한전 765 kV 송전선로 건설을 위한 강원도 태백.사북지역 착빙설 하중조건 검토 (A study on the ice and snow loading condition in Taebaek and Sabuk area in Gangwon province for the construction of KEPCO 765kV transmission lines)

  • Some part of the route in KEPCO 765kV transmission line being constructed passes through a high mountain area which is 800m above the sea level (Taebaek, Sabuk area in Gangwon province). This area is the top part of Taebaek mountains corresponding to the backbone of korean peninsula and has lots of snow during the winter season because the winter seasonal wind gone up along the mountainside of Taebaek Mts. meets open air of the East sea. KEPCO has experienced 63 faults of T/L between 1968 and 1993 in this area, which is a very serious problem. Especially 154kV Hwang-Ji T/L fault in 1990, 2 was a unprecedented case which needs to be analyzed carefully to take proper measures. After reviewing ice and snow loading conditions and analyzing the fault of Hwang-Ji T/L, we're going to determine the revisement of ice and snow loading condition in this area to increase reliability of 765kV transmission line.

터널구간 가선계의 집전성능 (Current Collection Performance of Catenary System within Tunnel Section)

  • A dynamic simulation program of a catenary-pantograph system including tunnel section and transient section is developed in this study. The simulation program can accommodate for the pantograph of two panheads and three d.o.f model. Using the developed program, the dynamic characteristics with a SCHUNK'S WBL 85-PANTOGRAPH are analyzed at the conventional TAEBAEK line and its tunnel section when the catenary system is supported by a tunnel bracket. The simulation results show that the variation of contact force md uplift displacement is allowable in general section and the entrance and exit of a tunnel, but the uplift displacement and the separation ratio within tunnel section is difficult to allow.

중력탐사에 의한 삼척-태백간의 지하지질 및 지질구조 연구 (Gravity Survey of the Subsurface Geology and Geologic Structure between Samcheog and Taebaek Area)

  • The gravity measurment has been carried out at 48 gravity stations with intervals of 1.0~1.5 km along the survey line between Samcheog, Gosari and Taebaek to study subsurface geology and geologic structure in the northeastern part of the Ockchon zone. The Bouguer gravity anomaly values were obtained from the measured gravity values through the gravity corrections. The subsurface geology and geologic structure were interpreted quantitatively by means of the Fourier series method and Talwani method for 2.5 dimensional body. In the study area, the depth of Conrad discontinuity is about 10 km at Samcheog, northeastern end of the survey line, and it is increased rapidly to about 12.5 km at Miro, 15 km at Gosari and 15.5 km at Dongjeom, southwestern end of the survey line, respectively. The depth of the basement of the Ockchon zone exposed at Samcheog is increased smoothly to about 2 km at 5 km from Samcheog along the survey line, and is exposed again in the area between Singiry and Gosari. Beyond Gosari its depth is increased to about 1.7 km, and displaced 2.3 km downward by Osipcheon fault near Dogyeri and 0.5 km by Baeksan thrust near Cheolam, respectively. Many V-shaped low Bouguer gravity anomalies resulted from the fracture zone associated with faults imply the existence of Osipcheon fault and several inferred faults. The low Bouguer gravity anomaly zone between Tongdong and Dongjeom is caused by Jurassic gneissose granite. A local high Bouguer gravity anomaly at 35 km along the survey line from Samcheog is interpreted by the effect of iron deposit of high density existed at subsurface. The thickness of Great Limestone Group varies from 0.5 km to 1.4 km, that of Pyeongan Supergroup from 0.4 km to 0.9 km, and that of Yangdeog Group is about 0.3 km. The thickness of Jurassic gneissose granite varies from 1.5 to 3.0 km.

