'구기록물' 재편철 방안의 모색 (A Study on the Device of 'Archival Refiling')

  • The issue of how to manage the existing records at an archives is very important from the aspects of principle and practicality in record management since it is deeply related with the system of managing new records. Although there are a few studies on filing and criteria on organizing records, they do not often help in the actual site of record and archives management. Therefore, we need to raise the issues that could develop in actual sites and find the ways or resolving these issues, other than the general criteria proposed. Refiling is a very important task for recovering the original order and needs to be a task that should be done according to the overall system and process of record management at an archives. Furthermore, it is very important to objectify and regulate the contents and methods of the task of refiling through the refiling criteria with the content of criteria being specific. From the arguments presented until now, we could tell that refiling falls in the area of record management at an archive directly related with the department of reproducing records at public organizations. Moreover, the role of archivists relates with the task of refiling is critical. Especially, distinguishing job according to chief object is a critical issue in the status and role of archivists at record and archives institutions. This process is important not only at the level of simple job makeup but also in record management. Archivists should be responsible for preparing refiling criteria, reviewing of problems developed in job process, classifying records for refiling, reviewing and refiling of catalogs and key words, selecting equipment and tools, and establishing various forms.

병원에 근무하는 물리치료사의 직무특성과 이직의도와의 관련성 연구 (Relationships between Job Characteristics and Turnover Intention of the Physical Therapists of Hospitals)

  • Recruiting and maintaining capable physical therapists in hospitals is crucial to provide patients with better quality's physical therapy and to achieve hospital business objectives. This study is to provide basic data for effective personnel management of physical therapists in the hospital. For this, this study was conducted to confirm the relationship between turnover intention and job characteristics(task importance, job autonomy, job feedback, task identity, skill diversity), and to find out factors affecting the turnover intention of hospital physical therapists in Korea. The sample used in this study consisted of 173 physical therapists who were working in hospitals located in Seoul from June 18 to 29. The data for analysis were collected by questionnaire survey. The dependent variable of this study was turnover intention and the independent variables were job characteristics(task importance, job autonomy, job feedback, task identity, skill diversity), demographic characteristics of respondents(sex, age, education level, marital status, working hospital, working career). The major statistical methods used for the analysis were factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Turnover intention according to demographic characteristics of respondents was significantly high in the graduate school above group. As the result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis of turnover intention, R2 of job characteristics was much more powerful than demographic characteristics. The factors had significant negative effect on turnover intention were job autonomy, task identity, and skill diversity. And in demographic characteristics factors, there were not significant factors on turnover intention. In considering above findings, for decreasing turnover intention of physical therapists, hospitals need to develop strategies for enhancing job satisfaction by improving job autonomy, task identity, and skill diversity from the adequate job environment.

전라남도 지명업무의 개선방안 연구 (A Study on Improvement of JeollaNamdo Geographic Name Task)

  • 본 연구는 전라남도 지명업무의 현황을 분석 문제점을 파악하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하기위한 것이다. 이를 위해 연구 대상인 지명의 정의 등 이론적 고찰을 시행하고 현행 지명업무의 조직 현황, 지명위원회 조례 제정 및 정비 현황, 지명위원회 운영 현황 등을 분석하여 지명업무에 대한 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 지명업무 담당조직 및 담당 공무원의 전문성 개선방안으로 지명업무 담당부서의 일원화, 담당공무원의 전문화, 지명업무 관련 교육 및 교재 개발 등을 제시하고, 둘째, 지명위원회 조례 및 운영에 대한 개선방안으로 지명위원회 조례 제정 및 정비 적극 추진, 지명위원회 구성 및 운영 지도 감독, 지명의 제정 및 변경 절차의 간소화, 지명법 제정 등을 제시 하였다.

