Structural Study of Tetragonal-Ni1-xPdxSi/Si (001) Using Density Functional Theory (DFT) (Density Functional Theory (DFT)를 이용한 Tetragonal-Ni1-xPdxSi/Si (001)의 구조 연구)

  • Tetragonal-$Ni_{1-x}Pd_x$Si/Si (001) structure was studied by using density functional theory (DFT). An epitaxial interface between $2{\times}2{\times}4$ (001) tetragonal-NiSi supercell and $1{\times}1{\times}2$ (001) Si supercell was first constructed by adjusting the lattice parameters of B2-NiSi structure to match those of the Si structure. We chose Ni atoms as a terminating layer of the B2-NiSi; the equilibrium gap between the tetragonal-NiSi and Si was calculated to be 1.1 ${\AA}$. The Ni atoms in the structure moved away from the original positions along the z-direction in a systematic way during the energy minimization. Two different Ni sites were identified at the interface and the bulk, respectively. The two Ni sites at the interface have 6 and 7 coordination numbers. The Ni sites with coordination number 6 at the interface were located farther away from the interface, and were more favorable for Pd substitution.

  • In molds management systems using radio frequency identification (RFID), in the case where the RFID tag is lost, the RFID technology cannot be utilized to identify the location of the logistics. In order to solve this problem, a multi-sensor-based mold management system using RFID and infrared sensors is proposed in this paper. The proposed system uses RFID to identify the location of the mold and, by installing infrared sensors on the mold racks, the manager can identify the presence and location of the mold by reaffirming whether the mold exists in that location or not.

  • Recently, utilizing the supply chain among companies, major companies support their sub-vendors to establish an environmental management system and transfer the clean production technology(know-how) to them for strengthening of environmental competitiveness. Thus, Green Supply Chain Management(GSCM) became a key successful factor for companies to be environmentally sustainable. This research endeavors to identify the relationship among the inside and outside GSCM implementation activities of Korean manufacturing companies and their financial, operational and environmental performances. Based on a the review of previous research findings, twenty one hypotheses are developed and examined. Total 251 valid responses from 1,634 survey responses are identified and the structural equation models(SEM) are developed and analysed for examining our hypotheses. The result shows that inside GSCM has a positive effect on outside GSCM. Also, it reveals that companies' performances are more positively affected by inside GSCM than by outside GSCM.

Analysis of Learning Effect through the Development and Application of Virtual Reality(VR) Education Content for Radiology Students (방사선과 학생을 위한 가상현실 교육콘텐츠 개발 및 적용을 통한 학습효과 분석)

  • This study developed radiation therapy contents based on virtual reality technology and applied them to radiation students. A survey was conducted to analyze the relationship between learning effects and learning satisfaction to students who used virtual reality education videos to analyze their learning performance. 71 students radiology department were classified into two groups one that experienced virtual reality and the other that did not experienced virtual reality. We surveyed between the two groups analyzed self-directed learning, self-learning efficacy and learning satisfaction. As a result, the comparison between the two groups showed no difference between self-directed learning and self-learning efficacy. But the learning satisfaction was significant from 2.64±0.83 to 3.20±0.88 in the problem solving process for groups applying virtual reality contents. Therefore, learning satisfaction has improved experienced group virtual reality content and the materials for virtual reality education can be applied more efficiently in non-face-to-face lectures.

  • Due to the government's announcement of the 2025 policy mandating coding education, there is a growing need for effective coding learning methods in elementary education. However, there are few methods available that can easily help younger students understand coding. While text-based coding and visual block coding methods exist, they have limitations. To address these issues, we propose a block coding learning platform that combines virtual reality (VR) technology with gamification elements. The traditional two dimensional (2D) block coding methods have some limitations, so this platform aims to overcome these by providing an environment where learners can intuitively understand and experience coding in a three dimensional (3D) virtual space. The primary goal is to enhance immersive, learner-centered experiences and improve creative problem-solving skills and computational thinking. This study proposes an experimental approach to demonstrate the effectiveness of a learning platform that combines VR technology with block coding. Furthermore, we expect that the VR-based platform will significantly contribute to improving the quality of education and promoting self-directed learning among students.

