  • Purpose: This research aims to explore the effects of airline's pricing and service quality through service distribution process on repurchasing intention of the air passengers with meditations of passenger satisfaction and airline brand. Research design, data and methodology: This paper particularly focused on employing the moderating effect with two different market segmentations, namely leisure and corporate purpose travelers, in the Korean market. The total sample size of this research is 363 respondents of the general public in Korea. For the methodology of this research, structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized for the statistical analysis. Results: It figured out that passenger satisfaction is ultimately the most important among variables of price, service quality and repurchase intention for both groups. On the contrary, the relationships, between price and airline brand in both groups, and between airline brand and repurchase intention in the leisure travel only, were not noted as beneficial effects. Conclusions: More noteworthy was that airline brand had a positive influence on repurchase intention in the corporate travel group. Based on this research, the results will deliver the contributions to the commercial airlines in the future.

  • With the improvement of people's living standards and the development of tourism, tourists have greater freedom in choosing destinations. Therefore, as an indicator of satisfaction with scenic spots, tourist comments are becoming increasingly prominent. This paper aims to compare and analyze the landscape image of the Five Great Mountains in China and provide specific strategies for its development. The online reviews of tourists on the Online Travel Agency (OTA) website about the Five Great Mountains from 2015 to 2018 are collected as research samples. The text analysis method and R language are used to analyze the content of the tourist reviews, while the high-frequency words in the word cloud are used for visual display. In addition, the entropy weight method is used to determine the index weight and tourist satisfaction is evaluated to understand the weaknesses of those scenic spots. The results of the study show that firstly, the tourist satisfaction with the Five Great Mountains is basically consistent with its popularity. Secondly, through weight analysis, tourists pay special attention to the landscape features and environmental health of the scenic area, so that relevant departments should focus on building the landscape characteristics and improving the environmental health of the scenic area. At the same time, the accommodation and service management of the scenic spot cannot be ignored. Finally, according to the analysis results, suggestions are made on how to improve the tourist satisfaction with the Five Great Mountains.

Media content should not only satisfy individuals, nor should it be too purpose-oriented. YouTube channels should be operated so that users can easily access content naturally, and more diverse methods can be pursued based on usage patterns and satisfaction theory. This study is about the type of perception of Generation Z on travel YouTube titles. As a result of conducting QUANL program analysis on 34 Q samples and 28 P samples from the Q methodological perspective, a total of three types were found. For types with unique characteristics, the first type was named "attention of keywords that draw imagination," the second type was "preferred to stories that stimulate curiosity," and the third type was "image satisfaction reflecting expectations." In addition, considering the characteristics of each type found, the scalability and strategic plan of the activities that Generation Z travel YouTubers want to unfold were presented.

Differences and influence factors for overall satisfaction on travel in Korea, intention to revisit Korea, and intention to recommendation were analyzed by demographic characteristics and tourism characteristics of Chinese consumers. As a result of analysis study, it came out that there are differences between overall satisfaction on travel in Korea and intention to revisit Korea by age and job of demographic characteristics. Among the tourism characteristics, there are differences in intention to revisit Korea depending on purpose of travel, intention to revisit Korea and recommendation according to route of travel information search, and there are differences in all three categories according to type of travel. The most important factor of all three category was identified as 'Food' factor and the second most influential factors were immigration procedures, security, and tourist attractiveness. It is suggested that more active research and improvement efforts are needed in the government, industry, and academia in order to attract Chinese tourists in the future.

  • As SNS(Social Network Service) becomes a part of our life, new information can be derived through various information provided by SNS. Through the public timeline analysis of SNS, we can extract the latest tour trends for the public and the intimacy through the social relationship analysis in the SNS. The extracted intimacy can also be used to make the personalized recommendation by adding the weights to friends with high intimacy. We apply SNS elements such as analyzed latest trends and intimacy to item-based collaborative filtering techniques to achieve better accuracy and satisfaction than existing travel recommendation services in a new way. In this paper, we propose a social travel recommendation system using item - based collaborative filtering.
