Recently, as a new ICT trend, emerging chatbots are actively introduced in the field of finance. Chatbot conducts services through the interaction of communication with users. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of interaction dialogue type on the efficiency, usability, sensibility and perceived security of financial service chatbot. Based on theoretical considerations, I have divided into closed conversation, open conversation, and mixed conversation type based on the conversation style based on the implementation method of chatbot. Three types of Financial Chatbot prototypes were made and the experiments were conducted after account inquiry, account transfer, Q & A financial task execution. As a result of experimental research analysis, chatbot's interaction dialogue type was found to affect efficiency and usability. Users have shown that the interaction of closed conversations and mixed conversations is an intuitive interface that allows financial services to be easily manipulated without error. This study will be used as a resource to improve the user experience that requires deep understanding of financial chatbot users who should consider both the emotional element of artificial intelligence that provides services through natural conversation and the functional elements that perform financial business can be.

Due to increase in software-based new technologies, software developers are being required to creative problem solving. Especially, for a successful business change of software developers into a new industrial field, software analysis phase and design phase are important and it is an important task to strengthen these competences. In this study, two independent researches were conducted. First, a survey with 300 software developers was conducted and it was explored that uniform thinking of software developers caused by application of "standard software development methodology" made it difficult to approach creative problem solving. Based on this finding, the influences of 9 competences of computational thinking on software developers were analyzed after selecting 111 software developers with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. As a result, it was revealed that abstraction was an important competence. The study finding demonstrates that software developers recognized design phase as the most important thing and abstraction of CT is the basics of other competences.
Gross examination techniques (GETs) of specimens collected from cancer surgery or endoscopy comprise the act of recording visual information about cancer for accurate histopathological diagnosis and collecting sections of the lesion to create microscopic specimens. GETs must include concise and accurate expressions, appropriate structuring, sufficient resections, error-free standardization of important information, and photo-diagramming of complex specimens. To increase the satisfaction of pathological interpretation, it is a task that must be performed accurately and carefully to gain confidence on a theoretical and practical basis with a sufficient understanding of gross examination. Based on the experience of clinical pathologists in the field of GETs, additional specimen types should be identified as viable candidates. Also, their needs and concerns regarding treatment should be carefully considered. In addition, departments at each institution should review the national focus on clinical partnerships, continuous professional training, diagnostic errors, and value-based healthcare provision.
The purpose of this research was to find out the state of the nursing performance of the home care nurses in Seoul in order to provide the data for the practical work guide. The data were collected from fifty home care nurses working in 22 institutions located in Seoul. The research tool used for this research was modified and tested by Song Jong-Rye(1999) which was originally modified the standard tool of American Nurses Association (1998) and was partly supplement and adjusted for this research. The reliability of this tool was Cronbach's $\alpha$=.0982. The collected data were statistically processed using SAS for t-test, ANOVA. $Scheff\'{e}$ test. Among the surveyees, 50% have been working as a home care nurse more than three years and 74.0% of them were married. And 52% have B.S degree with certification of home care nurse from the certification program for Home Care Nurses affiliated at nursing schools. Half of the home care nursing organizations were based on the general hospitals, and most(78%) of the responsible senior personnels of those organizations were nurses. The following results are drawn from this research. 1) The level of nursing performance by the task sectors General performance level of home care nurses was relatively high in grade of 3.06 from total 4.00. Among the task sectors. the ethical field scored the highest points, and the next were nursing intervention, professional training, and data gathering, and the research sector scored the lowest point. 2) The level of nursing performance by general features of home care nurses Statistically relevant correlation between performance according to the duration of working experience as a nurse(p=0.8951) and performance according to the duration of working as home care nurse(p=0.2263) did not emerge. Also, performance by marriage status(p=0.2218), education(p=0.5733), and taking the certification program for home card nurse(p =0.1560) has no statistically meaningful correlation. 3) The level of nursing performance by the type of home care nursing organizations There exists a significant difference(p=0.002) between performances by the types of organizations. Most of the responsible senior personnels of the home care nursing organization were nurses. The level of nursing performance of the home care nursing organization under nurse management was relatively higher than that of home care nursing organizations led by medical doctors or non-medical professional, but this was not proved as statistically meaningful(p =0.3617). 4) The level of nursing performance by task sectors according to the characteristic of home care nursing service organization There exists a significant difference between nursing performances by task sectors according to the characteristics of home care nursing organization(p=0.002). In case of model research center of one College of Nursing, the nursing performance in the sectors of organization, theory, and data gathering were lower than that of in hospital based home care nursing service. And in case of local home care centers, performances in sectors of organization, theory, data gathering, nursing intervention. professional training, and research sectors were significantly low. Based on the obtained results, overall performance of home care nurses can be appraised as relatively good. Especially, performances in sectors of the nursing intervention, nursing plan. and data gathering including the in direct nursing were recorded high scores. From this, it can be concluded that high quality of nursing is relatively practicing for home patients at these days. Since the high quality of nursing for patients was directly related to the level of nursing performances of home care nurses, it is required to improve practical performance level of them by making constant evaluation and running continual education program and supplementing curriculum for the sectors with low scores.
Project management in the Construction field inherently has more uncertainty and more risks relative to ones from other area. This is the very reason for why project management is recognized as the important task to construction companies. For getting better performance in the project management, we need a system that keeps the consistencies in a automatic or semi-automatic manner through the project management stages like as project definition stage, project planning stage, project design and implementation stage. But since the early stages such as definition and planning stages has many unstructured features and also are dependent to unique expertise or experience of a specific company, we have difficulty providing systematic support for the task of these stages. This kind of problem becomes harder to solve especially in the plant construction domain that is our target domain. Therefore, in this paper, we propose and also implement a systematic approach to resolve the problem mentioned for the early project management stages in the plant construction domain. The results of our approach can be used not only for the purpose of the early project management stages but also can be used automatically as an input to commercial project management tools for the middle project management stages. Because of doing in this way, the construction project can be consistently managed from the definition to implementation stage in a seamless manner. For achieving this purpose, we adopt knowledge based inference, CBR, and neural network as major methodologies and we also applied our approach to two real world cases, power plant and drainage treatment plant cases from a leading construction company in Korea. Since these two application cases showed us very successful results, we can say our approach was validated successfully to the plant construction area. Finally, we believe our approach will contribute to many project management problems from more broader construction area.
Creativity is an essential ability for a successful design task, mainly because design is an activity creating something new. As the sphere of design has expanded and become complex, the design task goes beyond an individual designer's capability. Therefore, it is necessary to organize a design team consisting of various team members with diverse expertises. The aim of this study is to find out the impact of fundamental attributes of members on the group creativity in order to establish a guideline for building a creative design team. Heterogeneous teams and homeogenous teams were created according to three main factors of group creativity namely, personality, field and experience. The group creativity of each team were evaluated through protocol analysis of design activities as well as the comparison of problem solving processes and outputs. It was identified that the impact of design teams on the group creativity was distinctively different in four phases of the design process (preparation, divergence, convergence, and execution) regarding creativity properties such as fluency, elaboration, originality, usefulness. Based on these findings, a schematic model for building a design team in order to enhance the group creativity by composing the most appropriate team members for each phases of the design process was developed.

