  • When ordering a slurry shield TBM to be used for power cable tunneling, the client organizes an evaluation committee composed of experts, suggest the criteria and evaluation method for technical specifications for supplier selection, and based on the manufacturer's technical proposal were attempted to evaluate and select. It is expected to be referred to as a guideline for future projects to using Shield TBM as one of the methods of verifying performance and quality in advance and securing economic feasibility in the shield TBM tunneling in the recent increasing trend.

Trend Analysis based Strategy Evaluation for Launch Vehicle Industry in Korea (한국의 우주발사체 산업 발전을 위한 우주발사서비스 시장진입 전략 평가)

  • This paper suggests the significant strategies and their priority to deal with space transportation market trends. First, market trends related with technical improvement and change in demand are analyzed by the literature research. The three key trends are obtained: 'Increasing Demand of High-Performance Launch Vehicles', 'Rising of Low-Price Launch Vehicles', and 'Rising of Dual/Multi-Launch'. And then, strategies for developing the launch vehicle industry in Korea are selected from several studies about commercialization of Korean launch vehicle. The strategies are evaluated by the experts through pairwise comparison matrix and the criteria for this process is how significantly does the strategy effect on the launch vehicle industry through market assessment. As a result, reliable order of priority among the strategies are obtained. Under the three key trends, strategy to enhance reliability is most important. And, strategy to have price competitiveness has secondary priority to deal with 'Rising of Low-Price Launch Vehicles' trend and 'Rising of Dual/Multi-Launch' trend. On the contrary, strategy of government's support is secondary under 'Increasing Demand of High-Performance Launch Vehicles' trend.

Total Factor Productivity Growth and the Decomposition Components of Korean Port-Logistics Industry (항만물류산업의 총요소생산성과 그 분해요인분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate total factor productivity(TFP) growth by stochastic frontier function and to grasp contributing factors of its growth rate by decomposing the total factor productivity into efficiency change, technical progress, scale change, and allocation change. Annual growth rate of total factor productivity for 1990-2003 is 0.019 (1.9%), higher than that of overall industry (0.010). The main component of TFP growth is not efficiency change but technical progress. Contributing factors of total factor productivity growth are change of allocation efficiency in port industry, technical progress in sea-transportation industry, and change of scale efficiency in transportation-equipment industry. The change of total factor productivity shows a decreasing trend since late in the 1990s. The annual technical efficiency of port-logistics industry is less than that of overall industry. Capital elasticity for output (0.391) is higher than labor elasticity (0.227), but scale economy of port-logistics industry is 0.618, which is far from optimal scale economy.

  • 영상 Display의 시장 동향과 기술 동향에 대하여 기술하였다. 영상 Display 로서는 그밖에 유기 EL(Electroluminescence), FED(Filed Emission Display) 등이 있고 차세대 Display도 개발이 진행되고 있다. 양자 모두 스스로 발광하는 형태를 취하기 위해서는 Back Light가 필요하지 않고, 박형과, 넓은 시야각, 또한 응답 속도가 빠르고 때문에 액정 Display 보다 유리하리라 판단된다.

  • 검색 가능 암호 시스템은 암호화된 자료를 복호화하지 않고도 원하는 자료를 검색할수 있도록 하는 암호 기반 기술이다. 검색 가능 암호 시스템은 개인의 정보가 외부 저장 공간에 저장되면서 발생하는 여러 문제점에 대한 해결 방법으로 지금까지 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 본 고에서는 검색 가능 암호 시스템의 기본 구조, 요구 조건, 안전성 모델 등을 살펴본 후 지금까지 제안된 중요 검색 가능 암호 시스템들에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.

  • In this study, it has been refering that disposal of rapidly international information society and artificial intelligence neural networks of the vanguard software technology.   • 본 고는 차세대 초고속 가입자 접속기술인 VDSL의 개발현황과 표준화 진행을 분석하여 우리나라의 VDSL의 연구방향을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 제 외국의 표준화 단체를 중심으로 진행되고 있는 가입자 접속표준 및 기술규격 등을 검토 분석하고 그 변조 및 코딩체계의 개념으로 나타나는 수치자료에 대한 근거를 조사하여 궁극적으로 국내 기술 개발 방안을 마련하려는 것이다. 따라서 본 고의 초점은 현재 제안되고 있는 VDSL 시스템의 전체적인 윤곽과 구조에 관련된 기술, 표준화와 관련된 Unbundling 기술을 설명하고, ITU-T Group-15, ANSI T1E1.4, ETSI TM-6 등 표준화 단체에서 제안한 VDSL 변조 및 코딩기술을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 최근 급격한 전력수요의 증가는 발전설비 및 송배전 설비의 투자확대를 요구하고 있고 태양광, 풍력 등 신재생에너지 발전의 보급은 전력품질을 저하하는 요인으로 작용하여 이에 대한 대안으로 배터리를 이용한 에너지 저장장치(BESS : Battery Energy Storage System)의 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 BESS의 구성요소 중 배터리의 전력을 계통망과 연계하기 위한 전력 변환 장치인 PCS에 요구되는 기능과 기술동향에 대해 기술한다.
