소문 음양이합론의 음양이합에 관한 연구 (Study of the Parting and Meeting of Yin-Yang on Treatise on on the Parting and Meeting of Yin-Yang in Hwangjenegyeng Somun)

  • Hwangjenegyeng somun. Treatise on the parting and Meeting of Yin-Yang is the theory of the parting and meeting about Yin-Yang. It is harmonized treatise Yin-Yang and systemic constant. Taechung and Gwangmyeng are the concretely applied form of the parting and meeting of Yin-Yang at human body. The parting and Meeting of Three-Yin- Three-Yang has six types symbols of circulated Yin-Yang. They have Six-meeting space structure as match like up-down, backside and front-side, left-side and right-side. These pairs express symbolized meaning of creation of Saeng-jang-shu-chang and also apply the same things. Somum Treatise on the Parting and Meeting of Yin-Yang explains acting of human body by the parting and meeting of Three-yin-three-yang as six structures of Opening-covering-axis of Three-yin-three-yang. This principal is expression of the parting and meeting of Yin-Yang and concretes the opening and closing of circulation process for symmetry by each acting of Three-yin-three-yang. As result. the match of six-meeting in space structure and the Opening-covering-axis of Three-yin-three-yang are the basic principal of oriental medicine about the treatise of Gyeng-Lak and the treatise of Six-Gyeng of Sanghanlon.

  • This paper is written in order to investigate how Lee Je-Ma changed traditional Zhu Xi's philosophical view on Way(Tao; 道) Virtue(De: 德) Nature(Xing;性) and Imperative(Ming; 命), which was general concepts of his contemporary age, to practical philosophy and created new medical theories of Sasang(4 symbols) science from it. Lee emphasized the true thing which is able to be done in one's living not the concepts of Sasang. So he induced the concepts of Way and Virtue from the easy and simple way(易簡之道) in the Classic of Changes(I'Ching) for the purpose of practice by anyone. Because Nature and Imperative are derived from Way and Virtue in the context logically, human life is virtual in itself, so the substance of Nature and Imperative became equal with Way and Virtue. Herein the names and concepts of original 'Sasang' were substituted to Business(事), Mind(心), Body(身), Thing(物) which is able to be directly related with human being in his daily life. And he explained variously about the responses of Mind and Body of individuals onto Business and Thing. So it could be applied in medical aspects like emotional, symptomatical, characteristic features. Conclusively man is virtual being, so Nature and Imperative in the level of Human being are based on Way and Virtue in the level of Heaven. For that reason the new concepts of Sasang Business. Mind. Body Thing or Heaven. Human. Nature and Imperative were proposed.

이슬람교 영향을 받은 이슬람 민속복식 미의 연구 -서남아시아의 이슬람 문화권을 중심으로- (A Study on the Beauty of the Islamic Folk Costume, Affected by Islamism -Focusing on the Islam Culture Area in Southwest Asia-)

  • The costume of Islam cultural area has been affected by the strict social structure, formed by religion, and traditional costume of Islam has been maintained up to these days under the influence of religion. Islam Traditional Costume, which is the succession of the traditional costume of southwest Asia region, became armed with the form of closed costume due to the chastity and oppression. There are figurative features of Islam Folk Costume; first, the dimensional form due to the ampleness, covering the body, second, the reinforcement of closed form such as chador and burqa, third, the symbolism such as the adornment or incantational ornament, which has been inherited from the former times of Islam era, fourth, the color, simplified with black and white. The aesthetic values of Islam folk costume are represented with 'The beauty of abstinency', suppressing the ornamentation and color, caused by the strict social atmosphere under the influence of the form of traditional costume and religion, 'The beauty of concealment' due to the closeness, with affluent costume forms, covering the body and even concealing the face, and 'The beauty of symbol' which is demonstrated with incantational ornamentation of face and interior decoration. In some nations amongst Islam nations, the wearing of hijab is strictly regulated but black chador and burqa are regarded as negative symbols, representing the closeness and oppression of Islam. It is the product of Orientalism from the western perspective. The Islam Hijab culture is the symbol of oppression towards women, but, on the other hand, it is the device to protect women and the traditional culture, symbolizing the identity.