In this study, the first experience of the whole research process of a novice scientist (student A) who participated in the Undergraduate Research Program (URP) was analyzed. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis with the cultural historical activity theory being used as a theoretical lens. At the beginning of novice's research, the mentor guided him in setting a research goal and provided mediating artifacts. Student A formed a research team based on the vertical relationship without a shared mental model. Two major contradictions occurred and they were the sources of changes of student A's activity system. The first contradiction was between the mentor's educational philosophy and the mentee's educational needs, which was resolved in a way that student A asked and used the mentor's network to obtain his needs about task-specific details. The second contradiction arose because the team members wanted horizontal relationship while student A wanted to stick to the vertical relationship. After student A accepted the opinions of the team members, they cooperatively changed the division of labor in the activity system. Student A decided to become a scientist and not a physics teacher, even if his major is physics education after finishing his URP research process. His URP experience also created and expanded his network in the academic field, and his negative attitude toward collaboration changed positively. Through the analysis of the structure and changes in the activity system of URP research, implications for instructional method and support system of the apprenticeship can be obtained.

This study analyzes human error of workers performing simple repetitive tasks, and in order to prepare preventative measures, 486 people were used as subjects. The results of the study are like the following. First, the biggest cause of human error showed to be the worker himself in $77.8\%$ of the cases, machinery showed to be the cause in $16.3\%$ of the cases and management showed to be the cause in $6.0\%$ of the cases. The results show that most of the human error occurred due to the worker performing simple repetitive tasks and the human errors showed to be caused more by bad ergonomics and long hours rather than by problems with machinery. In addition, the area with the highest rate of human error showed to be the Human Information Processing System with Task Input Error being the highest with $46.9\%$, followed by Judgement and Memory Error with $36.4\%$ and Recognition Verification Error with $16.7\%$. Although fully automated tasks may reduce the rate of human error we must focus on lowering the rate of problems arising from spontaneous errors caused by workers performing simple repetitive tasks by continuously renewing plans and budgets in order to standardize tasks by incorporating cyclic positioning according to experience and positional exchange and by inspecting the workplace to increase efficiency of the workers.
