지속가능한 발전을 위한 환경용량의 산정과 토지이용형태 연구 - 수도권지역을 중심으로 - (Sustainable Land Use within a Limit of Environmental Carrying Capacity in Metropolitan Area, Korea)

  • The purpose of this paper is exploring changes in land use pattern when considering environmental carrying capacity. A sustainable development requires a society to define sustainability constraints, environmental carrying capacity. Environmental carrying capacity can be defined as a level of human activity a region can sustain at a desired level of quality of environment. This concept of environmental carrying capacity can be applied to land use to explore sustainable land use pattern. Since land use pattern can affect environment in an important way, exploring sustainable land use pattern within the limit of environmental carrying capacity can suggest useful implications for a sustainable regional management and planning. For this purpose, this paper built the environmental carrying capacity land use model and applied it to the Metropolitan Area, Korea. System dynamics modeling methods was used to build the model. The model developed in this paper consisted of 6sectors; population, housing, industry, land, environment, and traffic sector. The model limits its main focus on the NO2 level as an indicator of quality of environment in Metropolitan Area. Box model was translated into system dynamics model and combined to urban dynamics model to estimate NO2 level, the maximum number of population, industry structure, housing and maximum amount of land use for industrial, housing, and green space that can sustain desirable NO2 level. Metropolitan area was divided into 16 areas and the model was applied to each area. Since NO2 is flowing in and out from each area, model was built to allow this transboundering nature of air pollutants. Based on the model estimation, several policy implications for a sustainable land use pattern was discussed.

농촌지역 공간계획체계의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Institutional Aspects of Rural Spatial Planning System)

  • The drastic change of spatial structure in rural area and the recent rural development policies(related to settlement reorganization and plot rearrangement) make the rural space planning more important than ever. So this paper tries to evaluate the institutional aspects of rural spatial planning system focused on planning area. land use classification and hierachical order between existing plans. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the rural planning areas are classified into 4-tiers(e.g., Gun, Myon, District, Village). Second, the rural land use planning has 3-tiers(e.g., macro, mediate and micro zoning) from the viewpoint of land use classification system, but it doesn't have mediate-micro zoning system. Third, the spatial plans in rural area, positioned in local planning, were categorized into regional planning system and land use planning system. However there's no linkage between both sides of each hierachial planning order.

공간관리 현황조사를 통한 대학시설관리방안에 관한 연구 - 국립대학의 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on the Facility Management Method through Actual Condition of Space Management - Based on the National University)

  • To enhance the administrational efficiency and for university facility and space management to be public, this research suggests a competent and an objective evaluation system and index. The study will assist national and university finances to contribute towards advanced education. Furthermore, figure out the space management condition of national university by utilizing the evaluation system, and through that suggesting efficient special management method. According to the result of this study, evaluation system for university facility can be widely divided into seven categories; system preparation, members conference, propriety of space allocation, propriety of management system, space use ratio, time control of space use, imposition index of surplus use. Based on these subdivisions, the space management category contains 19 evaluation items and the marking system allows perfect score of 100 points. In result of examining space management condition using the evaluation system, space management was well enforced in research focused university group where as in education centered university group, it shows relatively low enforcement. It also illustrated that efforts of evaluation items were required in categories of imposition index of surplus use and special use ratio in order for efficient space management.

A Method to Avoid Mutual Interference in a Cooperative Spectrum Sharing System

  • This article proposes a spectrum sharing method which can avoid the mutual interference in both primary and secondary systems. The two systems make them a priority to use two single-dimension orthogonal signals, the real and imaginary pulse amplitude modulation signals, if the primary system is not in outage with this use. A secondary transmitter is selected to be the primary relay and the active secondary source to perform this. This allows a simultaneous spectrum access without any mutual interference. Otherwise, the primary system attempts to use a full two-dimensional signal, the quadrature amplitude modulation signal. If there is no outage with respect to this use, the secondary spectrum access is not allowed. When both of the previous attempts fail, the secondary system is allowed to freely use the spectrum two whole time slots. The analysis and simulation are provided to analyze the outage performance and they validate the considerable improvement of the proposed method as compared to the conventional one.

