy. Teachers' use of computers and the Internet correlated with pedagogical beliefs and feelings of preparedness toward the use of computers and the Internet. The study also found the relationships between the use of PBL and teachers' computer and internet skills, pedagogical beliefs, and the use of general teaching strategies. Also discussed are meaningful implications for teachers' professional development, especially for the programs designed to facilitate the use of web-enhanced PBL.
The purpose of this survey-based study was to investigate high school students' perceptions of mathematics teachers' implementation of Universal Design for Learning (UDL)-based practices and technology in their mathematics classes in 2017. A total of 303 high school students in South Korea participated in this online survey on teachers' use of technology for instructional practices, the frequency of technology tool use, and the meeting of UDL guidelines in mathematics instruction. According to frequency analysis, high school students generally perceived their teachers' mathematics teaching as somewhat positive in providing multiple means of representation, action and expression, and engagement. However, mathematics teachers' implementation of technology tools in their mathematics classes was generally limited. This study indicated significant and positive relationships between variables regarding the use of technology tools and teachers' efforts to follow the UDL guidelines. Applying the Chi-squared test, we further examined how each survey result differed according to high school students' academic achievements and grade levels.

The study deals with the problem of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in information environment. The role of reflection as a mechanism of formation of a modern teacher's self-consciousness was cleared up. The technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills was characterized and tested. The main stages of the technology were: a motivational and cognitive stage, a problematic and practical stage, and a reflective and operational stage. The substantiated pedagogical conditions of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were adhered. The criterial and evaluative characteristics of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were worked out: components (reflection of personal conformity, reflection of the psychological and pedagogical barriers, reflection of professional growth); criteria (criterion of consistency, criterion of difficulty, criterion of potential); indicators (cognitive-evaluative, value-motivational, activity-creative). The levels of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills (insufficient level, acceptable level, and optimum level) were determined. The analysis of students' surveys showed the effectiveness and expediency of using the technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in the process of professional training.
With the recent advancement of technology, there has been an increase in professional development activities, including teachers using blogs to share practical knowledge and reflect on teaching and learning. This study was conducted to identify the contents of practical knowledge shared through the K-12 teachers' blogs. To achieve the research objective, 70,571 blog posts were collected from 329 blogs of K-12 teachers in Korean and analyzed using text mining techniques. The results of the study are as follows. First, practical knowledge sharing activities using teacher blogs have increased. Teachers posted a lot of blogs during the semester. Second, primary school teachers share various curriculum activities, reflections on project classes, class management, opinions related to education, and personal. Third, secondary school teachers share summaries and reviews of curriculum, materials related to college entrance exams, various instructional materials, opinions related to education, and personal experiences on their blogs. This study suggested that blogs are widely used as a venue for sharing practical knowledge of teachers, and that blogs can be a useful way to develop professionalism.
