In order to perform elastic-plastic fracture mechanical analyses, fracture resistance curves for concerned materials are required. 1T-CT specimen was used to obtain fracture resistance curves. But the fracture resistance curve by the 1T-CT specimen was very conservative to evaluate the integrity of the structure. And fracture resistance curve was affected by the specimen geometry and crack plane orientation. The objective of this paper is to be certain the conservativeness of the fracture resistance curve by the 1T-CT specimen and to provide the additional safety margin. For these, the fracture tests using the real pipe specimen and standard 1T-CT specimen test were performed. 4-point bending jig was manufactured for pipe test and direct current potential drop method was used to measure the crack extension and length for pipe test. From the pipe and the 1T-CT specimen test results, it was observed that the J-integral of the 1T-CT specimen test at the crack initiation point was very small compare to that of the pipe specimen test.

In this paper, a study on a wireless check-up method of test equipment for captive flight test(CFT) was conducted. For CFT, test equipment is mounted on a POD, and check-up is carried on the test equipment's. For check-up the POD wirelessly, battery, power distribution unit, wireless communication devices were designed within the POD, and a check-up device is designed outside of the POD. Once the external check-up device sends a 'start signal' to the POD, it performs the overall check-up procedures and transmits the 'end signal' to the external check-up device. Detailed check-up results are stored in an internal storage device, and are possible to read from external check-up device if necessary, thereby improving the reliability of the wireless check-up. By implementing and applying these wireless check-up system, the reliability of the check-up was enhanced by dynamical and movable check-up, and safety is guaranteed as the check-up was carried without access to the aircraft.

The principal objective of this study was to provide the basic information on the sourdough bread made with probiotics and yeast(Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and to establish an optimum formula for the development of sourdough bread with high physiological, textural and sensory quality characteristics. The following mixing ratios of probiotics and yeast were used: Test 1, probiotics: yeast = 1.5 : 0.1; Test 2, 0.30 : 0.02; Test 3, 0.15 : 0.01(g/g). Fermentatioin using sourdough resulted in increase in number of probiotics in sourdough by 244~642 times but reduced pH in sourdough. Contributions by yeast in pH in sourdough were not as high as probiotics after the first fermentation of 15 hrs period of the dough. Among the three groups, bread volume, crumb firmness, crumb thickness, crumb elongation, compression force value, and specific volume of bread of bread were not significantly different. However, in sensory evaluation, flavor, taste, overall acceptance in sourdough produced by Test 2 markedly improved(p<0.05). These results show that Test 2 bread had improved sourdough properties, compared to Test 1 bread and Test 3 bread.

In this paper we propose a method to test $\textit{H}$:$\rho_i$=$\gamma_i$ for 1$\leq$$\textit{i}$$\leq$$\ell$ against $\textit{K}$:$\rho_i$$\neq$$\gamma_i$ for some iin k-variance component random or mixed linear model where $\rho$i denotes the ratio of the i-th variance component to the error variance and $\ell$$\leq$K. The test which we call Rao-Wald test is exact and does not depend upon nuisance parameters. From a numerical study of the power performance of the test of the interaction effect for the case of a two-way random model Rao-Wald test was seen to be quite comparable to the locally best invariant (LBI) test when the nuisance parameters of the LBI test are assumed known. When the nuisance parameters of the LBI test are replaced by maximum likelihood estimators Rao-Wald test outperformed the LBI test.

