This study was undertaken in an attempt to; 1) measure value orientation of nursing activities, 2) identify the relationship between nurse's role perception and patient's expectation, and 3) evaluate the pattern of nursing education and nursing service administration. 203 hospitalized adults and 203 professional nurses from 11 general hospitals in Seoul during the period of July to December 1973 were tested according to questionnaire based on 4 categories of clinical nursing activities, 1) physical care, 2) observation and control, 3) psycho-social care and 4) therapeutic measures. Results of the study are as follows: 1. Nurses were more concerned than patients in the physical care category. Significant difference was revealed by p<.01 level (t=2.800). Mean value score of nurses was average (2.84), and mean value score of patients was relative' y low (2.49). None of the physical care category questionnaire items were over 3.5. 2. Respondents from hospitals of total care system revealed significant difference in the physical care category by P〈.025 level. (t=2.242). Mean value score of both group were average level (nurse 2.90, patient 2.53), nurses showed higher concern. 3. Difference between nurse's role perception and patient's expectation in observation and control category was revealed non- significance by p〉0.05. level (t=1.238). Mean value score of both group revealed relatively high (nurse=3.44, patient 3.19). 4. Difference between nurse's role perception and patient〉expectation in psycho-social cart category revealed non- significance by p〉.05 level (t=0.758), Mean value score of both group revealed average level (nurse =2.71, patient =2.53), 5. Non- significant difference was noted between B. S. N. and diploma nurse's role perception in the psycho- social care category by p> 0.1 level (t=0.316). 4. Difference between nurse's role perception and patient's expectation in the rapeutic me assures category revealed non- significance by p〉0.05 level) t=0.503). Horses showed high concern by mean value score 3.56 level and patients relatively high by 3.41. All items of this category revealed very high or relatively high value score.

Using a base-point free version of the infinite symmetric product we define a fibrewise infinite symmetric product for any fibration $E\;\longrightarrow\;B$. The construction works for any commutative ring R with unit and is denoted by $R_f(E)\;l\ongrightarrow\;B$. For any pointed space B let $G_I(B)\;\longrightarrow\;B$ be the i-th Ganea fibration. Defining $M_R-cat(B):= inf{i\midR_f(G_i(B))\longrihghtarrow\;B$ admits a section} we obtain an approximation to the Lusternik-Schnirelmann category of B which satisfies .g.a product formula. In particular, if B is a 1-connected rational space of finite rational type, then $M_Q$-cat(B) coincides with the well-known (purely algebraically defined) M-category of B which in fact is equal to cat (B) by a result of K.Hess. All the constructions more generally apply to the Ganea category of maps.

본 연구는 카이로프랙틱 기법 중 누운 자세에서 시술되어지는 S.O.T category II 골반 블록 중재가 골반의 불안정으로 인한 기울어짐을 회복시킴으로써 이에 따른 어깨통증을 줄이고 복근의 지구력을 향상시킬 수 있는지 알아보고자 한 것이다. 이 실험을 위해 엉치엉덩관절의 불안정을 가지고 있으며 허리의 통증이 있는 총 50명의 참여자가 실험군과 대조군에 각 25명씩 무작위 할당되었다. 실험군은 category II 블록 중재를 받았고, 대조군은 거짓블록 중재를 받았으며, 이들 두 집단을 통해 중재 전, 중재 후, 그리고 중재 2주 후에 복근지구력과 어깨통증을 측정하여 그 결과를 반복측정 이원분산분석법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 S.O.T category II 골반 블록 중재 후 실험집단에서 복근지구력이 유의한 증가를 보였으며 중재가 끝난 2주 후에도 유지 되었다. 또한 어깨통증의 경우에도 실험집단에서 통증의 감소를 보였으며 역시 중재가 끝난 2주 후에도 유의한 감소를 보였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합해 볼 때 S.O.T category II 골반 블록 중재는 골반의 안정성을 유도하여 복근지구력을 증진시키고, 어깨통증을 감소시키며 중재 후에도 지속효과가 있는 것으로 나타남으로, 골반의 불안정성이 원인이 되는 어깨통증이나 복근지구력을 회복시킬 수 있는 중재법으로 활용되어질 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

There are different categorifications of the notion of a ring such as Ann-category due to N. T. Quang, ring category due to M. M. Kapranov and V. A. Voevodsky. The main result of this paper is to prove that every axiom in the definition of a ring category, but the axiom $x_0 = y_0$, can be deduced from the axiomatics of an Ann-category.

