병원 간호사의 재난간호지식, 재난간호준비도 및 재난간호핵심수행능력 (A Study on Knowledge, Preparedness, Core Competencies of Disaster Nursing among Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 병원 간호사를 대상으로 재난간호지식, 준비도 및 핵심수행능력의 관계를 분석하고 병원 간호사의 재난간호 핵심수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구 대상자는 C지역 대학병원 간호사 177명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구결과 재난간호핵심수행능력은 재난간호 준비도와 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.787, p<.001)가 있었다. 병원 간호사의 재난간호 핵심수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 재난간호 준비도로 설명력은 62.3% 이었다. 따라서 병원간호사의 재난간호준비도 향상을 위해 실제 상황과 유사한 시뮬레이션 기반의 주기적이고 체계적인 병원 자체 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

2015 개정 수학과 교육과정에 대한 초등학교 교사들의 인식 및 요구 분석 (Elementary school teachers' perceptions and demands on the 2015 Revised Mathematics Curriculum)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the perceptions and needs of the 2015 revised curriculum for elementary school teachers and to draw implications for the application of the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum. For this, the major changes in the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum were examined. Major changes in the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum are as follows: 1) Introduce and emphasize mathematical competencies, 2) Restructure the content system, 3) Reduce mathematics contents to teach, 4) Emphasize the learner's affective domain, 5) Emphasize the use of technology, 6) Improve teaching and learning methods and evaluation methods. Also, a survey was conducted for elementary school teachers to analyze the perceptions and demands of the 2015 Revised Mathematics Curriculum. The contents of the survey are consisted of contents of the teachers' awareness of the main changes of the 2015 Revised Curriculum and their demands to implement the 2015 Revised Curriculum in schools. Finally, conclusions and suggestions were drawn based on the survey results. The conclusions and suggestions are as follows: 1) there is a lack of teachers' awareness of the 2015 Revised Curriculum, 2) Support for mathematics curriculum competencies is needed, 3) A variety of teaching and learning materials are needed for emphasizing the learner's affective domain, using the technology, and improving teaching and learning methods and evaluation methods.

정보조직 사서직 역량 및 직무 유형 분석 (An Analysis on Librarian Competencies and Job Type in the Organization of Information)

  • 본 연구는 도서관 현장에서의 요구하는 인력 현황을 살펴보고, 정보조직학 교육의 개선 방안을 모색하기 위하여 정보조직 사서직에서 필요로 하는 역량과 직무 유형을 분석하였다. 미국 도서관의 채용공고 298건을 대상으로 조사 분석한 결과 기존의 자격요건들의 수요가 지속되고 있으며, 새로운 환경 변화를 반영한 표준 및 전자자원 관련 요구가 추가되었음을 확인하였다. 정보조직 직무 유형은 크게 전통적인 정보조직의 특성이 반영된 것과 전자자원, 정보기술의 특성이 반영된 것으로 나눌 수 있었다. 또한 정보조직 교육의 개선을 위하여 전자자원 교육의 확대, 이론과 실습의 조화, 정보기술 활용의 강화, 새로운 교수 방법의 적용을 제안하였다.

역량 인식을 통한 대학생 학습지원 프로그램의 교육요구도 탐색 (Exploring the Educational Needs of Learning Supporting Program on the Students' Perception of Current Competencies and Important Competencies)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 학습자 역량을 선별, 그 역량에 대한 중요도-수행도 인식 차이를 알아보고, 교육요구도를 분석하여 학습지원 프로그램의 방향성을 제고하고자 함이다. 설문도구를 활용하여 온라인 방식(이메일 발송)과 오프라인 방식(서면 설문)을 병행하여 수합된 159부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 기술통계, 대응표본 t-검정(paired t-test), Borich 공식을 활용한 교육요구도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 1) 3개 영역, 10개 역량별 역량 중요도와 역량 수행도 인식 차이에 있어 모두 유의미한 결과를 확인하였고, 2) Borich 공식을 활용하여 10개 역량별 전체 교육요구도를 살펴본 결과, '전공분야 지식'이 1순위, '창의성'이 2순위, '문제해결력'이 3순위, '글로벌 역량'이 4순위, '테크놀로지 역량'이 5순위 등의 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 대학생 학습지원 프로그램을 기획 설계하는 측면에서 고려해야 할 학습자의 역량과 교육요구도에 따른 주제의 우선순위를 결정하고, 실행 평가하는 측면에서 프로그램 효과성을 판단하는데 실제적 준거로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

