This study is to investigate the properties of domestic fly ash for utilization as data in regard to fly ash which is by-product of domestic coal powder plants and the possibility of utilization as insulation material of domestic fly ash. Composition refractoriness size distribution density contents of hollow particles and crystalline phase were examined as the properties of domestic fly ash. As to the fired test pieces of fly ash by itself that varied contents of hollow particles with four kinds and of the fly ash-clay-saw dust system linear shrinkage bulk density app. porosity compressive strength thermal conductivity and structures were investigated for the possibility of utilization as an insulation material. The results are as follows : 1. The properties of the fly ash I) The constituent particle of the fly ash is spherical and it contains not a few hollow particles (floats by water 0.30-0.50 floats by $ZnCl_2$ aq.(SpG=1.71) 6.97-16.72%). ii) The chemical compositions of fly ash are $SiO_243.9-54.1%$ , $Al_2O_321.0-30.7%$ Ig loss is 7.4-24.1% and the principal of Ig loss is unburned carbon. iii) Fly ash was not suitable to use for mortar and concrete mixture because Ig. loss value is higher than 5% 2. Utilization as insulation material I) The test pieces of original fly ash floats by water floats by ZnCl2 aq(SpG=1.71) p, p t by ZnCl2 aq.(SpG=1.71) that were fired at 110$0^{\circ}C$ represented 0.11-0.18 kcal/mh$^{\circ}$ C as thermal conductivity value. ii) The test pieces which (76.5-85.5) wt% fly ash-(8.5, 9.5) wt% clay-(5.0-15.0) wt% saw dust system(68.0-72.0) wt% fly ash -(17.0-18.0)wt% clay-(10.0-15.0) wt% saw dust system and 59.5 wt% fly ash-25.5 wt% clay-15.0wt% saw dust system were fired at 110$0^{\circ}C$ the thermal conductivity was less than 0.1Kcal/mh$^{\circ}$ C. iii) In view of thermal conductivity and economic aspect insulation materials which added saw dust as blowing agent and clay as inorganic binder are better than that of fly ash as it is or separated hollow fly ash particles. iv) When the saw dust contents increased in the (59.5-90.0) wt% saw dust system and when amount of clay de-creased and firing temperature decreased under the condition of equal addition of saw dust app. porosity increased but bulk density compressive strength and thermal conductivity decreased.
The engines mounted on power-tillers are used as power source in various kinds of works such as plowing, harrowing, transporting, spraying, water pumping and threshing, etc. But the engines have not been used effectively from a standpoint of fuel consumption because of lack of proper power transmission system and lack of understanding of fuel consumption characteristics of the engines. Therefore, this study was attempted to establish proper power transmission system between the power-tiller engines and various implements. In order to accomplish the above objective, firstly, power requirement and pulley sizes for various implements, which are driven by the power-tiller engines, were investigated to find out whether the power transmission system is proper. Secondly, partload variable engine-speed test was conducted for 3 different sizes of diesel engines to measure to specific fuel consumption. Thirdly, the present power transmission systems were analyzed in terms of specific fuel consumption, and proper power transmission systems were suggested for various implements. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Power requirement for each fixed-type implement of power-tiller varied from 1.5 ps to 11 ps according to its type and operating conditions, but generally in the range of 2.5 ps to 7 ps. 2. Each power tiller and implement were equipped with only one size of pully with few exeptions. With the present power transmission systems, the engines can't be utilized effectively in terms of fuel economy. The pulley size of engine or implement should be diversified to provide the optimum engine speed for different implements. 3. For a diesel eninge with the rated power output of 6 ps, the optimum engine speed to minimize specific fuel consumption was 2200 rpm for the power reguirement in the range of 6 ps or more, 1700 rpm in the range of 4 to 6 ps, and 1200 rpm in the range of 4 ps or less. 4. For a diesel engine with the rated power output of 8 ps, the optimum engine speed was 2200 rpm for the power requirement in the range of 7 ps or more, 1700 rpm in the range of 4.8 to 7 ps, and 1200 rpm in the range of 4.8 ps or less. 5. For a diesel engine with the rated power output of 10 ps, the optimum engine speed was 2200 rpm for the power requirement in the range of 8.4 ps or more, 1700 rpm in the range of 5.4 ps to 8.4 ps, and 1200 rpm in thr range of 5.4 ps or less. 6. Provided the existing implements are dirven by 8 ps diesel engines, the optimum size of engine pulley should be larger than 120mm for the works of requiring less than 4 ps and 90-110mm for the works requiring 4.5-6.5 ps in order to minimize fuel consumption.