Purpose In in-vitro laboratories of nuclear medicine department, when the reagent lot or reagent lot changes Comparability test or parallel test is performed to determine whether the results between lots are reliable. The most commonly used standard domestic laboratories is to obtain %difference from the difference in results between two lots of reagents, and then many laboratories are set the standard to less than 20% at low concentrations and less than 10% at medium and high concentrations. If the range is deviated from the standard, the test is considered failed and it is repeated until the result falls within the standard range. In this study, several tests are selected that are performed in nuclear medicine in-vitro laboratories to analyze parallel test results and to establish criteria for customized percent difference for each test. Materials and Methods From January to November 2018, the result of parallel test for reagent lot change is analyzed for 7 items including thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), free thyroxine (FT4), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), CA-125, prostate-specific antigen (PSA), HBs-Ab and Insulin. The RIA-MAT 280 system which adopted the principle of IRMA is used for TSH, FT4, CEA, CA-125 and PSA. TECAN automated dispensing equipment and GAMMA-10 is used to measure insulin test. For the test of HBs-Ab, HAMILTON automated dispensing equipment and Cobra Gamma ray measuring instrument are used. Separate reagent, customized calibrator and quality control materials are used in this experiment. Results 1. TSH [%diffrence Max / Mean / Median] (P-value by t-test > 0.05) C-1(low concentration) [14.8 / 4.4 / 3.7 / 0.0 ] C-2(middle concentration) [10.1 / 4.2 / 3.7 / 0.0] 2. FT4 [%diffrence Max / Mean / Median] (P-value by t-test > 0.05) C-1(low concentration) [10.0 / 4.2 / 3.9 / 0.0] C-2(high concentration) [9.6 / 3.3 / 3.1 / 0.0 ] 3. CA-125 [%diffrence Max / Mean / Median] (P-value by t-test > 0.05) C-1(middle concentration) [9.6 / 4.3 / 4.3 / 0.3] C-2(high concentration) [6.5 / 3.5 / 4.3 / 0.4] 4. CEA [%diffrence Max / Mean / median] (P-value by t-test > 0.05) C-1(low concentration) [9.8 / 4.2 / 3.0 / 0.0] C-2(middle concentration) [8.7 / 3.7 / 2.3 / 0.3] 5. PSA [%diffrence Max / Mean / Median] (P-value by t-test > 0.05) C-1(low concentration) [15.4 / 7.6 / 8.2 / 0.0] C-2(middle concentration) [8.8 / 4.5 / 4.8 / 0.9] 6. HBs-Ab [%diffrence Max / Mean / Median] (P-value by t-test > 0.05) C-1(middle concentration) [9.6 / 3.7 / 2.7 / 0.2] C-2(high concentration) [8.9 / 4.1 / 3.6 / 0.3] 7. Insulin [%diffrence Max / Mean / Median] (P-value by t-test > 0.05) C-1(middle concentration) [8.7 / 3.1 / 2.4 / 0.9] C-2(high concentration) [8.3 / 3.2 / 1.5 / 0.1] In some low concentration measurements, the percent difference is found above 10 to nearly 15 percent in result of target value calculated at a lower concentration. In addition, when the value is measured after Standard level 6, which is the highest value of reagents in the dispensing sequence, the result would have been affected by a hook effect. Overall, there was no significant difference in lot change of quality control material (p-value>0.05). Conclusion Variations between reagent lots are not large in immunoradiometric assays. It is likely that this is due to the selection of items that have relatively high detection rate in the immunoradiometric method and several remeasurements. In most test results, the difference was less than 10 percent, which was within the standard range. TSH control level 1 and PSA control level 1, which have low concentration target value, exceeded 10 percent more than twice, but it did not result in a value that was near 20 percent. As a result, it is required to perform a longer period of observation for more homogenized average results and to obtain laboratory-specific acceptance criteria for each item. Also, it is advised to study observations considering various variables.
There are some difficulties in applying the Pearson's Chi-Square Test for the continuous distribution. The problems include how to form class intervals for the test of fit how to employ in the test when the estimators of parameters are obtained from the ungrouped sample so on. In order to solve these problems we use the generalized minimum Chi-Square technique which is a test free of the complications associated with the Peason's Chi-Square test. This paper show how to apply the goodness of fit tests based on generalized minimum Chi-Square technique to the extreme values.
It is well known that one could use a fixed loxodromic or parabolic element of a non-elementary group $G{\subset}M(\bar{\mathbb{R}}^n)$ as a test map to test the discreteness of G. In this paper, we show that a test map need not be in G. We also construct an example to show that the similar result using an elliptic element as a test map does not hold.
A class of sequential binomial tests and a sequential rank test can be applied for testing two treatments when subjects are paired in many-to-one ratio. The efficiency of each test is examined in terms of the average sample number. The binomial tests are much easier and more convenient to apply than the rank test not as efficient. Within the class of binomial test, the median test appears to be the most efficient is general.

Generally, Miller-Rabin method has been the most popular primality test. This method arbitrary selects m at k-times from m=[2, n-1] range and (m,n)=1. Miller-Rabin method performs $k{\times}r$ times and reports prime as $m^d\;{\equiv}\;1(mod\;n)$ or $m^{2^rd}\;{\equiv}\;-1(mod n)$ such that n-1=$2^sd$, $0\;{\leq}\;r\;{\leq}\;s-1$. This paper suggests more simple primality test than Miller-Rabin method. This test method computes c=$p^{\frac{n-1}{2}}(mod\;n)$ for k times and reports prime as c=-1. The proposed primality test method reduces $k{\times}r$ times of Miller-Rabin method to k times.
