This paper presents the control method of MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) using back-to- back converter. The windturbine system use PMSG(ermanent Magnet Synchronous Generator) system considering low maintenance costs and driving performance at low wind. This paper use the adaptive sliding mode control to the torque control. Proposed method was analyzed mathematically.

In thermal energy storage system, energy collected from many types of heat source is stored in a storage tank and then supply to load for demand. Lately, practical use of thermal energy storage system and attention to essential use of energy have been increased. From this point of view, especially, a study about the energy extraction process from a storage tank is necessary. So in this study, useful rate of hot water and hot water extraction efficiency was analysed respect to dynamic and geometric parameters dominating the hot water extraction process.

This paper discusses the development and use of an integrated system for the design of steel box girder bridges. The system includes pre/post processors designed particularly for the ease of use by adopting GUI(Graphical User Interface). They offer convenient facilities for the management of design data and thus enable the user to draw satisfactory structural designs. In particular, ease of redesign iterations makes better structures possible in this system

The management method of the irrigation facilities are different with management agency , type, user, purpose of use, and the accuracy of data applied for the grasp of present situation and maintenance is of a low grade. Therefore the information management system is needed to classify and systematize the data. The purpose of this study is to prepare the digital map of Chonbuk FLIA district, to construct the database of the irrigation facilities , to develop the information system for the management using World Wide Web, to supply and be able to use easily to whomever needs it.

This paper is a part of "The Study of the Traditionla Korean Ethnic Farmhousing in Yanbian, China" The purpose of this study is to investigate the facilities and equipments of the traditional farmhouse in the villages of Lungching China. The data is collected from 124 households in the villages based on the survey conducted using questionnaire and photograph. The major findings are: 1) The people in farmhouse use wood as a fuel for cooking and the method of cooking is traditional style using their iron pots. 2) Heating system of the house is ondol type of heating using. wood which is also traditional type. This means that the floor heating of the house and cooking food can be carried out simultaneously. 3) Even though pump system and running water system are the two kinds of water supply that are available in the villages, majority of people use pump system. Many houses have no drainage facilities but few houses have got bad drainage system. 4) From the planning stage of the farm house facilities and equipments for ventilation is not considered and hence it is not provided in most of the houses. 5) Farmhouses are oriented to the south and the windows and the doors are covered either with viny1 or cloth during winter time effecting the lighting system of the house. 6)Many of the houses use incandescent lights. But the switchs and the electric Outlets are short in number. 7) Sanitation facilities are worst equipped compared to other facilities present in Lungching villages of China. of China.

Purpose: This study explored the improvement and the direction of the smart disaster management system newly attempted in South Korea by analyzing the utilization of the existing system. This study focuses on making it easy to apply to user tasks and improving on site information. Research design, data and methodology: Problems were identified through field surveys with administrators in charge of administration and public institutions based on GIS based status board for NDMS which is widely used in Korea. Also, this study attempted to generalize to specialists in disaster management who are more likely to use the system in the future. Results: We derived improvement plans and verified the results through expert feedback. The results show that the GIS based status board for NDMS is cumbersome to use due to the vast array of unnecessary information compared to the high expected utilization. Conclusions: We found that improving the speed and accuracy of the smart disaster management information delivery system is necessary. Also, it is important to identify reasons for not improve the willingness to use this technology in disaster management and to figure out the process by which field personnel makes decisions that smart disaster information cannot be used for disaster management.

Land Suitability Assessment System(LSAS) that was introduced to prevent unplanned development of the nation is divided by Assessment System I and II. Assessment System II can regulate the land use on the development that was defined in the 'National Land Planning and Use Act'. With it, Property right can be limited in the development of private sector and this lure the investor to fabricate the result of land suitability assessment. Because of it, if we can't prepare the overview standard, we couldn't accomplish our purpose that unplanned development prevention and efficient land use. With the suggestion of overview standard for the each factor used in LSAS and the analysis result of it, we presented ways to efficient support and the fixations of LSAS.

The previous security system was PCI way which has many difficulties for PC novices to use. Moreover the security programs in use are mostly unverified ones as they are using cracks, and are exposed to attacks such as hackers and viruses. Therefore this thesis describes to design the security system of Twofish cryptographic algorithm using USB, which it can be used in general-purpose computers and users can handle it with ease. Users can easily use the security system by using this USB and it is applicable to various security systems that Twofish cryptographic algorithm used in the security system by having variable key length. Also the efficiency of the system can be enhanced as it can perform both encryption and decryption and it has a benefit of downsizing hardware.