Objectives: Radon may be second only to smoking as a cause of lung cancer. Radon is a colorless, tasteless radioactive gas that is formed via the radioactive decay of radium. Therefore, radon levels can build up based on the amount of radium contained in construction materials such as phospho-gypsum board or when ventilation rates are low. This study provides our findings from evaluation of radon gas at facilities and offices in an industrial complex. Methods: We evaluated the office rooms and processes of 12 manufacturing factories from May 14, 2014 to September 23, 2014. Short-term data were measured by using real-time monitoring detectors(Model 1030, Sun Nuclear Co., USA) indoors in the office buildings. The radon measurements were recorded at 30-minute intervals over approximately 48 hours. The limit of detection of this instrument is $3.7Bq/m^3$. Also, long-term data were measured by using ${\alpha}-track$ radon detectors(${\alpha}-track$, Rn-tech Co., Korea) in the office and factory buildings. Our detectors were exposed for over 90 days, resulting in a minimum detectable concentration of $7.4Bq/m^3$. Detectors were placed 150-220 cm above the floor. Results: Radon concentrations averaged $20.6{\pm}17.0Bq/m^3$($3.7-115.8Bq/m^3$) in the overall area. The monthly mean concentration of radon by building materials were in the order of gypsum>concrete>cement. Radon concentrations were measured using ${\alpha}-track$ in parallel with direct-reading radon detectors and the two metric methods for radon monitoring were compared. A t-test for the two sampling methods showed that there is no difference between the average radon concentrations(p<0.05). Most of the office buildings did not have central air-conditioning, but several rooms had window- or ceiling-mounted units. Employees could also open windows. The first, second and third floors were used mainly for office work. Conclusions: Radon levels measured during this assessment in the office rooms of buildings and processes in factories were well below the ICRP reference level of $1,000Bq/m^3$ for workplaces and also below the lower USEPA residential guideline of $148Bq/m^3$. The range of indoor annual effective dose due to radon exposure for workers working in the office and factory buildings was 0.01 to 1.45 mSv/yr. Construction materials such as phospho-gypsum board, concrete and cement were the main emission sources for workers' exposure.

As for the deformation measurement of structure, there are many controversial points in using the methods by the strain guage, inclinometer, bial guage, and geodetic method because of the difficulty of instrument setting and the problem in the degree of accuracy of the results as well as in the economical aspect. Therefore, to verify the superiority of the Close- Range Photogrammetry method for the structural deformation measurement, the result of load deformation on the model structure, which was made using the Close-Range Photogrammetry method was compard with the results which was made using the methods of dial guage, precision level, and triangulation. In addition to that, to consider the general problem which would happen when C. R. P method was applied to the practical structure. The elements of C. R. P method like camera rotation angle ($\psi$,$\omega$), exposure elevation (Z$_{L}$), and angle of inclined base line ($\theta$) were experimented, and their specificities were reconsidered. As a result, the application of C. R. P method to the general structure is expected to be increased not only in the aspect of accuracy but in the economical aspect.t.

