  • 개인의 컴퓨터 사용은 업무와 오락에 국한되지 않고 삶의 한 부분으로 자리매김을 하였다. 이와 함께 컴퓨터와 통신 그리고 기능과 이동성이 한 곳에서 만날 때 사용자 중심의 이동 컴퓨팅이 나오게 된다. 사용자의 요구와 필요에 민감하게 대응하지 못하는 설계 방침은 시장에서 외면당하게 되고 사용자의 오감을 만족시켜주는 설계와 제품은 인기를 끌게 되는 것이 현실에서 시장지배의 키 포인트가 되었다. 이에 따라 사용자의 선호도가 중심이 되는 이동 컴퓨터 설계는 사용자에게 가장 중요하다고 생각되는 기능과 현재의 기술을 반영한 현실적 크기와 무게 그리고 사용자들이 바라는 통신 접속 기능이 일차적으로 반영되어야 한다. 이러한 원리를 반영한 제품들을 각종 포털 사이트와 사용자 포럼 인터넷 상점을 통해 찾아보고 사용자들이 가장 선호하는 설계 방향을 규명하는 것은 사용자의 소비 성향을 규정하는데 큰 도움이 되고, 사용자 중심의 이동컴퓨터 설계의 가이드 라인이 될 것이다.

A Blind Vector Digital Watermarking for GIS using the Closest Pair of Points (최근점 쌍을 이용한 벡터 맵 디지털 워터마킹)

  • This paper proposed a novel vector digital watermarking method to protect copyright. The proposed method embeds watermarks after finding the closest pair of points and calculating the distance of the points. We tested the robustness of the method through several attacks on watermarked data. The experimental results show that the proposed method has more robustness than previous methods. And the new method doesn't change the topology of the vector data. Therefore, this method can be 'the vector digital watermarking for GIS.

  • 본 논문에서는 최근 주요시설의 경계에 주로 사용되기 시작한 라이다 센서를 여러대 사용할때 보다 효율적으로 사용하기 위해서 통합된 3차원 좌표계에서 시각화하는 방법에 대해 설명한다. 주로 카메라 기반 CCTV의 경우 정확성은 높지만 시야각(Field of View)이 좁기 때문에 레이더(RADAR)센서와 같은 센서와 함께 혼용되는 경우가 많다. 레이더 센서의 데이터는 넓은 범위에 대한 감지를 할 수 있지만 노이즈가 많고 물체의 형상을 정확하게 측정하기 힘들다. 라이다(LiDAR) 센서는 레이져를 이용하여 멀고 넓은 범위를 정교하게 측정할 수 있다. 이러한 라이다 센서는 정교한 만큼 처리해야할 데이터의 양이 많으며, 다수의 센서를 이용하더라도 하나의 화면에서 처리하기 힘들다는 단점이 있다. 제안하는 논문은 여러개의 라이다 센서에서 측정한 데이터를 실시간에 하나의 좌표계로 통일하여 하나의 영상을 보일 수 있도록 통합 뷰잉 환경을 제공한다.

Forecasting Modeling of Heavy Tail Typed Demand using Student's t-Copula Fitting in Supply Chain Management (Student's t-Copula 적합을 통한 Heavy Tail형 SCM 수요 데이터의 모델링 및 분석)

  • As the demand-oriented management has been getting important in Supply Chain Management (SCM), various forecasting methods have been suggested including regression analyses. However, dependency structures among variables have been captured by a correlation coefficient, only. It results in inaccurate demand predictions. This paper suggests a new and effective forecasting modeling framework using student's t-copula function. In order to show overall modeling procedures framework, heavy tail typed numerical data and its copula estimations are provided. The suggested methodology can contribute to decrease the bullwhip effect and to stabilize volatile environment in a supply chain network.

  • As the cloud environment has become more prevalent among large companies, small and medium-sized companies are also trying to utilize various technologies (IoT, blockchain, etc.) that use cloud services as a way to coexist with large companies. In this paper, a blockchain-based IoT information collection model is proposed to efficiently handle large volumes of IoT data produced by small businesses in order to improve information efficiency of SMEs. The proposed model allowe d small businesses to improve their production efficiency by independently creating groups of the same information so that data that could be generated at the endpoints of small businesses can be block-chained and forwarded to the data center for analysis. In addition, the proposed model's performance assessment was assumed to handle the production throughput of data processed in IoT for small and medium businesses, not large enterprises, so the link between large volumes of data processed in the proposed model could be maintained evenly. One of the biggest features of the proposed model is the ability to expand processes to efficiently control the information of prod ucts produced, as well as the productivity of small and medium enterprises.

