With the development of IT technology, various smart products and services have been spread in our daily life, providing users with convenience and emotional satisfaction. Particularly, input and output technologies, sensor technologies, and intelligent system technologies have offered new opportunities for diverse interaction patterns and new user experiences. This research started from the interest in the idea generation of product designers who need to combine various technological aspects with users' needs. The goal of this research is to propose an interaction design framework which can be used in an idea generation stage. To do so, first, the concept and characteristics of smart products were studied through literature reviews, and the interaction technologies, including input/output modality and context-aware technologies, were also investigated. Then, the frameworks that have been proposed in the deisgn fields were reviewed. This paper finally proposed the interaction design framework and explained its application to the idea generation, using several case studies. The proposed framework consists of four categories: product components, context-awareness elements, information input elements, and feedback output elements. Each of these are divided into several sub-categories, focused on users' needs. Sub-categories includes some elements of interaction, and each of the elements is explained with an existing smart product/system. The paper also describes how the proposed framework would be used in the idea generation process, using some design ideation examples. In the future study, more various concept ideas will be proposed through some elaborated case studies, and the framework is expected to be verified in terms of its possibility as an idea generation tool.

The purpose of this study is to examine the perception of early childhood teachers on ecological art activities oriented to education for sustainable development. The research results are as follows. First, Early childhood teachers recognized the visual art of natural media, the pursuit of community values, and the participation and communication of social members as educational significance of ecological art activities. And difficulties in practicing ecological art were recognized as lack of educational environment, lack of ecological art teaching materials and specific examples, and teachers' lack of understanding of ecological art. Also, they recognized that ecological art activities foster core competencies in art experience area, such as nature-friendly communication skills, eco-friendly sensibility, and creative convergence skills. Second, regarding ecological art activities and sustainable development education, early childhood teachers considered the difficulties in practice as lack of awareness about sustainable development, lack of play meia and materials, lack of educational policies and support, and insufficient teacher training programs. Also, regarding the SDGs that can be practiced in ecological art activities, teachers were found to be highly aware of 'grow affordable and clean energy', 'improve clean water and sanitation', 'provide quality education' in the order. In the contents of education for sustainable development that can be practiced in ecological art activities, teachers are given the order of 'climate change response', 'clean energy', 'water and sanitation', 'quality education', 'health and well-being' and 'marine ecosystem'. was highly recognized. If an ecological art activity program is developed, the rate of responding that it will be used is high, so it is considered that the development of an ESD-oriented ecological art activity program is urgent.

Background: The current study reports measurements of activity concentrations of radon (220Rn) and thoron (220Rn) in dwellings, followed by inhalation dose assessment of the public, and then by the development of regulation and the national radon action plan (NRAP) in Cameroon. Materials and Methods: Radon, thoron, and thoron progeny measurements were carried out from 2014 to 2017 using radon-thoron discriminative detectors (commercially RADUET) in 450 dwellings and thoron progeny monitors in 350 dwellings. From 2019 to 2020, radon track detectors (commercially RADTRAK) were deployed in 1,400 dwellings. It was found that activity concentrations of radon range in 1,850 houses from 10 to 2,620 Bq/㎥ with a geometric mean of 76 Bq/㎥. Results and Discussion: Activity concentrations of thoron range from 20 to 700 Bq/㎥ with a geometric mean of 107 Bq/㎥. Thoron equilibrium factor ranges from 0.01 to 0.6, with an arithmetic mean of 0.09 that is higher than the default value of 0.02 given by UNSCEAR. On average, 49%, 9%, and 2% of all surveyed houses have radon concentrations above 100, 200, and 300 Bq/㎥, respectively. The average contribution of thoron to the inhalation dose due to radon and thoron exposure is about 40%. Thus, thoron cannot be neglected in dose assessment to avoid biased results in radio-epidemiological studies. Only radon was considered in the drafted regulation and in the NRAP adopted in October 2020. Reference levels of 300 Bq/㎥ and 1,000 Bq/㎥ were recommended for dwellings and workplaces. Conclusion: Priority actions for the coming years include the following: radon risk mapping, promotion of a protection policy against radon in buildings, integration of the radon prevention and mitigation into the training of construction specialists, mitigation of dwellings and workplaces with high radon levels, increased public awareness of the health risks associated with radon, and development of programs on the scientific and technical aspects.

There are differing opinions among scholars as to whether "chuseo" (ugly writing) should be considered as one of the schools in modern calligraphy. Those who do not recognize "chuseo" argue that it lacks traditional rules for stroke formation and therefore loses its distinctiveness. However, the existence and development of "chuseo" are closely related to the constant exploration and reform of modern calligraphy, as well as the increasing aesthetic awareness and changing aesthetic standards of calligraphers with changing times. As a result, there are now more people who recognize "chuseo" as a legitimate form of calligraphy. Calligraphers who lead the times learn and accumulate experiences by adhering to traditional calligraphic principles. However, there are calligraphers who discard the traditional Confucian concept of "chungyong" (中庸) and display "ugliness" in their works. Ok Heung-hwa and Jeung Sang are two such calligraphers who created their own style by incorporating ancient oracle bone inscriptions as their main focus and folk calligraphy as their bloodline. This paper aims to explore and study the definition and formation process of "chuseo" by analyzing the works of Ok Heung-hwa and Jeung Sang. At the same time, it aims to summarize the characteristics and aesthetic beauty of "chuseo".

