뇌경새(腦梗塞) 환자(患者)와 건강인(健康人)의 맥상(脈象)과 사상체질(四象體質)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Comparative Study on the Pulse Wave Variables and Sasang Constitution in Cerebral Infarction Patients and Healthy Subjects)

  • This study was performed to determine whether a pulse analyzer was useful 1) to characterize the variables of pulse wave of cerebral infarction patieno (CI), compared with those of healthy subjects, as well as 2) to determine Sasang Constitution in CI and healthy subjects. 1. Calibrated in Gwan, the amount of energy(Energy), height of main peak(H1), height of aorticvalley(H2), height of aortic peak(H3), total area of pulse wave(At), and area of main peak width(Aw) of the CI group were higher than those of the healthy group. 2. Calibrated in Cheek, Energy, H1, H2, H3, height of valve valley(H4), At, Aw, and main peak angle(MPA) of the CI group were higher than those of the healthy group. 3. Among the healthy (subjects) group, Taeumin showed the highest contact pressure(CP) and height of valve peak(H5) calibrated in Chon. The main peak width divided by whole time of pulse wave(MPW/T) calibrated in Gwan and Cheok, was highest in Soyangin and was lowest in Taeumin. The H3 divided by H1(H3/H1) and the time to valve valley minus the time to main peak and divided by T[(T4-T1)/T] calibrated in Cheek were highest in Soyangin. The time to main peak(T1) was longest in Soumin. 4. Among the CI group, At calibrated in Chon was widest in Taeumin and was narrowest in Soumin The time to aortic peak(T3) calibrated in Cheek was longest in Soumin and was shortest in Soyangin. The time to valve peak(T5) was shortest in Soyangin. 5. There were main effects of cerebral infarction in the area of systolic period(As) and area of diastolic period(Ad) calibrated in Chon, Energy calibrated in Cwan, and Energy, H1, H2, H3, (H4+H5)/Hl, and MPA calibrated in Cheek. 6. There were main effects of Sasang Constitution in (T4-T1)/T, area of systolic period(As), and Ad calibrated in Chon. 7. The interactions between the cerebral infarction and Sasang Constitution were observed in H5/H1 , T, At, As, Ad, and MPA calibrated in Chon, H4, T4, (T4-T1)/T, As, and Ad calibrated in Cwan, and 74,75, and MPW calibrated in Cheok. Therefore, we concluded that pulse analyzer was useful to determine the risk degree of cerebral infarction and Sasang Constitution.

터널내 교행 열차의 풍압에 대한 특성법 해석 (Analysis for Characteristics Method on Wind Pressure of Trains Crossing in Tunnel)

  • 열차가 터널에 고속으로 진입하면, 압력파가 발생한다. 열차 선두부의 진입에 의하여 발생한 압축파는 터널을 따라 진행되어 터널 출구에서 반사되어 팽창파로 되돌아오며, 후미부의 진입에 의하여 발생한 팽창파도 터널을 따라 전파되어 터널 출구에서 압축파로 반사되어 터널 입구로 되돌아 온다. 열차 선두부 및 후미부에 의하여 발생한 이러한 압력파는 터널 입구 및 출구에서 각각 반사되어 터널 내부를 왕복하며, 차량 객실에 탑승한 승객들에게는 이명감을 일으키고, 터널 출구에서는 환경소음의 일종인 미기압파를 발생시킨다. 터널에서의 큰 압력 변동은 터널의 최적 단면적 설계에도 주요 인자로 고려되고 있으며, 차체의 반복 피로 하중으로 작용하므로, 이에 대한 정량적 및 정성적 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 고정 격자계를 이용하여 개발한 특성 해법을 교행하는 열차에 대하여 적용하였으며, 교행시의 열차 선두부 및 후미부의 경계 조건식을 개발하여, X-t선도와 같이 해석하였다. 해석 결과, 교행 열차의 특정 터널진입 시간에 압력파 간의 상쇄가 일어남을 알 수 있었다.

쇄파의 유동구조 및 쇄파력에 관한 연구 (Research on Wave Kinematics and Wave Loads in Breaking Wave)

  • When the wind blows strong, most waves are breaking at sea. Breaking waves occur by exceeding the limitation of wave steepness (wave height/wave length = 1/7). Because a wave of single angular frequency couldn't generate the breaking phenomena at a two-dimensional ocean engineering basin, the breaking wave can be generated by the superposition of waves with various angular frequencies based on dispersion relation. This study investigates the particle kinematics in the breaking wave and the magnitude of the breaking wave exciting force at the breaking point and breaking region. We compare the regular wave load in a regular wave, which has same specifications (wave height, period and length), with the breaking waveload. Also, the experimental results of wave exciting force and particle velocity are investigated, by comparison with the analytic results using the potential theory.

Z-Wave 네트워크 환경에서 MQTT 기반 대기전력 절감 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of MQTT-based Standby Power Reduction System in Z-Wave Network Environment)

  • Recently, with the development of IoT technology and the increase of energy consumption, interest in energy saving and energy efficiency improvement is rapidly increasing. In particular, in the case of a device connected to a power plug with the power shutoff, a problem with standby power has been raised. Thus technology development through a low power method such as Zigbee is in progress. However, Zigbee, which is generally used, has a problem that a separate gateway is required because it is not an IP-based technology, and there is a problem that it is not suitable for a traditional computer network to which a variety of devices are connected. Therefore, in this paper, we designed and implemented a standby power saving system using MQTT, an IoT standard protocol, in Z-Wave environment. In order to evaluate the implemented standby power saving system, the same environment as the existing Zigbee-based standby power saving system was compared and evaluated.