Objective: Social genetic effects (SGE) are an important genetic component for growth, group productivity, and welfare in pigs. The present study was conducted to evaluate i) the feasibility of the single-step genomic best linear unbiased prediction (ssGBLUP) approach with the inclusion of SGE in the model in pigs, and ii) the changes in the contribution of heritable SGE to the phenotypic variance with different scaling ${\omega}$ constants for genomic relationships. Methods: The dataset included performance tested growth rate records (average daily gain) from 13,166 and 21,762 pigs Landrace (LR) and Yorkshire (YS), respectively. A total of 1,041 (LR) and 964 (YS) pigs were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60 v2 BeadChip panel. With the BLUPF90 software package, genetic parameters were estimated using a modified animal model for competitive traits. Giving a fixed weight to pedigree relationships (${\tau}:1$), several weights (${\omega}_{xx}$, 0.1 to 1.0; with a 0.1 interval) were scaled with the genomic relationship for best model fit with Akaike information criterion (AIC). Results: The genetic variances and total heritability estimates ($T^2$) were mostly higher with ssGBLUP than in the pedigree-based analysis. The model AIC value increased with any level of ${\omega}$ other than 0.6 and 0.5 in LR and YS, respectively, indicating the worse fit of those models. The theoretical accuracies of direct and social breeding value were increased by decreasing ${\omega}$ in both breeds, indicating the better accuracy of ${\omega}_{0.1}$ models. Therefore, the optimal values of ${\omega}$ to minimize AIC and to increase theoretical accuracy were 0.6 in LR and 0.5 in YS. Conclusion: In conclusion, single-step ssGBLUP model fitting SGE showed significant improvement in accuracy compared with the pedigree-based analysis method; therefore, it could be implemented in a pig population for genomic selection based on SGE, especially in South Korean populations, with appropriate further adjustment of tuning parameters for relationship matrices.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of mid frequency electrical stimulation during squat exercise on the muscle activity and muscle activity ratio of vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis, and to prepare scientific basic data for exercise intervention using mid frequency electrical stimulation. Methods : This study was conducted with students from University C located in Busan, and among a total of 123 subjects, 12 subjects who complained of knee joint dysfunction between 80 and 90 points using the Kujala patellofemoral score (KPS) were used. All subjects participated in the experiment for 3 days, and MVIC values were measured for normalization of muscle activity values on the first day. For the two days, participants participated in the experiment and performed squat exercise or squat exercise receiving mid-frequency electrical stimulation in random order. Measurements were taken in the squat position immediately after the squat exercise, and muscle activities of vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis were measured. The measured data were compared through the dependent t test, and the statistical significance level was set to .05. Results : According to the results of this study, in the case of applying mid-frequency electrical stimulation together in the ratio of vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis muscle activity during squat exercise, higher values were observed compared to the case of not applying mid-frequency electrical stimulation together, and statistically significant. Also, when mid-frequency electrical stimulation was applied to both vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis activities during the squat exercise, higher values were shown compared to the case where the mid-frequency electrical stimulation was not applied together, but there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion : The results of this study reported that mid-frequency electrical stimulation provided to vastus medialis oblique increased the muscle activity ratio of vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis. Therefore, the improvement of coordination due to the enhancement of the activity of vastus medialis oblique through mid-frequency electrical stimulation will be more helpful in the treatment of patellofemoral pain syndrome patient. In addition, it is hoped that the electrical stimulation method applied to exercise will be widely used.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to widely utilize the clinical practice guideline for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) by investigating parents who have children with ASD about their perception in ASD and their thoughts on Korean medicine treatment to treat ASD. Methods We conducted a survey on 'perception of ASD' and 'perception and preference of Korean medicine treatment for ASD' on the parents of 22 children with ASD (age 4-6) who visited department of pediatrics of Korean medicine at Kyunghee University Korean medicine hospital at Gangdong and Kyunghee University Korean medicine hospital. Results Of the parents, 20 (90.91%) said their children had no experience with Korean medicine treatment. Among them, 11 (35.48%) chose 'I didn't know that Korean medicine treats ASD' for the reason (multiple choice). When questioned what the worries are for Korean medicine treatment, 13 (30.95%) chose 'worries about probability of side effects of herbal medicine' as the most worrisome reason (multiple choice). On the question about the necessity of Korean medicine for the treatment of ASD, most chose 'Korean medicine treatments are necessary for children with ASD' (9, 40.91%). Conclusions It is necessary to develop a clinical practice guideline that reflects comprehensive evidence for side effects as well as the effectiveness of Korean medicine for ASD, and is necessary to promote the effectiveness and evidence-based Korean medicine treatment to patients and their caregivers through various distribution tools.
