The execution of capital market law causes severe competition by promoting restructuring of financial industry. This study analyze efficiency and productivity change of the Korean Non-Life Insurance industry between pre-execution and pre-execution of capital market law using DEA model and Malmquist Index. Additionally, this study finds determinants of efficiency using tobit regression. The main results of this study can by summarized as follows. First, the efficiency with post-execution was increased comparing with pre-execution of capital market law significantly. Second, the productivity with post-execution was increased comparing with pre-execution of capital market law significantly. Third, significant determinants of technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency are weight of life planner. operation rate of assets respectively. And significant determinant of scale efficiency are firm size, operation rate of assets, weight of life planner.

As China has rapid economic growth and the increase of national income that makes the development of Chinese cosmetic industry has huge market potential of the industry. But most of the cosmetics market is monopolized by foreign companies, the local cosmetics production enterprises are not equipped with professional production equipment. In these reasons Chinese cosmetics have low quality, inadequate research and development, poor cosmetics brand, unclear marketing, trade and technical barriers and other issues. In order to fulfill the purpose of this paper, data analysis was carried out focusing on domestic & foreign research papers, statistics, reference books, research reports, internet websites etc. As a result of the analysis, in order to increase the export of Chinese cosmetics, it should be strengthened the development of manufacturing technology and brand creativity, eradicating illegal copies, use the online market circulation way, the construction scheme, and cosmetic technical barriers and deregulation should be through the diversification of propaganda, etc. This paper describes that the project of Chinese cosmetics export increase and find the inspirations from other products of export. But national, regional specific programs which have huge information is the future research topics.

Recently, there has been continued research on UCP from the development effort estimation method to a software development project applying object oriented development methodology. Current research proposes a linear model estimating the developmenteffort by multiplying a constant to AUCP which applies technical and environmental factors. However, the fact that a non-linear regression model is more appropriate as the software size increases, the development period increases exponentially. In addition, in the UCP calculation process the occurrence of FP errors due to the application of TCF and EF, it is unrealistic to estimate the size with AUCP. This paper presents the issue of current research based on UCP without considering problems of the research, for example, TCF and EF and expresses the models (linear, logarithmic, polynomial, power and exponential type) estimating the development effort directly from UUCP. Consequently, the exponential model within non-linear models exhibit more accurate results than the current linear model. Therefore, after calculating the UUCP of the developing software system, using the proposed model to estimate the development effort, it is possible to estimate the direct cost required in development.

With Various signs are installed at roadside to display the message which rather confuse the drivers. The technologies using advanced lighting system and LED have improved the visibility at nighttime but the problems with plural signs have yet to be resolved. In order to solve this problem, LED and the prismatic variable message sign have been applied. But, they have been provided limited information by the display limit. This research conducted to study patent and technical trend of the existing variable message signs to understand the present technology. And, we suggested next generation display to improve providing information. Therefore, we conducted to compare the LED and the OLED by technical and economical literature review. Also, this research conducted test of luminance contrast about the LED and the OLED display in order to understand the possibility of replacing road signs.

With the increasing interest on K-fashion all over the world, it's the important time to create the items which can express the unique identity of Korea for promoting the globalization of Korean fashion. Accordingly, this study aims to suggest the modern applicability of traditional patterns by designing the bags using the Dancheong patterns(traditional multi-colored decorative painting) which can effectively express Korean images in a variety of shapes and definite visual features and then expand the scope of fashion items. To this end, this study concentrated on expressing the Dancheong patterns to fit to the modern fashion trends by re-interpreting them. The bag was designed using the laser cutting technique, without weaving or digital printing, to imbue the technical emotion and 3D effect to the patterns. In accordance with the analysis results, the features of patterns could be delicately expressed around the shaping and structuring method in terms of the design, and the scope of design for leather goods could be expanded using the laser cutting in technical aspects. For the industrial aspects, it is required to develop differentiated goods expressing the unique emotion of the Korean for globalization of Korean design.

