  • This paper will present the basic concept and technical trends of the 42V system for the future vehicles structure that is in the process of research and development by the world-wide vehicle manufacturers and the suppliers. The power conversion equipment on the vehicles and an ISG(Integrated Starter Generator) for 42V are introduced. The fundamental research related to the advanced automaker's technical trends and investigations are performed.

지방자치단체의 홍수피해 응급복구 과정에서의 기술자원 활용방안 (Utilization of Technical Resources in the Emergency Recovery Process of Flood Damage of Local Governments)

  • 본 연구에서는 홍수발생시 재해응급복구에 관한 장비조합의 적정성을 판단하고, 장비운용의 전문성을 가지고 있는 건설실무 인력자원을 활용하여 경제적이고 신속한 재해응급복구가 이루어질 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 홍수피해복구 과정에 대한 절차와 방법을 조사하여, 현행 대처과정에 대한 이해를 정리하였고 이에 대한 법적근거를 조사 분석하였다. 지금까지는 장비자원과 전문건설실무자원에 대한 효과적인 응급복구장비 투입과정에 대한 연구가 부족하여 응급복구시 비용의 과다지출 및 응급복구 지체상황이 발생하였다. 이에 따라 장비자원과 기술자원을 효과적으로 응급복구과정에 투입하여 개선된 경험적 사례를 정리하고 이론적 근거를 조사, 분석하여 향후 효과적인 홍수피해 응급복구가 지방자치단체에 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 복구장비의 응급복구투입에 따른 우선순위를 결정하고, 필요한 장비가 효율적으로 활용되도록 재해지역의 이동거리와 연관성을 분석하여 활용방안을 제시하였으며, 이러한 전문 인력이 자치단체 산하의 지역자율방재단에서 적절한 기능을 할 수 있는 새로운 방안을 제시하였다.

  • Purpose: This study suggests how to upgrade performance certification technology. Current performance certification of aviation security equipment and the requirements thereof were analyzed. Methods: The performance certification of aviation security equipment worldwide and identified issues with the domestic certification system were compared. The government must upgrade certification in terms of technical standards, the assessment methodology used, and the operating system. Results: Three principal conclusions were drawn. First, certification requirements must be based on a review of the technical literature and real-world experience. Second, development priorities must be set by reference to assessment techniques. Third, both research on the certification system and improvements thereof are essential. Conclusion: Certification of aviation security equipment performance requires gradual upgrading.

개인보호구(안전모, 안전벨트) 성능 유지를 위한 관리방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Management Measures to Maintain the Performance of Personal Protective Equipment(Hard Hat, Safety Belt))

  • In order to find out the management and sanitation status of protective gear provided at the construction site, a case study and survey were conducted by visiting the site. As a result of the case study, inspection and management, disinfection, and storage of protective equipment were insufficient in both workplaces with less than 50 employees and workplaces with more than 100 employees. As a result of the survey, workers(66.2%), said they did not know how to identify hard hats(67.6.%), how to identify bad hard hats(60.8%), and how to identify bad safety belts (73.0%), even though workers(66.2%) were educated on protective gear, and those in charge of protective gear Non-specified(56.8%), regular inspection of the provided protective equipment was not performed(82.4%), and disinfection was not performed(90.5%). Therefore, as a management plan to maintain the performance of personal protective equipment, educational aspects, regular training on protective equipment, training on how to identify defective protective equipment, management of recording papers, technical aspects, strengthening of standards for placement of dedicated safety managers in small workplaces, participation of workers' representatives when selecting protective equipment, and selection of protective equipment for workers Providing opportunities, administrative aspects of protective equipment regulation and management, introduction of sanitary and cleanliness system, and selection of personnel in charge of protective equipment management were suggested.