This paper is aimed at exploring a multi-racial, multi-ethnic, and multi-cultural trianglulation of Black, White, and Korean American race relations connected to a large-scale disturbance in the 1992 Los Angeles riots. The second generation Korean American Steph Cha's Your House Will Pay (2019) focuses on a social portrait of the racially marginalized beings as Korean immigrant merchants and African American native consumers. This family saga explores issues resulting from racial hierarchy, racialized stereotypes, and historical marginalization in the internalized sociometry of race and class inequality. This work grapples with issues involved in a sociocultural web of racial triangulation under the white dominant structure, and ensuing intergroup conflicts of social minorities in the economic geography of urban space. It opens up civil discussions for transracial, transethnic, and transcultural interactions and coexistence. It ultimately leads to extending young people's minds for a deep understanding of the socioecomonic landscape of racial matrix, and enhancing the cultural literacy for a better awareness of social empathy and the communal respect of life.

We aimed to revise and supplement the art therapy kit based on the findings of a review of women's experiences participating in the art therapy kit in the 2030s. After women in their 2030s experienced the developed art therapy kit for one month, we organized two homogeneous groups of 8 art psychotherapy majors and 5 non-majors to collect data through focus group interviews and analyzed them using grounded theory methods. In the end, 100 converted meaning units, 16 subcomponents, and 5 components were derived. There is a lack of research on the development and experience of art or art therapy-based kits in Korea, so it is important for us to provide basic data on the experience of art therapy kits. In addition, the study participants experienced insights into themselves and their emotions based on the accumulated art therapy kit outputs through immersion in emotion exploration and recognition, and these experiences led to the participants' recognition of the need and value of developing art therapy kits. The individual and unique outcomes of the art therapy kits became evidence of self-awareness, confirming the therapeutic effectiveness of art therapy kits as a tool for emotion exploration and recognition and for emotional change and resolution.

This study was conducted to confirm the level of stress and infection prevention behavior of nursing college freshman during the COVID-19 pandemic. 119 nursing college freshmen who took remote classes because face-to-face classes were not possible due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS WIN/PC 26.0 statistics program. As a result of this study, the sensitivity to stress was significantly higher when the attitude towards college life was passive (F=5.92, p=.004), and when people perceived themselves as healthy, their stress was significantly lower (t=-2.22, p=.029). In addition, those who responded that they were very uncomfortable due to activity restrictions due to COVID-19 had a significantly higher level of infection prevention behavior than those who responded that they did not feel any discomfort (F=3.51, p=.018). In a pandemic environment such as COVID-19, efforts to promote a positive attitude and awareness of health conditions are needed to reduce the stress of college freshmen and increase infection prevention behavior.

As the basic approach of national curriculum shifted from contents-based to competency-based, process-fortified assessment has been stressed. Accordingly, the focus of teacher's role as an evaluator changed to process-fortified assessment, which emphasizes the development of process-fortified assessment competency of pre-service teachers as well. This study aims to explore the effects of innovations of teacher development programs on pre-service teachers' process-fortified assessment competency. To achieve this goal, C University of Education implemented a course which was restructured by using PBL, and analyzed its effects on enrolled pre-service teachers in terms of process-fortified assessment. By systematically analyzing data of observation notes, project outputs, and opinion reports, it was found that PBL approach to the course restructuring had positive impacts on pre-service teachers' awareness and understanding about process-fortified assessment. This implies that providing learning experience reflected by process-fortified assessment perspective, like PBL, can play an important role to the development of process-fortified assessment competency of pre-service teachers. The results of this study are expected to be able to provide methods of innovating curriculum and instruction for developing process-fortified assessment competencies of teacher development institutions.

The ocean plays a vital role in the international carbon cycle, absorbing human-induced atmospheric carbon and preventing further atmospheric carbon accumulation. However, while the ocean had been considered a victim of climate change, it did not receive much attention as a solution for climate change in the major agenda of UNFCCC. Recently, a growing awareness that the ocean can provide numerous potentials to handle untapped issues to address the climate crisis has arisen, which has prompted discussions to strengthen ocean-based climate action. Since 2020, UNFCCC "Ocean and climate change dialogue" has been a forum to integrate and strengthen the ocean-climate nexus. This calls for integrating ocean action into climate action and the relevant sectors. In this regard, this study examined the background and international trends of ocean-based climate action and presented the author's perspective on the scope of content that such action should pursue and the direction to achieve it. In addition, this study identified tasks of the integrated approach and advancement of co-benefit as ways to strengthen ocean-based climate action, and it suggested domestic countermeasures for the Korean marine policy on climate change based on this.

K-POP plays a key role in the Korean Wave and is becoming more popular over time. In K-POP, K-POP dance plays an important role in increasing public interest and support and reflects the taste of the audience according to the rapidly changing times. In addition, it has a variety of unique choreography forms, such as point choreography and dance that is perfectly in sync associated with the lyrics of the song, so it has sufficient possibility to raise its status independently. In order to examine the fact that K-POP dance is not an element included in K-POP, this researcher tried to investigate the case of interest in -K-POP dance in various ways and to clarify the meaning of the existence of K-POP dance once again. K-POP dance is gaining international interest and support through the mass media through various examples, raising the awareness of choreographers. In addition, created the integration of various races and ages. It also continues to help the country's economic growth while expanding to education. It also serves as a cultural notification in that it promotes Korean culture and manners along with -K-POP dance. However, this researcher emphasizes that for the continuous growth and independence of K-POP dance in the future, a program to cultivate systematic educators are needed, and the efforts of K-POP dance educators and choreographers are needed accordingly.