But, result that focus on city gas supply spread and stable supply for supply area and neglects about safety problem, hundreds casualties such as Ahyun explosion accident and Deagu city gas explosion accident were reached in situation that occurred large size calamity occurs it is dizzliness. In the case of advanced nation, can see that accomplish system and progress that in technology after experience major accident. Therefore, grasp problem investigating safety actual conditions for city gas institution and study about solvable plan is required this. Joint BLAST-STTC for MIMO-OFDM System

  • This study focuses on improving MIMO-OFDM systems by combining a wireless communication architecture known as vertical BLAST(bell laboratories layered space-time) or V-BLAST and STTC(space time trellis coding). In this paper, the combination is done by introducing STTC in each V-BLAST layer. Moreover, this architecture uses multiple antennas that are grouped into small number of antennas which makes it less complex to decode by decoding every group. Whereas, in traditional V-BLAST, all the antennas form one group and they are decoded together at the receiver, therefore, this increases the complexity as the number of antennas is getting high. We compare the bit error rate performance of this system with MIMO-OFDM that uses convolutional coding instead of STTC. Under the same spectral efficiency, the simulation results prove that joining V-BLAST with STTC improves MIMO-OFDM systems performance.

  • The 'Science and Technology Mania' award program is an annual nationwide award activity organized to provide teenagers with opportunities for engaging in a high-technology-based long-term project work. The task involves designing a model ship propelled by the Lorentz force (a Lorentz ship) that allows diverse approaches irreducible to one right answer, and thus adopts features of science and technology in-the-making, In this study, we attend to opportunities for learning science that the uncertain aspects of artifact-designing project provide with participants, particularly when students communicate with scientists about their design practices. We analyze oral presentation sessions of the program and articulate two findings. First, students articulate embodied knowing in the presence of scientists. Second, students enact discursive resources deployed in concrete action. We conclude that students' design practices constitute referent that communication is directed toward and therefore become resources for developing scientific discourse.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the direction of career education by analyzing the meaning of the 3rd Five-Year Basic Plan for Career Education (2023-2027). The meaning of the 3rd Five-Year Basic Plan for Career Education (2023-2027) is: First, the 1st Comprehensive Career Education Plan (2010-2013) and the 2nd Five-Year Basic Plan for Career Education (2016-2020) It is most meaningful that the achievements and limitations of the program were analyzed and reflected in the 3rd 5-year basic plan for career education (2023-2027). Second, the career education presented in the 2022 revised curriculum is faithfully reflected. Third, the range of career education has not only increased, but also has been expanded in depth. Based on this, the direction of career education is presented. First, career education needs to be carried out throughout life. Second, it is necessary to respond sensitively to rapid social environment changes. Third, career education needs to be conducted in an organic relationship between government agencies. Career education policies need to be established and implemented from a holistic perspective of various government agencies such as industry, labor, and education.

The effects on the parent's self-esteem and parenting stress according to the Childhood Education Center Satisfaction (유아교육기관 만족도에 따른 부모의 자아존중감과 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향 - 경상남도 OO시를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the parent's self-esteem and parenting stress in accordance with the Childhood Education Center satisfaction. The survey was conducted and the subjects of study were selected for Childhood education center Parent 700 people in the city, Gyeongsangnam-do OOcity from September 20, 2014 to October 10.Analysis methodology using the program AMOS 18.0 was carried out and verified at the significance level of 5% by performing frequency analysis, factor analysis and the multiple regression analysis. Results are as follows. First, the satisfaction for the children education institute did not have a direct effect on parenting stress of the parent. Second, the satisfaction for the children education institute not directly affected the parent parenting stress but self-esteem can be seen that has a significant effect on parenting stress. The higher the satisfaction for the children education institute and self-esteem of the parents, the lower Parenting Stress. The implications of this study are considered to be a material based onself-esteem and improve parenting stress of their parents.
