Study on Geostatistical Method for an Effectiveness Analysis on Carbon Reduction Policy - Focusing on the Carbon Point System (탄소저감정책 효과분석을 위한 공간통계기법 적용방안 연구 - 탄소포인트제도를 대상으로 -)

  • Carbon Point system is Climate Change Action Program by providing incentives in proportion to voluntary reduction of energy consumption such as electricity, gas and water for houses, commercial facilities. So far, existing researches have been limited to construction of GHG(Green House Gas) Inventory and have little attention to empirical impact analysis on carbon reduction policy regarding the residential section. Therefore, this paper is intended to provide convincing findings of impact analysis on carbon reduction, revolving around the carbon point system. For this, we firstly calculated the carbon emission by using electricity and gas usage data in household targeting to Seongbuk-Gu. Carrying out IPA and spatio-temporal analysis. Then, we are capable of visualizing spatial patterns from 2007 to 2009 as a macro analysis. Following that, we explored the effect on carbon point system through Ex ante-Ex post Analysis by paired t-test. To conclude, we can spatially identify the distribution with a significant difference between carbon emissions according to energy use as a micro analysis by Hot Spot to Analysis on point entities. It is to be hoped that this method will be utilized to establish various policies and to evaluate the effect of reduction of GHG.

  • TRecently, smart cities that solve various problems in cities based on IoT technology are in the spotlight. In particular, cases of BIM application for smooth management of construction and maintenance are increasing, and spatial information is converted into 3D data through convergence technology and used for safety diagnosis. The purpose of this study is to create and combine point clouds of a multi-story building by using a ground laser scanner and a handheld LiDAR SLAM among UAV and LiDAR equipment, supplementing the Occluded area and disadvantages of each technology, examine the effectiveness of indoor and outdoor reverse design by observing shape reproduction and accuracy. As a result of the review, it was confirmed that the coordinate accuracy of the data was improved by creating and combining the indoor and outdoor point clouds of the multi-story building using three technologies. In particular, by supplementing the shortcomings of each technology, the completeness of the shape reproduction of the building was improved, the Occluded area and boundary were clearly distinguished, and the effectiveness of reverse engineering was verified.

  • A Wireless Lan has an importance of access control, because we can use wireless Internet via AP(Access Point). Moreover, to use wireless LAN, we will go through authentication process of EAP. DoS(Denial of Service) attack is one of the fatal attack about these AP access and authentication process. That is, if malicious attacker keeps away access of AP or consumes memory of server and calculation ability of CPU and etc. compulsorily in authentication process, legal user can't get any services. In this paper, we presents the way of protection against the each attack that is classified into access control, allocation of resource, attack on authentication protocol. The first thing, attack to access control, is improved by pre-verification and the parameter of security level. The second, attack of allocation of resource, is done by partial stateless protocol. And the weak of protocol is done by time-stamp and parameter of access limitation.

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient variable-length radix-8/4/2 FFT architecture for OFDM systems. The FFT processor is based on radix-8 FFT algorithm and also supports radix-4 or radix-2 FFT computation. We are using efficient "In-place" memory access method to maintain conflict-free data access and minimize memory size. Also we replace a very large lookup table with a twiddle factor generator which consumes less area then a ROM-based lookup table. The proposed FFT processor performs variable-length FFT including 64, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096 and 8192 points which cover all the required FFT lengths used in 802.11a, 802.16a, DAB, DVB-T, VDSL and ADSL.