An experimental study on the fretting fatigue crack behaviour of A12024-T4 (A12024-T4의 프레팅 피로균열거동에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • The technique of fretting fatigue test was developed and fretting fatigue tests of A12024-T4 were conducted under several conditions. The newly developed calibration methods for measuring surface contact tractions showed good linearity and repeatability. The plate type specimen to which tow bridge type pads were attached and vision system was used to observe the crack behaviour. The oblieque cracks appeared in the early stage of crack growth and they became mode I cracks as they grow about 1 mm. The mode I transition points were found to be longer when surface tractions are higher or bulk stress is lower. Before the crack becomes mode I crack, 'well point' where crack grow about rate is minimum, was detected under every experimental condition. The crack behaviour was found to be affected by surface tractions, contact area, bulk stress. It was also found that partial slip and stick condition is most detrimental and the crack starts from the boundary of stick and slip. For gross slip crack started at the outside edge of pad. After crack mode transition, fretting fatigue cracks showed almost same behaviour of plain mode I fatigue cracks. Equivalent stress intensity factor was used to analyze the behaviour of fretting fatigue cracks and it was found that stress intensity factors can be applied to fretting fatigue cracks.

  • The most famous algorithm of splitting and connecting Snake for extracting the boundary of multiple objects is the nearest method using the distance between snake points. It often can't split and connect Snake due to object topology. In this paper, its problem was discussed experimentally. The new algorithm using vector between Snake segment is proposed in order to split and connect Snake with complicated topology of objects. It is shown by experiment of two test images with 3 and 5 objects that the proposed one works better than the nearest one.

  • The usability of QRcode as a replacement of the Barcode has been increasing. As the QRcode can be saved much information than Barcode, the QRcode has various application areas. In these days we can see the quadrangular box in everywhere. In this paper we introduce an example of application areas of the QRcode, which the system save the mileage information on the Android smartphone. Our proposed system help the small markets or traditional markets which don't have enough fund to construct mileage system.

A study on the Effect of Electricity Environment Interference for Very High Voltage 345kV T/L (초고압 345kV T/L으로 인한 전기 환경 장해 영향에 대한 연구)

  • We centrally study effect of very high voltage 345kV T/L which is set up at residential area (Yangyang~Donghae in Gangwon-do) to broadcasting radio wave and human body. First, to compare predicted result of radio wave disturbance, we set 7 area 13 point and divide broadcasting quality, electric and magnetic fields in T/L process. Result of estimation, we confirm that when receiving broadcasting radio wave, broadcasting quality's difference is generated by topographic property of near receiving point. also through result of electric fields and broadcasting quality and their comparison, we judge that high voltage T/L is barely affect receive of broadcasting radio wave. To judge effect of magnetic fields to human body, we analyze magnetic fields in variable area and condition. as a result, magnetic fields of every area has 1.8mG(WHO international standard amount is 833mG). So It is proved that magnetic fields of 345kV Yangyang~Donghae area has slight, tiny effect to human body.

  • The first mission for the IoT based hyper-connectivity communication is developing a device-to-device communication technique in infra-less low-power and lossy networks. In a low-power and lossy wireless network, IoT devices and routers cannot keep the original path toward the destination since they have the limited memory. Different from the previous light-weight routing protocols focusing on the reduction of the control messages, the proposed scheme provides the light-weight IPv6 address auto-configuration, IPv6 neighbor discovery and routing protocol in a IoT capable infra-less wireless networks with the bloom filer and enhanced rank concepts. And for the first time we evaluate our proposed scheme based on the modeling of various probability distributions in the IoT environments with the lossy wireless link. Specifically, the proposed enhanced RPL based light-weight routing protocol improves the robustness with the multi-paths locally established based on the enhanced rank concepts even though lossy wireless links are existed. We showed the improvements of the proposed scheme up to 40% than the RPL based protocol.
