사물에 부착 또는 내장되는 IoT 디바이스는 센서/액추에이터, 전원모듈, 디바이스 플랫폼, 통신모듈, 네트워크 및 지능화 기술로 구성되고 서비스 환경과 유형에 따라 매우 다양한 형태로 개발되고 있다. 최근에 스마트 폰과 연계되는 개인화 서비스를 중심으로 다양한 IoT 디바이스 제품과 개방형 디바이스 플랫폼이 출시되고 있으며 스마트 디바이스에 센서를 가상화 시켜 다양한 센서 앱 개발이 가능한 플랫폼이 개발되고 있다. 또한 에너지, 환경, 산업 분야로 적용을 확대하기 위한 수 Km 통신, 10년 이상의 배터리 수명, 고신뢰 제어, IPv6 기반의 네트워크, 집중된 데이터를 유연하게 분산 처리하기 위한 네트워크 및 전원공급 문제 해결을 위한 에너지 하베스팅 기술 개발 등이 활발하다.

자바는 설계 때부터 네트워크 상의 운영을 고려하여 설계된 언어이기 때문에 소켓 바인딩과 같은 기능을 제공하고 있고, 또한 TCP/IP 프로토콜과 URL 처리 기능을 제공하고 있는 HTTP(HyperText Transfer Protocol) 프로토콜을 동시에 처리할 수 있기 때문에 WWW 서비스를 연동하는 웹서버를 구축하는데 적합한 언어이다. 현재의 인터넷은 점차적으로 발전하여 수요는 급격히 증가하고 있으나, 많은 사용자로 인해 네트워크의 성능저하와 서버의 처리 능력 한계로 인하여 사용자의 수요를 충족시키지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷을 이용한 네트워킹 프로그램에 있어 멀티쓰레드를 이용하여 응용프로그램을 작성하기 위한 쓰레드의 개요를 설명하고, 쓰레드를 활용한 풀을 구성하기 위한 제반 사항을 기술한다. 또한, 응용프로그램으로 동적 쓰레드, 서버 복제, 쓰레드 풀 웹 서버를 구현하여 성능을 분석한다.

We successfully demonstrated a stabilized fiber-optic Mach­Zehnder interferometer filter with continuous tunability. The tunable scheme was achieved with fine wavelength control of an 1.3${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ tunable laser diode used as a stabilization light source. The transmission wavelength of the tunable filter was shifted linearly with respect to the wavelength change of the stabilization light source.

컴퓨팅 사고력이나 프로그래밍 체험 및 교육 기회 부족 등으로 인한 자신감 결여와 같은 컴퓨터 학습에 대한 부정적인 태도는 다양한 전공의 예비교사들이 현장에서 소프트웨어를 융합한 교육을 시도하는데 장애요인이 될 수 있다. 안타깝게도 현재까지의 교사양성 교육에서는 ICT 소양 위주의 컴퓨터 교양 교육 외에는 컴퓨팅 사고력이나 소프트웨어 교육에 대해 체험할 수 있는 교육내용이 없는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제에 대한 해결점을 찾아보고자, 예비교사의 교양 과정에 투입 가능한 컴퓨팅 사고력 기반의 웹 프로그래밍 수업 프로그램을 설계하여, 이를 컴퓨터교육 비전공 예비교사의 교육현장에 기존 ICT소양 위주의 수업내용과 비교하여 투입한 뒤, 수업을 통한 컴퓨터 학습태도의 변화 양상을 관찰하기 위한 기초연구를 수행하였다.

At present, In korea one of big characteristics in electricity power market is unique seller but in the near future competitions are expected in the market. Another big trend is development of IT technology. Through IT, remote inspection for power usage are possible. So huge power consumer like KORAIL it is necessary to investigate power consumption pattern. This paper presents load consumption pattern for representative substation and billing system database program. Base on the substation annual power usage data, the characteristic of the substation power consumption are investigated and effective electrical billing system are compared each other. The database program was properly designed to examine the billings.

We investigate a systematic design procedure of automated rule generation of fuzzy logic based controller for uncertain dynamic systems such as an engine dynamic model.“Automated Tuning”means autonomous clustering or collection of such meaningful transitional relations in the state-space. Optimal control strategies are included in the design procedures, such as minimum squared error, minimum time, minimum energy or combined performance criteria. Fuzzy feedback control systems designed by the cell-state transition method have the properties of closed-loop stability, robustness under parameter variabtions, and a certain degree of optimality. Most of all, the main advantage of the proposed approach is that reliability can be potentially increased even if a large grain of uncertainty is involved within the control system under consideration. A numerical example is shown in which we apply our strategic fuzzy controller design to a highly nonlinear model of engine idle speed contr l.

Nakdong estuary is located at south-eastern coast of the Korea. A lot of sediment from upper river were deposited at this area. It has cause many problem such as changes in topography and tidal current. Changes of characteristic of deposition were cause by topographic change of nakdong estuary. Analyzing and evaluating data, we could predict the direction of movement of the sand bar and the growth toward south-eastern of Nakdong estuary. It was caused by decreasing river discharge after construction of Nakdong-kang barrage.

For years, Korea, China and Japan have been continuously increasing intra-trade. In addition, by concluding FTA (Free Trade Agreement) among Korea, Japan and China, the trade capacity will be increased. In this way, the increasing trade capacity will induce to change north-east Asian economy. This paper researches which method is more economical and efficient in the aspect of the transportation time and distance, after comparing the existing marine transportation network with new intermodal transportation network considering TKR.

본 연구에서는 항로표지시설을 이용하는 항해사, 항로표지관련 담당자 및 유지관리 업체 등 사용자 및 관리자들이 항로표지시설에 대한 모든 상태정보를 실시간으로 확인하여 현장에서도 효율적인 유지관리 및 보수가 가능하도록 이용자들과 관리자들에게 위치기반서비스 제공을 위한 증강현실 기반의 항로표지 및 기상 정보제공서비스(InfoAtoN)와 항로표지시설관리(AtoNMan) 모바일 어플리케이션 플랫폼을 소개하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 사용자가 세계 주요도시 및 국가의 표준시각 서비스를 보다 손쉽게 이용하고 안내 음성 시간의 증대로 인한 서비스 사용시간의 증가를 최소한으로 줄이기 위하여 ARS 시스템의 절차를 간소화하였다. 그리고 사용자가 보다 빠른 시간 안에 편리하게 세계 주요 국가 및 도시의 표준시각 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안으로서, 세계 주요도시 표준시각 안내를 위한 국내 시보 및 세계 시보 서비스로의 접근 시나리오 및 해당 안내 멘트를 개발하였다. 또한, 116 세계시보 서비스를 위한 망 구성 및 시스템의 구성요소들을 제시하고 , 통계처리 및 운용자 관리 등을 위한 화면을 구성하여 116 세계 시보 서비스시스템을 구현하였으며 시보에 대한 신뢰성을 평가하기 위하여 개발한 시보 장치의 표준시에 대한 시각차를 분석하여 시각의 정확성을 검증하였다.
