의류제품 구매시 소비자의 전환장벽지각이 점포충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Consumer’s Switching Barrier Perception on Store Loyalty in Apparel Product Purchasing)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the effect of switching barrier perception on store loyalty in apparel product purchasing to classify the factors of switching barrier perception, and additionally ot identify differences of store loyalty and switching barrier perception according to demographic characteristics. The questionnaire was administered to 300 women shopped in a department store in Gwang-ju city during February 10-23, 2001. Data collected from 261 women were analyzed by using frequency, factor analysis, ANOVA, Duncan-test, regression analysis by SPSS for windows PC program. The results were as follows; 1. The consumer’s perceived switching barrier was composed of three factors; economic psychological, time factor. 2. There was significant difference in store loyalty according to consumer’s age, occupation, education level. and income. 3. There was significant differences in economic. time switching barrier perception according to consumers’age, occupation education level, and income. There was significant difference in psychological switching barrier perception according to consumers’ occupation education level, and income. 4. The swiching barrier perception significantly infulenced on the store loyalty.

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the effect of store satisfaction about fashion store and alternative store attraction on switching barrier perception and the moderating effect of variety seeking orientation. The questionnaire was administered to 450 women shopped in a department store in Gwan-ju during September, 12-26,2002. Data collected from 384 women were analyzed by using frequency, factor analysis, regression analysis, ANOVA and t-test by SPSS for WIN program. The result were as follows. First, the store satisfaction significantly influenced switching barrier perception. Second, the alternative store attraction significantly influenced switching barrier perception. Third, interaction effect between store satisfaction and variety seeking orientation was found out to be meaningful at switching barrier perception. Fourth, interaction effect between alternative store attraction and variety seeking orientation was found out to be meaningful at switching barrier perception.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine a path analysis of perceived service quality, store image, alternative store attraction, consumer satisfaction and switching barrier perception on store loyalty in apparel product purchasing. The questionnaire was administered to 450 women shopped in a department store in Gwang-ju during September, 12-26, 2002. Data collected from 384 women were analyzed by using frequency, multiple regression analysis, path analysis by SPSS for WIN program. The results were as follows ; First, the switching barrier perception, consumer satisfaction, perceived service quality, store image significantly influenced store loyalty. Second, the consumer satisfaction, perceived service quality, store image, alternative store's attraction significantly influenced switching barrier perception. Third, the perceived service quality, store image, alternative store's attraction significantly influenced consumer satisfaction. Fourth, the perceived service quality, store image, alternative store's attraction had indirect effects on store loyalty mediated by consumer satisfaction and switching barrier perception. The consumer satisfaction had indirect effects on store loyalty mediated by switching barrier perception. In short, perceived service quality, store image, alternative store's attraction influenced on store loyalty mediated by consumer satisfaction and switching perception.

이.미용업에서의 프랜차이즈 공정성 지각이 신뢰와 전환장벽에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Relationship between Justice Perception of Franchise and Trust, Switching Barriers of the Franchisee in the Barriers and Beauty Parlors Business)

  • The start point of a franchise system such as Lotteria was in 1979. Since 1990, the franchise systems in Korea have rapidly spread over all industry types. As 'Franchise Law' was enforced in 2002, the expansion of a franchise picked up its' speed. The barbers and beauty parlors business has the same expansion trend. However, there was no study about the franchise systems in the barbers and beauty parlors business. The purpose of this study was to find the goodness of fit of the structured equation model proposed and identify the significances of relationships in the variables of justice perceptions, trust, satisfactions, business performances, switching barriers, switching cost etc. This study tries to find a solution for a good development between franchisor and franchisee in the barbers and beauty parlors business in Korea. The theoretical considerations about justice of this study is limited in reciprocal relation justice and procedure justice. And it did make simplify for trust, satisfaction, business performance, switching barrier. And switching barrier did measure as dimension of switching coot. From October 26, 2005 to October 29, this study collected 250 survey questionnaires from the franchisees located in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Ulsan, and Keoyng-Nam. In analyses of using SPSS Windows 11.0 and LISREL 8.14, this study used 208 cases because 48 cases did not response appropriately. Tn conclusions. reciprocal justice perception and procedure justice jointly determined trust. Secondly, reciprocal justice perception significantly determined satisfaction. Procedure justice perception negatively determined satisfaction, but this relationship was not significant. Thirdly, reciprocal justice perception positively influenced business performance, and procedure justice negatively influenced business performance, but the last relationship was not significant Fourthly, trust positively significantly influenced satisfaction and business performance. Fifthly, satisfaction positively influenced business performance and true determined switching barrier positively. This study shows following: firstly, a composition concept did make structural relationship and secondly, a reciprocal relation justice of a franchisor did appear as an important variable and it gives positive influence to trust, satisfactions, business performance, switching barriers of the franchisees.