경기${\cdot}$강원 지역 감입곡류 하천의 곡류절단면 분포 특성 (Distribution Characteristics of the Incised Meander Cutoff in Gyeonggi and Gangwon Provinces, Central Korea)

  • 본 연구는 경기, 강원 지역을 대상으로 감입곡류절단 지형의 공간적 분포 특성을 검토하였다. 강원도에서도 높은 산지지역인 정선군 및 인제군을 주로 흐르는 내린천 및 동대천 등의 하천에서 곡류절단면의 분포 밀도가 가장 높았다. 곡류절단의 발생은 제4기 동안 반복적으로 나타났으며. 빙기와 간빙기 사이의 기후 변동기에 집중된 것으로 추정된다. 지질별로는 퇴적암에서 분포 빈도가 가장 높고, 화성암에서 가장 낮았다. 지질구조로 볼 때, 태백산맥으로부터 서쪽 $11{\sim}20km$ 거리에 가장 많이 분포하며. 적종하천이나 적종하천에 유입하는 지류의 하구부, 즉 단층선에 직교하는 하천에서 곡류절단이 가장 활발하였다. 태백산맥에서의 거리와 해발고도와의 관계는 영서하천에서 매우 뚜렷하고, 하상비고 및 절단면 면적과의 관계에서는 태백산맥에서 서쪽 12km를 기준으로 동서로 갈수록 값이 작아진다. 기반암 종류에 대한 해발고도. 하상비고, 하천차수와의 관계는 공통적으로 퇴적암 지역에서 값이 가장 높으며, 화산암 지역에서 가장 낮다.

철도 도상자갈치기 발생토사의 재활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Recycle of Excavated Soil from Ballast Cleaning)

  • In recent years, accordance to industrial development project on railway investment, adverse environmental issues of the investment, such as disputed cases about recycling and usage of Ballast Cleaner excavated soil, have been continuously increasing. It will not only enhance the regulation of soil contamination but take considerable time and cost in future. In this study, we investigated soil contamination and burnability with soil of Chungang Line, Taebaek Line, Chungbuk Line, in order to seize a possibility of recycling Ballast Cleaner excavated soil for the natural materials and substantial heat sources, which are necessary resources for cement manufacturing process. As a result of this study, It is found that Ballast Cleaner excavated soil is satisfied with a standard. The excavated soil contains a lot of cement ingredients and fossil fuel dust incurred from freight transportation, so it is expected to use for ingredients of cement and replacement of heat sources.

하안단구와 수비분지의 지형발달 (River Terraces and Geomorphic Development of Subi Basin, Yeongyang)

  • Subi basin is located at the crestline of Taebaek mountains. This paper aims to elucidate the geomorphic development of Subi basin through the analysis of river terraces built in Wangpi-cheon and Banbyeon-cheon. Wangpi-cheon flows northeastward from Subi basin, and Banbyeon-cheon flows southward at the west of Subi basin. Absolute age of terrace is measured by means of OSL methodology, long profile of Wangpi-cheon is made up with 10m interval contour line, and the elevation above river bed of high terraces is measured at the end part of terrace. The results are as follow: Firstly, high river terraces of Subi basin, Wangpi-cheon and Banbyeon-cheon are formed about 40 kyr(MIS 3) being interstadial stage of last glacial period. Secondly, the elevation above river bed of high terraces of Wangpi-cheon and Banbyeon-cheon tends to increase toward upstream. It means that the uplift of Taebaek Mountains influences considerably the formation of their terraces. Thirdly, the elevation above river bed of high terraces at the reach from Seomchon to Suha-ri of Wangpi-cheon tends to decrease toward upstream. This section is captured from Banbyeon-cheon flowing in the opposite direction. River piracy has occurred from the time of formation of Suha-ri high terrace to the time of formation of Hantee wind gap. Finally, for fluvial system of Wangpi-cheon to establish dynamic equilibrium, topographic axis will move toward Banbyeon-cheon.