진단용 방사선 발생장치의 수시 정도관리 항목 및 기준에 관한 기초 연구 (A Base Study on the Constancy Quality Control Test and Clause of Diagnosis Radiation Equipment)

  • 국내 진단용 방사선 발생장치는 3년 주기로 시행되는 정기적인 정도관리 검사에 앞서 일별, 주별, 월별, 분기 반기별로 시행하는 수시 정도 관리에 대한 항목 및 규정이 명확하게 지정되어 있지 않다. 미국과 유럽 등의 선진국에서는 정도 관리 항목에 대해 검사를 수행하는 검사자를 구분하여 국가 기관에 보고하도록 되어 있으므로 체계적인 검사 수행과 더불어 검토가 가능하다. 그러므로 의료 장비의 현대화가 이루어지는 시점에서 국외의 주기별 정도관리 시스템을 국내 진단용 방사선 발생 장치에 적합하도록 도입하여 정도관리 항목과 기준의 재정립이 반드시 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 진단용 방사선 발생장치 중 가장 빈번히 사용되고 있는 일반 X선 촬영 장치의 3년 정기점검 사이에 주기적인 수시 정도 관리 검사 항목과 방법 및 기준 수립을 위해 미국, 캐나다 등의 국외 문헌 조사 및 국제 전자 기술 위원회(International Electro-technical Commission, IEC)의 규정 항목과 비교하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 수시 정도관리 항목 신설 시 필요한 검사 항목 및 기준 설정을 위한 기초 자료로 제시하고자 하였다.

  • For the purpose of processing weather data for air conditioning equipment de sign in Busan area Korea, this study collected weather observations made by Busan weather Administration from 1970 to 2003, and then established external conditions for heating and air-conditioning design. For changes of temperature in external conditions for design, the highest temperature had little changed, whereas the lowest had been on the rise as the years went by through the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, but insolation has a little lessened. Absolute humidity does not show a significant change but an incessant rise.

  • 건설 중장비의 경우 유압기기 및 전장 배선 등으로 인하여 내부의 배선이 매우 복잡한 구조를 가지고 있으며, 이러한 복잡한 배선으로 인하여 장비의 생산 및 유지 보수에 많은 시간이 소요되고 있어 원가 상승 요인으로 작용한다. 본 논문에서는 건설 중장비의 전장 배선을 간소화하기 위한 고신뢰성을 갖는 PLC(Power Line Communication)-CAN(Controller Area Network) 통신 모듈을 설계하고 구현한다.

The Use of Noise Dampening Mats to Reduce Heavy-Equipment Noise Exposures in Construction

  • The performance of sound barriers was evaluated to determine their technical effectiveness and practicality in reducing noise exposures to operating engineers in construction. Commercially purchased sound dampening mats (SDMats) were installed inside three heavy-equipment engine compartments. Sound pressure levels (SPLs) were measured before and after installing the SDMats while the equipment was on idle and full-throttle settings where it normally operates. SPLs inside the heavy-equipment operator cabs were significantly reduced by 5.6-7.6 dBA on the full-throttle setting following installation of the SDMats (p < 0.01). The evaluated engineering control intervention was simple to install, affordable, and substantially reduced the engine noise reaching the heavy-equipment operator, potentially reducing reliance on hearing-protection devices to protect construction workers from noise exposures.

A Competitive Intensification Plan for Marine Leisure Equipment Industry in the Southeast Region

  • Since 2000, S. Korea is building yachts through government supported localization, cooperation between industry and educational organizations, or partnerships with foreign firms but the yacht building has yet only accomplished trial manufactured ships and one-time production. Because of a lack of mass production, the industry assesses the domestic technical skills to an average 50~60% of developed countries and its market share is less than 1% in the world. In addition, domestic marine equipment is heavily depending on imports and the industry is experiencing shortage of technology and experts, small-sized companies, insufficient industry and educational organizations' cooperation networks, inadequate legislation and policies, deficient domestic market vitalization, and scarce international information. Thus, this study focuses on the alternative plans to strengthen competitiveness and to cope with problems in the southeast marine leisure equipment industry.
