  • 3D integration 기술 특히 W2W integration 기술은 전자산업의 디바이스 scaling 문제를 해결하고 고성능화 소형화 추세에 맞춘 가장 핵심적인 기술 방향이다. 그러나 W2W integration 기술은 현재 가격과 생산수율의 장애를 가지고 있고, 이를 해결하기 위해서 웨이퍼 매칭, 리던던시, 다이 면적 축소, 배선 층 수 축소와 같은 디자인 연구들이 진행되고 있다. W2W integration 기술이 대량생산으로 연결되기 위해서는 우선적으로 웨이퍼 본딩, 실리콘연삭, TSV 배선 공정의 최적화가 이루어져야 하겠지만, 가격을 포함한 생산수율을 높이기 위해서는 반드시 디자인 연구가 선행되어야 하겠다.

The Evaluation Model for Interior Design Organizational Technology Integration: The quality of the design aid and economic evidence and factors

  • Technological substitution is the process by which a radical technology replaces the dominant technology in an industry. The processes of diffusion and substitution have been modeled extensively (Technology & innovation, 2010). However, the formulation of classical quantitative models encompasses only part of the theoretical space. These models impose many simplified constraints to the achievement of analytical resolution. The interior design organization needs to establish a set of technical system requirements by describing the scope of the accessibility needs of the organization against current technology use. Because of complicated design resources and ongoing advances in design technologies, design systems face the challenge of prioritizing new technologies for supporting. The problem is small design organization administration often displays a lack of concern toward the evaluation of technology integration. In this paper, I will identify the influence of a design organization's technology, and predict how future technology will inform, support, and potentially hinder productivity, culture, and work satisfaction within a design organization in the industry. In addition, I will use current design organizational behavior and leadership models to support my predictions. Finally, I will examine a proven approach to assist designers with evaluating technology integration in interior design organization. The goal is to develop a high quality, professional development scorecards for the evaluation. I will conduct both the evaluation of technology integration and CRM performance evaluation is recommended to assess the effectiveness of technology integration. Therefore, the evaluation of integration technologies oriented design hold the promise of solving the organization application integration challenge. The evaluation of integration technology is a significant pattern for processing such a vision. The careful selection of an integration technology for this purpose is crucial in contributing toward the success of such an interior design organization endeavor.

  • In the midst of dynamic industrial changes, companies need data analysis considering the effects of integration of various technologies in order to establish innovative R & D strategies. However, the existing technology forecasting model evaluates individual technologies without considering relationship among them. To improve this problem, this study suggests a new methodology reflecting the integration of technologies. In the study, a technology forecasting indicator was developed using the technology integration index based on social network analysis. In order to verify the validity of the proposed methodology, 'drone task performance technology' based on patent data was applied to the research model. This study aimed to establish a theoretical basis to design a research model that reflects the degree of integration of technologies when conducting technology forecasting research. In addition, this study is meaningful in that it quantitatively verified the proposed methodology using actual patent data.

  • [ $0.75delta\%$ ]의 평판광회로(PLC;Planar Lightwave Circuit)소자의 설계 및 제작기술을 가지고 저손실과 높은 누화율을 가진 파장 다중화 및 역다중화 소자를 개발하였다. C-band AWG(Arrayed Waveguide Grating)에서의 삽입손실은 2.503이하, 누화율은 35dB이상, 균일도는 1dB이하이며 L-band에서는 Vernier 디자인을 적용하여 ITU-T의 파장 정확도가 0.04nm이하가 되도록 제작하였다.

드론 및 MMS를 활용한 건설현장 점군 데이터 통합 기술 개발 (Development of Pointcloud Data Integration Technology in Construction Sites via Drone Photogrammetry and MMS LiDAR)

  • This study presents the development of pointcloud data integration technology in construction sites via drone photogrammetry and MMS LiDAR. The integration of pointcloud data from drones and MMS technology can provide precise and accurate 3D digital maps of construction sites, which can benefit the development of smart construction and BIM. The advantages of using both drones and MMS technology for pointcloud data acquisition in construction sites are discussed, along with the limitations and challenges of using drone photogrammetry and MMS LiDAR for pointcloud data integration. The results of this study can contribute to the advancement of pointcloud data integration technology in construction sites and improve the efficiency and accuracy of construction projects.

