공기업의 ERP시스템 구축 전략에 관한 연구: KOGAS 사례를 중심으로 (A study on ERP implementation strategy in the public enterprise: lessons from KOGAS)

  • 급변하는 환경변화에 신속하고 능동적으로 대처하고 경영관리의 효율성을 제고시키기 위한 중요한 요소로 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning: 전사적 자원관리)는 전략적 차원에서 경쟁력 강화 방안으로 널리 구축되어 왔다. 본 연구는 공기업의 구축에서의 핵심성공요인들을 도출하기 위해 국내의 대표적인 공기업, KOGAS의 ERP시스템 구축 사례를 대상으로 실증 분석을 수행하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시스템 관리가 잘 되고 기관장의 의지가 높을 수록 비용 및 시간 감소 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 시스템 관리가 잘 되고 사용자의 참여 수준이 높으며 기관장의 의지가 높을수록 경영과 정보환경 개선 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

KPI 중심의 e-QMS 구현: 우주항공 및 방위 산업 사례 연구 (Implementation of a KPI Focused e-QMS: A Case Study in the Aerospace & Defense Industry)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to design an integrated informatization system that can manage quality & KPI by integrating management systems in the aerospace and defense industry, and study the effect on KPI when applied to related companies. Methods: The 7 management systems required for integration in the AS&D industry were studied, and an empirical analysis was conducted for H company in South Korea for the application of e-QMS integrated informatization & KPI system based on security environment and open quality. Results: The results of this study were analyzed to have an effect on the improvement of customer satisfaction and the positive improvement of quality failure cost in the aerospace and defense industry. And it was analyzed that it works to continuously comply with ethical management and environmental laws and prevent safety accidents. Conclusion: The greatest significance of this study is that it attempted to build an e-QMS integrated system in the aerospace and defense industry. Considering that the case of integrated management system and integrated operation of KPI in related industries has not been introduced in the existing literature, the results of this study will be shared as a meaningful preceding study in the era of digital quality information. In addition, the fact that the open-quality quality innovation methodology emphasizing measurement(M), tracking(T), and connection(C) was actually applied in an AS&D company and its effectiveness was objectively proven. It is expected that it will be a good paper for follow-up research.

Ginsenoside Rg3-enriched Korean Red Ginseng extract attenuates Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease by way of suppressed VCAM-1 expression in liver sinusoidal endothelium

  • Background: The incidence and clinical importance of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has emerged. However, effective therapeutic strategies for NAFLD have yet to be found. Panax ginseng (P. ginseng) is a traditional herb in Eastern Asia with therapeutic effects in many chronic disorders. However, the precise effects of ginseng extract on NAFLD are currently unknown. In present study, the therapeutic effects of Rg3-enriched red ginseng extract (Rg3-RGE) on the progression of NAFLD were explored. Methods: Twelve-week-old C57BL/6 male mice were fed a chow or western diet supplemented with high sugar water solution with or without Rg3-RGE. Histopathology, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, serum biochemistry, western blot analysis, and quantitative RT-PCR were used for in vivo experiment. Conditionally immortalized human glomerular endothelial cell (CiGEnC) and primary liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (LSECs) were used for in vitro experiments. Results: Eight weeks of Rg3-RGE treatment significantly attenuated the inflammatory lesions of NAFLD. Furthermore, Rg3-RGE inhibited the inflammatory infiltrate in liver parenchyma and the expression of adhesive molecules to LSECs. Moreover, the Rg3-RGE exhibited similar patterns on the in vitro assays. Conclusion: The results demonstrate that Rg3-RGE treatment ameliorates NAFLD progression by inhibiting chemotaxis activities in LSECs.