안도 타다오 교회건축의 디자인특성에 관한 연구 (the Design Character of Ando Tadao's Church Architecture)

  • 현대 교회건축은 그 형태와 공간의 구성 및 디자인방법에서 많은 문제점들을 보여주고 있다. 많은 교회들이 기독교적인 정체성의 표현이 결여된 채 건축되어 지고 있다. 안도 타다오의 교회건축의 특성은 전이공간, 빛과 그림자 그리고 상징의 효과적인 구성으로 나타난다. 전이공간은 한국과 일본 등의 사찰에서의 공간체험의 프로세스를 도입한 것으로 보이며 그것은 예배당을 항해 접근하는 동안 사색의 시간을 제공하며 속의 공간에서 성의 공간으로의 극적인 반전을 가능하게 한다. 안도 타다오는 자립벽을 경계로 성과 속의 공간을 구획하였다. 초기 기독교건축 이래로 빛은 교회건축의 중요한 요소였다. 안도 타다오는 현대교회건축이 잃어버린 빛과 그림자를 효과적으로 도입하여 공간의 깊이와 신성을 표현하였다. 안도 타다오에게서 상징은 모든 것이 절제되어진 그의 건축공간에서 기독교의 정체성을 나타내는 적극적이고 효율적인 표현 방법이다. 그는 상징을 건축이나 공간에 부가적인 요소가 아니라 건축과 일체가 되게 표현함으로서 공간 전체가 하나의 기독교적인 정체성을 나타내는 오브제가 되도록 하였다.

국내 내셔널 남성복 브랜드 로고의 특성 - 시각적 요소를 중심으로 - (Characteristics of Components in Domestic National Men's Wear Brand Logos - Focused on Visual Components -)

  • The purpose of this research is to study the visual characteristics of domestic national men's wear brand logos. For this purpose, 80 of national men's wear brands were selected from '2010/2011 Korea fashion brand Annual' For analysis, they were classified into three categories: logo types composed only with logomark or symbol and logomark together. Types of symbol were classified into word symbol, descriptive symbol, and abstractive symbol. And the used typefaces were classified into serif and san serif and acromatic and cromatic The results are as follows: The visual characteristics of domestic national men's wear brand logos, there were more brands that used logomark with symbol together than logomark only. And the type of symbols were appeared descriptive symbol(32% ) that meaned the men's power, nobleness and royalty. In domestic national men's wear brands, color of logos were more frequently used acromatic color as black and grey than cromatic color. Among the cromatic colors were more appeared to a kind of blue and green. And the used typefaces were the more frequently used to serif typeface of capital. As a result, the visual characteristics of domestic national men's wear brand logo were that they used the brand logos composed of descriptive logomark with symbol together, black serif typeface the most. From this results, we could find that visual stragety of domestic national men's wear brand logos had the tendency to emphasize the function of conveying information, brand concept that men's wear. The specific and continuous following research in which psychological factor of consumer reflected was requested as a measure to seek brand logo that aid to establish brand power and reinforce brand image.

SELIS OPAC에 있어서 키워드탐색의 이용과 이해 (The Use and Understanding of Keyword Searching in SELIS Online Public Access Catalogs)

  • 이 논문의 목적은 SELIS(SEoul Women's University Library and Information System) OPAC 시스템에서 키워드와 불연산자 탐색이 어떻게 처리되는지에 대한 이용자의 이해를 분석하는데 있다. 연구문제를 통하여 분석한 결과 SELIS OPAC시스템이 처리하는 키워드 추출에 대한 이해도는 전체 298명에서 정답자 67명$(22.48\%){\cdot}$오답자 231명$(77.52\%)$, 키워드탐색에서 불연산자 OR 사용에 대한 이해도는 전체 297명에서 정답자 115명$(22.48\%){\cdot}$오답자 182명$(77.52\%)$, 키워드탐색에서 불연산자 AND 사용에 대한 이해도는 전체 296명에서 정답자 98명$(33.11\%){\cdot}$오답자 198명$(66.89\%)$, 불연산자 사용방법 및 연산자 심볼에 대한 이해도는 전체 285명에서 정답자 109명$(36.49\%){\cdot}$오답자 181명$(63.51\%)$으로 전체적으로 이해도가 저조한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 SELIS OPAC 시스템에서 키워드 탐색 경험에 따라 키워드 탐색 이해도에 차이가 나는지를 분석한 결과 유의수준 $5\%$에서 상관관계가 없는 것으로 분석되었고, 불연산자 탐색 경험에 따라 불연산자 사용방법에 대한 이해도는 유의수준 $5\%$내에서 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

관찰자의 의복태도가 의복착용자의 인상에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Perceiver's Attitude on Male Impressions.)

  • The purposee of this study was to identify the effect of perceiver's clothing attitude on male impressions created by the clothing cues and contexts. In addition, the effect of perceiver's evaluations of clothing appropriateness on male impressions. The subjects consisted of 256 male undergraduate students and 256 middle aged men. The experimental materials developed for this study were a set of stimuli and response scales. The stimuli were 8 color Photographs of drawings of a male figure in clothing which were minipulated in two levels, each of three clothing cues including type, style and color. The experimental design was full factorial design of 2(contexts$\times$clothing types$\times$clothing style$\times$clothing color). Each of the 16 sub-samples includes 16 subjects from the two perceiver group. Questionnaires used to measure perceivers responses to the stimuli were 7-point semantic differential scales composed of 37 bipolar adjectives representing personal traits. Four aspects of clothing attitude(fashion interest, status symbols consiousness, clothing conformity, practicality & comfort)were used to classify subjects into groups of 20 five-point likers type questionnaires adapted from the previous research. Clothing appropriateness were developed 5 point likest scales for evaluation of a stimulus person in each context. The data was processed by factor analysis, ANOVA, multiple classification analysis, Duncan's multiple range test, cluster analysis, MANOVA and pearson's product moment correlations. The major findings drawn from this study were as follows: 1. Perceiver's clothing attitude influenced impression formed by the social contexts and clothing crises. In three groups classified by their clothing attitude, the status symbol-oriented group was most affected by the social contexts and clothing cues. 2. Perceiver's evaluation of clothing appropriateness was related with impressions by a stimulus person. In summary the effect of contexts and clothing cues on impression formation varied according to perceiver's clothing attitude and clothing approopiateness.