  • 페이 춘추전국시대에 간편결제 서비스는 네이버페이, 카카오페이, 삼성페이, L페이, T페이, 시럽 페이, 스마일 페이, 케이페이, 페이나우, 페이코, SSG페이, H-Wallet, 구글페이, 애플페이, 알리페이, 안드로이드페이 등 '페이'관련된 서비스들은 각 회사마다 계속 등장하고 있는 추세이다. 온라인 또는 모바일 쇼핑의 끝에서 복잡한 인증절차와 관련 프로그램 설치로 결제를 포기를 하거나 다른 결제 회사를 선택해서 또 다시 카드번호, 카드 비밀번호, 인증절차를 거치는 번거로움과 시간을 소비하는 일이 많았다. 예전 방식에 비해서 눈 깜짝할 사이 결제를 진행하는 간편결제 서비스는 말 그대로 '빠르고 편리하다'는 장점을 지녔으며, '온라인에 처음 한번만 카드정보를 등록하면 그 다음부터는 비밀번호만 입력하면 결제가 완료된다. 요즘 각 간편결제 서비스 회사들은 가격 할인, 적립금, 포인트 지급 등으로 소비자의 결제 형태를 바꾸고 있다. 쇼핑몰 결제 싯점이라는 중요한 포인트에서 이 연구의 목적은 간편결제 서비스에 대한 지각된 용이성과 유용성이 고객만족과 쇼핑몰 충성도로 인터넷 쇼핑몰 재구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구를 하고자 한다.

  • 공기조화설비의 계장 및 유지관리시에 공사와 조정 등을 간편화하고 로컬 레벨의 표준화 및 시스템간의 상호운용성을 높이기 위하여 공기조화설비 제어 계통도를 지하층(8포인트)과 기준층(15포인트)으로 나누어 설계하고 이것을 개방형 프로토콜인 $L_{ON}W_{ORKS]$를 이용하여 제어네트워크를 구축하였다. 네트워크의 자 디바이스는 뉴런 C로 프로그램 하였으며, 네트워크의 통신은 통신전용 배선공사를 간소화하기 위하여 전력선 통신을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 $L_{ON}W_{ORKS]$ 프로토콜로 각 디바이스들의 자율분산제어가 가능하게 되었고 통신선의 길이와 회선수를 감소시킬 수 있었다.

  • There are many defects when we're working on a project. Especially, if we don't have experience in similar field, defects have a strong influence on the system entirely. Therefore, management of risk such like defects is important the factor for success of project. Finally, efficient management of risk can guarantee handling problems such like fault tolerancy, unexpected quality and delay of schedule. In this paper, we propose checkpoint for improvement of reliability and are willing to improve the reliability of an entire system using it.

  • With the development of fast construction mode in shipbuilding market, the demand on accuracy management of hull is becoming higher and higher in shipbuilding industry. In order to enhance production efficiency and reduce manufacturing cycle time in shipbuilding industry, it is important for shipyards to have the accuracy of ship components evaluated efficiently during the whole manufacturing cycle time. In accurate shipbuilding process, block accuracy is the key part, which has significant meaning in shortening the period of shipbuilding process, decreasing cost and improving the quality of ship. The key of block accuracy control is to create a integrate block accuracy controlling system, which makes great sense in implementing comprehensive accuracy controlling, increasing block accuracy, standardization of proceeding of accuracy controlling, realizing "zero-defect transferring" and advancing non-allowance shipbuilding. Generally, managers of accuracy control measure the vital points at section surface of block by using the heavy total station, which is inconvenient and time-consuming for measurement of vital points. In this paper, a new measurement method based on point clouds technique has been proposed. This method is to measure the 3D coordinates values of vital points at section surface of block by using 3D scanner, and then compare the measured point with design point based on ICP algorithm which has an allowable error check process that makes sure that whether or not the error between design point and measured point is within the margin of error.

  • This paper aims at predicting the BDI from Jan. to Dec. 2010 using such econometric techniues of the univariate time series as stochastic ARIMA-type models and Hodrick-Prescott filtering technique. The multivariate cause-effect econometric model is not employed for not assuring a higher degree of forecasting accuracy than the univariate variable model. Such a cause-effect econometric model also fails in adjusting itself for the post-sample. This article introduces the two ARIMA models and five Intervention-ARIMA models. The monthly data cover the period January 2000 through December 2009. The out-of-sample forecasting performance is compared between the ARIMA-type models and the random walk model. Forecasting performance is measured by three summary statistics: root mean squared error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE) and mean error (ME). The RMSE and MAE indicate that the ARIMA-type models outperform the random walk model And the mean errors for all models are small in magnitude relative to the MAE's, indicating that all models don't have a tendency of overpredicting or underpredicting systematically in forecasting. The pessimistic ex-ante forecasts are expected to be 2,820 at the end of 2010 compared with the optimistic forecasts of 4,230.
