본 연구는 웨어러블 컴퓨터의 프로토타입이 사용자에게 최적의 경험을 제공할 수 있도록 웨어러블 컴퓨터의 평가를 위한 사용성 척도를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다 이를 위해 질적 평가와 양적 평가를 동시에 수행하였다. 개발된 제품을 사용자가 직접 착용해 보고 의견을 진술하는 컨택스트(context) 평가를 2차에 걸쳐 실시하였고, 사용자 평가 결과와 전문가들의 의견을 반영하여 평가 항목 및 평가 대상을 선정하였다. 이를 통해 사용성 평가문항의 기초 안을 개발하고 관찰평가와 착의평가로 나누어서 설문을 진행하였다. 평가 결과를 분석하여 사용성 평가 문항을 확정하였으며, 만족감과 관련하여 평가 항목에 대한 이론적 모델을 도출하였다.

This work proposes a controller tuning method of a Hyundai 8608 robot in order to improve its performance. For this, we analyzed the control structure of the robot, and the functions of all the adjustable parameters in the robot controller with a reference 'NACHI Technical Report'. Through the analysis, we found out that 3 important parameters(VRRL, VRF, VRGIN) act like a conventional PID gains and other parameters are closely related to these 3 parameters. Conclusively, parameter tuning of these 3 parameters is enough in most cases of applications with other parameters fixed. The conventional PID tuning is performed to each joint of the test robot with Robot Performance Evaluation System(shown in our companion paper) so that the acceptable gain ranges for each joint are determined and then the robot performance tests are repeatedly done with the combination of the acceptable gains. Finally, the best combination is selected for its best performance. For the effectiveness of the proposed method, it was implemented on a Hyundai 8608 robot and its results are compared with the results of NACHI's Semi-Auto Tuning Method and the results which are done by a tuning expert with his eyes.

This study carried out to investigate consciousness level and situation of treatment by acupuntury (the most important part of oriental medicine) and analyze factors affection to the praetice of exercise. The main purpose of the study was to give basic and necessery data in formulating a policy related to Oriental Medical Treatment. The study was conducted by trained surveyers, for dueller in three cities (Seoul, Busan and Taegu) during 1990. 1. 4 -1990. 1. 23. The result of this study can be summerized as follows. 1. The subject of criticism an investigation for general charactristic be conducted in seoul, Busan and Taegu city area an objective 417 person, 423 person, and 366 person was among those comparatively little more by male was higher rate than female. Those in classification age group evaluation was adopted by age group 10, 20 years old adult 41.3% of most higher rate, next rank was adopted by age group 40 years old (24.9%). 2. An objective of investigation survery was made to personnel were comparative an educated level significantly higher such as college graduated 48.8%, high school graduated 30.1%. And the native comes from urban area, rural, midium and small city rate were shown as 29.6%, 28.4% and 19.9% each other. There by classification of occupational job was shown by students has 27.4% are most higher significantly also there sales and servive field job appearanced 15.1% and expert technical job is 9.0%. Religion is buddist, Christianity, Catholicism all them each other shown 33.6%, 16.7% and 12.4%. An evaluation in economic situation value rate was appearanced by middle class is 61.7% and upper and lower classes are 14.4% and 23.9% with each other and married were 59.2% 3. The people resident in cities area has experience of acupuncture were 70.4% There by classification of an area was shown by Seoul, Busan and Taegu all them other shown 59.7%, 85.2%, 68.1%. According as sex was shown by male 71.7% was more higher than female. According as age was shown by 40 years 85.0% 50 years 77% 20 years old was more higher than 30, 60 years old.

보일러 튜브용 크롬강의 열화기구에 대해 고찰하였다. 크롬강의 열화는 경도 및 응력-파단 수명의 변화를 동반하는데, 이는 주로 탄화물 분해 거동에 의존한다. 그런데 2Cr강인 T22의 열화는 이러한 탄화물 거동에 따르지만 12Cr강인 X20의 열화는 마르텐사이트 래쓰 성장거동에 따르기도 한다. T22와 X20의 열화에 의한 경도값과 응력-파단수명 변화현상을 미세조직적인 측면에서 고찰하였다.

Background: Group occupational health program by non-for-profit agency, started five years ago, for management of health problems in small and medium sized industries, is one of the measures to cope with limited human and financial resources in occupational health. The program has been rapidly expanding to include 54 participating institutions, private as well as public, all over the country. In spite of its potential impact on health of employees and practice of occupational health in small and medium sized industries, comprehensive evaluation in terms of quality has not been tried. Objectives : The aim of this study are to develop and apply criteria to assess quality of newly developed Korean group occupational health program. Methods : By defining occupational health services, in particular for small and medium sized industries, as one of the primary health care, we included followings as core elements of sound occupational health program; accessibility, continuity, intersectoral collaboration, comprehensiveness, community participation, technical quality, adequacy, focus on preventive services, acceptability, and workers' satisfaction. Again we divided each elements into five major components of national health system infrastructures developed by World Health Organization; development of health resources organized arrangement or resources, delivery of health care, economic support, and management. In turn, we categorized each component into input, process and outcome aspects. After discussions in expert panel, several criteria were selected for evaluation of program. The criteria were modified according to each group of interviewees. Results: We developed five sets of questionnaire that evaluate the quality of 'Group occupational health program'. Conclusion : The refining of the measurement tool and the continuing evaluation process for the 'Group occupational health institute' should be done further.

