The rapid development of information technology has affected many industries, and made consumers receive new services that are completely different from those of the past. In the financial industry, various changes are taking place, such as providing the payment system which is easy to use and offering differentiated services. This study examined the factors affecting the intention to use mobile payment system. In particular, we considered both practical and emotional factors that affect the intentions. The mobile payment system, which is a new form of payment, is rapidly developing in China. In Korea, it is still in the beginning stage due to the legal regulations and the activation of alternative payment methods. This study, therefore, compared the differences in factors that affect the intention to use mobile payment system between Korea and China.

This study estimated a dual path model to predict consumers' intention to use a QR code virtual store by the effect of a mobile transaction system and a facilitating condition that also examined the role of experience and the use of an intention model in the context of a QR code virtual store. A longitudinal field study was conducted at selected QR code virtual stores. A questionnaire containing mobile transaction system, facilitating condition, performance expectancy, effort expectance, and intention to use was administered at two different points in time: Initial use (T1) and the second use after one month (T2). This study sampled 109 subjects who voluntarily participated in field studies twice at different time points (pooled sample=218). Participants were asked to visit at the QR code virtual store and undertake shopping tasks on their smartphones. The estimated dual path model showed that a mobile transaction system had a positive effect on performance expectancy, which influenced intention to use; however, facilitating condition had a positive effect on effort expectancy, but the effort expectance did not lead to intention to use. The effort expectance significantly also affected the performance expectance influencing intention to use QR code virtual stores. It was also found that use experience moderated the effect of mobile transaction systems on performance expectancy. The findings discussed a critical and success factor in consumer technology acceptance and use over time. A managerial implication was also discussed to capture potential users by emphasizing performance expectancy with the superiority of an innovative system or consumer facilitating condition as external resources in the introduction stage of new technology.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze factors that influence farm managers' intentions to use an agricultural farm management information systems. It focused on "LFcenter System," a leading information system operated by the Rural Development Administration for farm management. Participants of this study are classified into two groups: a group of leading farm managers and a group fo regular farm managers. A total of 192 survey samples on users' intentions are collected; 85 samples from leading farm managers and 107 from regular farm managers. The theoretical background of this study is developed based on Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA), Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), Diffusion of Innovation(DOI), Social Cognitive Theory(SCT), and Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB). Partial Least Squares(PLS) method is used to test a proposed Structural Equation Model(SEM), including nine hypotheses. The differences between two groups are investigated using Smith-Satterthwait test. The findings from this study are: First of all, in terms of average comparison of most variables used in this study, a group of leading farm managers shows higher value that the other group in most cases. Second, hypothesis tests how that "subjective norms", "goal to study", "perceived usefulness", "perceived enjoyment", and "intention to use" significantly influence the intention to use an agricultural management information system in the group of leading farm managers. However, "subjective norms", "goal to study", "perceived ease of use", "perceived usefulness", "perceived enjoyment", and "intention to use" turned out to significantly influence the intention to use an agricultural management information system in the group of regular farms managers. Based on the results of Smith-Satterthwait test, compared with a group of leading farms managers, the impact of "goal to study" on "intention to use" is significantly stronger. On the other hand, in the group of leading farms managers, "perceived usefulness" and "perceived enjoyment" turned out to be main drivers of "intention to use."

In this paper we studied for multi-user detection system, which hold the merit of CDMA system and can enhance the system capacity. We designed actually realizable quasi-optimal multiuser detection system by use of linear equalizer on the concept that multiuser detection algorithm can be reduced by combining TDMA with CDMA. we call this the hybrid TDMA/CDMA system. And we proposed multiuser detection system, which can use PSAD and MSDD channel estimation method. As a result of performance analysis we acquired equal or much better performance by use of linear multichannel equalizer in the case of not so many user. And on the occasion of many user within cell we can also acquired much better performance in comparison with conventional single user detection system by use of hybrid TDMA/CDMA system.

It has been argued that Enterprise systems (ES) implementations are overshadowed by a high failure rate despite their promised benefits. One of the commonly cited reasons for ES implementation failures in the context of mandatory use is end-user's unwillingness or sabotage to adopt or use systems. Considering that the appropriate management of expectations may play an important role in making positive behavior toward newly implemented systems, this study examines the effect of outcome expectations on the system use activity in the mandatory use context of information systems from the Social Cognitive Theory perspective. Structural equation model analysis using LISREL 8.7 provides significant support for the proposed relationships. The empirical results suggest that outcome expectations and user satisfaction have positive effects on system use activity conceptualized by immersion, reinvention, and learning. Theoretical and practical implications of the study shed some light on how to improve system use activity in the mandatory use context of information systems.

