최근 RSS(Really Simple Syndication)를 응용한 서비스가 해외는 물론 국내에서도 각 분야에서 다양하고 활발하게 연구 개발되고 있다. 국내외 RSS서비스 현황 및 사례조사를 통해 민간과 공공부문의 RSS 서비스 현황을 분석하고, 과학기술분야 지식정보의 특성을 고려하여 다양한 정보와 환경에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 과학기술 지식정보 서비스를 위한 RSS기반 정보배급 표준시스템의 설계 방안을 제시하였다.

A convenient high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the quantitative determination and content uniformity test of aclatonium napadisilate preparation. This method was more simple to make the sample solution for injection, and easy to determine the content in the preparation. Aclatonium napadisilate was chromatographed using a $Lichrosorb-NH_2$ column $(4mm\;{\times}\;25\;cm$, and acetonitrile-water mixture (83:17) as an eluent at a flow rate of 1.8 ml/min. RI-detector response was linear over a range of $0.5{\sim}2.0%$ aclatonium napadisilate under above conditions. Reproducibility studies gave relative standard deviation of 1.29%.

본 논문은 현재 협상 중인 한 중 FTA관련하여 예상되는 무역의 기술장벽의 현안을 도출하고 그 문제점과 대응방안에 대하여 중점적으로 고찰해 보았다. 우선 FTA 무역 기술장벽의 이론적 배경인 의의와 유형을 살펴보았고, WTO의 주요 협정 내용 및 한국과 중국의 FTA 기술부문의 동향에 대해서도 알아보았다. 중국과의 무역의 기술장벽에서 쟁점이 될 수 있는 현안을 통보문 건수가 많은 "사람의 건강과 또는 안전의 보호", "환경보호" 및 "국제표준과의 조화", "투명성" 등으로 도출하였다. 대응방안으로는 중국의 배타적 기술규정에 대해 정부 차원에서 철회할 수 있도록 해야 하며 한국기업은 높은 수준의 환경규제에 충족하는 제품을 개발해야 하고 정부에서도 이러한 기업들에게 재정지원, 세제혜택 및 금융지원 등의 장려책을 실시해야 한다. 국제표준 활동의 역량강화와 전문인력의 확보가 중요하다 하겠다. 또한 한 중 정보 전달의 속도를 높이고 투명성을 제고하기 위하여 상호 직접적인 통보망을 설치하면 효율적이다. 중국의 지역통보자문센터와 유기적이고 협력적인 교류가 필요하며 기술규제의 재 개정 및 새로운 기술규제의 의견 수렴기간을 다양하게 해야 한다.

CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) is a service standard which specifies guidelines which are required for the fulfillment of a contract between a purchaser and a supplier. It was initiated as a military standard and is now becoming a commercial standard. In this paper, we propose how the guidelines, which were usually developed by Client/Server methods in previous works, can be implemented in WWW environments, and show a prototype which can be used for the confirmation of CAD drawings between contractors(purchaser and provider). We have a hope our study can provide a small foundation for the building of CITIS references.

Flow meters in partly filled pipes are set up and run in Korea now days, but there are no standard calibration procedures for the flow meters in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, the standard calibration procedure based on the standard calibration procedures for flow meter in closed conduits and the technical notes of flow meter's makers is developed. the measurement uncertainty of the calibration for the flow meter in partly filled pipes is evaluated.

Electrical facilities of entertainment spaces become more complicate and bigger due to growing industry and economy. Therefore using only Technical standards for Electrical facilities of internal standard, we have some difficulty for management and installation of electrical facilities of entertainment spaces. So this paper gives a information which is applied to install the electrical facilities of entertainment space by analysing and comparing of internal and external standard.

신뢰도가 공인된 과학기술데이터는 같은 분야 연구자들이 지속적이면서 반복적으로 사용할 수 있도록 물리화학적 상수, 공인된 물성값, 또는 공인된 과학기술적 통계 값을 가지고 있어야 한다. 이러한 측정데이터는 정보의 정확도와 신뢰도를 과학적으로 분석, 평가하여 공인함으로써 국가적으로 모든 분야에 널리 사용할 수 있는 참조표준데이터(Standard Reference Data)로 관리되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 연구중에 생산된 다양한 실험데이터를 국가 참조표준 데이터로서 관리되어야 하는 필요성과 국가참조표준 센터 설립을 위한 방안을 제시해 본다. 그 시도로 측정표준 연구정보를 하나의 참조정보로 이용할 수 있도록 측정표준 연구정보 시스템을 개발하였고 이 시스템에 대한 운영체계를 자세히 소개함으로서 국내 참조정보 관리에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