산지전용허가 의사결정지원시스템의 실제 운용가능성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Applicability of Decision Support System for the Permission of Forest Land-Use Conversion)

  • This study was tried to find out the applicability of decision support system for forest land use conversion, which developed based on algorithm for forest land-use conversion. Decision support system developed by Ministry of Safety Administration is free from the existing licensed laws omission. And it made the input requirements for each value of the final result so that you can determine whether the permit was available by the laws and regulations related to the algorithm for forest land use conversion. Also, in order to do field surveys, equal sampling interval method is used to extract samples for the operability by comparing and analyzing the actual area. As a result, 88 areas of total 100 areas are able to get permission by the decision support system for forest land use conversion, and it means if there is enough data with sufficient research, it can make the availability permits easily.

  • 도시토지이용 정보는 도시기본계획, 도시계획, 지구단위계획, 교통영향평가, 환경영향평가, 도시기반시설계획등의 가장 기본적인 자료이다. 현재 생산되고 있는 토지이용정보의 수준으로는 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재의 도시토지이용분류체계의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 미국의 토지에 기초한 분류체계0(LBCS)와 같은 해외 선진사례 연구를 통해서 정확한 도시토지이용정보를 획득하기 위한 도시토지이용분류 코딩체계개발 방안을 제시하여 도시토지이용자료의 표준화를 꾀하고, 자료의 호환성을 높이고자 한다.

A two-dimensional positioning system suitable for noisy environment

  • The authors proposed a new two-dimensional(2D) positioning system by use of M-array suitable for noisy environment in '88KACC and its revised version in '89KACC. This 2D positioning system is further improved to be used in practice; the computation time is improved by use of vector signal processor and the focussing process is improved by use of an electrically controlled zoom lense. It is shown that this system is robust to noise and also to misalignment of devices.

  • Various mixed-use buildings have been developed in the process of resolving the issue of 'urban regeneration' in the modern city. In this urban regeneration process, the size of the mixed-use buildings and the level of their functional complexity have been increased. It requires a quantitative and systematic approach in order to analyze the internal circulation flow within the large-scale commercial mixed-use buildings. Circulation system and environmental factors, respectively, have been vital criteria for the effectiveness of a Wayfinding design within the mixed-use buildings. The circulation system in this paper consists of 1) the number of the incoming paths at each node, and 2) the angle of directional transition from the incoming paths at the node. The environmental factors include 1) color tone, 2) materials, 3) lighting, and 4) pattern of the interior design of the mixed-use buildings. In this paper, the author develops a method of investigating the influence of the correlation between the circulation system and the environmental factors on the design of Wayfinding on the view of the remodeled COEX MALL interior design.

  • 본 연구는 영업조직에서 CRM 시스템에 대한 투자가 판매 프로세스 혁신이라는 성과를 이루기 위해서는 영업사원의 CRM 시스템 사용이 중요하다는 데 착안하여, CRM 시스템 사용에 영향을 미치는 조직 및 시스템 차원의 변수를 조사하였다. 또한 CRM 시스템 사용을 매개 변수로 보고 이들 변수와 판매프로세스 혁신과의 관계를 실증함으로써, 향후 기업들이 CRM 시스템 구축을 통해 판매 프로세스혁신을 이루고자 할 때 그 목표를 더욱 효과적으로 달성할 수 있게 한다는 데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

학습자의 원격교육시스템 이용 의도와 성과에 대한 원격교육 자기효능감의 역할 (Role of Distance Learning Self-Efficacy in Predicting User Intention to Use and Performance of Distance Learning System)

  • This paper examines the role of distance learning self-efficacy, belief in one's capabilities of using a system in the accomplishment of web-based distance learning, in predicting user intention to use and performance of distance learning system. It used self-efficacy theory and technology acceptance model(TAM) to build a model that predicts relationships between antecedents to students' distance learning self-efficacy assessments and their behavioral and attitudinal consequences. The model was tested using LISREL analysis on the sample of 250 students who have worked with the Distance Learning System. The results indicated partial support for the conceptual model. In accordance with TAM, perceived usefulness had strong direct effects on intention to use and performance, while perceived ease of use had both direct and indirect effects on intention to use, but not performance. Distance learning self-efficacy had only direct effect on perceived ease of use to use. Computer experience was found to have a strong positive effect on distance learning self-efficacy, and computer anxiety had a negative effect on distance learning self-efficacy. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.