노선별 철도기상사고의 통계적 특성 및 사례분석 (Case Analysis and Statistical Characteristics of a Railroad Weather-Related Accidents and Incidents each Railroad Line in the Korean Peninsula)

  • 본 연구는 기상현상에 의해 발생하는 노선별 철도기상사고의 통계적 특성을 밝혀 철도기상사고를 저감하고 향후 기후변화에 대비하고자 한다. 이를 위해 사용한 자료는 KROIS 자료와 철도사고분석보고서를 주로 이용하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 철도기상사고에 가장 취약한 노선은 경부선이며, 영동선과 중앙선, 태백선도 취약한 지역이라 할 수 있다. 철도기상사고의 종류는 선로장애, 신호장애, 급전장애 순으로 나타났으며, 선로 장애의 2차 원인은 노선별로 약간 차이는 있었으나 노반유실이 대부분이었고, 한랭전선을 동반한 기상패턴은 단시간의 집중호우로 철도기상사고를 일으키는 주요 기상패턴임을 알 수 있었다.

층위기법 관점의 농촌경관계획에 관한 연구 -고창 안현마을, 태백 구와우마을, 남해 물건리를 사례로- (A Study on Planning Rural Landscape Based on the Layer Technique - Focusing on Anhyun Village in Gochang, Guwau Village in Taebaek and Mulgeon-ri in Namhae -)

  • The layer technique is to produce many memorable scenes by generating layers of new experiences on the existing ones as it is adding the cognitive layers on to the visually seen landscape. Its need is high for places whose landscape itself influences perception, value or expression and which determines the spatial and quality standards. The existing floor plan-based design methods have failed to be useful in generating complex visual experiences. In order to maximize the aesthetical landscape experiences in landscape planning, cognitive layers are needed which complement the input of adequate cognitive elements and the inter-element relationships. Here, layers are utilized to change the arrangement of the landscape elements and coordinate the cognitive flow so that the images could be connected and imagination could occur. A case in point is Anhyun Village in Gochang where physically distinctive layers are additionally set to make a visual experience enriching. The new landscape layers discover the fact that it provides diversity in experiencing the village landscape and forming the sense of beauty and that it is deeply immersed into the daily life of the village. Meanwhile, Guwau Village in Taebaek is an example showing the usefulness of various-layer setting in landscape planning in setting effective circulation planning. That is, the bottom line is the spacing-starting where and making it stay where for a few seconds, and the visual layers. It is also critical to encourage inducing circulation so that layers of the senses stimulating five senses could intervene. Lastly, Mulgeon-ri in Namhae is a case which directly made a parallel of the physical layers of the landscape composition and the cognitive layers of the landscape experience. Artificial landscape planning is mostly about manipulating of visual traits that people feel beautiful, but the layer technique is linked to how to make experiences enriching and renewed.

도시하천(都市河川)의 하상미지형(河床微地形) 변화(變化)에 관한 연구(硏究) - 춘천시(春川市) 태백천(太白川)을 대상으로 - (Study on Changing of the Channelbed Microtopography of Urban River - On Taebaek River of Chunchon city -)

  • 도시하천(都市河川)은 인간활동(人間活動)에 의해 주변 환경이 민감하게 변화하므로 지속적인 관찰이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 인간활동이 도시하천(都市河川)에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 춘천시(春川市) 태백천(太白川)을 대상으로 1993년 6월 부터 1996년 6월까지, 4개년간 5회에 걸쳐 구간별 하상(河床)의 횡단형상(橫斷形狀), 변동량(變動量) 및 편의도(偏倚度)를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 1. 횡단형상(橫斷形狀) 변화(變化)는 조사시기 별로는 1996년 6월이 가장 크게 나타났으며, 구간별로는 측선 19~20구간에서 최대(最大) 퇴적량(堆積量) $1.247m^3$, 측선 6~7구간에서 최대(最大) 세굴량(洗掘量) $340m^34가 각각 발생하였고, 2. 1993년 6월 하상면(河床面)을 기준으로 하면 1996년 6월에는 하상(河床)이 전체적으로 상승하여 약 $4.660m^3$이 퇴적(堆積)되었으며, 3. 유로편의도(流路偏倚度)는 시기별로는 1996년, 측선별로는 6, 7, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20을 중심으로 발생하였다.