Reflection of electro-magneto-thermoelastic plane waves in a rotating medium in context of three theories with two-temperature

  • In this paper, we established the generalized thermoelasticity phenomenon in an isotropic elastic medium considering the electromagnetic field, rotation and two-temperature. Three theories of generalized thermoelasticity have been applied: Lord-Shulman (one relaxation time), Green-Lindsay (two relaxation times), as well as the coupled theory. We discussed some particular cases in the context of the wave propagation phenomenon in thermoelasticity. From solving the fundamental equations, we arrived that there are three waves: P-, T- and SV-waves that we calculated their velocities. The boundary conditions for mechanical stress and Maxwell's stress and thermal insulated or isothermal have been applied to determine the amplitudes ratios (reflection coefficients) for P-, T - and SV waves. Some utilitarian aspects are obtained from the reflection coefficients, presented graphically, and the new conclusions have been presented. Comparisons are made for the results predicted by different theories (CT, LS, GL) in the absence and presence of the electro-magnetic field, rotation, as well as two-temperature on the reflection of generalized thermoelastic waves. The results obtained concluded that the external parameters as the angle of incidence, electromagnetic field, rotation as well as the theories parameters have strong effect on the phenomenon.

LTE 기반 차량용 V2X 통신단말에 대한 신호 교차로 C-ITS 메시지의 타이밍 데이터 최적화 기법 (Timing Data Optimize of Traffic Intersection C-ITS Message Set for LTE-based V2X in-vehicle Devices)

  • Recently, the introduction of Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) has been attempted to solve the limitation of only the sensor of the vehicle itself. For example, vehicles traveling at intersections can drive more safely through C-ITS. By using V2X communication of WAVE and LTE, the driver can receive the status and time of traffic lights. However, LTE has a larger transmission delay time than WAVE, so timimg data may not match in real time. In this paper, using the SPaT message, it was confirmed that LTE has a larger C-ITS service transmission delay time than WAVE. Finally, it was confirmed that the timing data of SPaT provided by LTE corrected by the algorithm is similar to SPaT provided by WAVE. It was confirmed that safer intersection driving is possible based on real-time.

Core-Loc소파구조물의 안정성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study for the Stability of Core-Loc Armour Structure)

  • Hydraultic experiments were performed in 2-D were flume to investigate the stability o the breakwaters, the destruction of armor blocks and overtopping under irregular wave attack on the structures armored by \`Core-Loc\`. Overtopping rate and stability were examined and compared when armored by Core-Loc and by T.T.P. Results shows both type of blocks are stable and overtopping rates are similar in the adopted experimental condition. Therefore Core-Loc can replace some portion of T.T.P. which is uniquely used in Korea. Further integrated experimental data with Core-loc are need for destruction mechanism or overtopping rate.

MASS TRANSPORT IN FINITE AMPLITUDE WAVES

  • A general scheme is developed which determines the Lagrangian motions of water particles by the Eulerian velocity at their mean positions by use of Taylor's theorem. Utilizing the Stokes finite-amplitude wave theory, the mass transport velocity which includes the effects of higher-order wave components is determined. The fifth-order theory predicts the mass transport velocity less than that given by the existing second-order theory over the whole depth. Limited experimental data for changes in wave celerity in closed wave flumes are compared with the theoretical predictions.

  • For the efficient current drive, the structure of ICRF wave propagation and absorption in a tokamak plasma should be first investigated. In this paper, two dimensional study on FWCD as well as ICRF minority ion heating for the KSTAR [Korea Superconducting Tok Amak Research] [1] plasma was performed using the full wave code of TORIC [2]. The ICRF wave propagation and absorption structures, the competitive power absorption between electrons and ions and the coupling of antenna/plasma are investigated.

계류선박의 동요량을 고려한 하역한계파고 산정 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Estimation of Allowable Wave Height for Loading and Unloading of the Ship Considering Ship Motion)

  • 본 연구는 선박의 크기, 계류상태, 파랑의 주기, 파향 등의 영향을 반영하여 계류선박의 동요량을 계산하고, 그 결과를 이용하여 선석 전면에서 하역한계파고를 산정하는 방법을 제시한 것이다. 여기서는 포항신항의 제 8부두에 본 방법을 적용하고 하역중단시 현지 파랑 관측자료와 비교하여 그 타당성을 검증하였다. 하역중단시 현지 선박의 크기는 800~35,000ton이었으며, 이 때 관측된 파랑은 파고 0.10~0.75m, 주기 7~13s이었다. 본 방법에 의한 하역한계파고는 5,000ton, 10,000ton, 30,000ton 선박에 대하여 파고 0.19~0.50m, 주기 8~12s로 계산되었으며, 본 방법은 파랑의 주기 변화 및 선박의 크기에 대응하여 하역중단시 현지 파랑 관측 결과를 잘 재현하였다. 한편 본 방법에 의한 하역한계파고는 선형 5,000~30,000ton, 주기 12s, 선박에 입사하는 파랑의 각도가 $75^{\circ}C$일 때, 설계기준의 하역한계파고에 비해서 장 단주기 파를 고려하면 16~62%, 단주기 파랑만 고려하면 0~46% 감소하였다. 또한 설계기준에 제시된 하역한계파고는 주기 변화 및 선형에 따라 대응하지 못하며, 10,000ton 이하의 선박에 대해서는 과대 평가되어 있음을 확인하였다.