조정 에이전트를 이용한 작업 할당 최적화 기법 (An Optimization Strategy of Task Allocation using Coordination Agent)

  • 게임과 같은 실시간이며 복잡한 다중 에이전트 환경에서는 시스템의 효율성을 극대화하기 위해 반복적으로 작업 할당이 수행된다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 다중 에이전트 구조에 적합하며 최적화된 작업 할당이 가능한 방안으로 $A^*$ 알고리즘을 적용한 조정 에이전트를 제안한다. 제안하는 조정 에이전트는 수행 가능한 에이전트와 할당 가능한 작업으로 정제된 모든 에이전트와 작업의 조합으로 상태 그래프를 생성하고, $A^*$ 알고리즘을 이용한 평가함수를 적용하여 최적화된 작업 할당을 수행한다. 또한 실시간 재 할당에 따른 지연을 방지하기 위해 그리디 방식을 선택적으로 사용함으로써 재할당 요구에 대한 빠른 처리가 가능하다. 마지막으로 모의실험을 통해 조정 에이전트를 통한 최적화된 작업 할당 결과가 그리디 방식의 작업 할당보다 성능이 25%향상되었음을 입증한다.

전남 도서지역 보건진료원 업무환경 개선방안 (Improvement for Work Status of Community Health Practitioners in Island Areas)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the work status of community health practitioners in island areas. Methods: Participants in this study were 59 community health practitioners in primary health care posts located on islands in J Province. Data were collected during December, 2011 and analyzed using SPSS 17.0 program. Results: Characteristics of the majority of community health practitioners in the island areas was that they were over 50 years old, married, and had 10 years job experience, The population under their jurisdiction was less than 200 and they had an average of 6-10 patients/day and worked less than 10 hours/day. Health education and practice were the most common of task, and they had various types of paperwork to complete. They visited senior citizens living alone, managed medications, gathered health data for research, waited for night treatment of emergency patients, carried out health promotion programs, and visited seriously ill patients at home after work hours. Conclusion: Results of the study indicate that in order to improve the role and function of the primary health care posts and to boost morale, the practitioners' opinions should be actively accepted by the community health practitioner association and competent government agencies.

치과종사자의 치과건강보험 산정기준에 대한 인지도 조사 (Research on the Oral Health Professional's Awareness of the Dental Health Insurance Standard)

  • Purpose. This research is implemented to identify the status of educations about the pricing standard, status of the cognition of the pricing standard, and the solutions to the questions on the pricing standard of the oral health professionals. it will provide the easier accessibility to the annual changes in Dental Health Insurance Standards to the oral health professionals. Methods. The research subjects are the total 204 oral health professionals in limited area, and it was analyzed with structured questionnaires. The collected data is analyzed by IBM SPSS ver. 19.0, a statistical program (IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA) for the frequency and percentage, and ANOVA. The result is as following Results. The awareness of dental health insurance standard was statistically significant differences by age (p<0.01), career (p<0.001), the prime task (p<0.01), and dental insurance claimants (p<0.05). The awareness of the standard was statistically significant differences by educational training within last 6 months (p<0.05), the cognition of the standard (p<0.001), and solutions for the questions (p<0.05). Conclusions. As the results of the research, it is necessary to develop the educational program under condition of age, career, main task, and better understanding in Dental Health Insurance Standard for oral health professional.

입자기반 개별요소모델을 통한 결정질 암석 내 균열의 역학적 거동 모델링: 국제공동연구 DECOVALEX-2023 Task G(Benchmark Simulation) (Grain-Based Distinct Element Modelling of the Mechanical Behavior of a Single Fracture Embedded in Rock: DECOVALEX-2023 Task G (Benchmark Simulation))