Purpose: Total or proximal gastrectomy of the upper-third early gastric cancer (u-EGC) often causes severe post-gastrectomy syndrome, suggesting that these procedures are extremely invasive for patients without pathologically positive lymph node (LN) metastasis. This study aimed to evaluate the clinical applicability of a stomach function-preserving surgery, local resection (LR), with prophylactic left gastric artery (LGA)-basin dissection (LGA-BD). Materials and Methods: The data of patients with u-EGC (pathologically diagnosed as T1) were retrospectively analyzed. Total gastrectomy was performed in 30 patients, proximal gastrectomy in 45, and subtotal gastrectomy in 6; the LN status was evaluated assuming that the patients had already underwent LR + LGA-BD. This procedure was considered feasible in patients without LN metastases or in patients with cancer in the LGA basin. The reproducibility of the results was also evaluated using an external validation dataset. Results: Of the 82 eligible patients, 79 (96.3%) were cured after undergoing LR + LGA-BD, 74 (90.2%) were pathologically negative for LN metastases, and 5 (6.1%) had LN metastases, but these findings were only observed in the LGA basin. Similarly, of the 406 eligible tumors in the validation dataset, 396 (97.5%) were potentially curative. Tumors in the lesser curvature, post-endoscopic resection status, and small tumors (<20 mm) were considered to be stronger indicators of LR + LGA-BD as all subpopulation cases met our feasibility criteria. Conclusions: More than 95% of the patients with u-EGC might be eligible for LR + LGA-BD. This function-preserving procedure may contribute to the development of u-EGC without pathological LN metastases, especially for tumors located at the lesser curvature.

Xanthoria elegans is a lichen symbiosis, that inhabits extreme environments and can absorb UV-B. We reported the de novo sequencing and assembly of X. elegans genome. The whole genome was approximately 44.63 Mb, with a GC content of 40.69%. Genome assembly generated 207 scaffolds with an N50 length of 563,100 bp, N90 length of 122,672 bp. The genome comprised 9,581 genes, some encoded enzymes involved in the secondary metabolism such as terpene, polyketides. To further understand the UV-B absorbing and adaptability to extreme environments mechanisms of X. elegans, we searched the secondary metabolites genes and gene-cluster from the genome using genome-mining and bioinformatics analysis. The results revealed that 7 NR-PKSs, 12 HR-PKSs and 2 hybrid PKS-PKSs from X. elegans were isolated, they belong to Type I PKS (T1PKS) according to the domain architecture; phylogenetic analysis and BGCs comparison linked the putative products to two NR-PKSs and three HR-PKSs, the putative products of two NR-PKSs were emodin xanthrone (most likely parietin) and mycophelonic acid, the putative products of three HR-PKSs were soppilines, (+)-asperlin and macrolactone brefeldin A, respectively. 5 PKSs from X. elegans build a correlation between the SMs carbon skeleton and PKS genes based on the domain architecture, phylogenetic and BGC comparison. Although the function of 16 PKSs remains unclear, the findings emphasize that the genes from X. elegans represent an unexploited source of novel polyketide and utilization of lichen gene resources.

This study describes the characteristics of distribution of lift-force acting under pier deck through physical experiment. The shape of peak wave pressure was sharp when compressed air existed but was not sharp without that. Values of lift-force was different between edge point and center point in the same block. Distribution of lift-force was expressed differently owing to dimensionless of deck length (l/L), wave steepness (H/L), clearance height per wave height (D/H). The dimensionless factor of D/H affected on the lift-force the clearance between still water surface and decks. This decided the maximum of lift-force. In the case of the same values of D/H, the lift-force are changed by the wave steepness (H/L). Because (D/H) become smaller as the wave steepness (H/L) is increased the height of decks must be decided with the condition which don't have the clearance with $D_{max}$ for the stable design of deck of pier. Effect of reducing lift force was greater in the on-shore than the off-shore according to compressed air existence. This researches points out that design of deck should retain compressed air in order to reduce wave lift force.

일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
