Objectives : This study is to investigate factors that predispose the oral health education patterns of teachers at preschool institutions such as kindergartens and day nurseries, for which a comparison was made among the patterns, whereto the PRECEDE model was applied. Methods : A survey was conducted by two visits, a preliminary survey and a main survey, and teachers at the foregoing institutions personally filled in the questionnaire. Results : 1. With relation to epidemiological and social diagnosis, the largest number of respondents (53.7%) agreed on the need for oral health education, but at the same time, the largest number of respondents (40.3%) was unsatisfactory with oral health education given by them. 2. With relation to behavioral diagnosis, there were many cases where respondents taught their students to brush their teeth after meals and snacks. Oral health education was focused on safety and injuries. There was no significant intergroup difference (p>0.05). 3. Predisposing factors (a subcategory of educational diagnosis) showed the following results: As for the frequency of oral health education, most respondents at both institutions answered preferred once every six month (p>0.05). In the case of oral health checkup, 75.4% of respondents at kindergartens preferred once a year. 72.2% of respondents at day nurseries preferred the same frequency. They showed a statistically significant difference (p<0.05). In enabling factors, it was found that most respondents at both institutions collected information and teaching materials from mass media and public health centers respectively. In enabling factors, insufficient teaching materials, media and knowledge were found to be obstacles to oral health education. Conclusions : Oral healthcare providers' cooperation is required to diversify away from tooth brushing-centered education and to enrich oral health education. In addition, continuous supplements are required to make teachers at preschool institutions acquire expert knowledge and give oral health education with confidence. Moreover, it needs to train them for various education programs as well as to support them with educational media. Lastly, family members' cooperation is required to develop oral health education programs.
South Korea has strengthened the eligibility criteria for childcare teachers while amending the Infant Care Act in January 2005 in order to improve the quality of childcare services. Since then, there was a change in the legal basis related to childcare staff such as introduction of national certification of childcare center directors, name change, strengthened qualification standards for directors and teachers, training system maintenance and repair, strengthened credit standards of teachers' care related qualification courses, and maintenance provisions of continuing education nursery teacher qualifications. And that is because childcare staff are closely related to the quality of childcare, and a very important variable who has direct influence on infants. This study, through literature research and analysis, describes the status and development direction of childcare staff. This study covers three main aspects. First, the relevant historical flow was reviewed and the concepts of the role, expertise, and legal status of childcare staff were investigated. Second, staff training institutions, emissions certification, employment, and the status of treatment were investigated. Third, development direction for the training system, eligibility criteria, continuing education and its training system, and treatment improvement were proposed.

Children should be provided with the right to be protected by adults, related organizations, or countries because they lack power, situation recognition ability, and situation judgment ability compared to adults. Also, children's accidents and accidents caused by neglect of management occur every year. Currently, there are about 3 to 20 children managed by one teacher in a daycare center, and it is very difficult for teachers to care for all children as many children have to be managed. Especially, when outdoor activities are conducted in open space, children's activities are expanded compared to the in-house, and children who do not follow the control of the in-house teacher may occur, so there is a limit to the control and management of children depending on the viewpoint of teachers. In this study, we designed and implemented IoT terminal and system to provide safety to children and to provide convenience to guardians and teachers by systemizing the location or interval between children and in-service teachers using portable devices that can communicate with each other. It is hoped that this will contribute to the safety of infants.

Although this research puts the emphasis on the importance of the personality education, and lacks the understanding of the early childhood educator about the personality education, and essentially the content analysis of the direction of the operation of the personality education hasn't been performed. Therefore through the research study once again we collected the opinion of the early childhood educator about the personality education. The reason for emphasizing the personality education appears to be the "Individual Egoism", and the "Parental Value" as the factor of influence, and "Whole People Human Development and Health Promotion" as a factor of helping, and "Courage" as the inner information of the information of the personality education, and "Manner" as the outer information. Secondly, more than the majority was carrying out the personality education in the real state of the early childhood educator on the personality education and it happens to be that the instructional material is the "Material related to the personality education", "Conversation" as the teaching learning method, "Once per week" as number of times, "Within 30 minutes" as lead time, "Teacher in Charge" as the host, and "Uncooperative parents" as the difficulty. Lastly the accurate time of demanding the early childhood educator about the personality education happens to be from "Infancy", and the teaching method is "Teaching by making a connection with the family", and that "Leading by example of the teacher" is the factor of consideration.
