The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of each of the two technology acceptance factors(employees' attitude toward smart factory technology, and ease of smart factory technology use) on the introduction level of each of the three smart factory technologies (manufacturing big data technology, automation technology, and supply chain integration technology), and in turn, the effect of each of the three smart factory technologies on manufacturing performance. This study employed PLS statistics software package to empirically validate a structural equation model with survey data from 100 domestic small-and medium-sized manufacturing firms (SMMFs). The analysis results revealed the followings. First, it is founded that employees' attitude toward smart factory technology influenced all of the three smart factory technology introduction levels in a positive manner. In particular, SMMFs of which employees had more favorable attitude toward smart factory technology tended to increase introduction levels of both automation technology and supply chain integration technology more than in the case of manufacturing big data technology. Second, ease of smart factory technology use also had a positive impact on each of the three smart factory technology introduction levels, respectively. A noteworthy finding is this : SMMFs which perceived smart factory technology as easier to use would like to elevate the introduction level of manufacturing big data technology more than in the cases of either automation technology or supply chain integration technology. Third, smart factory technologies such as automation technology and supply chain integration technology had affirmative impacts on manufacturing performance of SMMFs. These results shed some valuable insights on the introduction of smart factory technology : The success of smart factory heavily depends on organization-and people-related factors such as employees' attitude toward smart factory technology and employees' perceived ease of smart factory technology use.

A growing number of organizations are considering the adoption of new technologies to enhance their competitiveness. The new projects related with RFID technology are some typical examples: the companies planning to carry out those projects hope that the introduction of new technology into their organization would remedy all their current inefficiencies and eventually bring them considerable economic benefits. However, such successful results would not be obtained if the complicated problems related with S/W and H/W developments, complex team structure or the migration with barcode and etc. are not resolved satisfactorily during the project. In this paper, some potential barriers to successful introduction of new technology, especially that of RFID, are identified and classified into three categories according to the phases of introduction process, i.e., investigation, implementation and application phases. The results of a survey regarding the importance of each barrier, the respondents of which are active developers or consultants of RFID technology, are also given.

Since the manufacturing machines containing information processing capacity by development of ME technology are developed and distributed from the advanced nations, manufacturing automation with manufacturing method which keeps flexibility and productivity is supplied broadly. An introduction of manufacturing automation technology is necessary to solve difficult domestic industry environment due to international competitiveness weakness of products. The aim of this is to search for the successful factors of the manufacturing business which uses too much technology of manufacturing automation and to observe the difference of the successful factors which influence to introduction performance according to the introduction type of automation technology and the strategic type through the empirical analysis.

The production environment of fast and accurate news video has been continuously changing together with technology advance. Especially, the editing of the news video advanced focusing on the non-linear system by the introduction of digital technology and the recording of news video advanced to 'tapeless' base. In this new news video production environment, the recorded news videos are transmitted, edited and archived through the NPS (Network Production System), which dramatically improves the efficiency of the news video production. However, there are some issues which need to be resolved in the introduction of NPS. The purpose of this research is to identify the necessity of NPS introduction in the changing news video production environment, explore the issues which should be resolved and suggest the proper way to introduce the NPS to broadcasting companies.

ERP in the past, primarily centering on large enterprises and the introduction of competition in the global e-business, but along with the proliferation of small and medium-sized enterprises are now in earnest, or to take advantage of the introduction of the ERP plan. However, the introduction of the ERP cost and the effort required to develop, because many never previously introduced ERP expect that the introduction of cost and performance comparisons with the measurement is necessary. Until now, however, the introduction of a framework of analysis followed the introduction of ERP primarily to measure performance of a major improvement. This research, in addition to improving the performance of these tasks have been overlooked until now for the system's user satisfaction BSC (Balanced Scorecard) models and techniques using AHP-specific understanding of the Company (Group executives, middle managers groups, and user groups) Importance of priorities you want to analyze. In summary, the key findings of this study follows. First, ERP user satisfaction measurement for the balanced scorecard indicators in terms of the redevelopment. Second, the information system user satisfaction to the user layer (Layer 3), grouped by the measure. Thirdly, the user satisfaction of the important topics for attention as quantified by measuring the hierarchy. This model is for satisfaction levels as quantitative of future users of the new system, information systems and the introduction of a new model of development based on the evaluation data will be able to take advantage of.

In order to maximize profitability by optimizing the entire supply chain process, enterprises have made efforts to apply IT technologies such as POS, MES, and TMS. In addition, academic societies have also made efforts to verify the effects of IT technology introduction through various researches. However, until now, there is almost no research that analyzes the relationship between the IoT, a new IT technology, and the SCM. To study the effect of IoT technology on SCM, this study conducted professional Delphi surveys for three times. Through this method, this study analyzed changes that will be caused by the IoT technology, the priority area in IoT introduction, and the expected difficulty in IoT introduction on SCM. As a result of the Delphi surveys and analyses, it was expected that when IoT technology is introduced, the level of SCM's IT use and partnership will increase. However, the effect of the increased performance of the supply chain, which includes inventory management and quality control, will become weaker. The reason is that the development of operation and management skills, as well as the improvement of IT technology, are also important elements for the performance improvement of the supply chain. As for the priority area in IoT introduction, it was expected that the effect will be greater when IoT is introduced in customer service, transportation, and delivery areas. As difficulties in IoT technology introduction, such as the shortage of IoT platform development personnel, standardization, integration with the existing system, securing professional manpower, expenses, data management, and operation, were derived, it has thus become necessary for us to exert greater efforts in order to come up with solutions.

In a rapidly changing technology environment, managing and rearranging the patent portfolios is one of the main sources of competitive advantage for firms. This study analyzes the effects of patent portfolio composition on new product introduction related to resource allocation. This study also looks at the moderating role of rearranging the patent portfolios on new product introduction. Our empirical analysis of the global pharmaceutical industry shows that firms with high-value patent portfolios exhibit a tendency to launch new products, and patent portfolio diversity shows a U-shaped relationship with new product introduction. In addition, the patent portfolio rearrangement positively moderates the relationship between patent portfolio diversity and new product introduction. The results are expected to provide implications for firms' patent portfolio composition and patent portfolio rearrangement related to innovation performance such as new product introduction.

ICT기술을 활용하여 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않고 근무하는 스마트워크는 2010년부터 시작된 '스마트워크 활성화 전략'을 바탕으로 많은 연구와 투자가 이루어져 왔음에도 도입 및 확산에 어려움이 있었다. 2019년 발병한 COVID-19의 환경은 스마트워크의 도입을 촉진하는 계기가 되었음에도 많은 기업이 다시 스마트워크를 종료하거나 축소하기에 이르렀다. 본 연구는 혁신저항모델을 기반으로 스마트워크 도입을 저항하는 요인에 대해 살펴보고 대안을 제시하고자 시작되었다. 본 연구 결과, 상대적 이점은 도입 저항과 도입 의도 모두에게 강한 영향을 나타냈다. 그러나 인지된 위험과 복잡성은 직접적으로 도입 의도에 부정적인 영향을 주지 않지만, 도입 저항을 매개하여 도입 의도에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 스마트워크의 실질적인 이점을 강조하고 부정적 태도를 감소한다면 도입 저항을 낮추고 도입 의도에 긍정적 영향을 줄 것을 확인하였다.
