서울시 보건소 대사증후군관리사업의 효과와 자가관리 지원수준 평가 (Evaluation of the Effectiveness and the Level of Self-Management Support on the Metabolic Syndrome Management Program at Public Health Centers in Seoul Metropolitan City)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and the level of self-management support on the Metabolic Syndrome Management Program at public health centers in Seoul metropolitan city. Methods: The effectiveness on the Metabolic Syndrome Management Program were analyzed using secondary data from 1,312 community residents who were receiving program. The level of self-management support on Metabolic Syndrome Management Program was evaluated using an 'Assessment of Primary Care Resources and Supports for Chronic Disease Self-Management' from four public health centers. Results: The effectiveness on the Metabolic Syndrome Management Program was showed that decreased smoking (p= 0.044) and drinking (p< 0.001), and increased healthy dietary habit (p< 0.001) in health behaviors. It was showed that decreased triglyceride (p= 0.002) and increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (p< 0.001) in clinical indicators. The level of self-management support on Metabolic Syndrome Management Program was 98.1 points and it meaned that implementation is done in an organized and consistent manner using a team approach. There was difference in the level of self-management support by public health centers (p= 0.003). Conclusion: The Metabolic Syndrome Management Program in public health centers was effective, and level of self-management support was done as organizational level, but patient input and mental health were insufficient.

대학 신입생 대상 전략교양 교과 콘텐츠의 팀티칭 운영 효과 -지역대학(중등특수교육과) 사례를 중심으로- (Effects of Team Teaching on Strategic Cultural Curriculum Contents against Freshmen -focused on case of Local University(Department of Secondary Special Education)-)

  • 새로운 대학생활과 학습 환경의 적응 및 교우 교수자와의 관계 형성에 부담을 가져야 하는 대학 신입생들을 돕기 위하여 많은 대학들이 노력하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 대학 신입생들의 학교 적응 등을 돕기 위한 하나의 방안인 지역 대학 전략교양 교과('의사소통과 대인관계')의 팀티칭 운영(지도 교수 별 팀티칭 시행, 표준 교재 중심 지도 vs. 자율 멘토링 지도)의 효과성을 알아보고 고찰해 보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 충북에 소재한 신입생 대상 수강인원 31명과 교수자 5명을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구 도구는 대학 전략교양 교과 개발팀이 제공한 '의사소통능력 평가지' 및 '교과 만족도, 대학 적응감, 친밀도' 그리고 관련 의견에 대한 간단한 설문을 제작 적용하였다. 이에 대한 자료 분석은 대응 및 독립 표본 T-검정과 평정척도 평가 결과를 중심으로 실시하였다. 연구 문제에 따른 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 두 가지 유형의 팀티칭 교육과정 운영이 전략교양 교과의 수업목표측면(의사소통능력 개선)에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지를 알아본 결과, 표준 교재 지도 중심 운영 팀이 유의한 효과를 나타내었으며, 둘째, 두 가지 유형의 팀티칭 운영에 따라 전략 교양 교과를 이수한 수강생들이 지각하고 있는 대학생활 적응 측면(대학 적응감, 친밀감)에의 변화가 어떠한지를 알아본 결과, '표준 교재 중심 운영 팀'이 각 각 유의한 차이의 변화를 나타내었음이 확인되었다. 셋째, 전략교양 교과의 이러한 팀티칭 교육과정 운영에 대해 학습자(수강생)들과 교수자들이 지각하고 있는 전반적인 교과의 만족도와 관련 의견이나 인식(강 약점, 개선 의견)그리고 기타 변화 상황 등을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들을 중심으로 지도교수 중심 팀티칭의 교수 형태와 표준 콘텐츠 운영 방안의 교육적 함의점을 고찰하고 제안과 제한점을 제시하였다.