  • 본 논문에서는 국제공동연구인 DECOVALEX-2023 프로젝트 Task G의 연구 현황과 현재까지 수행된 benchmark 해석 결과를 소개하였다. Task G의 명칭은 'Safety ImplicAtions of Fluid Flow, Shear, Thermal and Reaction Processes within Crystalline Rock Fracture NETworks(SAFENET)'로, 결정질 암반 내 균열의 생성과 성장 메커니즘 및 균열에서 발생하는 열-수리-역학적 복합거동을 해석하기 위한 수치해석기법을 개발하는 데에 목표가 있다. Task G의 첫 번째 연구 테마는 결정질 암석 내 단일 균열의 역학적 거동에 대한 해석해(analytical solution)를 바탕으로 각 연구팀의 수치모델링기법을 개발 및 검증하는 Benchmark 해석이다. 본 연구에서는 3차원 입자기반 개별요소모델을 이용하여 단일 균열을 포함한 암석의 역학적 거동 특성을 모델링하고자 하였다. 이 모델에서는 상호독립적으로 거동하는 개별입자의 집합체를 통해 암석의 구조적 특징을 모사하고, 입자와 입자간 접촉에서 발생하는 역학적 거동을 개별요소해석모델인 3DEC을 통해 계산하게 된다. 해석 결과, 도메인의 경계응력으로 인해 균열에 유도되는 수직응력과 전단응력 수준은 변위 구속과 응력 재배치로 인해 이론적인 수치보다 낮게 나타났다. 그러나 수치모델에서 계산된 수직변위와 전단변위는 실제 균열의 유도 응력을 통해 추정된 해석해와 비교할 때 상당히 유사한 결과를 보였으며 균열의 응력-변위 관계를 합리적으로 재현할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 해석모델은 Task G에 참여하는 국외 연구팀들과의 의견 교류와 워크숍을 통해 지속적으로 개선하는 한편, 향후 다양한 조건의 실내시험에 적용하여 타당성을 검증할 예정이다.

보건진료원 직무수행에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 - 경기도 관내 보건진료원을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Factors which influenced the Performance of Community Health Practitioners' Function -Around the CHPs in Kyonggi-province Area-)

  • This study was done in order to analyze the factors which influenced the performance level of community health practitioners' task. Interview survey was done during the period from August to October, 1986. Interviewee were 166 CHPs among total of 217 CHPs in Kyonggi province area. Multiple stepwise regression and canonical correlation analysis were used to identify major factors influenced to perform community health practitioners' task. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. General characteristics of CHPs 1) Personal characteristics The average age of CHPs was 37.8 years and their marital status was $77.6\%$ of married, educational back-ground was $65.3\%$ of junior college graduation. Their job career was $38.6\%$ of between 1-3 years, $33.3\%$ of between 3-5 years, $22.2\%$ of less than 1 years. Most of CHPs$(62.8\%)$ were fully satisfied with their job, $33.3\%$ were moderately, and $3.8\%$ were not satisfied. 2) Working environmental condition Only $31.7%$ of CHPs were satisfied with their working condition of primary health post, $26.6\%$ were not satisfied. Half of CHPs$(52.5\%)$ replied having good cooperation with health center, $10.1\%$ replied bad. Cooperation with health subcenter was good in $32.9\%$, and bad in $21.9%$. Cooperation with private health institutions was good in $34.2\%$, bad in $21.6%$. 2. Performance level of community health practitioners' task Among a total of 52 contents of their functions medical history taking. physical examination, referral of diagnostic laboratory work-up($(86.4\%)$, health assessment of pregnant women$(82.1\%)$, development of health information system$(79.4\%)$, supervision of health workers $(78.4\%)$, follow-up of family planning acceptors$(77.3\%)$, and follow-up of family planning acceptors' side effects$(77.3\%)$ were actively performed. Diagnosis of pregnancy$(62.1\%)$, sampling of drinking water for quality test$(52.5\%)$, making list of equipment' & supplies $(51.5\%)$, evaluation of primary health post activities $(37.6\%)$, organization of village health workers$(32.4\%)$ and management of village health workers $(30.1\%)$ were poorly performed. 3. Stepwise multiple regression analysis of job function The factors which influenced the performance level of community health practitioners' function were age, marital status, educational level, job career, job satisfaction, satisfaction of working environment of primary health post, cooperation of health center, cooperation of health center, cooperation of private health instiutions in orders. These 9 variables were able to explain job function from $25.7\%$ of program planning to $6.7\%$ of management of common disease. 4. Canonical correlation analysis between the performance of function and general characteristics of CHPs. Cooperation of private health institutions was found to be the factor influencing task performance of community organization, management of primary health post, technical supervision of health personnels. Job satisfaction of CHPs was also found to be the factor influencing task performance of family planning, management of common disease and maintenance of health information system.