건설 프로젝트 데이터 특성을 반영한 기준생산성 산정 방법 (A Method of Calculating Baseline Productivity by Reflecting Construction Project Data Characteristics)

  • 건설업은 노동집약적 산업으로, 성능과 생산성의 변동성이 매우 높다. 따라서 계약자의 실제 성과를 파악하기 위해 기준생산성을 정량적이고 객관적으로 산출하여야 한다. 하지만, 기존 문헌에서 주로 제시된 기준생산성 산출 방법은 주관성이 내재된 기준을 사용하여 기준생산성을 산출한다는 한계가 있다. 또한, 데이터 수집에 과도한 비용과 시간이 투입되는 기존의 'Five-minute Rating'과 같은 데이터 수집 방식으로는 공사 현장에서 실적 물량, 실적 자원과 저해 요인이 포함된 Detailed Data를 수집하기 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Unimpacted Productivity BP를 산출할 때 활용되는 Detailed Data를 체계적인 형식으로 기록할 수 있는 작업 체크시트 와 과도한 비용과 시간을 들이지 않고 데이터를 수집하고 활용할 수 있는 프로세스를 제시하였다. 또한 기존 기준생산성 산출 방법의 객관성과 신뢰도 문제를 해결하기 위해 비교 분석하여. Detailed Data를 활용한 보다 더 객관적이고 정확한 Unimpacted Productivity BP를 활용한 기준생산성 산출을 제안한다.

  • 금융상품은 한 번 성공을 거두게 되면 금융회사에 엄청난 경제적 수익을 가져다주는 경제적·무형적 자산이다. 또한 많은 인적·물적 자원이 투입된 노력의 산물이기 때문에 이를 보호할 필요가 있다. 그러나 현재 우리나라에서는 이처럼 막대한 경제적 이익을 가져다 줄 수 있는 금융상품에 대한 법적·제도적 장치가 미흡한 상황이며, 오히려 업계 전반에 '베끼기 관행'이 만연하고 이러한 구조가 고착화 되면서 차별성 없는 금융상품들이 시장을 차지하고 있다. 이는 결국 소비자의 효용과 후생을 저해하고 금융 산업의 경쟁력에도 악영향을 끼칠 것이다. 새로운 금융상품 및 서비스가 등장하는 금융혁신이 일어나기 위해서는 금융상품에 지식재산권 등의 적절한 권리를 부여하여 이를 보호하는 방안이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지식재산권을 통해 금융상품을 보호하는 새로운 방안을 제시하였다. 그것은 저작권법에서 데이터베이스 제작자를 보호하고 있는 메커니즘과 같은 유사한 보호체계를 금융상품에 도입하는 것이다.

Passage Planning in Coastal Waters for Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships using the D* Algorithm

  • Establishing a ship's passage plan is an essential step before it starts to sail. The research related to the automatic generation of ship passage plans is attracting attention because of the development of maritime autonomous surface ships. In coastal water navigation, the land, islands, and navigation rules need to be considered. From the path planning algorithm's perspective, a ship's passage planning is a global path-planning problem. Because conventional global path-planning methods such as Dijkstra and A* are time-consuming owing to the processes such as environmental modeling, it is difficult to modify a ship's passage plan during a voyage. Therefore, the D* algorithm was used to address these problems. The starting point was near Busan New Port, and the destination was Ulsan Port. The navigable area was designated based on a combination of the ship trajectory data and grid in the target area. The initial path plan generated using the D* algorithm was analyzed with 33 waypoints and a total distance of 113.946 km. The final path plan was simplified using the Douglas-Peucker algorithm. It was analyzed with a total distance of 110.156 km and 10 waypoints. This is approximately 3.05% less than the total distance of the initial passage plan of the ship. This study demonstrated the feasibility of automatically generating a path plan in coastal navigation for maritime autonomous surface ships using the D* algorithm. Using the shortest distance-based path planning algorithm, the ship's fuel consumption and sailing time can be minimized.

Radiometric examination of fertilizers and assessment of their health hazards, commonly used in Pakistan

  • The radioactivity concentrations of Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORM) i.e., 226Ra, 232Th, and 4K in various chemical fertilizers being used in the agricultural soil of Pakistan were determined utilizing gamma spectrometry by employing a High Purity Germanium (HPGe) detector. The radioactivity concentrations of 226Ra, 232Th, and 4K extended from 2.58 ± 0.8-265.7 ± 8.8 Bq kg-1, 1.53 ± 0.14-76.6 ± 1.07 Bq kg-1 and 36.5 ± 1.34-15606.7 ± 30.2 Bq kg-1 respectively. The radiological hazard parameters such as internal and external indices and annual effective dose rates were calculated, while excessive lifetime cancer risk factors for the indoor and outdoor areas were found in the range from 0.3×10-3 to 10.723×10-3 and 0.03×10-3 to 2.7948×10-3 of most fertilizers, however, some values were slightly higher than the UNSCEAR (The United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation) recommended values for potash-containing fertilizers such as MOP (Muriate of Potash).

