이소니트릴의 자유라디칼반응 (Homolytic Reactions of Isonitriles)

  • 여러종류의 자유라디칼들이 이소니트릴에 첨가되어 중간체인 imidoyl 자유라디칼 RN=CR'을 형성한다. 이것은 또한 imine으로부터 imidoyl hydrogen 을 떼어 내는 다음과 같은 반응에 의해서도 생성될 수 있다. RN=C(H)R' + R"${\cdot}{\rightarrow}$ RN=CR' + R"-H 중간체인 imidoyl 자유라디칼은 ${\beta}$-cleavage 및 aton transfer 반응을 통해서 안정된 분자를 형성한다. ${\beta}$-cleavage는 imidoyl 자유라디칼의 구조에 따라서 두개의 다른 방향으로의 반응이 가능하다. Cyanide transfer와 소위 말하는 정상적인 ${\beta}$-cleavage가 그러한 반응들이다. t-Butoxy 자유라디칼이 t-butylisonitrile 7에 첨가되면 중간체인 t-Bu-N=C-O-Bu-t가 생성되는데, 이것은 ${\beta}$-cleavage반응을 통해서 t-butylisocyanate와 t-butyl 자유라디칼을 형성한다. Phenyl 자유라디칼은 7에 첨가되어 중간체인 t-Bu-N=$C-C_6H_5$를 형성하는데 이것은 cyanide transfer 반응을 통해서 benzonitrile과 t-butyl 자유라디칼로 분해된다. 여기서 생성되는 t-butyl 자유라디칼은 다시 7에 첨가하여 intermediate인 자유라디칼 t-Bu-N=C-Bu-t을 형성하고, 이것은 다시 pivalonlonitrile과 t-butyl 자유라디칼로 분해되는데 이러한 반응이 반복되므로 radical chain isomerization을 일으킨다. Silyl 자유라디칼은 7에 첨가되어 t-Bu-N=$C-Si(CH_3)_3$를 형성하고, 이것은 cyanide transfer 반응을 거쳐서 다시 $(CH_3)_3$SiCN과 t-butyl 자유라디칼로 분해된다.

$LiTaO_3$ 단결정의 완전용융조성 (Congruent Melt Composition of $LiTaO_3$ Single Crystal)

  • 열분석(DTA : Differential Thermal Analysis) 방법에 의한 퀴리온도$(T_c)$ 측정방법으로부터 48.50에서 49 $Li_2O$ mole %까지의 퀴리온도$(T_c)$$Li_2O$ mole %(C)의 관계식 $(T_c = -17.869C^2+1840.2C-46623)$을 구하였다.$LiTaO_3$ 단결정의 congruent 조성을 결정하기 위하여 48.60 부터 48.70 mole %까지의 영역에서 쵸크랄스키법으로 $LiTaO_3$ 단결정을 육성하고 Top과 Tail 결정에서의 퀴리온도 차이,${\Delta}{T_c} (T_{c(Top)}-T{_c(Tail)})$ 그리고 결정성장 초기와 말기의 융액과 결정의 조성비로부터 분배계수(k)를 구하였다. 이 결과로부터 결정된 congruent 조성은 48.65 mole %였으며 그때의 $(T_c)$ 값은 $610{\pm}1^{\circ}C$였다.

Analyzing the Significance of T1 Slope minus Cervical Lordosis in Patients with Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion Surgery

