Background: The clinical course of the neoplasm may vary due to both patient and tumor cell characteristics. Aim: The aim of this study was to research the influence of certain clinical and pathological features on the prognosis of early stage breast cancer. Materials and Methods: This study included 117 women that were treated and followed-up in between the years 2001-2011. The demographic, clinical and histopathological features of the cases were reviewed retrospectively. Statistical analysis: In categorical comparisons between groups, cross-tab statistics were provided and significance levels were estimated using chi-square test. Cox regression analysis, Pearson and Spearman correlation tests, and the Kaplan-Meier test were also used. Results: With an average of 35-months follow-up, the mean disease-free survival of patients was 91 months and the mean overall survival time was 132 months. In the whole study group, the disease-free survival rates were 88, 84, 83 and 52%, while the overall survival rates 95, 94, 83, and 83% within the first, third, fifth and tenth years, respectively. The disease-free and overall survival rates were decreased with increasing tumor grades, though this was not statistically significant. The presence of lymphovascular invasion, positive staining with Ki67 and postmenopausal status were associated with shorter disease-free and overall survival times. In multivariate analysis, only age and Her2/neu receptor status influenced the prognosis significantly. Conclusions: In parallel to clinical, histopathological, and immunohistochemical prognostic features in breast cancer, in this study positive Her2/neu receptor status, a previously accepted poor prognostic factor, was found to have positive influence after trastuzumab treatment.

The purpose of this study is to segment recreational forest's visitors for marketing based on purpose of visit. Using the factor analysis, cluster analysis, cross tab, and t-test to find out different behavioral intention in each clusters, the result elicited some implications. First, 2 clusters was founded and has difference in behavioral intentions. Cluster 1(married, 200~300hundred won income) has higher satisfaction, revisit intention, recommendation intention. The result shows that market researcher in recreational forest should approach different marketing strategy and has various facility, active program. This research need to survey broad region to generalized result.

This paper describes a design of OFDM (Orthogoanl Frequency Division Multiplexing) based wireless LAN system receiver, defined in IEEE 802.11a standards. Because OFDM system uses several orthogonal sequence sets, it ran avoid selective fading of fast data transfer problem when it is used with error correction code. But if the receiver is not synchronized, the orthogonal of between sub-ralliers will be destroyed and the data interruption will be generated. So it makes error property get worse very murk. For improving the noise error, we use the relationship of phasor between sub-carriers and make system synchronization using one tab equalizer. The designed OFDM block is described by Verilog HDL for the efficient and small size hardware. And we preform the functional verification and evaluation using the vector of standards.

The purpose of this study is to examine the difference between festival visitors motivation and satisfaction by visitors' past experiences at Gim-po Culture & Art Festival 2008, Which is the 25th, is holding soon. Gim-po Culture & Art Festival has unique aspect that it is organised various experience programs and items which stress the importance of environment mix in Han river, Gim-po's port, totemism, agriculture and so on. A Study is analysed through research that is consisted of motivation and satisfaction factor's item of 23 local festival visitor to study factors of determination of local festival visitor's motivation and satisfaction level. Data were collected with a structured questionnaire at the 24th Gim-po Culture & Art Festival, 695 sample were used for statistical analysis. This research data is analysed by 4 statistical techniques, which are t-test, Cross-tab analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis. As the results of this research, festival visitor's satisfaction were composed of four factors; festival theme, physical facilities, festival information service, souvenir and food. Festival satisfaction and motivation appeared the difference between first-time visitors and repeat visitors. The result of this paper may help festival planner and marketer for festival marketing strategy.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of exercise therapy to oldwomen's muscle strength, flexibility and IADL. To identify the effect of exercise therapy on oldwomen's muscle strength, flexibility and IADL, this study attempted to determine grip strength, back strength, leg strength, flexibility of upper and low(flexion, extension, abduction), flexibility of trunk(flexion, extension) and IADL, using dynamometer, goniometer and Geriatric center IADL, for 34 female. Thirty-four subjects participating in this study consisted of A group(from sixty-five to sixty-nine, eleven person), B group(from seventy to seventy-four, twelve person), C group(over seventy-five years old, eleven person). Data from the findings of this experiment were computed for and standard deviation by using repeated measurement of MINI TAB. As a result, the following conclusion was drawn : 1. Subject group showed significantly higher scores on effect of exercise between three age group after regular exercise. 2. Subject group showed significantly higher scores on muscle strength(grip strength, back strength, leg strength) and there is a difference between three age group after regular exercise of muscle strength. 3. Subject group showed significantly higher scores on flexibility (upper, lower, trunk) and there is a difference between three age group after regular exercise of flexibility. 4. Subject group showed significantly higher scores on IADL(Instrumental activities of daily living) and there is a difference between three age group after regular exercise. As a result of this study, the effect of exercise training program had improved muscle strength, ROM (range of motion) of joint, IADL. Thus exercise training program could be beneficially applied for the prevention of disability and promotion of health and wellbeing in the aged easily and safely.