학습방법, 학습계획, 과제 난이도가 소프트웨어 학습에 미치는 영향 (The effects of learning method, learning schedule, and task difficulty on the learning of computer software)

  • 다양한 전자제품의 조작법을 빠르고 정확하게 학습하는 것은 일상적이고 중요한 과제가 되었다. 특히 소프트웨어는 여러 제품들의 통제 및 조작에서 핵심적인 지위를 차지하고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 학습연구에서 중요한 변인으로 연구되어온 학습방법, 학습계획, 과제난이도가 소프트웨어 학습에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 실험1에서는 2 (학습방법: 경험적 vs. 언어적) ${\times}$ 2 (학습계획: 간격 vs. 덩이진) ${\times}$ 2 (난이도: 쉬움 vs. 어려운)의 피험자간 요인설계를 사용하여 각 조건에서 참가자들이 윈도우 무비메이커를 사용하여 파일을 조작하는 방법을 학습하는 실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 학습계획에 따른 수행의 차이는 발견할 수 없었으나, 언어적 학습보다 경험적 학습에서 참가자들은 더 빠르게 평가과제를 완료하였다. 특히 과제난이도가 높아질 경우 참가들은 언어적 조건에서 경험적 조건보다 두드러진 수행저하를 보였는데, 이는 과제가 어려워질수록 경험적 학습이 효과적인 학습방법이 라는 것을 시사한다. 즉 소프트웨어 학습에서 간단한 조작의 경우에는 매뉴얼 혹은 지시문의 형태로 구성된 언어적 학습으로 충분하지만 어려운 과제의 경우에는 체험 프로그램이나 투토리얼 모드를 통해 학습하는 것이 효과적일 것이다. 추가실험에서 난이도 증가에 따른 언어적 학습의 선형적 이득을 확인하기 위해 난이도를 3단계로 세분화하여 검증하였으며 (실험 2) 학습계획의 효과를 확인하기 위해 학습시행간 간격을 증가시켰으나 (실험3) 유의미한 결과를 발견하지는 못했다.

아버지의 역할수행에 관한 탐색적 연구 I : 아버지의 역할참여와 아동의 성역할 지향 (An Exploratory Study of Korean Fathering I : Paternal Involvement and Children's Sex Role Orientation)

  • Little is known about the relationship between fathers and their preadolescent children in Korea or about variations in fathering by SES and sex role orientation. The purpose of this exploratory research was to examine variation in contemporary Korean fathering (e.g., warmth of fathering, frequency of father involvement, and task share of father involvement) and its influence on children's sex role development. One hundred and twenty-nine fathers, mothers, and their 11-13-year-old children completed standardized survey questionnaires addressing their childrearing practices, parental role involvement, spousal support, and sex role orientations. Data were analyzed using MANOVAs, t-test, correlational analyses, and multiple regression analyses. Mothers reported more warmth in parenting than did fathers. Regardless of sex of child middle class fathers reported more warmth than lower class fathers and lower frequency of task share than lower class fathers. Regardless of SES, fathers with working wives reported higher levels of task share of involvement relative to their spouse. Fathers who were more frequently involved with their children tended to receive greater support from their wives for paternal involvement. There were no differences in parenting by sex of child nor was fathering associated with children's sex role orientation. Girls' femininity was related to fathers' masculinity. SES, maternal support, fathers' femininity, parents' education level, and maternal work status had predictive ability for the ecological view that fathering is a dynamic process predicted by personal characteristics as well as contextual factors.
