지형공간정보를 활용한 지형형태학적 분석 및 위험도 평가 방안 연구 (A Study on Geo-morphological Analysis and Risk Assessment Method Using Geospatial Information)

  • 일반적으로 개방된 해안에 위치하고 있는 갯바위, TTP(방파제) 등의 장소는 조수 또는 파랑에 직접 노출되어 있는 위험한 환경임에도 이곳을 찾는 사람들의 잦은 출입으로 안전사고가 빈번하게 발생되는 지역이다. 본 논문은 연안안전사고 예방을 위한 대표적 방안인 위험정보 제공을 위한 위험도평가에 관한 연구로서, 충청남도 태안군 안면읍에 위치한 할미할아비바위(갯바위) 지역을 대상으로 지형형태학적 정보에 기반한 지형적 취약도를 평가하였다. 위험도 매트릭스(Risk Matrix) 기법을 이용하여 16개 방향에 대한 위험도를 평가한 결과, NE, ENE, S, SSW, W 등 경사도가 ±20°를 초과하는 구간이 많이 분포하는 방향에서 지형적 위험도가 높게 평가되었으며, NW 방향은 위험도가 가장 낮은 것으로 평가되었다. 갯바위의 지형형태학적 분석은 일반적인 해안선과 달리 복잡한 지형의 위험요소를 이해하는데 핵심적인 부분으로, 현장 고유의 형태학적 평가인자를 산정할 수 있다. 특히, 현장의 상대적 위험도를 평가하여 위험정보를 제공함으로써 연안활동장소의 부상과 익사 사고의 수를 줄이기 위해 노력하는 해안 관리자들에게 도움이 될 것이다.

Correlation between gray values of cone-beam computed tomograms and Hounsfield units of computed tomograms: A systematic review and meta-analysis

  • Purpose: The aim of this review was to systematically analyze the available literature on the correlation between the gray values (GVs) of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) and the Hounsfield units (HUs) of computed tomography (CT) for assessing bone mineral density. Materials and Methods: A literature search was carried out in PubMed, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, Scopus, and LILACS for studies published through September 2021. In vitro, in vivo, and animal studies that analyzed the correlations GVs of CBCT and HUs of CT were included in this review. The review was prepared according to the PRISMA checklist for systematic reviews, and the risk of bias was assessed using the Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies tool. A quantitative analysis was performed using a fixed-effects model. Results: The literature search identified a total of 5,955 studies, of which 14 studies were included for the qualitative analysis and 2 studies for the quantitative analysis. A positive correlation was observed between the GVs of CBCT and HUs of CT. Out of the 14 studies, 100% had low risks of bias for the domains of patient selection, index test, and reference standards, while 95% of studies had a low risk of bias for the domain of flow and timing. The fixed-effects meta-analysis performed for Pearson correlation coefficients between CBCT and CT showed a moderate positive correlation (r=0.669; 95% CI, 0.388 to 0.836; P<0.05). Conclusion: The available evidence showed a positive correlation between the GVs of CBCT and HUs of CT.

블록체인 기반 금융 플랫폼 특성과 사용 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Blockchain-Based Financial Platform and the Intention to Use)

  • 본 연구에서는 블록체인 기반 금융 플랫폼의 이용자 특성과 기술적 특성이 금융 소비자의 사용 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 이러한 영향 관계에서 상대적 이점과 인지된 위험이 사용 의도에 어떠한 인과 관계가 있는지를 분석하였다. 2021년 6월 1일부터 7월 30일까지 블록체인 기술이 접목된 금융 플랫폼을 사용한 경험이 있는 대상자를 표본으로 비대면 자기기입식 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 187부로 연구를 진행하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도 분석, 탐색적 요인 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중 회귀분석, 3단계 매개 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 통계값의 유의 수준은 95% 미만으로 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이용자 특성에서 혁신성과 유용성이 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술적 특성에서 적합성과 신뢰성이 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이용자 특성과 사용 의도의 관계에서 상대적 이점과 인지된 위험은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기술적 특성과 사용 의도의 관계에서 상대적 이점과 인지된 위험은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 인증서 사용 경험에 따라 이용자 특성의 편재성, 기술적 특성의 적합성, 사용 의도에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과가 사물인터넷을 기반으로 한 금융 플랫폼 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Time-dependent seismic risk analysis of high-speed railway bridges considering material durability effects

  • Based on the crucial role of high-speed railway bridges (HSRBs) in the safety of high-speed railway operations, it is an important approach to mitigate earthquake hazards by proceeding with seismic risk assessments in their whole life. Bridge seismic risk assessment, which usually evaluates the seismic performance of bridges from a probabilistic perspective, provides technical support for bridge risk management. The seismic performance of bridges is greatly affected by the degradation of material properties, therefore, material damage plays a nonnegligible role in the seismic risk assessment of the bridge. The effect of material damage is not considered in most current studies on seismic risk analysis of bridges, nevertheless. To fill the gap in this area, in this paper, a nonlinear dynamic time-history analysis has been carried out by establishing OpenSees finite element model, and a seismic vulnerability analysis is carried out based on the incremental dynamic analysis (IDA) method. On this basis, combined with the site risk analysis, the time-dependent seismic risk analysis of an offshore three-span HSRB in the whole life cycle has been conducted. The results showed that the seismic risk probabilities of both components and system of the bridge increase with the service time, and their seismic risk probabilities increase significantly in the last service period due to the degradation of the material strength, which demonstrates that the impact of durability damage should be considered when evaluating the seismic performance of bridges in the design and service period.