This study is to examine loyalty building model which reflected differentiated traits of professional service to establish strong loyalty for gaining competitive edge. Professional service is where consumer can not easily predict the result of service as well as other common traits. It also has trait that is difficult to evaluate service satisfaction and quality even after using the service because knowledge imbalance between service provider and user is great. Therefore, in professional service, satisfaction and emotion that consumer perceives in the service use process will play critical role in loyalty formation. As a result, the model of this study divided dimension into responsiveness satisfaction which is satisfaction dimension of professional service use process, interaction satisfaction, technical satisfaction and structurally examined the relationship between emotional commitment and cognitive commitment and the relationship between dimension of commitment and loyalty. The analysis result show that dimension of satisfaction which perceived in professional service use process increases both emotional commitment and cognitive commitment and these commitments effect to loyalty formation.

In this study, we are analysing adverse drug events and proposing a technical structure of "adverse drug event surveillance system" using business intelligence technology, hoping that we can use the system commonly and actively. It is the recent trend to adopt both of electronic review and manual review process to surveil adverse drug events and this study construct CDW applying ETL in BI Technology. As the result of analysis, the data pool included 701 doctors who prescribed and 3059 patients(1528 male, 1531 female), of total 318,222 cases, 2,086cases(0.6%) were suspected as having adverse drug events. And the single type of T.bilirubin> 3mg/dL(ADE type-LabR0005) was the most common(548 among 2085 cases) within the framework of signals.

Kudzu vine (Pueraria lobata) is a perennial plant and spreads all around in South Korea. Recently the use of leaves, stems and roots of kudzu vine has been investigated in many fields. However, the research on kudzu fibers has not been performed in korean pulp and paper industry. As the stems and roots of kudzu were estimated to contain cellulosic fibers, the possibility of producing a raw material from kudzu fibers in pulp and paper mills was investigated in this study. The stems and roots of kudzu were collected in woods, and then the chemical composition and ash contents was measured. To acquire kudzu pulp, kraft pulping and bleaching of kudzu roots were carried out sequently. After making kudzu pulp, freeness and fiber length were measured, and handsheets was also prepared with kudzu pulp and the properties of handsheets were determined. Consequently, kudzu fibers have lower holocellulose contents than wood fibers and other non-wood fibers. Average fiber length is shorter than that of Sw-BKP, but shows the same level as that of Hw-BKP. The handsheet made from kudzu pulp shows the bulkier structure than those made from Hw-BKP and Sw-BKP.

This study is a research development case study on the free-standing Network based camera video recording DVR. The DVR devices till now have recorded data by converting and compressing analogue video to digital, but in the future, digital videos will be recorded directly through the network camera. Also, digital compressing methods are progressing from MPEG-4, MJPEG, to H.264 method, with products considering high definition compression efficiency, minimized data size, network compatibility, and fast pending time. According to this, in 2012, it is predicted that network camera and video devices throughout the world will outrun the current analogue devices. With this transition of technological environment and fast product pending speed, a new, quality focused design is required for product development including technical realization, reliability, high-definition, compression technology, will be essential. Manufacturers are researching a new direction for the product appearance. This study considers the actual end-users as the design target and through consumer survey on preferences, design needs and required elements necessary in the design development process are extracted. Furthermore, usability and preferred images were explored through literature study and market research. Through this research process, appropriate forms for the network based DVR were analyzed, and applied into the design development process. This product will take into consideration its competitiveness and the significance of USP(Unique Selling Proposition) which is the design supremacy and professional technical skills.

In Welfare Center for the disabled, under the Government's information acceleration plan, the computer system has been developed starting from work standardization in 2001 but it has been emphasized only on the technical and customer convenience side leaving out preparation for the side effects of them. Therefore this article will seek the necessity of personal information protection, legal basis in the Welfare Center for the disabled. Additionally after analyzing current status for the personal security of Welfare Center for the disabled, establishing an alternative plan for personal security policy's way could be addressed. Increasing education for awareness stress of personal information security, and preparing institutional protection apparatus from applying life cycle of personal information would be an alternative plan for personal information protection for Welfare Center for the disabled. Also frequent monitoring of accessing personal information from the computerized system should be achieved. It is impossible to recover damage caused by leak of personal information although post actions are progressed. From this essay, awareness of personal information protection should be newly revised for both the Social Welfare Organization and the Disabled welfare center, and also technical, institutional strategy's action should be arranged.
