UDDI is the open standard for distributed Web-based registry standard which supports registrations and discoveries of Web services. Recently, UDDI version 3.0 specifications were opened by OASIS UDDI Spec, technical committee. UDDI version 3.0 supports many useful functions, which are not supported in version 2.0 specification, such as nested query, enhanced find qualifiers, digital signatures subscription, etc. Despite of its merits, complexity of the standard and backward-compatibility support makes it difficult to adopt this standard in real application domains. In this paper, we develop the Registry server which support UDDI version 3.0 standard. This server is based on common RDBMS and it supports all functions of UDDI version 3.0 including backward-compatibility with version 2.0 API, XML digital signature and URI- based key schemes.

This appendix deals with the Korean air interface standard, TTA-62, for CDMA Mobile Systems, (CMS) [1]-[2]. The standard has been set up by Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) which is a standardization organization in Korea [3]. This standard is an important specification that should be determined prior to the development of a digital cellular system. The CMS has been developed on the basis of this standard and the papers published in this special issue are the results of the CMS development. This appendix also describes the technical commonality of these papers. It covers the outline of the air interface and protocol specifications. The outline includes its major characteristics, radio protocol architecture, functionalties, and call processing. A comparison is also given between TTA-62 and IS-95[4], a North American digital cellular standard.

The balance coefficients between telecommunication lines are specified in the technical standard and the power induction computation method varies in the order of 100 times in magnitude according to the amount of impedance. The results of actual balance measurements, differing from time to time with the measurement circuit or increasing proportionally as the induction voltage increases, appeared as a measurement error because of not using the standard measurement circuit. This article investigates such errors and proposes the use of a standard balance measurement circuit and a measurement device impedance under the domestic notification standard and the ITU-T international standard.

본 논문에서는 135kHz 이하 미약 무선국의 전계 강도(기술 기준)에 대한 현재 각국의 동향과 그 기준치를 분석 및 비교를 통하여 해당 대역의 국내기준의 문제점을 분석하였다. 전자파 적합 등록에서 제시하고 있는 각국의 전계 강도 기준치와 연계하여 이에 적합한 국내의 비허가 무선기기(미약 무선기기)의 실질적인 도입 가능한 전계 강도의 기준치를 제시함을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 전계 강도 허용치를 바탕으로 국내 기준을 상향하면 미약 무선기기 의 보급과 발전에 기여할 것으로 예상되며 국내 통신 시장은 물론 국제 통신 시장에서 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 정보화 사회에서는 공간정보에 대한 실제적인 모습과 정확한 위치정보가 요구되고 있다. 공간정보의 대국민 서비스가 이뤄지기 위해서는 공간정보의 표준화가 필요하다. 국제표준(International Standard)은 세계 각국에서의 각종 규격 기술 용어 등의 호환성을 확보하고 상호교역을 촉진시키기 위해 일정한 기준과 표준 형태를 국제 간 합의를 통해 규정해 놓은 것을 말한다. 국제표준안은 국제표준화기구(ISO : International Organization for Standardization)에서 제정하고, 지리정보분야의 국제 표준안은 ISO TC(Technical Committee) 211 에서 담당한다. ISO TC 211에서 추진 중인 토지행정도메인 모델(LADM : Land Administration Domain Model)은 토지와 관련된 행정 법, 공간 측량 등의 국제표준화를 제정하여 각 국가의 토지 관련 시스템과 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하고자한다. 본 논문에서는 토지행정도메인 모델 부분 중에서 측량과 관련된 표준화 진행 상황과 내용을 소개하고 국내지적정보모델을 비교 연구하였다.

IAEA는 1996년 방사성물질 안전 운송규정을 개정하였다. 이 규정은 방사성물질의 우송이나 포장에 관하여 우리나라를 비롯한 각국의 운송관련 규정의 기준이 되는 것으로 전반부에서는 IAEA가 1991년에 출간된 국제방사선방호위원회 (ICRP)의 신권고(Publication 60)를 받아들여 개정한 Safety Series No.115(전리방사선에 대한 방호 또는 방사선원의 안전을 위한 기본 안전기준)의 내용 등을 개정의 배경으로 하여 요약하였다. 후반부에서는 이들 개정된 기본 안전 기준들에 기초하여 IAEA의 새로운 운송규정에서 방사선방호의 목적으로 고찰된 요건들에 관한 주요 검토 개정사항을 방사선방어체계, 운송물등의 방사선준위, 방사선방호계획의 규정화, Q 시스템의 개념, 규제면제 등의 측면에서 Safety Series No.6 1985년판과 비교 검토하였다.

본 연구는 국내 ITS 분야 센터와 노변간 통신의 상호 운영성 및 호환성과 국제경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 국내 도입이 필요한 ITS 센터와 노변간 통신환경에 대한 정의와, 이의 도입을 위한 기술적/정책적 방안을 수립하고 정보교환 에뮬레이터를 개발하여 VMS를 시범적용 함으로써 이에 대한 유효성을 검증하였다. 먼저, 국내 도입이 필요한 ITS 센터와 노변간 정보교환 표준 환경은 DATEX와 SNMP 듀얼 프로토콜로 정의하고, 메타속성 정의, OID 도입 등 메시지 정의 체계에 대해 제시하였다. 도입을 위한 기술적/정책적 방안으로는 표준도입 시범사업을 통한 Feed-back으로 충분한 실효성 확보, 표준에 대한 교육/홍보 선행, ITS 분야 OID 도입 및 체계적인 관리방법, 정보교환 표준규격에 적합한 하드웨어 표준 규격의 개발, 듀얼프로토콜 도입을 위한 통합관리시스템 구축이 필요함을 제시하였다.