It is childhood yet in uTradeHub system practical use. According as company's necessity of cost-saving is increased according to trade terms aggravation such as uncertainty of international money market, commodities prices rise, necessity of e-trade practical use in company is increased. Use is inevitable by state that link with e-Nego and e-B/L service with related presentation e-L/C banks is not made. At the present users are doing specification only service this main point, and practical use activation through public information and marketing about service is needed situation because most of, companies which is not using service, do not know about existence availability of uTradeHub system, usage, availability. This study presented five such as early materialization of user center's link and integration, medium and small enterprises e-trade participation extension, utilization ratio raising through government's public information, e-trade cooperation business activation between the country, electronic documents standardization etc. by prompting competition about practical use of uTradeHub system.

Recently MVNO has been adopted to reform the monopoly structure of mobile telecommunication industry in Korea. MVNO is expected to not only enable mobile telecommunication industry more free, but also provide various welfare service with customers, in particular mobile payment system service. Based on TAM, this paper is to investigate the affecting factors of intention to use of mobile payment system service in MVNO environment. The results indicate that all system quality factors are significantly related to both perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use, but only stability of service quality factor is significantly related to the perceived usefulness. Perceived easy of use was found to be siginificantly related to the intention to use of mobile payment system in MVNO environment, but percevied usefulness was not.

Purpose Compliance support system (CSS) aims to support employees' voluntary compliance activities, however, it requires a different approach from the acceptance of other general information systems. In other words, the user's concern that his/her compliance activities recorded in the system are monitored may hinder the active use of the system. In this regard, we set up a research model to investigate the factors that affect the intention to use CSS, by including perceived usefulness, compliance commitment, and surveillance concern. Design/methodology/approach A questionnaire survey was conducted for the employees of a domestic oil-company, who operates their own CSS. Based on the 865 data collected, a structural model analysis using PLS was conducted. As a result, all four hypotheses were accepted. It was found that perceived usefulness of CSS has a positive effect on the intention to use CSS. Compliance commitment has a positive effect both on perceived usefulness and intention to use CSS. In contrast, surveillance concern of one's non-compliance recorded in the CSS was shown to have a negative effect on the relationship between compliance commitment and perceived usefulness. Findings This study has academic implications in that it extends the viewpoint of the existing technology acceptance mechanism by examining the two aspects, i.e., compliance commitment and surveillance concern. This study may also provide practical directions to strengthen the use of the active compliance support system by the employees.

본 연구는 전라북도 지역을 대상으로 비교적 광범위한 지역에 대한 국토이용 현황을 분석하기 위하여 최신의 디지털 토지이용현황도(이하, 토지이용현황도) 및 토지이용현황도 활용시스템의 활용방안을 연구하였으며, 이를 토대로 국토의 균형적 발전을 도모할 수 있는 효율적 국토이용계획 수립을 위한 의사결정지원은 물론 토지이용현황도를 이용하여 효율적인 국토이용현황을 분석할 수 있는 최적의 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 토지이용현황도는 본 연구에서와 같이 광범위한 지역의 종합적인 토지이용현황에 대한 분석을 할 수 있게 함으로써 국토의 균형적인 개발계획을 수립하는 것은 물론 개발에 따른 환경영향 예측, 홍수와 같은 재해분석등 다양한 분야에서 기반자료로서 그 활용성이 크다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 계기로 아직까지는 홍보 및 사용방법의 인식부족으로 그 활용성이 미비한 토지이용현황도가 다양한 분야에서 적극 활용될 수 있기를 기대 한다.

As development of Information Technology and Internet are available, many industries are creating a lot of values through extension from physical space to virtual reality. However, use of Information Technology and Internet in real estate appraisal is unprepared. As a result, There is necessity of appraisal information system development based on GIS and Internet for pratical use of Information Technology. Therefore, in this study, presented development model which present a basic design of appraisal information system to fulfill information request in appraisal and use GIS and Internet.
