The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of teachers' vocational aptitude and sense of responsibility on their teaching efficacy in early childhood education and care. 259 teachers in ECEC were recruited from 19 daycare centers and the data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, Pearson's correlations, and stepwise regression using SPSS 18.0. The findings are as follows. First, teachers' teaching efficacy was significantly different according to their age, the number of years of teaching experiences, and education levels. Second, all degrees of teachers' vocational aptitude, sense of responsibility, and their teaching efficacy were higher than the median points. Second, teachers' efficacy relating with running class was affected most by the ability of safe management in vocational aptitude, and teaching methods in sense of responsibility. For teachers' efficacy relating to teaching, acceptability/sensitivity in vocational aptitude and motivation had the most impact. The implication was discussed in order to figure out the ways to increase teachers' efficacy.

The purpose of this study was to explore the perception toward qualification of early childhood English teachers and their teachers' sense of efficacy. The samples consisted of 201 early childhood English teachers in Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu, Gyeonggi area. A sample of early childhood English teachers completed a series of questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed with t-test, F-test, correlation. The results showed that most teachers were women between 30 to 40 years old, university graduate with job experience less than 3 years. In addition, half of teachers in this study majored on English studies or early childhood education and child studies. This study found that early childhood English teachers thought themselves to be qualified as a English teacher and early childhood teacher. And they rated teachers' sense of efficacy to relatively high. There were differences on the scores of qualification of early childhood English teacher and teachers' sense of efficacy according to education level and major. And years of job experience were positively related with the perception of qualification of early childhood teacher and teachers' sense of efficacy.

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 행복감과 교사전문성 및 교사효능감 간의 관계와 행복감이 교사전문성과 교사효능감에 미치는 영향력을 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 광주광역시와 전라남도 지역 예비유아교사 264명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 통계처리는 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 이용하여 Pearson의 상관계수와 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 행복감과 교사전문성 및 교사효능감의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 행복감 전체와 하위 요인인 외적행복, 내적행복, 자기조절행복과 교사전문성 및 교사효능감 간에 유의한 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 행복감이 교사전문성에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과, 행복감 전체와 하위요인인 외적 행복감, 내적 행복감, 자기조절 행복감 모두 유의미한 영향력을 보였다. 다음으로 예비유아교사의 행복감이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과, 행복감 전체와 하위요인인 외적 행복감, 내적 행복감, 자기조절 행복감 모두 유의미한 영향을 보였다. 이러한 연구는 학교생활동안 예비유아교사들의 행복감을 증진하고 유아교사 양성기관의 교육 내용 및 과정에 긍정적인 측면을 강화하여 교사교육에 대한 개선방안을 모색하는 데 그 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this research is to identify the level of number sense, the attitude toward mathematics and the mathematics teaching efficacy of pre-service elementary special education teachers and to verify the mediation effect of mathematics teaching efficacy between number sense and attitude toward mathematics. 70 university students participated in research. The results from this study are as following: First, the level of number sense among pre-service elementary special education teachers was not so high. They had negative attitude toward mathematics and their mathematics teaching efficacy was on the average level. Second, positive correlationships were shown between number sense and attitude toward mathematics and between number sense and mathematics teaching efficacy. The mediating effect of the mathematics teaching efficacy in the relationship between number sense and attitude toward mathematics was found. The limitations of the study and directions for future studies were discussed.