항균제를 이용한 알루미늄 표면에 생물막 형성 억제효과 분석 (Study of Effectiveness of Antimicrobial on Restraining Formation of Biofilms on the Surface of Aluminum)

  • The antibacterial activity of a antimicrobial (organic synthetic or organic natural material) on the bacteria (Bacillus megaterium, Arthrobacter oxydans, Micrococcus luteus, Methylobacterium aquaticum) detected in the automobiles showed 99.9% bacteria decrease rate within 30 min of being in contact with the tested bacteria culture. The MIC of the organic synthetic material based antimicrobials and the organic natural material based antimicrobial on the bacteria were 31~500 mg/mL and 8~250 mg/mL, respectively. The bacteria and biofilms were formed on the surface of aluminum after 5 ~8 days in the case of addition of the organic synthetic material based antimicrobial to the MIC values for the tested bacteria culture. On the other hand, there was no proliferation of bacteria and formation of biofilms on the surface of aluminum even after 30 days in the case of addition of the organic natural material based antimicrobial to the MIC values for the tested bacteria culture. As a result, the organic natural material based antimicrobial was confirmed to be more excellent effect of inhibition of bacterial proliferation and restraint of biofilms formation than the organic synthetic material based antimicrobial.

팀 기반 학습활동이 대학생의 인성교육에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Team-based Learning Activity on College Students' Character Education)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 팀 기반 학습활동에서 인성교육이 자연스럽게 습득될 수 있도록 방법론적 접근을 통한 해결책을 제공하는 것이다. 2021년 봄 학기에 두 그룹 총 69명의 대학생을 대상으로 실험반은 교양영어 프로그램과 팀 기반 학습활동을 융합하여 강의를 진행하였고 통제반은 교양영어 프로그램에 맞춘 강의중심 수업을 실시하여 팀 활동이 인성교육 덕목에 영향을 줄 수 있는지를 연구하였다. 연구 결과, 실험반(p<.001)의 사후 테스트 결과에서 인성덕목 총점이 크게 향상되었다. 팀 기반 학습의 하위 항목인 리더십, 신뢰도, (과제)수행 및 책임감 간상호 밀접하게 상관관계가 있었으며 인성교육의 하위 항목인 자기조절, 배려, 소통, 자존감, 책임감에 대한 사전 및 사후 테스트 결과 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 강의중심 수업보다는 학생들이 직접 참여한 팀 활동을 통한 수업은 인성교육에 효과적인 영향을 주었다. 다만, 현 연구는 모수가 제한적이기 때문에 보다 확장적인 심층 연구가 필요하며, 향후 다양한 교수법이 적용된 인성교육의 효과성에 대한 검증이 이루어졌으면 한다.

A Modified SweepSAR Mode with Dual Channels for High Resolution and Wide Swath

  • In this study, an imaging mode of the modified SweepSAR is proposed with performance analysis for a high-resolution and wide swath coverage. To reduce the overall antenna size required for the solution of the azimuth ambiguity problem, different pulse repetition frequencies (PRFs) are utilized for different transmitters, respectively. For each imaging mode, system performance parameters are used for simulation, analysis, wide swath prediction, and comparison between conventional ScanSAR mode and SweepSAR mode based on scanon-receive (SCORE). The system parameters of AASR, RASR, and NESZ will be estimated and suggested on the imaging mode by using appropriate reflector antenna with the effectiveness of a modified SweepSAR employing dual channels.

고속열차의 저해상도 타코미터를 이용한 정확한 속도 추정에 관한 연구 (An Accurate Velocity Estimation using Low Resolution Tachometer of High-Speed Trains)

  • Reliable velocity estimation technology for trains is one of technologies used to operate trains safely and effectively. Various sensors such as tachometers, doppler radars, and global positioning systems are used to estimate velocity of a train. Tachometer is widely used to estimate velocity of a trains due to its simplicity, small volume, cost-effectiveness, continuously measurement at high speed, and robustness against noise. Accuracy in the velocity calculation using a tachometer depends on quantization error, measurement error of wheel radius or diameter, and tachometer's imperfection from manufacturing or installation process. In this paper, we present an accurate velocity estimation method using a low-resolution tachometer, which is commonly installed on a high-speed train. Baseline estimation method is proposed to accurately calculate the velocity of the high-speed train from tachometer's pulses. HEMU-430x test train is used for the experiment and verification of the proposed method. Experimental results with several routes show that the proposed method is more accurate than a conventional method.