IC-PBL 기반의 패션 소비트렌드 분석 수업 개선 및 교육적 효과 (Improvement and Educational Effectiveness of Fashion Consumption Trend Analysis Class Based on IC-PBL)

  • With the development of information and communication technology, interest in new educational approaches that can enhance the learning performance of learners with improved information literacy skills is increasing, and universities are actively promoting educational innovation to foster the talents required by society. In the field of fashion studies education, which is closely related to the fashion industry, there is a strong need to develop field-linked educational programs that reflect the trends in the industry and changes in the educational system. The purpose of this study was to introduce industry-coupled problem-based learning (IC-PBL) to the course "Understanding Fashion Consumption Trends" for non-fashion majors to reflect the current needs and strengthen the educational effectiveness of the learners through a survey. A seven-step curriculum (introduction to the class, practitioner's problem, learner's problem analysis, organizing concepts related to variables, information collection and scenario writing, presentation and scenario proposal, and evaluation) not only enhanced learners' understanding of fashion consumption trends and the fashion industry but also greatly amplified learners' satisfaction with the class. The results of the survey showed that the seven-step curriculum was effective in increasing learners' self-directed learning ability, problem-solving ability, and confidence in learning. Self-directed learning ability was stronger than other factors, consistent with the core principle of problem-based learning to empower learners to take the initiative and promote self-directed learning. Each factor analyzed was positively correlated.

빅데이터를 활용한 메타패션 의미구조 분석에 관한 연구: '메타버스' + '패션디자인' 키워드를 중심으로 (Analysis of Meta Fashion Meaning Structure using Big Data: Focusing on the keywords 'Metaverse' + 'Fashion design')

  • Along with the transition to the fourth industrial revolution, the possibility of metaverse-based innovation in the fashion field has been confirmed, and various applications are being sought. Therefore, this study performs meaning structure analysis and discusses the prospects of meta fashion using big data. From 2020 to 2022, data including the keyword "metaverse + fashion design" were collected from portal sites (Naver, Daum, and Google), and the results of keyword frequency, N-gram, and TF-IDF analyses were derived using text mining. Furthermore, network visualization and CONCOR analysis were performed using Ucinet 6 to understand the interconnected structure between keywords and their essential meanings. The results were as follows: The main keywords appeared in the following order: fashion, metaverse, design, 3D, platform, apparel, and virtual. In the N-gram analysis, the density between fashion and metaverse words was high, and in the TF-IDF analysis results, the importance of content- and technology-related words such as 3D, apparel, platform, NFT, education, AI, avatar, MCM, and meta-fashion was confirmed. Through network visualization and CONCOR analysis using Ucinet 6, three cluster results were derived from the top emerging words: "metaverse fashion design and industry," "metaverse fashion design and education," and "metaverse fashion design platform." CONCOR analysis was also used to derive differentiated analysis results for middle and lower words. The results of this study provide useful information to strengthen competitiveness in the field of metaverse fashion design.

에너지 프로세스 혁신을 통한 제조 핵심 공정의 에너지 효율화 방안 연구 (Study on Energy Efficiency Improvement in Manufacturing Core Processes through Energy Process Innovation)

  • 전세계적으로 기후변화 대응을 위한 글로벌 탄소중립을 공조하고 있다. 한국의 경우 온실가스 배출량이 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있어 해결이 시급한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 스팀트랩이라는 열 에너지 수집 디바이스를 개발하고, 스팀트랩으로 에너지 사용량을 데이터로 수집하여 향후 전력 사용량에 대해서 예측이 가능한 AI 모델을 개발하였다. 해당 AI 모델의 전력 사용량 예측 정확도 평균은 96.7%로 높은 정확도를 보여주었다. 따라서 해당 AI 모델을 통해 어느날 전력 사용량이 높은지와 어떤 설비에서 전력 사용량이 높은지를 예측하고 관리 할 수 있게 되었다. 향후 연구는 스팀트랩의 이상탐지를 통한 효율적인 장비 운용과 에너지 관리 시스템의 표준화를 통해 에너지 소비 효율을 최적화하여 온실가스 배출을 줄이고자 한다.
