CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) is a service standard which specifies guidelines which are required for the fulfillment of a contract between a purchaser and a supplier. It was initiated as a military standard and is now becoming a commercial standard. In this paper, we propose how the guidelines, which were usually developed by Client/Server methods in previous works, can be implemented in WWW environments, and show a prototype which can be used for the confirmation of CAD drawings between contractors(purchaser and provider). We have a hope our study can provide a small foundation for the building of CITIS references.

본 논문에서는 최근에 제안된 Hybrid 방식의 모바일 멀티캐스트 프로토콜 중 MOM, MMA, RBMOM, 그리고 TBMOM 프로토콜에 대해서 여러 가지 관점에서 성능을 비교하여 각 프로토콜의 장단점을 분석함과 동시에, 이들 방식이 공통적으로 가지는 DMSP(Designated Multicast Service Provider) 핸드오프 문제에 대해서 Smooth DMSP 핸드오프방식을 제안한다.

Fiber optic facilities are increasingly being deployed in loop applications for both busines and residential areas. These facilities support a variety of communications services that include high speed data and video using leading technologies such as Synchronous Optical Network (SONET), Wavelength Division Multiplexing(WDM). This proliferation of fiber optic facilities combined with the increasing pressure on network operators to reduce costs are fostering increased automation to reduce labor costs associated with providing and maintaining communications services. Effective fiber management and accurate records can improve the reliability and integrity of the future telecommunications networks and the quality of customer services. This paper describes the trend forward and the need for the deployment of Fiber Administration System (FAS) into the operations enviroment of a typical network provider.

We propose a method using QFD for design the hierarchical structure of AHP. This method provides definition for each area of House of Quality and design the hierarchical structure of the bottom-up QFD/AHP in which the upper hierarchy is designed through the classification of common characteristics with a focus on the lower hierarchy. Finally, we apply it to the development of an evaluation index for selecting heavy lifting service providers. This study has significance as the first instance of designing the archical structure of AHP after objectively verifying whether MECE condition, the basic requirement for AHP design, is satisfied.

Effective use of agricultural informations is crucial for 21 century farming. An interactive agricultural machinery information system was developed. It consisted of databases, knowledge bases, expert systems, a server engine, clients for a multimedia agricultural machinery information system based on Java and distributed objects technology. It is supposed to be served through a nationwide super information communication network for my farmers to utilize it interactively and quickly. Several user-friendly interface programs for users were developed to use texts, static k dynamic images, and expert systems easily. Tools for providing the informations were built with JAVA. Information providers permitted to access to the system such as agricultural machinery companies can easily add or modify the informations using distributed object technology. This system can interact among three groups : prime information provider (or system manager), permitted information providers, and farmers.

Despite the fact that virtual communities on the Internet have been growing at an exponential rate in recent years, little research has been done on the characteristics of virtual communities. In order to better understand and manage the activities of virtual communities, a theoretical model is proposed in this paper. The objective of this paper is to clarify the factors as they are related to the Technology Acceptance Model. In particular the relationship among identities, trust, and other factors are hypothesized. Using the Technology Acceptance Model, this research showed that the importance of identity and trust in virtual communities. The members of virtual communities interact continuously and share an identity. According to the identity type, different ways of stimulating the members are necessary in order to facilitate participation in activities of virtual communities. The virtual communities of a more utilitarian identity are more sensitive to trust in members than trust in the service provider, and members of a more utilitarian identity are inclined to exchange information with each other.

Recently the biometric recognition technology is intensively studied and the standardization of the technology has been highly demanded for its commercialization. Currently many blometric recognition products are being developed based on the BioAPl(Biometric Application Program-ming Interface) specification. However, the reliable testing tools (or scenarios) to evaluate performance and conformance of the products are not shown yet. In this paper, a conformance testing method is presented, which verifies a biometric recognition system to meet the requirements of the BioAPl standard. Two different testing procedures are used in the proposed method. The first procedure evaluates that each functions offered in the BioAPl specification are correctly implemented and that the functions are actually used in the system. Through the Procedure, a BSP(Biometric Service Provider) system is executed on the framework of the BioAPl functions. It requires selection of parameters and prece-dent functions that should be executed first. The second procedure evaluates the abilities of module management, handling operations and ver-ification process by the analysis of the test cases. It tests the correctness of the system operation when a testing scenario is given. The proposed testing method is applied on a fingerprint verification BSP using the sample BSP provided by the BioAPl consortium. The experimental results shows the benefits of the proposed testing method.