차량 하중 변동에 따른 전조등 컷오프라인 자동 보상에 대한 연구 (A Study on Automatic Compensation for Head Lamps Cut-off Line Under Load Variation)

  • Vehicle lightings are very important for safe driving during night time. Since the eye recovery time after an exposure to oncoming headlights would take after several seconds, the aiming point of vehicle head lamps have to pass safety requirements. Despite the fact that vehicle inclination is variable with vehicle load conditions, the head lamps aiming point is usually fixed at a constant position which is set by car manufacturer. Consequently, vehicle head lamps under varying load conditions often make people in the opposing vehicle uncomfortable, and even worse, can cause an accident. This paper presents an active vehicle lighting mechanism to automatically adjust its aiming point, or cut-off line, in order to compensate the change in vehicle inclination resulting from load variations. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through a set of simulations and experiments with a real vehicle.

협동학습(Cooperative Learning)을 적용한 보건교육 수업에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Comprehensive Approach to Health Education: Cooperative Learning)

  • Recently, the educational community has attempted to implement the theory of multiple intelligences. In approaching multiple intelligences, teachers have applied the same structural approach which has been so successful with cooperative learning. Cooperative learning is easy to learn and implement, fun for teachers and students, and produce profoundly positive outcomes along a remarkable number of dimensions. Different structures are designed for different outcomes, including enhanced mastery of subject matter, improved thinking skills, team building, class building, development of social character and social skills, communication skills, classroom management, classroom discipline, and development of and engagement of each of the multiple intelligences. Cooperative learning is becoming an increasingly popular teaching strategy. In this study, it is aimed to clarify the application of cooperative learning in health education. Cooperative Learning in health education enhances student learning by: 1) providing a shared cognitive set of information between students, 2) motivating students to learn the material, 3) ensuring that students construct their own health knowledge, 4) providing formative feedback, 5) developing social and health group skills necessary for success outside the classroom, and 6) promoting positive interaction between members of different cultural and socio-economic groups. Cooperative Learning structures and techniques in health education are following. Flash Card, Focused Listing, Structured Problem-solving, Paired Annotations, Structured Learning Team Group Roles, Send-A-Problem, Value Line, Uncommon Commonalities, Team Expectations, Double Entry Journal, Guided Reciprocal Peer Questioning, What if. Because the purpose of health education is the practice, therefore health specialists have to guide powerful and effective teaching method The application of cooperative learning in health education may improve its effectiveness.

Performance Analysis of the Anti-Spoofing Array Antenna with Eigenvector Nulling Algorithm

  • The public open signals from Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) including Global positioning system (GPS) are used widely by many peoples in the world except for the public regulated restriction signals which are encrypted. Nowadays there are growing concerns about GNSS signal spoofing which can deceive the GNSS receivers by abusing these open services. To counter these spoofing threats, many researches have been studied including array antenna techniques which can detect the direction of arrival by means of Multiple Signal Classification (MUSIC) algorithm. Originally the array antenna techniques were developed to countermeasure the jamming signal in electronic warfare by using the nulling or beamforming algorithm toward a certain direction. In this paper, we study the anti-spoofing techniques using array antenna to overcome the jamming and spoofing issues simultaneously. First, we will present the theoretical analysis results of spoofing signal response of Minimum Variance Distortionless Response (MVDR) algorithm in array antenna. Then the eigenvector algorithm of covariance matrix is suggested and verified to work with the existing anti-jamming method. The modeling and simulation are used to verify the effectiveness of the anti-spoofing algorithm. Also, the field test results show that the array antenna system with the proposed algorithms can perform the anti-spoofing function. This anti-spoofing method using array antenna is very effective in the view point of solving both the jamming and spoofing problems using the same array antenna hardware.

해양사고 예방을 위한 사전학습 언어모델의 순차적 레이블링 기반 복수 인과관계 추출 (Sequence Labeling-based Multiple Causal Relations Extraction using Pre-trained Language Model for Maritime Accident Prevention)

  • Numerous studies have been conducted to analyze the causal relationships of maritime accidents using natural language processing techniques. However, when multiple causes and effects are associated with a single accident, the effectiveness of extracting these causal relations diminishes. To address this challenge, we compiled a dataset using verdicts from maritime accident cases in this study, analyzed their causal relations, and applied labeling considering the association information of various causes and effects. In addition, to validate the efficacy of our proposed methodology, we fine-tuned the KoELECTRA Korean language model. The results of our validation process demonstrated the ability of our approach to successfully extract multiple causal relationships from maritime accident cases.