본 연구에서는 교사들의 교수효능감에 미치는 비인지적 요인의 영향을 알아보기 위하여 교사효능감과 관련된 사회적지지, 행복감, 직무만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 구글 온라인 설문을 제작하였고 교사연수에 참여하고 있는 전국의 초·중·고 교사들 249명의 자료를 기술통계분석과 경로분석을 실시하였다. SPSS 22.0 과 Amos 21.0를 사용하였다. 분석 결과 교사들의 사회적지지는 직무만족과 행복감에 유의미한 영향을 주었고, 직무만족이 행복감과 교사효능감에 유의미한 영향을 주었지만, 사회적지지와 행복감은 교사효능감에 직접적인 영향을 주지는 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 단, 사회적지지가 직무만족을 통해 행복감으로 부분매개효과가 있으며, 사회적지지가 직무만족을 통해 교사효능감으로 완전매개효과가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 변인 간 영향관계를 알아봄으로써 공교육의 질을 결정하는 중요한 요인인 교사들의 교사효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안 마련의 기초 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among early childhood teachers' attitudes toward music education, music teaching practice, and music teaching efficacy. A total of 255 early childhood teachers participated in the study and data were analyzed through frequency, percentile, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and Pearson's correlation. The results of this study indicated that early childhood teachers' music teaching efficacy, attitudes toward music education and music teaching practice were influenced mainly by the teacher's own educational level. They also showed that early childhood teachers' music teaching efficacy, attitudes toward music education, and music teaching practice were correlated with one another. In conclusion, the early child teachers' sense of music teaching efficacy turned out to be a very important factor in early childhood teachers' music education.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of early childhood teachers' communication ability, teacher efficacy, and organizational effectiveness of child care centers. The subjects of this study were 397 teachers working at child care centers. The results of this study were as follows. First, differences in the organization effectiveness of child care centers were detected according to teachers' age, career, type of child care center where they were affiliated, and marriage status. Second, the relative effects of the teachers' communication ability and teacher efficacy on the organizational effectiveness of early-childhood educational institutions differed significantly according to each sub-factor; teachers' communication ability's sub-factors - response, analysis, and evaluation - and teacher efficacy's sub-factors - general efficacy and personal efficacy - had partial effects on the organizational effectiveness of child care centers. Of these, personal efficacy had the greatest effects on all sub-factors of organizational effectiveness. This study is significant since it identifies the variables that could affect the organizational effectiveness of child care centers.

본 연구는 정서조절양식과 교사효능감이 유아교사의 소진에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하여, 유아교사의 소진을 감소시키거나 예방할 수 있는 보호요인을 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경상북도와 울산광역시 소재 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하는 유아교사 157명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 유아교사의 정서조절양식과 교사효능감은 각각 소진에 영향력이 있었는데, 회피-분산적 양식을 많이 사용할수록 소진이 많았고, 개인적 교사효능감이 높을수록 소진이 적었다. 이 결과는 정서조절양식과 교사효능감이 유아교사의 소진을 의미 있게 설명하는 변인임을 시사하는 것으로, 유아교사가 효과적인 정서조절양식을 사용하도록 돕고 교사효능감을 증진시키는 방안을 모색하는 것이 필요하다고 본다.

This study aims to examine changes in teaching and learning conceptions and sense of efficacy as well as relationships between them. Data were collected from 121 Korean preservice teachers before and after a 4-week teaching practicum. The results indicated that constructivist conceptions of teaching and learning increased over the practicum period and teacher efficacy shifted as well. In addition, correlations among the constructs were strengthened over the practicum period. Interestingly, constructivist conceptions related to differentiated education were not significant, while traditional conceptions related to teacher-guided lessons were significant after the practicum. These results imply that Korean preservice teachers still place value on the traditional perspective, even though constructivism dominates the current educational policies of Korea.

본 연구는 보육현장의 질적 수준을 향상시키기 위한 목적으로 국공립 어린이집과 민간 어린이집에서 근무하는 보육교사들을 대상으로 보육교사의 효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 보육교사들이 어린이집에서 근무하는데 변화의 잠재력을 보여주고 이들을 발전시킬 기회를 제공하기 위해서는 보육교사의 효능감이 무엇보다 중요하다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 영유아와 학부모에게 양질의 보육서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 보육교사의 직무만족이 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구에서 국공립 어린이집과 민간 어린이집에서 근무하는 보육교사들의 개인적 특성과 효능감을 비교하여 보육교사의 직무만족 향상을 위한 다양한 실천과제를 논의하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 어린이집 소재지는 국공립 어린이집과 민간 어린이집 보육교사 모두의 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 공통요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 국공립 어린이집 보육교사들은 민간 어린이집 보육교사들과는 달리 가정연계 및 긍정적 학습환경 조성효능감에서 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 국공립 어린이집과 민간 어린이집 보육교사의 직무만족도에 있어 의사결정참여 효능감이 공통적으로 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다.