The Changes of Self-efficacy Beliefs of Pre-service Teachers for Technology Integration through Programming-based TPACK Educational Program

  • In this paper, we propose the effects of programming-based TPACK educational program on the pre-service teacher's self-efficacy beliefs for technology integration. For this study, pre-service teachers who received programming education and TPACK education based on ICT were set as control group and pre-service teachers who received programming-based TPACK education as experimental group. In order to observe the change, the pre-service teachers conducted the test tool to measure the self-efficacy beliefs for technology integration before and after applying the educational program. As a result of the study, only the pre-service teachers who received the programming-based TPACK education showed significant improvement in the self-efficacy beliefs for technology integration. Furthermore, in the post-test, the experimental group showed a significantly higher difference than the control group. Through this study, it was concluded that programming-based TPACK educational program is effective in enhancing pre-service teacher's self-efficacy beliefs for technology integration.

  • Business mergers are a direct result of rapid changes in the current corporate environment. They are occurring in many industries, including financial institutions. As information systems prove increasingly indispensable in the integration of companies’ business systems, information system integration is becoming increasingly necessary. However, in many cases such integration does not work well. Therefore, this paper proposes a new framework using both IS integration model and IS integration phases to analyze systems failure in IS integration.

Improved formulation for a structure-dependent integration method

  • Structure-dependent integration methods seem promising for structural dynamics applications since they can integrate unconditional stability and explicit formulation together, which can enable the integration methods to save many computational efforts when compared to an implicit method. A newly developed structure-dependent integration method can inherit such numerical properties. However, an unusual overshooting behavior might be experienced as it is used to compute a forced vibration response. The root cause of this inaccuracy is thoroughly explored herein. In addition, a scheme is proposed to modify this family method to overcome this unusual overshooting behavior. In fact, two improved formulations are proposed by adjusting the difference equations. As a result, it is verified that the two improved formulations of the integration methods can effectively overcome the difficulty arising from the inaccurate integration of the steady-state response of a high frequency mode.

  • 본 논문에서는 고속의 이더넷 네트워크 기술을 이용한 하드웨어 통합 기술과 RT 미들웨어를 이용한 소프트웨어 통합 기술을 적용한 친환경 스마트 가전 기기들을 효과적으로 통합하고 운용하는 기술 방법에 대하여 제시한다. 또한 고속 이더넷을 이용한 분산 하드웨어 장치들의 통합 및 RT 미들웨어 기술을 이용한 소프트웨어 통합 기술을 기술하고, 고속 이더넷 기술과 RT 미들웨어 기술을 적용한 친환경 스마트 홈 가전기기의 통합 관리 시스템을 구현한다.

중학교 수학교사의 테크놀로지 통합 자기효능감에 관한 연구 (On secondary mathematics teachers' technology integration self-efficacy)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the secondary mathematics teachers' technology integration self-efficacy with respect to geometry classes which they had experienced during last 1 year, 2015. For this study, we developed and validated the questionnaires based on TPACK framework in secondary geometry context. The questionnaires contained 28 items examining the secondary mathematics teachers' TPACK. We conducted the item analysis with 28 items and then the exploring factor analysis. As a result, 28 items was categorized into 5 constructs, TPCK, TCK, TK, PCK, PK, different from Mishra and Koehler's categorization. We analyzed the secondary mathematics teachers' technology integration self-efficacy with respect to geometry classes based on 5 TPACK constructs. The results indicated that there were no significant differences in technology integration self-efficacy according to gender. But technology integration self-efficacy according to the years of teaching experience differed significantly. The more years of teaching experiences teachers have, the lower level of TPCK and TK they have and the more years of teaching experiences teachers have, the higher level of PCK they have. The results also showed that there ware significant difference in TPCK according to the existence and non-existence of taking the technology courses during the time at university. Furthermore, we provide the implication for the professional preparation program for the mathematics teachers in middle schools.