The effects of vortex generators, in the form of small delta-shaped tabs or thin tapes at an axi-symmetric supersonic nozzle exit, on the characteristics of supersonic jet flowfields are investigated by Schlieren images and Pitot-tube measurements. Small tabs as small as 1 % of the nozzle exit area can introduce streamwise vortices and produce a significant effect on the jet flowfield downstream of the nozzle. The effect is stronger for the cases of under-expanded jet than over- and perfect-expanded cases, introducing a larger flow entrainment. The effects of the angle of tabs with respect to the flow direction are also investigated, and for over-expanded jet cases, it is found that the tabs bended toward upstream can weaken the interaction strength and remove the Mach disc in the jet flowfield. Introduction of small proturbances inside the nozzle surface by attachment of thin tapes is also found to change the pressure distribution in the circumferential direction of the flowfield. Its effect is also found to be dependent on the jet expansion ratio.

A study of a precision test according to the control method of an injection molding machine was carried out. The effects of the screw stroke, holding pressure, melt temperature on both the hydraulic and electric injection molding machine were examined. In addition, hypothesis testing was performed to determine the deviation of the data obtained in the experiments. The conclusions obtained in this study were as follows. Significant deviations in the screw stroke, melt temperature and holding pressure occurred in that order. The hydraulic type showed significantly more variation between the products compared to the electric type. In addition, using a mini tab from the statistics program, a hypothesis was proposed and the P value of the injection stroke, holding pressure, melting temperature injection stroke and melting temperature had adopted a null hypothesis ($H_0$). The holding pressure, which showed mutual differences, adopted an alternative hypothesis ($H_1$).

The purpose of this study is to research on attitudes toward legalization of death with dignity. The respondents are 561 adults aged 20 years old and over, living in Seoul and Kyunggi Province. Research questionnaire consist of 28 questions concerning general background, personal experiences of death, attitudes toward death, pros and cons on death with dignity and legalization. Statistical analyses employ frequency, mean, cross tab, and t-test. 87.3% of respondents agree the legalization of death with dignity. The persons who are older, self-employed, and production employees, get married, live with spouse, believe buddhism, experience care for the death, believe life after death, recognize the necessity of testament agree more on death with dignity. The first requisite for legalization of death with dignity is the standard of judgement concerning self decision on death with dignity. The decision makers are prioritized by self, family member in order. The necessary services for decisions on death with dignity are the mediation role between medical team and family, medical information about illness prognosis and prolongation, psychological counselling on depression.

Most hard disk drives that apply the ramp load/unload technology unload the heads at the outer edge of the disk while the disk is rotating. The load/unload includes the benefits as like an increased areal density, a reduced power consumption and an improved shock resistance. A lot of papers investigating the effects of the various load/unload parameters such as a suspension tab, a limiter, a ramp and air-bearing surface designs have been published. However, in previous researches, an effect of the suspension is not considered at each load/unload step. In this paper, we focus that a variation of the state matrix affects the load/unload performance on based on a state matrix that is a stiffness matrix of the suspension. Because the state matrix is related to the suspension at each load/unload step, to change the state matrix means the structural change of the suspension. Therefore, we investigated a range of a pitch static attitude(PSA) and a roll static attitude(RSA) for load/unload performance. We also analyzed an effect of the variation of the state matrix a range of load/unload velocity occurred a slider-disk contact. We determined the variation of the state matrix to improve the load/unload performance through comparison of each factor of state matrix.

As Idol Star has increased, and it has become an all-round entertainer. Male Idol Star have received a great response from public, leading the entertainer. The Beauty images of Idol Star not only reflect ideals, but also are an example of image making. In special, I tried to explain that beauty image of male idol star who was casted "We get Married" was made not only reflect ideals, but also leading the social trends by entertainment industry. Most of male idol star was done natural make-up, but Lee Jun was done with smoky make-up. The hair-style demonstrated a glamorous feeling through an artificial looking style, dyed with various color(Tab. 3 & 5).
