The Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) has been certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) and commenced Safety-of-Life (SoL) service at the end of 2023. KASS complies with the APV-I signal-in-space performance requirements defined in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Standards and Recommendation Practices (SARPs). The performance of KASS is verified through two steps. In the first step, design conformity from the aspect of performance is verified by both review and analysis of design and simulation. In the second step, operational conformity is tested and assessed by operational testing using real data and a deployed system with operational SWs and configurations. This paper presents a methodology, a procedure and results for the KASS operational testing. Finally, performance degradation events and results by month and region during the operational testing are presented and analyzed.

Measuring performance of corporate information system has become one of the core issues in that development of the information system requires substantial amount of investments and the system works as a crucial leverage to enhance competitive edge. Most of the previous researches for performance of the information system have narrow and limited focus on such as the effect of user satisfaction and productivity. This paper suggests a model to measures the comprehensive performance which is classified as user scope (user involvement and satisfaction), operational scope (task productivity, task innovation, customer satisfaction, management control) and efficiency scope (financial performance), and to represent the relationship among the scopes by the path analysis model. Followings are conclusions from statistical hypothesis test of the model: (i) user involvement through user satisfaction has positive effect on all the performances in the operational scope, (ii) task innovation and customer satisfaction in the operational scope has statistically significant impact on financial performance but task productivity and management control do not. This conclusion indicates that task productivity and management control has the long term effect in nature, and evaluation of the information system has managerial implication when it Is measured in comprehensive performance which includes internal operational performances as well as financial performance.

The purpose of this Study is to present the tasks and means of improving the operational system of public culture and arts institutes in the future on the basis of the analysis of the effectiveness of operation of public culture and arts institutes. The summary of the results of analysis in this Study is as follows: Firstly, it was found that the factor variables that impart effect on the operation of public culture and arts institutes included (1) artistic value, (2) convenience and (3) organizational management, while the performance variable of public culture and arts institutes was (4) operational performance. Secondly, in the analysis of the structure that explains the operational effects of public culture and arts institutes, convenience and organizational management were found to impart effects on the operational performances. However, artistic value was found to have no effect on operational performances. Therefore, these results of analysis imply that organizational management and convenience, rather than artistic value, need to be fortified in order to elevate the operational performances of public culture and arts institutes.

This study focuses on determining the impacts of organizational culture on the accounting information system and the operational performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City. The paper is organized in five parts: introduction, literature review, research methodology, research results, and conclusion and policy implications. Based on the samples of 353 respondents working in small and mediumsized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, the research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods to find the answers for research questions. Group discussion, which yields final observed variables of the factors of organizational culture is used for qualitative method. Statistics, assessment of the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) are used for quantitative procedure. The results show that mission, involvement and inconsistency in organizational culture positively affect the accounting information system of small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam. In addition, mission, involvement, adaptability and consistency in organizational culture are found to have positive impacts on the firm operational performance. Another finding of the study is that the accounting information system has a positive effect on operational performance of small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam.

선유도어뢰 체계운용성능분석은 요구분석 및 개발을 위한 기술적 분석 자료를 제공하는 것을 목표로 하며, 결과적으로 선유도어뢰 체계공학에서 요구정의 활동을 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 문제정의, 정식화, 모델링, 시뮬레이션, 분석 결과 등 체계운용 성능분석을 위한 기술적 접근 방법과 분석 사례를 소개한다.