This study investigated the life cycle of menus and made suggestions on the appropriate time for when new menus should be developed. For this purpose, a total of 636 customers who visited 'T' Restaurant more than 25 times in the past three years were used for analysis. After estimating product life cycles based on sales and selling period, an empirical study was conducted. In terms of product life cycle, a growth stage was observed in the category of pasta and pizza in both stores A and B, whereas sales in the rice category stayed constant. Regarding trend in seasonal sales, a big difference was detected between the two stores. While store A was already in the decline stage of the life cycle in all menu categories, store B remained in the growth stage. In terms of menu life cycle, the product life cycle of long-lived products was observed in the pasta category in both stores A and B. While the pizza category was in the growth stage, the product life cycle of long-lived products was observed in the rice category. It is expected that the results of this study could be useful in development of new menus and product life cycle management to fulfill diverse customer needs in the dining-out business.

An elliptic module is an analogue of an elliptic curve over a function field [D]. The dual of an elliptic curve E is represented by Ext(E, $G_{m}$) and the Cartier dual of an affine group scheme G is represented by Hom(G, G$G_{m}$). In the category of elliptic modules the Carlitz module C plays the role of $G_{m}$. Taguchi [T] showed that a notion of duality of a finite t-module can be represented by Hom(G, C) in a suitable category. Our computation shows that the Ext-group as it stands is rather too "big" to represent a dual of an elliptic module.(omitted)

Background: Previous studies on synchronous colorectal carcinoma (SCRC) have reported inconsistent results about its clinicopathologic and molecular features and prognostic significance. Methods: Forty-six patients with multiple advanced tumors (T2 or higher category) who did not receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy and who are not associated with familial adenomatous polyposis were selected and 99 tumors from them were subjected to clinicopathologic and molecular analysis. Ninety-two cases of solitary colorectal carcinoma (CRC) were selected as a control considering the distributions of types of surgeries performed on patients with SCRC and T categories of individual tumors from SCRC. Results: SCRC with multiple advanced tumors was significantly associated with more frequent nodal metastasis (p=.003) and distant metastasis (p=.001) than solitary CRC. KRAS mutation, microsatellite instability, and CpG island methylator phenotype statuses were not different between SCRC and solitary CRC groups. In univariate survival analysis, overall and recurrence-free survival were significantly lower in patients with SCRC than in patients with solitary CRC, even after adjusting for the extensiveness of surgical procedure, adjuvant chemotherapy, or staging. Multivariate Cox regression analysis revealed that tumor multiplicity was an independent prognostic factor for overall survival (hazard ratio, 4.618; 95% confidence interval, 2.126 to 10.030; p<.001), but not for recurrence-free survival (p=.151). Conclusions: Findings suggested that multiplicity of advanced T category-tumors might be associated with an increased risk of nodal metastasis and a risk factor for poor survival, which raises a concern about the guideline of American Joint Committee on Cancer's tumor-node-metastasis staging that T staging of an index tumor determines T staging of SCRC.

In the catagory of t-modules the Carlitz module C plays the role of $G_m$ in the category of group schemes. For a finite t-module G which corresponds to a finite group scheme, Taguchi [T] showed that Hom (G, C) is the "right" dual in the category of finite- t-modules which corresponds to the Cartier dual of a finite group scheme. In this paper we show that for Drinfeld modules (i.e., t-modules of dimension 1) of rank 2 there is a natural way of defining its dual by using the extension of drinfeld module by the Carlitz module which is in the same vein as defining the dual of an abelian varietiey by its $G_m$-extensions. Our results suggest that the extensions are the right objects to define the dual of arbitrary t-modules.t-modules.

무릎의 신전이 방해되는 이유는 여러 가지가 있다. 하지만 우리가 특별히 구조적인 기형을 환자에게서 찾아내지 못하는 한 넙다리근육 강화나 신전을 위한 하지 폄근육군 완화운동 방법을 알려주는 것 이외에 별달리 해줄 수 있는 것이 없다. 이 연구에서 저자는 Sacro-Occipital Technique을 활용한 무릎 움직임 방해 완화에 대하여 새로운 사례연구를 하였다. 이 연구에서는 무릎을 완전히 펴고 서지 못하는 14세의 여학생에게 7회의 S.O.T categoryⅠ. 방법이 적용되었으며 이로서 별다른 방해 없이 무릎을 펴고 설수 있게 되었다. 대체적으로 무릎을 곧바로 펴지 못하는 많은 경우 근육 연조직 마사지 등을 뒤넙다리근에 적용하여 완화 시켜 보기도 한다. 그러나 만약 이러한 방법들이 잘 듣지 않는다면 S.O.T categoryⅠ. 방법을 고려하여 보는 것도 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Let X be a smooth scheme with an action of an algebraic group G. We establish an equivalence of two categories related to the corresponding moment map ${\mu}:T^{\ast}X{\rightarrow}g^{\ast}$ - the derived category of G-equivariant coherent sheaves on the derived fiber ${\mu}^{-1}(0)$ and the derived category of G-equivariant matrix factorizations on $T^{\ast}X{\times}g$ with potential given by ${\mu}$.