전자책에 대한 포맷 및 저작권 보호 표준을 정하고 있는 IDPF에서는 2011년 10월 전자책에 대한 기술 표준인 ePUB 3.0을 발표하였다. 이 표준에서는 전자책을 표현하기 위한 방법과 전자책 콘텐츠를 보호하기 위한 기술적 명세서를 포함하고 있는데, 콘텐츠 보호를 위한 기술명세서에는 암호화와 전자서명에 대한 표현방식을 자세히 명시하고 있다. 그러나 콘텐츠 보호를 위해 중요한 정보인 권리정보의 표현방식에 대해서는 참여사들의 이해대립으로 인해 권리정보를 저장하기 위한 파일 이름만을 명시하고 있을 뿐 표준 기술규격을 정하지 않고 있다. 이는 전자책 서비스업체들이 사용하는 권리정보의 표현 및 형식에 아무런 통일성을 제공하지 않는 것으로써, 전자책에 대한 저작권 보호기술이 사용될 경우 ePUB이라는 표준이 존재함에도 불구하고 전자책 열람 장치들에 대한 호환성은 사실상 기대할 수 없는 결과를 낳게 되었다. 본 논문은 서로 다른 전자책 서비스업체들이 다양한 권리표현방식을 사용하더라도 통일된 권리정보처리 방법을 사용하여 전자책 DRM에 대한 호환성을 유지시켜 주는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이 연구의 제안 모델은 전체 연구과제의 타 산출물들과 같이 표준 레퍼런스 소프트웨어가 공개 소프트웨어로 등록되어 소스가 무료로 제공될 예정이다.

In the present, since a five-year plan for economic development which was started in the early 60's has been successfully promoted for a quarter century, with consolidation in a department of social welfare in our country the participation. in economic society for women is more required than any other times. As a professional occupation for women is incereaing through a high-standard specialization, I think the upbringing for productive woman expert who has a strong motive of accomplishment as a developed person as well as a technical and skilful capacity which can be contributed to the growth of organization is very important. So in this study, I am evaluating the technical disposition of character of professional nurses working with hospital and also trying to supply the basic data being served to th extension of a skillful ability as a nurse, understanding the important factor related to it. The research method applied here is that we used 527 of formed questionnaires which were distributed to 7 University and General Hospitals, somewhat large in a scale, located in Seoul as an analytical material. It was performed between October 11, 1988 and October 18, 1988. An implement which was invented by Cho Moo-Sung is used after being amended and supplemented, which can measure the disposition of professional character. The formation of questionnaires of the disposition of character is 26 totally, 10 for Open-disposition, 11 for Active-disposition, 5 for wise-disposition, and it was measured. 'Ye', or 'No' through an one-half-standard and the environment of hospital organization is composed 12 questions from one point of 'Very Good' to 5 points of 'Very Bad.' Collected materials were analysed through an electronic calculation into the average value, the standard deflection, percentage, person correlative number, $X^2-test, m$ stepwise multiple regression. Summarizing the result from this research is as follows; 1. The average age of the subjective person of this investigation is 28.6 and the average career as a nurse is 6.0 years. 2. The Open-disposition that technical nurses showed is mostly half and half. 3. The Active-disposition of professional nurses was discovered affirmative largely and what they said in their questionnaires describes that they are very active answering $88.2\%$ for the disposition of self-control, $87.3\%$ for the people who think the training more seriously. 4. It was found out that the wise·disposition of technical nurse showed $90.7\%$ of 'Yes' about a new alternative of inquisitive question and we can see a progressive and profound aspect here. 5. As technical character of nurses, mutual relations between Active-disposition, Active-disposition, and wise­disposition were very profitably revealed as 0.42 in justice relations and also suggested that relations between Open-disposition, Active-disposition, and wise-disposition are 0.27 and 0.20 respectively. 6. What nurses recognize about the environment of hospital organization is reasonably acceptable while they feel very bad about rewards and punishments showing average 3.1 comparing to average 2.2 about time­control each other. Considering the prosperity of Active-disposition upon the result what I mentioned above, th possibility which is contributed to the productive improvement of hospital organization is very great and I think it can be more developed as a professional woman who has a strong motive of accomplishment, in advance.

기술제안입찰의 주 평가요소 중 하나인 생애주기비용의 적정성은 평가의 전문성을 요하지만 평가에 필요한 시간이 절대적으로 부족하여 경험많은 평가자라 할지라도 단순한 수치 비교에 의한 상대평가에 그치는 경향이 많았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기술제안입찰로 낙찰자를 선정한 실 사례와 기술제안서를 비교하고 110건의 기술제안입찰 제안서를 비교하여 생애주기비용 중 가장 변동 폭이 큰 유지관리 및 에너지 비용의 불확실성을 분석하였다. 또한 절감된 공사비 대비 유지관리 및 에너지 비용의 절감수준을 정규화하기 위하여 VE지수를 제시하였다. 프로젝트별로 상이한 수선 및 교체 주기, 수선과 교체의 중복, 비수선 항목, 그리고 기타 에너지비 등의 중복 적용이 VE지수의 불확실성을 가장 확대시키는 요인으로 분석되었으며, 이러한 요인의 중복을 제거한 유지관리 및 에너지 비용 산출법을 표본 기술제안 사업 35건에 적용하여 평균 1.38, 표준편차는 1.19를 가지는 VE지수 모집단을 도출하였다. 기술제안 입찰의 평가자는 다수의 제안안 중 가장 합리적으로 산출된 VE지수를 추정하기 위해, 특정 VE지수를 본 연구가 제안하는 모집단 분포에 비교하여 그 확률을 계산하는 결정론적 해석 방법 또는 불확실성을 고려한 확률론적 해석 방법을 사용할 수 있다.
