Fe계 합금 분말 소결품(SMF9060)의 마모 특성 연구 (A Study on Tribological Characteristics of Powder Sintered Fe-base Alloy (SMF9060))

  • SMF9060 material is a Fe-based powder sintered alloy that is used for several automobile components such as Synchronize Hub, oil pump and transmission. These components are required excellent wear resistance and durability. In this study, we have performed a dry wear test at the ambient air and Ar gas conditions in the room temperature, and a lubricant wear test at the room temperature and engine oil temperature of $100^{\circ}C$. The amount of wear volume and coefficient friction are measured by a Profilometer and a Ball on disk type wear tester. The wear volume in Ar gas condition was a little higher than that in the ambient air condition. However the wear volume in the lubricant wear condition was much lower than in the dry wear condition. XRD analysis of the debris in Ar gas condition showed that the oxide film was not formed.

  • 원격레이저 용접은(RLW)은 고속으로 고품질의 용접을 가능하게 하고 특히 자동차산업에 적용할 때 그 장점이 발휘된다. RLW은 로봇의 말단과 스캐너가 동시에 움직이도록 설계되는데 적합한 위치에 용접을 하기 위해서는 말단의 움직임에 대한 보상이 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 스캐너와 말단을 시간에 기반하여 동기화 하는 RLW을 위한 알고리즘을 보인다. 제안된 알고리즘은 두 개의 알고리즘으로 구성되어 있고 본 알고리즘으로 움직이는 말단이 원하는 위치에 용접을 가능하게 한다. 제안된 알고리즘의 효용성은 실험을 통해 보인다.

선형 엔코더를 이용한 SRM의 고정밀 온, 오프 각 제어 (High Performance On Off Angle Control of SRM Using Linear Encoder)

  • In switched reluctance motor(SRM) drive, it is necessary to synchronize the stator phase excitation with the rotor position. Therefore the rotor position information is an essential. Usually optical encoders or resolvers are used to provide the rotor position information. These sensors are expensive and are not suitable for high speed operation. In general, the accuracy of the switching angle is dependent upon the resolution of the encoder and the sampling period of the microprocessor. But the region of high speed, switching angles are fluctuated back and forth from the preset values, which are cause by the sampling period of the microprocessor. Therefore, the low cost linear encoder suitable for the practical and stable SRM drive is proposed and the control algorithm to provide the switching signals using the simple digital logic circuit is also presented in this paper. It is verified from the experiments that the proposed encoder and logic controller can be a powerful candidate for the practical low cost SRM drive.

  • This paper presents a velocity-synchronizing control for the multiple axes of an injection unit; based on MBS, a virtual design model has been developed for the multiple-axes servomechanism. Prior to the design of the controller, a linear plant model was derived via open-loop response simulations. To synchronize the motions of the multiple axes, a cross-type synchronizing controller was designed and combined with the PID control to accommodate any parameter mismatches among the multiple axes. From the tracking control simulations, a significant reduction of both velocity-tracking and position-tracking errors was achieved through the use of the proposed control scheme.

  • 일반적으로 네트워크의 QoS는 시간, 대역폭, 안정성에 의해 결정된다. 나날이 발전하는 정보통신 기술의 발달에 비추어볼 때, 대역폭 및 안정성 측면은 사용자의 요구에 쉽게 부응할 수 있을 것으로 생각되고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 시간 측면에서는 사용자들의 요구를 충분히 만족시켜주지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시간 요인 중에서 가장 큰 부분을 차지하는 처리 시간을 최소화 하여 QoS를 보장할 수 있는 연동 구조 기반의 패킷 포워딩 기법 (POSIA: Packet forwarding Scheme based on Interworking Architecture)을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 경로 및 자원 예약 메커니즘을 기반으로 경로 상에 있는 라우터가 서로 동기화를 통해 패킷을 포워딩 하도록 한다. 제안한 POSIA 기법의 평가를 위하여 OPNET을 이용한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며 기존의 MPLS 패킷 전송 기법보다 우수한 성능을 나타냄을 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문은 동작 포착 장비를 통해 각각 따로 포착된 얼굴과 동작 데이터의 자동 동기화 기술에 대해 다룬다. 광학식 동작 포착 기기를 사용할 때 얼굴 표정과 동작의 포착은 별도로 이루어지는 경우가 많으며, 이 경우 두 데이터 간의 동기화 수행하여야 자연스러운 애니메이션을 만들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 두 데이터 간의 공통 부분인 목 및 얼굴의 전체적인 움직임 데이터를 기준으로 비선형 시간 변형을 통해 동기화를 수행하는 기법을 제안한다. 연구 결과를 간단한 실험 시나리오에 적용하여 기술의 효과성 여부를 검증하였다.

  • In cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMRI), heart and respiratory motions are one of main obstacles in obtaining diagnostic quality of images. To synchronize CMRI to the physiological motions, ECG and respiratory gatings are commonly used. In this paper multi-biological signal (ECG, respiratory, and SPO2) based smart trigger system is proposed. By using multi-biological signal, the proposed system is robust to the induced noise such as eddy current when gradient pulsing is continuously applied during the examination. Digital conversion of the multi-biological signal makes the system flexible in implementing smart and intelligent algorithm to detect cardiac and respiratory motion and to reject arrhythmia of the heart. The digital data is used for real-time trigger, as well as signal display, and data storage which may be used for retrospective signal processing.

  • Brushless Direct Current(BLDC) Motor is essential to measure a rotor position because of that this motor type needs to synchronize the rotor's position and changeover phase current instead of a brush and commutator used on the existing dc motor. Recently, many researches have studied on sensorless control drive for BLDC motor. The conventional control methods are a compensation value dq, Kalman filter, Fuzzy logic, Neurons neural network, and the like. These methods has difficulties of detecting BEMF accurately at low speed because of low BEMF voltage and switching noise. And also, the operation is long and complex. So, it is required a high-performance microprocessor. Therefore, it is not suitable for a small BLDC motor sensorless drive. This paper presents control methods suitable for economic small BLDC motor sensorless drive which are an improved design of the BEMF detection circuit, simplifying a complex algorithm and computation time reduction. The improved motor sensorless drive is verified stability and validity through being designed, manufactured and analyzed.

A Speed Control for the Reduction of the Shift Shocks in Electric Vehicles with a Two-Speed AMT

  • In the present paper, a speed control algorithm with fast response characteristics is proposed to reduce the shift shock of medium/large-sized electric vehicles equipped with a two-speed AMT. Shift shocks, which are closely related with to the vehicles' ride comfort, occur due to the difference between the speed of the motor shaft and the load shaft when the gear is engaged. The proposed speed control method for shift shock reduction can quickly synchronize speeds occurring due to differences in the gear ratios during speed shifts in AMT systems by speed command feed-forward compensation and a state feedback controller. As a result, efficient shift results without any shift shock can be obtained. The proposed speed control method was applied to a 9 m- long medium- sized electric bus to demonstrate the validity through a simulated analysis and experiments.