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 CCTV융합채널 업계에서 마케팅믹스의 특성이 브랜드 이미지, 대리점 지각, 전환장벽과 대리점의 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 마케팅 믹스요인을 외생요인으로 하고 브랜드 이미지, 대리점 지각, 전환장벽을 매개변인으로 하고, 대리점 충성도를 결과변인으로 하는 구조방정식모형으로 구축하였다. 본 연구에서는 8개의 가설을 설정하고, 전국의 191개 업체를 대상으로 설문조사하여 얻은 자료를 AMOS20과 SPSS20을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 마케팅 믹스 중 제품공급과 가격이 브랜드 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 광고만이 대리점 지각에 영향을 미치고 있음이 나타났다.

브랜드 선호에 따라 제휴 로열티 프로그램 가입이 가맹점 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Joining Coalition Loyalty Program : How the Brand affects Brand Loyalty Based on Brand Preference)

  • 제휴 로열티 프로그램(coalition loyalty program; 이하 CLP라고 한다)이란 하나의 로열티 프로그램 안에 다수의 제휴 기업들이 참여하며, 이들과 독립된 (로열티 프로그램 운영)기업이 관리하는 로열티 프로그램으로 정의된다(Blattberg 등 2008). 본 연구의 목적은 고객의 브랜드에 대한 사전 선호 수준에 따라, CLP가 고객 충성도를 증가시키는 원인과 제휴 네트워크 안의 주체 간 인식의 전이에 차이가 있을 것임을 밝히는 데에 있다. 고객 충성도의 동기는 전환장벽(switching barrier) 관점(Balabanis 등 2006; Colgate와 Lang 2001; Jones 등 2000)에 따라 자발적인 이유(브랜드 매력도)와 비자발적 이유 (브랜드 전환비용)로 설명하였다. CLP안에서 브랜드(비선호)-CLP-브랜드(선호)간 전이효과(spillover effect)는 인지적 일관성(Aaker과 Keller 1990; Hamilton 등 1989)과 정보 통합 이론(Anderson 1981; Simon과 Ruth 1998)을 적용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음 세 가지로 학문적 실무적 의의를 갖는다. 첫째, 브랜드에 대한 사전 태도에 따라 정보처리 경향이 달라진다는 소비자 행동 연구의 견해를 CLP 제휴 상황에서 검증하였다. 고객은 브랜드 선호가 높을수록 자발적 동기를 강화하고, 반대의 경우 비자발적 동기를 강화한다. 둘째, 브랜드에 대한 사전 태도가 해당 브랜드와 연관된 주체 간 인식 전이에 긍정적 조절효과를 함을 검증하였다. 즉 선호 브랜드와 어떤 주체가 연관될 때(비선호 브랜드와 연관된 경우에 비해) 인식의 전이가 더 많이 발생한다. 셋째, 기업이 CLP가입에 대한 전략적 선택을 할 때 마케팅 목적에 따라 고려해야할 사항이 달라진다. 기업의 목적이 충성고객의 유지라면, 로열티 프로그램 자체의 보상 방식과 활용 방식 등이 고려되어야한다. 하지만 목적이 비충성고객의 확보라면, 유명 브랜드의 제휴 여부를 따져야 한다. 또한 기업은 CLP의 효과(브랜드 충성도)에 안주할 것이 아니라 그 원인을 알아야 하는데, 비선호 브랜드처럼 비자발적 동기 강화에 따른 충성도 증가는 장기적으로 바람직하지 못하다는 견해가 있다(Egans 2001).