  • Objective : Accurate measurement of T1 slope (a component of T1s minus cervical lordosis [CL]) is often constrained by anatomical limitations. In this situation, efforts should be made to find the exact meaning of T1s-CL and whether there are any alternatives to it. Methods : We enrolled 117 patients who received two-level anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF). Occipital slope, C2 slope (C2s), C7 slope (C7s), T1, O-C2 angle (O-C2A), C2-7 angle (C2-7A), O-C7 angle (O-C7A), T1s-CL, C7-T1 angle (C7-T1A), and C2-7 sagittal vertical axis were measured. We determined 16° (T1s-CL) as the reference point for dividing subjects into the mismatch group and the balance group, and a comparative analysis was performed. Results : The mean value of C7-T1A was constantly maintained within 2.6° peri-operatively. In addition, C2s and T1s-CL showed the same absolute change (Δ|0.8|°). The mean values of T1s-CL of the mismatch and balance groups were 23.0° and 7.6°, respectively. The five factors with the largest differences between the two groups were as follows : C2s (Δ13.3°), T1s-CL (Δ15.4°), O-C2A (Δ8.7°), C2-7A (Δ14.7°), and segmental angle (Δ7.9°) before surgery. Only four factors showed statistically significant change between the two groups after ACDF : T1s-CL (Δ4.0° vs. Δ0.2°), C2s (Δ3.2° vs. Δ0.7°), O-C2A (Δ2.6° vs. Δ1.3°), C2-7A (Δ6.3° vs. Δ1.3°). A very strong correlation between T1s-CL and C2s was also found (r=|0.88-0.96|). Conclusion : C2s itself may be the essential key to represent T1s-CL. The amounts and directions of change of these two factors (T1s-CL and C2s) were also almost identical. The above phenomenon was re-confirmed once again through the correlation analysis.

  • 참돔 종묘생산을 위한 생물학적 기초자료를 얻고자, 난발생에 미치는 환경요인으로서 수온의 영향에 대하여 실험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 난발생의 각 단계에 이르기까지의 수온($T\;:\;^{\circ}C$)에 따른 발생속도(t : hour)는 수온이 높을수록 빨랐으며, 그 관계식은 다음과 같다. 8 세포기 : 1/t=0.0618T-0.5877(r=0.9899) 상실배기 : 1/t=0.0284T-0.2556(r=0.9948) Kupffer씨포 출현기 : 1/t=0.0076T-0.0829(r=0.9902) 부화자어기 : 1/t=0.0031T-0.0350(r=0.9985) 2. 참돔의 초기발생에 있어서 난발생이 진전되지 않는 생물학적 영도는 평균 $10.2^{\circ}C$로 나타났다. 3. 설정수온별로 수정에서 부화에 이르기까지의 소요시간은 $15^{\circ}C$에서는 87시간, $18^{\circ}C$에서는 48시간, $21^{\circ}C$에서는 32시간, $24^{\circ}C$에서는 27시간이었다.

Let $C_\omega \equiv C[0,T]$ denote the standard Wiener space on [0,T] with Wiener measure $m_\omega$. Yeh [12] introduced the concept of the conditional Wiener integral of F given X, E(F$\mid$X), and for case X(x) = x(T) obtained some very useful results including a Kac-Feynman integral equation.

한국인 모유의 수유단계별 트랜스지방산 함량 (Trans Fatty Acids of Breast Milk Lipids of Korean Women from Week 1 to 6 Months of Postpartum)

  • This study was done to determine the trans fatty acid (tFA) composition of human milk from postpartum to sixth months after delivery, to investigate the tFA intake of lactating women, and to estimate the intakes of tFA by infants exclusively fed breast milk. A total of 27 lactating Korean women participated to this study voluntarily, gave their breast milk, and responded to an investigation of their diets. The lactating women consumed 2.3-2.8 g/d of tFAs over the period of the first, second, third, and sixth months postpartum, which was 3.4-4.9% of the total fat intake and 0.8%-1.2% of the total energy intake. The proportions of tFAs in the breast milk were 1.89% in colostrum, 1.78% in transitional milk, and 1.78-2.25 in mature milk of the first, second, third, and sixth months postpartum. The tFAs of the breast milk identified in this study were C16:1n9t, C18:1n9t, C18:2n6t12t, C18:2n6t12c, C18:2n6t12t and C18:2n6t11t. Among them, C18:1n9t was predominant, which made up 59.26% of all tFAs in cob strum, 62.36% in transitional milk, and 64.42% in mature milk. The proportion of total tFA was unchanged with time, although some significant differences were noted for individual tFAs. The percentages of C18:2n6t12c and C18:2n6c12t decreased over the study period. Estimated tFA intake of the exclusively breast-fed infants was 0.18 g/d when fed colostrum, 0.29 g/d when fed transitional milk, and 0.53 g/d when fed mature milk until the sixth month of postpartum. Those were 0.5%, 0.8%, and 1.1% of the total energy intake. The results in this study indicate that lactating Korean women consume not a large quantity of tFAs, secrete breast milk not containing much tFA, and the estimated intake of tFAs by infants fed exclusively breast milk is not great.