본 연구는 자원기반관점을 기초로 고성과작업시스템-종업원성과-운영성과 간 관계를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 조직수준의 고성과작업시스템과 개인수준의 종업원 태도 간 실증분석을 위해 위계적 선형모형(hierarchical linear modeling)을 활용한 다수준분석을 실시하여 인과관계의 정확성을 높였다. 이를 위해, 제3차 인적자원기업패널(HCCP: Human Capital Corporate Panel) 데이터 가운데 316개 기업과 7,872명(팀장 923명 포함)의 응답자를 대상으로, 고성과작업시스템이 개인수준인 종업원성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 이후, 분석수준을 일치시키기 위해 개인수준(종업원성과)과 팀수준(운영성과)의 패널자료를 조직수준으로 집산(aggregation)하여 타당화 검증을 실시하고, 조직수준에서 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 고성과작업시스템은 종업원성과(직무만족, 조직몰입, 신뢰)와 운영성과에 각각 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 종업원성과 개별변수의 매개효과 검증에서는 직무만족과 신뢰가 고성과작업시스템과 운영성과 간 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론에는 연구의 결과, 이론적 시사점 및 한계점을 제시하고 있다.

This research examined the mediation effect of Workforce Agility (WA) on the relationship between environmental uncertainty and operational performance. We manipulated the control variables that are known to be affected by employment flexibility. Employment flexibility is caused by idiosyncratic characteristics of Korean port system. The analysis was tested by Baron & Kenny's method. The result indicates that each path of the proposed model is significant. Furthermore, the mediation effect was checked with the Sobel Test. The research revealed that environment uncertainty poses an indirect effect on operational performance. Both supply/demand uncertainty and technological uncertainty affected operational performance through the mediation effect of WA. Most of the distribution centers located in Busan Newport Distripark are operated in a bimodal labor (human resource) system which includes both permanent employees (workers) and temporary employees (workers). This empirical research provides theoretical and managerial implications by suggesting ways to increase efficiency in distribution center operation through WA enhancement, and to improve the unloading labor system.

무기체계의 성능을 뜻하는 작전운용성능(Required Operational Capability)은 신규 무기체계의 소요 결정 시 함께 결정되며, 무기체계의 획득부터 전술적인 운용에 이르기까지 결정적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 이를 정의하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 본 연구에서는 새롭게 개발되는 무기체계인 관측포탄의 ROC를 검증하기 위한 시뮬레이션 기반의 방법론을 제안한다. 이를 위해, ROC를 구성하는 무기체계의 주요 성능과 무기체계의 성능에 영향을 미치는 외부환경요인을 입력값으로 하고, 작전운용효과를 결과값으로 출력하는 이산사건 시뮬레이션 모델을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션 모델을 구현하는데 필요한 모의논리를 설명하고 민감도 분석 등 다양한 시뮬레이션 결과를 활용하여 ROC를 검증할 수 있는 방법에 대해 설명한다. 본 연구는 관측포탄과 같이 유사무기체계가 없고 군의 분석모델을 직접적으로 활용하기 어려운 무기체계의 ROC를 분석하고 작전효과를 예측할 수 있는 방법론으로 활용이 가능할 것이다.

본 논문은 작업분석(Operational Analysis)을 이용하여 ATM 기반 수동 광 가입자 망(Passive Optical Network: PON)에서 광선로 종단 시스템의 성능을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 ATM-PON을 구성하는 각 블록에서 버퍼 구조에 따른 이용율, 쓰루풋, 그리고 라우팅 속도와 같은 시스템 파라미터를 사용하였다. 특히, 각 블록의 평균 응답시간과 방문률(visit ratio)를 구하고 시스템 성능을 저해하는 병목점을 찾았다. 본 논문에서는 622Mb/s 16x16 스위칭 블록이 병목점 블록임을 확인하였으며, 이 병목점은 셀 도착율이 증가함에 따라 손실률이 급격하게 증가함에 확인하였다.

PV(Photovoltaic) 시스템의 국내 이용보급이 확대되면서 PV시스템의 최적화 및 운전시에 발생되는 문제점에 대한 대책기술에 대한 실용화기술 확립의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PV시스템의 최적화를 통한 성능개선을 위해서 실측결과를 토대로 종합적인 성능특성을 분석 평가하여 PV시스템의 손실요인을 비교 분석하였다. 그리고 시뮬레이션과 실측결과를 비교하여 PV시스템의 주요 손실요인을 분석함으로서 성능저하 및 문제점에 대해서도 검토하였다.
