  • This study suggest the development direction of mobile environment by combining UX satisfaction index and UI guideline. In order to improve the satisfaction of viewers, in this study, we understand the mobile Internet broadcasting environment and application by combining UX and UI index. We present components which are suitable for internet broadcasting and calculate it on each broadcasting screen. Internet broadcasting application is for satisfaction of viewers. To make application which is satisfy viewer's needs, those advantages of applications should be combined.

  • In this study, we have been constructed measuring system for spill over by the Japan TV broadcasting signals and analyzed those signals using APD curve. In Busan, we have been measured channel of Japan TV broadcasting signals during 9 months. The quality of image is that maximum grade is 2.5 level, and the quality of sound is that maximum grade is 3 level. In the result of analysis for measured Japan TV broadcasting signals, we have been observed Japan TV broadcasting signals those we have been chosen the ch 36 and ch 38, plotted the APD curve of each channel for a season, in Specially.

  • In the 21s1 century, it may be possible to offer comprehensive service by integrating all communication media under the development of digital technology without the classification of broadcasting and communication. In addition, it will be begun to perform HDTV broadcasting by focusing on the Metropolitan area in 2001yr and will permit over 100 channels for satellite communication, thus multi-channel TV broadcasting age has come in Korea. Therefore, this study is to identify the future environment of TV broadcasting and service area in ISDB age and to present new interactive type publication satellite TV transmission system, which provides customizing type digital screen book publication, by analyzing satellite broadcasting technology to create Korean cultural area around the Korean peninsula.

The Correlation between Online Comments before Broadcasting and Television Content Viewers' Behavior Pattern: The Anchoring Effect Perspective

  • This study investigated the television (TV) content viewers' behavior influenced by online communication at the choice of new TV series on a terrestrial streaming platform. For exploring the impact of the anchoring effect on the TV content consumption, this study analyzed the correlation between the first episode's TV ratings and the data of online comments or reactions. These data were potential audiences' communication, which were generated on the online article three weeks before the first broadcasting began. To avoid the crucial influence by external factors, such as season and social issue, the test was done with eight (8) TV series which have same genre (drama), similar core audience targeting (20-49's women), similar broadcasting period (Jun-Oct 2016), same scheduling (10.00 to 11.00 pm, weekdays) and aired on terrestrial TV platforms. This research found that not only the amount of comments and reactions, but also the attitude about the comments created before broadcasting, positively influence the audiences' decision-making behavior for new TV content choices. This investigation contributes to the literature on media economics and management by exploring the media content users' consuming behavior with behavioral economics perspectives (anchoring effect) and making a first step for finding a new effect on the media content consumption.

  • Eureka 747 DAB 시스템의 혼신보호비는 AM, FM, PAL, SECAM, DAB 등의 동일채널 및 인접채널 간섭원에 대한 조사가 수행되었으나, NTSC TV 간섭원에 대해서는 분석되지 않았다. Eureka 141 DAB 시스템 대부분이 TV 대역인 Band III에서 운용되는 상황을 고려한다면, NTSC TV 간섭원에 대한 혼신보호비 분석은 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Eureka 147 DAB 시스템과 아날로그 NTSC TV 시스템간의 혼신보호비중 NTSC TV 간섭원에 대한 Eureka 147 DAB 시스템의 혼신보호비 측정을 위한 간섭환경 설정방법 및 DAB송수신기를 이용한 BER 측정방법, 그리고 측정결과를 제시한다.

  • In this paper, we have been developed the software in order to ostinato for spill over for TV broadcasting signals between Korea and Japan and analyzed those signals using APD curve. In Busan, we have been measured channel of Japan TV broadcasting signals during 9 months from February 2006 to October 2006. That system has been controled and translated the measured data to remote-control place. Finally it has computation and compared in the APD curve using ITU-R P.1546.

  • Significant changes have taken plane in the broadcasting environment as a result of digitalization the emergence of digital television and the convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication. Using input-output analysis this paper analyzes the value of economic effect of digital television in Korea The empirical result shows that total production is expected to increase about 252 trillion Won for the period of 1999-2010.

  • The 8-VSB modulation technology developed by ATSC was adapted for national terrestrial DTV broadcasting. It uses same bandwidth of 6㎒ as the one of NTSC TV broadcasting. The simulcast on the both of analog and digital is mandated for some period, some shortage within the limited frequency resource . ATSC transmission technology is excellent in long distance broadcasting, but it is even poorer than other transmission technology In mobile receiving. The design of transmission system in the ATSC broadcasting is food enough with the provision of wide area service without Interference from adjacent channel.   • RF 혼신보호비는 동종 혹은 상이한 전송시스템간의 주파수 공유가 요구되는 상황에서 각 전송시스템의 운용 및 채널 배치에 반드시 필요한 정보로써, 이미 PAL, SECAM 방식의 아날로그 TV와 Eureka 147을 포함한 디지털방송과의 혼신에 대해서는 미국과 유럽, 일본에서 측정결과를 발표한 상태지만, NTSC방식과 Eureka 147 방식과의 혼신보호비에 대해서는 아직까지 측정이 이루어지지 않은 상태이다. 따라서 NTSC TV방식을 사용하고 있는 국가에서 Eureka 147 방식을 DAB 방송표준으로 도입하고자 할 때 혼신보호비를 필요로 할 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 유럽의 디지털오디오방송(Digital Audio Broadcasting; DAB) 시스템인 Eureka 147방식에 대한 NTSC방식의 아날로그 TV 음성신호의 RF 혼신보호비 측정결과를 제시하고자 한다.