경쟁적 환경이 e-Biz통합의 결정요인 구성과 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Competitive Environments on the Configuration of e-Biz Integration Determinants and the Business Performance)

  • These days, firms are focusing on the improvement of relationships with business partners. The supply chain integrations are taking critical role in improving the relationships with business partners. In accordance with the development of the IT technology, it became possible for firms not only to integrate inner parts of the organization, but also to integrate the company with other organizations in the supply chain. Therefore, in e-Biz environments, it is imperative for firms to strengthen the core capacity through the supply chain, and to precisely determine the components of the determinants of e-Business integration which impact the firm performance. This study analyzed determinants that have impacts on e-business integration in e-business capacity perspectives in competitive environments. This study based on the premise that the resources and capacities that Grant(1991) and Hart(1995) emphasized do not directly influence the corporate performance. This study focused on the fact that corporate must create core competencies based on these capacities to establish competitive edge. Therefore, this study model analyzed to find out which e-Biz competencies are needed to integrate e-Biz according to competitive environment elements. This study designed to empirically analyze the impact of the e-Biz competencies to the e-Biz integration and to the corporate performance. Independent variables of this study-IT management, partner management, e-Biz knowledge, e-Biz establishment and proliferation, process innovation-are selected based on precedent studies on e-Biz competencies. We selected intermediate variables to verify that e-Biz competencies do not have direct impact on the corporate performance, but have impact on the e-Biz integration, which is intermediate effect. That is to verify that if the components of supply chain improve the integration level using e-Biz competencies, the overall supply chain performances will improve. Dependent variables are selected to verify that e-Biz integration has impacts on corporate performances. This study used factor analysis, path analysis, moderating effect analysis as statistical tests. First, we used exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to analyze reliability and validity. Because e-Biz competencies are presented variously by preceding studies, we used SPSS16.0 to verify if survey questionnaire used by theoretical backgrounds is properly composed. Second, we tested the property of structure model by AMOS. We did path analysis using AMOS16.0 to test structure that is composed of e-Biz competencies and e-Biz integration. Last, we tested moderating effects of measure factors. We analyzed 163 domestic companies to find out many significant suggestive points. First, relationship improvement capacity, e-business knowledge sharing capacity with business partners, and process innovation capacity are adopted as determinants of differentiation and competitive edges against competing firms. Second, e-business knowledge sharing capacity, and process innovation capacity are analyzed as the determinants of e-business integration in the firm which demand fluctuation in the market is high. On the other hand, among the determinants that require capturing ideas on new products, and strengthening the technological power, process innovation capacity are adopted as the determinants. These results provide us the foundation that the determinants that we have analyzed can impact the supply chain integration strategies which take into account the competitive environments.

What Kind of Job Characteristics are Important for Improving Students' Competencies in Co-op Education : KoreaTech IPP Case

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of on-site training environments and goals on learning outcomes of trainees. For this purpose, the study analyzed survey data collected from 752 students who participated in KOREATECH's Industry Professional Practice (IPP) on-site training program from 2017 to 2018. The following summarizes some important findings from the study results: First, on examining whether the effect of job characteristics on the academic competencies differs according to the characteristics of the group, it was found that the factors that affect the whole group were job content, coaching, and welfare benefits, but the effect of job scope was statistically significant. Second, on examining whether the effect of job characteristics on job competencies differs according to the characteristics of the group, it was found that the factors that affect the whole group were job content, coaching, and job scope, but the effect of welfare was statistically significant. Analyzing by training goals, it was found that the major influencers were job content in the Recruitment-intended group; and job content, coaching and job scope in the Training-intended group. Based on the results, the implications of the study and follow-up studies are suggested.