21세기를 맞이하는 기업은 세계화와 국제화, 정보의 다양화 및 분산화, 제품수명주기의 단축과 수익률의 감소, 고품질의 제품, 지식산업의 등장, 고객 욕구의 증대 등 다양한 내 ${\cdot}$ 외적 환경변화에 대응해야 하고 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해 끊임없이 기업의 변화능력을 확보해야 한다. 기업은 제품을 생산하여 판매하는 기업의 시스템 전체가 경쟁력을 갖추어 총체적 우위를 확보하고 고객의 기호와 감성에 호소하는 제품을 만들 수 있도록 다양한 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 필요로 하게 되었다. 즉, 시간과 서비스에 뒤진 고객지원체계는 기업의 성장에 절대적인 마이너스 요인이므로 고객 정보의 효율적 관리, 고객 요구에 대한 신속한 대응, 정기적 고객만족도 조사 등 고객이 원하는 것을 재빠르게 얻어낼 수 있는 고객 친밀형 정보시스템의 확립이 요구되는 것이다. 이를 해결해 줄 수 있는 새로운 경영정보시스템이 바로 WebERP인 것이다. WebERP는 기업의 원활한 자재, 구매활동을 위해 제안된 MRP에서 시작되었으며, 생산관리의 개념을 포함하고 있는 MRPII로 확대되었다가 다시 인사나 회계, 재무 등 조직이나 기업의 전업무영역을 수용하는 종합경영정보시스템으로 발전된 것이다. 현재는 전자상거래와 관련하여 WebERP의 필요성이 부각되었고, 모기업과 협력사간의 구매발주 및 납품관리를 확대시켜 소모성자재(MRO: Maintenance, Repair & Operation) 및 기타 공동구매서비스와 유사업종간의 그룹을 형성하여 ASP(Application Service Provider)의 공동 환경을 이용한 WebERP 환경을 이용한 WebERP활용이 현시점으로 적실히 필요한 것이다. 이는 중소기업들의 공동 협업체제를 도모하여 외세를 대비하는 응집력을 확고히 함으로써 집단체제의 e마켓플레이스 확립과 더불어 국제경쟁을 대비한 방안으로서 집단 공동의 웹환경 인프라가 필요한 것이다. 이러한 배경에서 ASP환경을 이용한 WebERP활용방안과 시스템 구축전략을 경남지역의 기계산업정보화사업단이 추진하는 일반기계, 전기기계, 금속기계, 수송기계, 정밀기계의 5개 업종을 4,877개 기업 대상으로 추진하고 있으며, 그 중 WebERP의 모델로서 2003년도까지 50개 기업을 선정하고, 이는 5개 업종 골고루 선정하여 적용과 표준화 모델로 전개해 나가는 것을 정리한 것이다.

Network based VPN(Virtual Private Network) using MPLS(Multiprotocol Label Switching) technology is regarded as a good solution for intranets or extranets because of the low cost and the flexibility of the service provision. In this paper, we describea mechanism that allows the VPN users to move from one site to another site of the VPN network based on the BGP-E MPLS technology. This mechanism is designed for and implemented on PE(Provider Edge) routers of the backbone network. PE routers connected to the VPN sites establish a new MPLS path to the mobile node after they detect movement of the mobile VPN node. The new location may belong to the same VPN or to different VPN. We designed VPN management and control functions of the PE routers in order to interface with the Mobile IP protocol. The pilot implementation and performance measurement were carried out on a testbed.

This study was conducted to identify research trends on the integrated community care system in Korea and suggest future research directions. The scoping review method was conducted according to the JBI methodological guidelines. A literature search was conducted in 5 databases (RISS, DBpia, NDSL, KISS, NAL), and 34 papers were selected for the final analysis. The analysis was categorized into user and provider aspects related to community care, and the results from the user aspect showed that variables related to service satisfaction and physical health status were used the most and showed positive results. Provider aspect results mainly studied problems and improvements due to service provision, and many studies showed the need to revitalize inter-agency collaboration systems and the lack of manpower to perform services. Based on the results of this study, in the future expansion of the integrated community care system, it will be necessary to not only establish criteria for selecting subjects, but also secure the expertise of service providers, establish a collaboration system between regions and institutions, and prepare measures to resolve service differences.