일반인이 리모델링 및 인테리어 공사를 하고자 할 때, 건축 재료 및 설계에 대한 지식부족으로 원하는 디자인의 방향을 잘 표현하지 못하거나, 디자인의 결과를 미리 예측하지 못하여 본인의 의도와 다르게 시공되는 등 여러 가지 문제가 발생하게 된다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 인터넷 상에서 건축설계 및 재료에 대한 지식을 공유하고, 자신이 원하는 디자인을 가상의 공간안에 미리 설계해 봄으로써, 실제 시공 시 결과를 예측할 수 있도록 도와주는 일반인들을 위한 건축설계 가상체험 사이트를 개발하고자 하는 목적을 가지고 연구되었다. 연구방법으로는 현재 건축분야에서 활용하고 있는 가상현실 기술의 사례조사를 통하여 건축설계에 있어서 구현가능한 가상현실 기술의 한계 및 그 방향을 도출하고, 실제 전문가들이 사용하고 있는 건축 설계 프로그램의 사례분석을 바탕으로 건축설계 시 요구되는 필수기능을 UI로 구성하고자 하였다. 그 결과 웹기반의 건축설계 가상체험 사이트의 설계 방향을 서비스적인 측면과 기술적인 측면, UI적인 측면으로 나누어 제안하고자 한다.

Purpose: Operating room management is the serious and complex task for hospital managers and the common approach is to develop relevant standard operational procedures. From patient and staff safety perspective, operating room management should be well-studied and hospital should identify and address any potential risks. Simultaneous usage of different imaging and less-invasive treatment technologies demands strong management control. Materials and Methods: We have formed the multidisciplinary expert panel (surgeons, anesthesiologists, radiologists, healthcare managers etc.) for hybrid theater management standard operational procedure development. On the first stage the general concept of hybrid room design and patient routing was developed. The second stage included the technical details discussion. For patient safety improvement we modified the Surgical Safety Check-list in accordance with potential MRI-related safety challenges and concerns. Results: WHO Surgical Safety Checklist is a simple and easy-to use tool which includes three blocks of question (grouped by the surgery process). We have developed two additional blocks of questions for the intraoperative magnetic resonance investigation. It is very important to have a special detailed routing with a strong control of ferromagnetic devices and anesthesiology care. Conclusion: High-energy MRI (1.5-3.0T) is characterized by potential influence on patient and staff safety in case of hybrid surgery. It is obvious to have a strong managerial control of ferromagnetic devices and anesthesiology care. Surgical Safety Checklist is the validated tool for improving patient safety. Modification and customization of this check-list potentially provides the opportunity for surgery processes improving.

오늘날에는 기업의 규모에 상관없이 생산성향상과 원가절감을 도모하기 위하여 외부의 전문가를 활용하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 기업지도에 따른 경영성과 제고에 지도위원이 어느 정도 기여하고 있는지를 확인하고 그 역할 관계성을 살펴보기 위하여 2011년도에 제품품질혁신을 위한 지도에 자발적으로 참여한 중소기업 235개 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 이를 토대로 분석하였다. 수집된 설문조사 자료는 데이터의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토한 후, SPSS의 Amos를 이용한 구조방정식 분석과 함께 각 연구 가설과 연구모형을 검증하는 방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지도 대상기업의 여건뿐만 아니라 지도위원의 역량이 지도의 성공을 이끄는 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉, 전문가의 지도가 성공하기 위해서는 지도위원의 성실성, 전문성뿐만 아니라, 회사 여건에 적합한 지도내용이 따를 때 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: Once the decision has been made to adopt an integrated medical information system (IMIS), there are a number of issues to overcome. Users need to be aware of the impact the change will make on end users and be prepared to address issues that arise before they become problems. The purpose of this study is to investigate the benefits and unexpected problems encountered in the implementation of IMIS and to determine a useful framework for IMIS. Materials and Methods: The Yonsei University Dental Hospital is steadily constructing an IMIS. The vendor's PACS software, Piview STAR, supports transactions between workstations that are approved to integrating the healthcare enterprise (IHE) with security function. It is necessary to develop an excellent framework that is good for the patient, healthcare provider and information system vendors, in an expert, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Results : The problems encountered with IMIS implementation were high initial investments, delay of EMR enforcement, underdevelopment of digital radiographic appliances and software and insufficient educational training for users. Conclusions: The clinical environments of dental IMIS is some different from the medical situation. The best way to overcome these differences is to establish a gold standard of dental IMIS integration, which estimates the cost payback. The IHE and its technical framework are good for the patient, the health care provider and all information systems vendors.

디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 무분별한 저작권 기술개발로 인해 콘텐츠 제공자와 소비자들 사이에 호환성, 콘텐츠 보호, 콘텐츠 유통 등의 문제가 야기되었다. 이러한 문제 해결을 위해 MPEG 위원회는 MPEG-21 프레임워크를 제안하였고 MPEG-21 내부에서의 저작권 관리를 위해 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)의 구조를 따르는 저작권 표현 언어인 REL(Right Expression Language)이 제안되었다. 이러한 MPEG-21을 기반 한 REL의 사용으로 합리적이고 상호 호환적인 콘텐츠 보호, 유통 및 관리를 위한 표준화된 저작권 정보 표현이 가능하게 되었다. 현재 MPEG-21은 연구 단계에 있기 때문에 신기술에 대한 빠른 대응이 필요한 상황이며 기반기술로서의 REL 편집 솔루션이 요구되고 있다. 또한 이러한 REL 문서 저작은 MPEG-21 프레임워크에 대한 지식을 가지고 있는 전문가 이외에는 문서 저작에 어려움을 갖게 되어 REL 저작 시스템의 개발이 더욱 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 MPEG-21 프레임워크의 이해 없이도 쉽게 콘텐츠에 대해 효율적으로 저작권 생성 및 편집이 가능한 REL 저작권 문서편집 시스템과 REL 저작권 문서의 소비 방법을 제시하는 클라이언트 시스템에 대해 설계 및 구현 하였다.