An Evaluation of the Relationship between Origins of Corporate Competencies and Business Performance of Taiwan's SMEs

  • This study develops an exploratory model to evaluate the relationship between origins of corporate competencies and business performance, which targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Taiwan, analyzes 36 competence items in four functional dimensions: marketing, product design and development, manufacturing, and human resources management. The results from 760 valid samples from managers of Taiwan's SMEs reveal that in marketing competence and manufacturing competence were ranked high by Taiwan's SMEs managers. Elements contributed to manufacturing competence regarding reducing the number of suppliers has not been emphasized by Taiwan's SMEs managers. At the very top of the prevailing management competitive priority list are: (1) product or service quality, (2) timely delivery, (3) quality control improvement during the process, (4) increasing reliability of transportation, (5) introduction of new concepts and continuous improvement, and (6) improving after-sale services. The four competence dimensions are found highly correlated to business performance, which reflects the policy adjustments that Taiwan's small and medium-sized enterprises have made in the changing business environment to respond to the global market.

Effect of a global health training program for nursing students on global citizenship and cultural competencies

  • This study was a quasi-experimental study with a single group pre-posttest design for evaluating the effects and meanings of a global health training program for nursing students. A mixed data collection method utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods was applied. The qualitative method consisted of reflection journal entry analysis, while the quantitative study evaluated data collected from a self-reported questionnaire. After attending the program, cultural competencies of participants significantly increased than pre-test while global citizenship was not. Through an analysis of reflection journals written during the overseas training period, the meanings of experiences derived after the program were classified into five themes and 12 sub themes, which were, 'improvement of global health leadership', 'experience of barriers in reality', 'improvement of nursing professional value', 'inspiration of a perspective on health equity', and 'internal growth'. The results indicate that global health training program evaluated in this study was meaningful; it provided students with opportunities to experience the nurse's role in diverse global environments and attempted to measure the effects.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 실시간-비실시간 온라인플랫폼을 통한 역량강화중심 대학영어 교수-학습 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구에서의 대학영어 교수-학습 모형은 의사소통, 자기주도성, 협동성 등의 역량증진을 위한 딕토글로스 활동을 다양한 온라인플랫폼 기능 활용을 고도화하여 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 것이다. 딕토글로스는 의사소통의 네가지 기능(듣기, 말하기, 읽기, 쓰기)을 통합하여 사용하는 언어 교수-학습 활동이다. 본 연구에서의 대학영어 수업은 의사소통 중심 통합적 영어교육에 중점을 두고 있다. 그리고 본 연구에서의 교수-학습 모형은 구성주의 이론에 입각한 온라인기반 영어통합 교수-학습 방법으로서, 각 단계별로 학습자와 교수자의 역할을 제시하였다.

대학 교양교육 혁신을 위한 핵심역량 기반 교양 교육과정 개편에 대한 연구 -C 대학 사례를 중심으로 (A study on the reform of the liberal arts curriculum based on key competencies for the innovation of liberal arts education in Universities)

  • 4차 산업혁명의 21세기는 산업화 시대에서 요구하던 것과는 다른 '역량'을 새로운 교육적 개념으로 요구하고 있다. 대학에서는 사회의 이러한 변화와 요구에 따라 교양 및 전공 교육에서 기존의 방식을 탈피하여 핵심역량 기반교육과 이를 통한 교육의 혁신을 요구받고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 대학들은 다양한 재정지원사업을 위해 교양교육을 전면적으로 개편하여 제시하고 있다. 본 연구는 대학 교양교육 혁신을 위한 교양 교육과정 개편에 대해 C 대학의 사례를 제시하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 각 대학들은 대학의 설립이념에 따라 다양한 핵심역량을 제시하고 교양교육 측면에서 핵심역량 강화를 유도할 수 있는 방법으로 교양교육과정을 개편하고 있다. C 대학의 핵심역량 기반 교양 교육과정을 위해 부족한 핵심역량 과목을 개발하여 제안하였고, 교양교육 특성화를 위해 다양한 마이크로디그리를 제안하였으며, 학생들의 기초학습능력 향상을 위한 메타학습 관련 교양 교과목을 제시하였다.
