  • 현재 국내에서 유통되고 있는 국내외 렌즈제품들을 대상으로 굴절력과 중심부 두께의 측정을 통해 제품간의 차이를 분석하였다. 국내 제품들은 해외제품에 버금갈 정도로 제작되었지만 허용기준에 맞지 않는 경우가 있었으며, 또 통일 제품들에서도 차이를 줄일 필요가 있다. 국내제품들이 해외 제품들에 비해 더 경쟁력을 가지기 위해서는 전문인력의 육성, 엄격한 품질검사, 공정관리, 규격의 표준화가 필요하다.

Application of expert systems in prediction of flexural strength of cement mortars

  • In this study, an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference Systems (ANFIS) prediction models for flexural strength of the cement mortars have been developed. For purpose of constructing this models, 12 different mixes with 144 specimens of the 2, 7, 28 and 90 days flexural strength experimental results of cement mortars containing pure Portland cement (PC), blast furnace slag (BFS), waste tire rubber powder (WTRP) and BFS+WTRP used in training and testing for ANN and ANFIS were gathered from the standard cement tests. The data used in the ANN and ANFIS models are arranged in a format of four input parameters that cover the Portland cement, BFS, WTRP and age of samples and an output parameter which is flexural strength of cement mortars. The ANN and ANFIS models have produced notable excellent outputs with higher coefficients of determination of $R^2$, RMS and MAPE. For the testing of dataset, the $R^2$, RMS and MAPE values for the ANN model were 0.9892, 0.1715 and 0.0212, respectively. Furthermore, the $R^2$, RMS and MAPE values for the ANFIS model were 0.9831, 0.1947 and 0.0270, respectively. As a result, in the models, the training and testing results indicated that experimental data can be estimated to a superior close extent by the ANN and ANFIS models.

  • The sports industry is expected to develop into a huge business through convergence with existing industries such as the broadcasting/information communications, health/medicine, and entertainment/leisure. This paper aims to extract and analyse the candidated promising sports industries at the national level in order to promote them in the long term, and adopts a policy-based approach to such efforts. To extract promising sports industries at the national level, a methodology that considers economic effects such as global competitiveness, technological characteristics, and the creation of jobs, as well as technical development projects, should be adopted. In this study, It was extracted 59 candidated promising sports industries using literature review and expert opinions. As a result of in-depth survey, we found some critical implications each area as follows; health club operation in the lifetime and participation sports area, female sports dance in the welfare sports area, new material sports shoes in the lifetime and welfare sports area, and dynamic training system in the professional sports area.

  • In steel making plant, sampling system for raw material such as iron ore, limestone is necessary for quality control purpose. For the sake of efficiency and productivity, automation of the sampling system is highly desirable. From technical standpoint, the development of the automated system requires multi-disciplinary domain knowledge such as mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, information technology and computer engineering. Up to present time, the development has been mainly carried out by a single domain expert with project manager. The automated system developed in this way caused problems in the final system. This paper suggests a systems engineering approach to the development of automation for raw material sampling plant via a tailored process called Plant Systems Engineering (PSE) Process based on ISO/IEC 15288. Through the PSE process, we could derive right requirements and architecture of the Systems Of Interest (SOI), and we were convinced that the PSE Process can be applied to many other Plant Systems.

공장건물의 화재리스크 경감방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factory Building Fire Risk Reduction Management)

  • This study is carried out for the fire safety of the factory building, the fire risk reduction measure in compliance with an example approached in fire risk reduction systematically, contribute to reduce the fire risk. The analytical fire risk process of discovering, identifying, estimating and evaluating risk and control measure as risk reduction measures are core concept, applies loss prevention with loss control techniques. The painting process in the workplace where the fire hazard and death accident accompanies coexists. Loss prevention problem of creation prevention of dangerous atmosphere at workplace is health and human services problem of normal circumstances, must be inspected with problem of combustible gases at the time of fire explosion. Static electricity measure accomplished the risk control process thoroughly as the fire risk reduction process model with the ignition sources measure which is presented. Fire risk from within organizing will be able to classify with each field by detailedly but risk treatment process will be able to apply basically all the same concept. Consequently about risk management example from before, this study is proposed risk management techniques that standardized rightly in the actual condition of organization with one plan, with discovery of fire risk, the feedback process in compliance with a fire risk reduction and the review which control the result is joint responsibility of engineer, technical expert and manager as part of safety management to practice with the fact must be supervised.