  • Let C[0, T] denote an analogue of Weiner space, the space of real-valued continuous on [0, T]. In this paper, we investigate the translation of time interval [0, T] defining the analogue of Winer space C[0, T]. As applications of the result, we derive various relationships between the analogue of Wiener space and its product spaces. Finally, we express the analogue of Wiener measures on C[0, T] as the analogue of Wiener measures on C[0, s] and C[s, T] with 0 < s < T.

  • Nocardia sp의 세포내 징세포구조 및 tellurite 환원초소의 존재부위와 T. T. C. 환원부위를 전자현미경으로 관찰한 것을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 광포내 미세구조에 있어서 unit membrane을 가진 농양구조가 복잡한 형태를 하고 계포질에 내포되어있고 어떤 것은 막구조가 둥글게 감겨있는 형태도 있다. 금속, tellurate염외 석출이 세포질중에 나타나므로 tellurite 및 tellurate 환원효소는 세축질중에 존재한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고T.T.C.의 환원은 세포막 및 세포내막양구조 부분에서 일어난다. 따라서 tellurate환원과 T.T.C.환원은 서로 상이한 부위에서 일어남을 알 수 있다. 구체내에 형성된 T.T.C. tellurate은 도정제인 osmic acid에 의하여 제기화되며, 더우기 탈수제로 사용하고 있는 ethanol에 녹고 아울러 포매각에도 녹기 때문에 약 95%의 formazane이 균체외로 용출되어 나오므로 검정시의 세포내에는 거의 formazane이 존재하지 않기 때문에 전자현미경상의 전자투과성인 부분은 원래 formazane이 형성되었던 부분인 것이다.

재료의 소성 거동을 고려한 용접 계면균열의 Ct 매개변수 (Evaluation of Ct-parameter for Weld Interface Crack Considering Material Plastic Behavior)

  • In this study, behavior of $C_t$ which is a well-known fracture parameter characterizing creep crack growth rate, is investigated for weld interface cracks. Finite element analyses were per formed for a C(T) specimen under constant loading condition for elastic-plastic-creeping materials. In modeling C(T) geometry, an interface was employed along the crack plane which simulated the interface between weld and base metals. The $C_t$ versus time relations were obtained under various creep constant combinations and plastic constant combinations for weld and base metals, respectively. A unified $C_t$ versus time curve is obtained by normalizing $C_t$ with $C^*$ and t with $t_T$ for all the cases of material constant variations.

  • The C(t)-integral describes amplitude of stress and strain rate field near a tip of stationary crack under transient creep condition. Thus the C(t)-integral is a key parameter for the high-temperature crack assessment. Estimation formulae for C(t)-integral of the cracked component operating under mechanical load alone have been provided for decades. However, high temperature structures usually work under combined mechanical and thermal load. And no investigation has provided quantitative estimates for the C(t)-integral under combined mechanical and thermal load. In this study, 3-dimensional finite element analyses were conducted to calculate the C(t)-integral of elastic-creep material under combined mechanical and thermal load. As a result, redistribution time for the crack under combined mechanical and thermal load is re-defined through FE analyses to quantify the C(t)-integral. Estimates of C(t)-integral using this proposed redistribution time agree well with FE analyses results.
