국가해양력시스템의 구조모델과 평가에 관한 연구(I) (A Study on the Structural Model and Evaluation of National Maritime Power System(I))

  • For composing the structure model of national maritime power system by system structural modeling, in this study, the 50 basic factors are selected by survey of the extensive and through literatures on maritime, sea, maritime power and sea power. And the basic factors are classified into 36 component factors by cluster method. The 9 attributes are extracted by the application of the principle component analysis method, one of the factor analysis method in system engineering, to component factors. In this study, we define the attributes composing the national maritime power system by integrating the result of this study and existed our studies relating to this topic. Which are showed in Table 2. and we show the structure model of national maritime power system in Fig. 3. In Table 2, the 9 attributes are as follows : the fundamental power of maritime, shipping and port power, naval power, fishing power, shipbuilding power, the power of ocean research and development, dependency on seaborne trade, the protection power of ocean environment and the will and inclination of govemment. Also, in the case of evaluating this system, we conform the importance of considering the interactions among the attributes which have strong interactions in structure model of national maritime power system.

콘크리트 공극 분석을 위한 평면간격계수의 제안 (Proposal of Plane Spacing Factor for Analyzing Air Void System in Concrete)

  • Air void systems in hardened concrete has an important influence on concrete durability such as freeze-thaw resistance, water permeability, surface scaling resistance. Linear traverse method and point count method described at ASTM are the routine analysis of the air void system that have been widely used to estimate the spacing factor in hardened concrete. Recently, many concretes often have a spacing factor higher than the generally accepted $200-250{\mu}m$ limit for the usual range of air contents. This study is proposed to estimate the plane spacing factor by calculation of simplicity. The plane spacing factor need two parameters that are air content and numbers of air voids in the hardened concrete. Those obtained from the standard air-void system analysis of the ASTM C 457. The equation is valid for all values of paste-to-air ratio because the estimation of paste content is unnecessary at the using ASTM C 457. The plane spacing factor yields a similar estimate of the standard spacing factor.

  • In this paper, we have researched a Automatic Power Factor Correction and THD reduction System for the multiple connection of CFL. Also in this paper, the power factor has been researched for the design of CFL, found the reason why the power factor is low and THD is too high. This paper has designed the PFC System for the multiple connection of CFL, and then we have increased the power factor and reduced the total harmonic distortion, by implementing them.

  • 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 자원을 편리하고 효율적으로 사용하기 위해 만들어진 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 PKI와 ID_PW 그리고 지리정보 조합을 이용한 2-factor 인증방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 하이브리드 클라우드 환경에 적합하며 자원과 데이터를 보다 안전하게 관리할 수 있다.

  • In this paper, I made visual inspection system using Vision Board and it is consist of an illuminator (a fluorescent lamp), image input device(CCD(Charge)Coupled Device) camera), image processing system(Vision Board(FARAMVB-02), image output device(videomonitor, printer), a measuring instrument(TELMN1000). Length measurement by visual inspection system is used 100mm gauge block instead of calculating distance between camera and object, it measured horizontal and vertical length factor from 400mm to 650mm by increasing 50mm. In this place, measured horizontal and vertical length factor made use of length measurement of a injection. A measuring instrument used to compare a measured length of a injection visual inspection system with it. In conclusion, length measurement of a injection compared a measuring instrument withvisual inspecion system using length factor of 100mm guage block. Maximum error of length compared two devices a measuring instrument with visual inspection system is 0.55mm. And operation program is made up Borland C++ 3.1. By changing, it is applied to various uses.

  • The rule bases self organizing controller(SOC) has one of its main advantages in the fact that there is no need to have a mathematical description of the system to be controlled. In this controller, the rules are linguistics statements expressed mathematically through the concepts of fuzzy sets and correspond to the actions a human operator would take when controlling a given process. With this controller, we have performed to sight stabilization system, and we realize that it needs a scale factor tuning. The self tuning controller(STC) uses an instantaneous system fuzzy performance which can give an inspection to the scale factor. Therefore, the STC can compensate the scale factor when it is not adequately tuned. With this trial, we shows that STC can give a good transient characteristics in the nonlinearity which imposed basically in the conventional servo system.

  • The precise prediction of reserved carrying capacity of bridge as a system is extremely difficult especially when the bridges are highly redundant and significantly deteriorated or damaged. This paper is intended to propose a new approach for the evaluation of reserved system carrying capacity of bridges in terms of equivalent system-strength, which may be defined as a bridge system-strength corresponding to the system reliability of the bridge. This can be derived from an inverse process based on the concept of FOSM form of system reliability index. It may be emphasized that this approach is very useful for the evaluation of the deterministic system redundancy and reserve strength which are measured in terms of either probabilistic system redundancy factor and reserve factor or deterministic system redundancy factor and reserve factor. The system reliability of bridges is formulated as a parallel-series model obtained from the FAM(Failure Mode Approach) based on the major failure mechanisms. AFOSM and IST methods are used for the reliability analysis of the proposed models. The proposed approach and method for the system redundancy and reserve safety/strength are applied to the safety assessment of actual RC and steel box-girder bridges. The results of the evaluation of reserved system safety or bridge system-strength in terms of the system redundancy and the system safety/strength are significantly different from those of element reliability-based or conventional methods.

  • Design lateral strength calculated by current seismic design code is prescribed to be much lower than the force level required for a structure to respond elastically during design level earthquake ground motion. Present procedures for calculating seismic design forces are based on the use of elastic spectra reduced by a strength reduction factor known as "response modification factor, R". This factor accounts for the inherent ductility, overstrength, redundancy, and damping of a structural system. This study considers ductility and overstrength of the wall-type structure for investigating R factor. This means that R factor is determined from the product of "ductility-based R factor($R_$\mu$$) and overstrength factor($R_s$). $R_$\mu$$ factor is calibrated to attain the targer ductility ratio (system ductility capacity) and produced in the from of $R_$\mu$$ spectra considering the influence of target ductility, natural period, and hysteretic model. On the other hand, $R_s$ is more difficult to quantify, since it depends on both material and system-dependent uncertain parameters. In this study Rs factor was determined from the result of push-over analysis.-over analysis.

  • 본 연구에서는 복강판-모듈러 시스템과 같이 구조 기준에 명시되지 않은 새로운 시스템의 반응수정계수를 산정하는 절차를 제안하였다. 기본 개념은 구조성능 실험결과를 바탕으로 모델링 된 시스템의 비선형 정적 해석 곡선으로부터 세부 구성요소인 초과강도계수와 연성계수의 도출하고, 단자유도 시스템으로 간주하고 평가된 반응수정계수를 다자유도 동적 거동을 고려한 다자유도 밑면전단 수정계수로 수정하여 시스템의 최종적인 반응수정계수를 결정하는 것이다. 제안한 절차에 따라 이중골조시스템으로 설계된 2층부터 5층까지의 복강판-모듈러 시스템에 대해 평가한 결과, 최종적인 반응수정계수는 5층(층고 4m기준)을 복강판-모듈러 시스템의 적용 가능한 층수의 상한으로 하여 4로 결정하는 것이 타당할 것으로 판단하였다.
