위치기반서비스는 넓은 지역을 커버하기 위해 인공위성이나 이동통신기지국을 이용하는 GPS와 건물 내부나 공원과 같이 한정된 공간(근거리)에서 Zigbee, RFID, CSS(Chirp Spread Spectrum), UWB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 장비 등을 이용하는 RTLS(Real Time Location System)로 나눌 수 있으며, 유선과 무선 인프라의 발전과 측위 기술의 고도화, 인터넷의 발전, 콘텐츠의 다양화 등을 통하여 기술적 발전을 거듭하고 있으며 향후 공통 핵심 기술 요소인 측위 기술, 콘텐츠 기술, 인터넷 및 이동통신기술 등을 중심으로 발전할 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 LBS의 발전방향에 대한 신기술과 표준화 기술을 조사 분석하여 관련 업계에 기여할 방향을 찾고자 한다.

Recently, the postal service encounters the various changes in the overall mail environment including the reduction of letter volume, keen competition of the private parcel service and EMS, diversification of customers' demand and etc. In this environment, Korea Post is considering new concept of postal service in order to provide the mail service based on informatization and automation to a client and secures the predominance in competition. We analyze the current environment of postal service for applying the gCRM (Geographic Customer Relationship Management). We propose some possible application fields and present an efficient phased application plan for each field.

This paper posits that arm's length buyer-supplier relationship as the intermediate type between market exchange relations and strategic partnership might be advisable, and information technology may have a role as a mechanism actualizing the effects of such arm's length relationship by strategic supply-line diversification. Based on the theoretical analysis on interactive feedback relationships among IT level, buyer-supplier relationships, and supply chain structure, we suggest a set of advisable buyer-supplier relationship type for efficient supply chain management. Also, doing so would be helpful in suggesting a dynamic IT investment and adoption model appropriate for the establishment of productive buyer-supplier relationship, and further in providing theoretical foundations and practical guidelines on the role and function of B-to-B E-commerce for efficient SC integration.

The rapid development and diversification of technology require that firms should adjust and cope with a high degree of uncertainty. An alternative to these strategic responses is the recent increase in the number of R&D or technological collaborations among firms. There have been continuous researches into the causes and effects of these collaborative relationships, but there is a lack of research that examines the risks involved in the process of collaboration. The researches into essential prerequisites for a successful technological collaboration have remained at the superficial level despite the surge in demand of R&D collaboration. Therefore, this study proposes positive & negative factors affecting the R&D collaboration process and selection point. In addition, a further step in analysis is taken by integrating both the positive & negative factors. This study emphasizes the importance of inter-trust in activating the process factors within the success factors and reducing the possibility of risk factors.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide basic data that can help the development and implementation of effective and satisfactory programs. Methods: This study was used for the analysis of 699 dental technicians attending the general conference of Korean dental technicians in 2017. Statistical analysis, t-test and ANOVA were used for the analysis. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0. Results: Satisfaction with the number of lectures in continuing education was 2.54, and satisfaction with composition of major field was 2.72. Satisfaction with the content of the lecture was 3.04. The instructor level was 2.91, and the overall satisfaction was 2.92. Satisfaction with continuing education was 2.83. Conclusion : In order to increase the satisfaction of dental technicians, we expect to have various practical and systematic education such as diversification of education methods, quality level management, online continuing education.

The fins of a missile which is folded within a canister are deployed according to a command during the missile flight. The aerodynamic load generated by operating environments such as missile flight speed, platform movement speed and wind acts as an anti-deploying force and prevents the fins from deploying. As the diversification of platforms and the higher speed of missiles need a larger deploying force but the space for operating the fin deploying device is getting narrower, the new design concepts are required for developing such a device. In this study, a pneumatic device for deploying missile fins is designed and its characteristics are verified through experiments and analyses.

The swivel joint is an important part in hydraulic machine. The analysis on the material was made using the EDAX method to localize the swivel joint. Also, the modeling and design drawing were finalized with application of 3 dimensional measurement and structure analysis. The prototype product based on design drawing was made with cutting and grinding process. No abnormalities were found in the prototype product through the durability test and measurement. The localized swivel joint with light weight, price reduction and diversification was developed in this study.

Through diversification of 4th industries and transportation and globalization, tourism was developed for medical purposes, not limited to touring tourist attractions. The trend of medical tourism in Korea is shifting from large and medium-sized hospitals to professional medical services in one area of small hospitals rather than professional medical services. However, small hospitals lack medical coordinators and interpretation services, and tourists who visit Korea for treatment lack information on small hospitals. Therefore, a platform is needed to match small hospitals with medical tourists. In this study, using Platform as a Service (Paas) in cloud computing, clinic administrators can access the app to introduce information about their hospitals with simple manipulations. Tourists also want to propose a customized platform to select the right area for them to check information about small-scale hospitals and choose the treatment and tourist attractions they wants. The purpose of constructing university information system is for improvement in diversification and throughput of information, streamlines business processes, rapid exchange of information, sharing of information, decision-making information, and securing educational facilities. Similar to business information technology system, university information system does not have a review system for sharing and overlapping investment of information. Due to the lack of project management for outsourcing and vulnerability of system suitability, system audit is absolutely needed for the university information system. This paper especially focuses on an operational phase in the audit of university information system. Additionally, we proposed operating model and checklists of the university information system based on Management Guidelines of ITIL V3 Operational and Information System. We derived the checklists of operation audit by each domain of service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation, and continual service improvement. As the result, this study appear to have more than average satisfaction the suitability results were.

The Han Dynasty was the great unification dynasty in history after the Qin Dynasty. Since the Han Dynasty inherited the Qin system, the seal script of the Han Dynasty developed continuously based on inheriting the Qin Small Seal Script. With the progress of social productivity, the Official Script gradually replaced the Seal Script in the Han Dynasty, but the Seal Script did not disappear completely; instead, a special line of development arose under the influence of the Official Script. Through the study of seal script of Han Dynasty inscriptions, this paper understands that the practical function of seal script of inscriptions has been weakening under the influence of clerical script, but the aesthetic value has been increasing day by day. Moreover, there were new artistic innovations in the context of the development of the diversification of inscriptional forms, and its emphasis on social role, cultural status, and the presentation of an aesthetic style that had a profound impact on later generations are worth studying.