  • The world faces a legacy of serious environmental problems such as exhaustion of natural resources and lack of landfill sites. To address these problems, recycling of materials and products has been proposed, but at present, it is realized only within a few fields. This is because most industrial products consist of various components made of different materials and their recycling are based on the assumption that they can be separated and classified easily, the actual situation however cannot satisfy this assumption. The issue in recycling the components and wastes of used cars, in turn, gives rise to emphasis on the disassembly process. For the efficient disassembly, the component materials and their easy separation as well as the recyclability must be taken into account as early as in the design process. It should be developed an almost perfect design catalogue with existing technologies by analyzing design characteristics, manufacturing, assembly and disassembly processes for major parts and components of automobiles in terms of existing and newly proposed recycling technologies. Also it is essential to provide more technical know-how and application methods that may be helpful to utilize different components and component groups.

중학생의 주거환경이 인성특성에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of the Middle School Students` Residental Environment on their Personality)

  • This study researched the interrelation between the development of the middle school student\` personality and their residential environments on 406 middle school students. The purpose of this research were to suggest a better residential environment as a desirable educational condition for making juveniles\` sound self-realization. The results of this research were as follows. 1. According to the their parents\` social status on middle school students\` personality the students. especially their parents had a service and technical expert official job of a better academic career showed an excellent score in personality. 2. According to the relation between the residential environment on their personality. it was said that the students. (1) who had their own study room at their own house. (2) who had a better house equipment and relatively a safety from fire danger. (3) who were living at the house which had been equipped a ventilation and sound isolation. were higher in the Personality score than any other groups. 3. According to the neighborhood and their personality the students who were living in some comfortable environments such as the divided collect of trash and the neighborhood natural surroundings skewed a high score in personality.

  • Fisheries and shipping industry as national basic industry need continuous growth and basic human resource development for international competition. This study was carried out through investigating of the related literature and reports. The purpose of study for developing direction and subject matter of curriculum in the fisheries marine science high school was as follows. Recently, reforms of vocational high school will expand professionalization and specialization. Therefore systematic curriculum of basic knowledge, basic skill and technical is required more and more in field work of fishery and merchant marine. The other important factors of curriculum improvement were cooperative role between school and local industry, adaptation of basic ability, job analysis, various curriculum opening. Above all, teachers of fisheries and merchant marine high school require advanced consciousness and must participate in revising curriculum. And the textbook of fisheries and merchant marine high school is useful to improve the level of learning ability degree and must be written by the related teacher, and the textbook contents must be studied by the expert group under professors leading to advanced discipline and skill of field work.

  • 영재교육의 세 가지 목표 중 실제 교육현장에서 학생들의 학습을 안내하고 평가함에 있어서 중심이 되는 것은 창의적 생산력의 신장이라 할 수 있다. 모든 교육 활동이 그러하듯이 평가는 교육목표 선정과 그에 따른 교육 활동의 설계에서부터 교수 학습 활동의 전개 및 반성과 수정에 이르기까지 병행되어야 한다. 그러나 수학 영재교육 현장에서도 창의적 생산력의 신장이라는 교육목표를 이루기 위한 교육 활동을 위해서는 창의적 산출물에 대한 명확한 개념 탐색과 이를 평가할 수 있는 평가 방법이 마련되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수학영재교육에서 적용될 창의적 산출물의 개념이란 어떤 것인지를 탐색하고 이를 평가할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였으며, 평가틀과 준거를 개발하고 적용하였다.

  • 최근 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 무분별한 저작권 기술개발로 인해 컨텐츠 제공자와 소비자들 사이에 호환성, 컨텐츠 보호, 컨텐츠 유통 등의 문제가 야기되고 있다. 따라서 MPEG(Moving Picture Expert Group)-21 프레임워크는 저작권 관리를 위해 XML(extensible Markup Language)에 기반한 저작권 표현 언어인 REL(Right Expression Language)을 제안하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 MPEG-21 프레임워크의 이해 없이도 쉽게 컨텐츠에 대해 효율적으로 저작권 생성 및 편집이 가능한 REL 문서 편집 시스템과 REL 문서의 소비 방법을 제시하는 클라이언트 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.
