배전설비의 온라인 모니터링과 진단 기술 동향 (A Technical Trend on On-Line Condition Monitoring and Diagnostics of Power Equipments)

  • Continuous temperature monitoring and event recording provides information on the energized equipment's response to normal and emergency conditions. On-line temperature monitoring helps to coordinate equipment specifications and ratings, determine the real limits of the monitored equipment and optimize facility operations. Using wireless technique eliminates any need for special cables and wires with lower installation costs if compared to other types of online condition monitoring equipment. In addition, wireless temperature monitoring works well under difficult conditions in strategically important locations. Wireless technology for on-line condition monitoring of energized equipment is applicable both as standalone system and with an interface with power quality monitoring system. The paper presents the results of wireless temperature monitoring of switchgear at a power plant over a two-year period.

  • In this paper multi-arc plasma plating film equipment Bulat-6 and its technical characteristics were analyzed in detail. This machine is the first of its kind in China. Influential factors and reducing methods on microdroplets of titanium were investigated. By method of electromagnetic field control and ion beam enhanced deposition excellent titanium nitride film could be obtained. Bicrohardness and adhesion were 250Mpa and 6.5Kg respectively.

  • This paper deals with the translation and terminology adjustment of international electrotechnical vocabulary(IEV) for operations within power electronic equipment. The IEVs are found in the section 551-16 of IEC 60050-551. The standard has been prepared by TEC Technical Committee 22 : Power Electroncis, under the responsibility of IEC Technical Committee 1 : Terminology and is consists of 9 sections with 221 terms. This paper contains the results for 71 terms among them.

  • This research discussed about method for basis construction of sea jacket construction. Several access ways of method for foundation construction of sea jacket construction are used. Accompany many efforts of design and build process to overcome the form of construction work and application equipment, special quality of construction and restriction and so on of sea environment in the case of pile foundation.   • According to the NOx level requirement of annex Vl to IMO(International Maritime Organization) MARPOL 73/78, this regulation shall apply to each diesel engine with a power output of more than 130 ㎾ which is installed on a ship constructed and undergoes a major conversion on or after 1 January 2000. It is inevitable to adopt IMO standard for marine engines. Therefore, most of diesel engines which are being currently built should be tested and surveyed in accordance with the NOx technical code. In this study, various technics of NOx reduction methods were investigated for the diesel engines and the methods of NOx measuring were introduced by the new and simplified field detecting equipment. These results can be utilized for the basic design and developement of diesel engine for NOx reduction.

  • In this paper, we introduce the design method using CAE(Computer Aided Engineering) which is profitable in the compatibility and standardization of the developed product, and the reduction of construction time and price to develop and design a machine equipment. Particularly, we select the standard model to design or develop from the large machinery to the super precision one, extract the peculiar characters of the model by the close analysis on the physical and technical part, the experiment for the characteristics of objective dimensions by analogical mathematical analysis for previous results, and can induce the design model demanded by user investigating optimal data in the design previous. We present the analogical algorithms and process method of design factors and restriction factors in the systematization design with computer. Then we analyze step functions for each systematization equipment and induce the process of technical data with actuator model.

  • 교내 기자재가 고장이 나면 사용자는 수리하는 담당자에게 직접 연락을 하여 조취를 취한다. 고장수리 담당자의 처리 여부에 대한 확인은 유선으로 상호간에 확인하는 방법뿐이다. 본 연구를 통해 고장 난 기자재를 처리하고 싶은 사용자를 위해 실시간으로 처리 현황을 확인 할 수 있는 인터페이스와 기능을 지원하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 관리자는 해당 분류에 맞게 처리하는 담당자를 구별해 시스템에 글을 게시하고, 담당자는 담당 부서 게시물만 열람할 수 있도록 하여 빠른 일처리를 지원할 수있는 기능을 중점으로 개발하였다. 또한 하나의 기자재마다 책임자를 구별하고 처리 완료된 기자재의 종류의 기록과 통계를 사용자와 담당자가 보기 어려운 단위나 수치보다는 시각적인 효과를 받기 위한 그래프의 사용과 색상을 통하여 알림을 전해준다.

  • 일반 간선열차에서 주로 사용하는 저상승강장과 수도권 전동차에서 주로 사용하는 고상승강장을 동시에 안전운행하기 위한 니즈기술로서, 저상/고상 승강장에 상관없이 승하차할 수 있는 철도차량 승강문 스텝장치가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이를 대비하여 저상/고상 승강장 겸용 승강문 스탭의 기능 및 제작 요구사항을 검토하였다. 세밀히 검토한 결과, 합리적 설계안은 자체 언더프레임의 손상 및 철도승강장의 이격거리 변동성을 최소화 할 수 있는 텔레스코픽 슬라이딩 스텝방식이라고 판단된다. 또한 다양한 요구조건을 고려하여 각 단계별 스텝 동작 과정 및 제어 흐름도를 제시하였다.

  • Almost every day close passage or near miss events happens in south part of Istanbul Strait between the vessel runs in the local area and pass strait transit. The vessels run in the local area pass close bow or aft of transit vessel or come close and wait for transit vessel because of inexperienced or incompetent skipper or because of time limitation or failure in technical equipment or lack of technical equipment or old equipment. This close passages create profound dangers for the surroundings. By the this research has been aimed to point out mentioned dangers by the concrete as number. For this purpose has been utilized JMS Ship Handling Simulator which has been settled in ITU Maritime Faculty and Environmental Stress Model which has been built up and improved in Inoue Laboratory. Has been put in the senarios which been played during simulation implementations transferred to the numerical risk occured during passage of South Part of Istanbul Strait by the Environmental Stress Model . Thus so, the riskwhich Istanbul Strait face everyday has been expressed as numerical and concrete.
