This study was conducted in order to remove Poly vinyl chloride(PVC) from the waste plastic film mixture. The fittings of Air Table was modified to increase the separation efficiency of PVC and PE(poly ethylene). PE and PVC was successfully separated from PVC-PE film mixture with the yield of PE 90% or more and with his grade of 99% or more, using the improved Air Table. The details of the separation condition and results will be discussed in this paper. Dry separation, Waste plastic film, PVC, Air Table. 전라남도 신안군 자은도의 둔장해수욕장 해변으로부터 채취한 해빈사로부터 중광물 회수공정을 실시하여, 중광물의 특징 및 회수 가능성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 채취 시료는 깊이별로 상부, 중부 및 하부시료로 구분한 뒤 각각에 대하여 spiral separation을 실시하여 얻은 중광물군을 초기물질로 3차에 걸친 중광물 선별작업을 실시하였다. 본 역에서 배태되어 있는 중광물로 티탄철석, 저어콘, 금홍석, 아나타제, 모나자이트 및 제노타임 등이 관찰되었다. 3차에 걸친 Table separation을 실시한 결과, 맥석광물인 석영, 정장석, 알바이트 및 백운모가 여전히 존재하였다. 따라서 부가적으로 비중선별이 추가적으로 요구된다. 수선을 통한 중광물의 선별을 실시한 결과, 각 중광물의 다양한 원마도 및 색깔을 보임으로써, 배태된 중광물들이 다양한 성인에 의해 형성되었음을 시사하고 있다.

The milling plants in Korea have been generally used the paddy-separator that operated in accordance with the principle of sieving action. This type of paddy separator was considered as inefficient, especially in relation to the new high-yielding varieties which have different size characteristics within their varieties and also as compared to traditional varieties. With the installation of modern paddy separator it may be possible to increase the overall milling system efficiency and to reduce the grain loss. This study was intended to identify and define important parameters required for assessing the separation performance of a tray-type paddy separator and to determine the optimum conditions of the inclination of separator-table. The results of the study were summarized as follows : (1) Separation performance can be given by use of many parameters found from the measurement of separator outputs. such as upper-tail recovery $(\varepsilon)$, purity of upper-tail $(\gamma)$ , separation recovery of brown rice $(\alpha)$, separation recovery paddy $(\beta)$, and efficiency of separator $(\epsilon)$, Among these para-meters , $\varepsilon$, $\gamma$, $\alpha$ and $\beta$, were designated , respectively, their independent properties of the paddy separator. In addition, their modes of variation due to a varied inclination of the separation table did not indicated in the same direction . However, the efficiency of separator had an advantage to indicate the overall characteristics of the separator performance with a clear optimum inclination condition of the separator table. (2) The optimum feed rate and maximum efficiency of the separator did not occur at the identical inclination of the separator table. Thus, for its practical operation it is necessary to compromise between the qualitative and quantitative performances of the separator. (3) The optimum setting of the separator table tested in the study showed to occur at its inclination of approximately $26^\circ<$/TEX> for the front and $8^\circ<$/TEX> for lateral.

Air table을 이용해서, 입상플라스틱 혼합물로부터 PVC를 제거 분리하는 연구를 행하였다. Air table상에서 플라스틱이 어떠한 운동을 하는가 연구하고, PVC 10%와 PE 90%의 인공흔합물을 가지고 선별 분리시험을 행하였다. 이 연구로부터 선별 최적조건은, 9.2 Hz의 Frequency, 1.05 m/sec의 바람속도, 7.5 End-slope, 1 side-slope, 450 g/min의 Feeding speed 등이었다 PE-PVC 흔합물에서 99.96%의 PE를 98.9% 얻을 수 있었고, 88.7%의 PVC를 99.6% 얻을 수 있었다.

심우주 탐사 임무를 수행하는 경우 발사체의 최상단에 궤도전이를 위한 고체 또는 액체 엔진이 장착된다. 궤도 전이 과정에서 추력 비정렬 오차가 존재할 경우, 시간이 지남에 따라 탑재체의 자세각 오차가 급속히 증가하여 임무의 성패에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 이러한 추력 비정렬 오차를 줄이는 방법으로는 스핀안정화 방식 또는 3축 자세제어 방식이 있으며, 이 중 시스템 단순화 및 구조 경량화 측면에서 강점을 가지는 스핀안정화 방식이 많이 사용된다. 스핀 안정화를 적용하는 방법 중 하나는 발사체의 스핀테이블 시스템을 사용하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 스핀테이블이 탑재체 분리 후 거동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석에 필요한 스핀테이블의 기능을 모사할 수 있도록 기초 설계를 수행하였으며, 이를 적용하여 스핀테이블의 거동을 모사하는 시뮬레이션 환경을 구축하였다. 스핀테이블의 유무에 따른 탑재체의 거동 및 스핀테이블의 효과를 분석하였고 스핀테이블 시스템의 구성요소 중 분리스프링의 공차에 의한 탑재체의 분리 후 거동 해석을 수행하였다.

The purpose of this is to evaluate the contents through the anal us is of the merits and demerits, and its special quality of the Cutter-Sanborn Three-figure Author Table. table. The abstract of this study is as follows : With the results of the analysis of Cutter-Sanborn's Tabls, several advent-age were found in the area of enumerative-ordinal numbering system, mixed notation, and information retrieval. A defect is that each corporate author and serials and reference book's titles are difficult to be numbered, and there is serious diviation in percentages of the numbers assigned to each letter because each letter apportion rate was applied without any criteria. Such phenomenon decrease the effectiveness as author notation in several letters. The separation of headings are seriously unbalanced because the separation of heading is not consistent with actual publishing trends. This phenomenon made difficult individualization of materials in several letters.

Optimized recovery of heavy minerals from the near shore sands of Korean Yellow Sea was investigated using physical processing technologies such as gravity concentration and magnetic separation. The head samples were subjected to the three stages effective separation; Head sample was first treated by a spiral separator to recover rough heavy mineral concentrates, which are contained minerals like ilmenite, zircon and rare earth minerals. Much higher beneficiation processes were subsequently taken by wilfley table and magnetic separation according to their magnetic field responses. Heavy minerals were effectively recovered by wilfley table and subsequent recleaning of heavy minerals by magnetic separations was conducted. Qualitative and relative-quantitative analyses of their constituent elements were doing using XRD and XRF.

In this paper, we propose Group Separation(GS) algorithm for RFID tag recognition. In GS algorithm, reader calculates tag ID by collision point, stores memory with the collision table. And reader classifies according to total number of tag ID's 1, requests each group. If tag comes into collision with the other tag, reader searches tag ID in collision table. As a result, we observes that transmitted data rate, the recognition time is decreased.

본 연구에서는 몽골에서 채취한 텅스텐으로 부터 고품위 텅스텐 정광을 생산 할 수 있는 선별공정 개발연구를 수행하였다. 선별비용 절감과 선별효율 향상을 위해 먼저 조립 산물에서 지그선별에 의해 정광산물을 회수한 다음, 단체분리도의 향상을 위해 재 분쇄 하였다. 이것을 가지고 shaking table을 적용하여 비중이 낮은 맥석광물들을 제거하였다. 이때 회수 된 중광물에는 텅스텐과 비중은 비슷하나, 비자성인 주석이 함께 수반되어 있어 이들의 제거를 위하여 건식 자력선별법을 적용하여 최종 텅스텐 정광을 회수하는 공정을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 선별공정을 적용한 실험결과, 최적실험 조건에서 $WO_3$의 품위와 회수율이 각각 67.63%와 86.07%인 최종 정광을 얻었다.