  • To improve safety management of railway and cope with the factors to threat technical and social safety, we need to establish railway safety management system based on analysis of hazards and assessment of risk for railway system. So we have to conduct PHA(Preliminary Hazard Analysis) first to understand weak points and factors to possibly threat safety using analysis of related data such as past accident/incident data and safety regulation and classification standards of hazards/causes of railway accidents. Therefore in this research, we led types/dangerous events/causes of risks/factors of risks from hazard log developed based on railway accident classification and hazards of railway accident. PHA model for domestic railway system will be used in risk analysis and risk assessment of railway accident.

  • Almost every day close passage or near miss events happens in south part of Istanbul Strait between the vessel runs in the local area and pass strait transit. The vessels run in the local area pass close bow or aft of transit vessel or come close and wait for transit vessel because of inexperienced or incompetent skipper or because of time limitation or failure in technical equipment or lack of technical equipment or old equipment. This close passages create profound dangers for the surroundings. By the this research has been aimed to point out mentioned dangers by the concrete as number. For this purpose has been utilized JMS Ship Handling Simulator which has been settled in ITU Maritime Faculty and Environmental Stress Model which has been built up and improved in Inoue Laboratory. Has been put in the senarios which been played during simulation implementations transferred to the numerical risk occured during passage of South Part of Istanbul Strait by the Environmental Stress Model . Thus so, the riskwhich Istanbul Strait face everyday has been expressed as numerical and concrete.

Smart Safety Belt for High Rise Worker at Industrial Field

  • Safety management agent manages the risk behavior of the worker with the naked eye, but there is a real difficulty for one the agent to manage all the workers. In this paper, IoT device is attached to a harness safety belt that a worker wears to solve this problem, and behavior data is upload to the cloud in real time. We analyze the upload data through the deep learning and analyze the risk behavior of the worker. When the analysis result is judged to be dangerous behavior, we designed and implemented a system that informs the manager through monitoring application. In order to confirm that the risk behavior analysis through the deep learning is normally performed, the data values of 4 behaviors (walking, running, standing and sitting) were collected from IMU sensor for 60 minutes and learned through Tensorflow, Inception model. In order to verify the accuracy of the proposed system, we conducted inference experiments five times for each of the four behaviors, and confirmed the accuracy of the inference result to be 96.0%.

정보시스템 보안관리를 위한 위험분석 방법론 (A Risk Analysis Methodology for Information Systems Security Management)

  • 본 연구는 기존의 위험분석 방법론들이 갖는 절차상의 복잡성을 최소한으로 줄이기 위하여, 정보시스템보안관리를 위한 위험분석방법론을 제안한다. 제안한 위험분석방법론은 사전처리단계, 대응책설정단계, 사후처리단계의 3단계로 구성된다. 사전처리단계에서는 기본위험분석단계와 상세위험분석 단계로 나누어 실행하도록 하였다. 기본위험분석단계에서는 정보보안 체계가 구축되지 않았거나 단기간에 최소한의 보안 제어를 위한 수단이 필요한 경우 설정된 항목들을 점검하도록 하는 기본적인 보안 관리 단계이다. 상세위험분석단계에서는 자산, 취약성, 위협의 요소들을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 작성된 위험정도 산출표를 이용하여 위험의 정도를 13가지의 경우로 분류한다. 대응책설정단계에서는 위험의 정도에 따라 13가지의 위험정도를 수용, 무시, 감소 또는 이양 등으로 대응방법을 설정한 후, 물리적, 관리적, 기술적으로 대응책을 실행하도록 하였다. 마지막으로 사후관리 단계에서는 침투 테스트로 잔류위험을 평가하고, 보안정책수립과 감사 및 사고대응을 위한 대책이 이루어지도록 하였다.

Concept Selection of NPP Construction Delay Risk Assessment Methodology Using Systems Engineering Approach

  • Construction industry faces a lot of inherent uncertainties and issues and the construction phase of nuclear power project is not free from this risk. This paper investigates promising methodologies to be used on nuclear power plant (NPP) construction schedule delay risk assessment by using entry level systems engineering approach. This study contains how the initial concept for the risk assessment methodology has been developed. In this point of view, this work structured on three main phases: needs analysis (NA), concept exploration (CE), and concept definition (CD) through systems engineering (SE) approach. Traditionally, the SE process is applied to technical development programs but this study opens up a new avenue that SE can also be successfully applied to the development and optimization of the risk assessment model. This study provides a rational and systematic process for developing and selecting the best risk assessment model. This paper selects analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to assess NPP construction schedule delay risk for international project. As conclusion, the proposed concept and selected method can discriminate successfully and clearly among schedule delay risk assessment methods.