보드리야르의 시뮬라크르 개념을 통한 현대 페이크 패션 연구 (A Study on Modern Fake Fashion Based on Simulacre Concept of Baudrillard)

  • This study specifies the definition and characteristics of fake fashion by categorizing cases through an analytical framework that uses the concept of simulacre, which is one of the theories that explains the reproduction of images and symbols in a modern consumer society. The presentation stages of modern fake fashion based on Baudrillard's concept of simulacre are as follows: Stage 1 focuses on the realistic imitation of the original, Stage 2 maintains a similarity with the original while transforming through the distortion of shape or visual perception, Stage 3 is the reality of the original which has become significantly vague and actively involves the designer's creativity, and Stage 4 forms a new value and an independent aura beyond reproducing the original. The presentation techniques of modern fake fashion viewed in the concept of simulacre can be classified into optical illusions by reproduction, use of a fake object, use of unusual shapes, and re-signifying through borrowing. As a result of applying the collected cases to the analytical framework, image reproduction in Stage 1 with imitative nature is a counterfeit that cannot be regarded as fake fashion, and fake fashion in Stage 4 (that can be referred to as simulacre) is fashion with symbolic and multiple meanings with new and creative designs. Modern fake fashion analyzed in the concept of simulacre transforms or reproduces the preexisting original with the purpose of merely creating original designs as well as acts as a new symbolic signal that creates a new aura and sets a trend with a message.

미적분의 역사와 변증법적 유물론 (A History of Calculus and the Dialectical Materialism)

  • 수학이 발달해 온 과정과 그 결과물은 언제나 역사적 한계 속에서 역사적 필연성에 의해 그 한계를 돌파해 온 과정이자 결과물이었다. 이러한 모습을 미적분학의 역사를 통해서 보여주려 한 것이 이 글이다 이 글을 전개하는데 밑바탕에 전제로 두고 있는 것은 변증법적 유물론이다. 이것은 변화와 발전을 개인의 주관적인 판단이 아니라 사회-역사적인 물적 조건을 일차적인 것으로 하여 일어나는 것으로 본다. 유물변증법은 기원전 4세기 무렵의 아르키메데스 시대 이후 한동안의 공백기를 지나 17세기에 본격적으로 다루어지게 된 미적분을 설명하는데 적격이다. 또한 그것은 미적분의 발달 과정에서 보이는 여러 번의 동시 발견과 같은 것들을 설명하는데도 적격이다 필자는 이 글을 통해서 수학이 단순히 기호의 형식논리학적 전개나 주관에 의한 발명이 아니라 사회-역사적 산물임을 보이려 한다 이를 통해서 수학 교수-학습을 현실 세계로부터 출발해야 한다는 논의에 철학적 바탕을 제공하고자 한다.

등호 개념의 분석 및 학생들의 등호 이해 조사 (The analysis of the concept of equal symbol and the investigation of the students' understanding of it)

  • 본 연구에서는 수학학습에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 상징인 등호의 개념에 대해 분석하고 학생들의 이해 정도를 조사하였다. 등호는 =라는 상징에 의해 ‘같다±라는 의미가 부여되어 있지만, 사용되는 수학적 상황에 따라 해석이 다를 수 있다. 따라서 등호개념을 분석하기 위해 본 연구는 Vergnaud의 개념의 장에 의거하여 등호를 분석하였다. 그에 따르면, 개념은 상징, 조작적 불변, 상황으로 구성된 것이며, 조작적 불변에는 실행개념과 실행정리가 있다. 이러한 분석 내용에 따라 학생들이 등호 상징을 우리말로 어떻게 읽고, 등호가 포함된 식에서 무엇이 같은 것인지 또는 등호가 어떤 의미로 사용되고 있는지 설명하고, 등호와 관련된 오류를 잘 교정할 수 있는지에 대하여 조사하였다. 본 연구 결과는 수학 상징의 학습에서 수학 사회에서 규정한 상징의 표기, 그 수학 상징이 의미하는 것, 그 상징이 사용되는 상황적 맥락이 함께 고려되어야 함을 시사한다.
