요인별 치과 의료서비스 질이 환자만족과 서비스 가치에 미치는 영향 (The effects of the quality of dental care service by factors on the patient satisfaction and service value)

  • The purpose of this study is to forecast patient satisfaction and service value through the staged regression analysis of the relation between each factor and its satisfaction and service value, following the measurement of the quality of dental care service that patients recognize. And a self-administered survey was used for this study. The subjects of this survey were 394 outpatients of dental clinics located in K city in the period from Dec. 5, 2004 to Feb. 19, 2005, the questionnaire was composed of a total of 31 questions to measure the quality of overall dental care service(22 questions), the patient satisfaction(6 questions) and the service value(3 questions). The 7 points Likert scale ranging from "very poor"(1-point) to "very high"(7-point) was used for these questions The results of study could be summarized as follows: 1. The most useful index to predict patient satisfaction turned out to be "internal environment", followed by "treatment process and waiting time", "dentist", "external environment", and "dental hygienist". 2. The service value had a significant effect on the "internal environment", "dentist", "treatment process and waiting time". 3. The most useful index to predict the service value turned out to be "treatment process and waiting time", followed by "internal environment" and "dentist". Today, the quality of dental care service is becoming a prime concern since it is directly connected to a matter of survival of medical service organizations. Dental clinics desperately need patient-oriented marketing strategies in order to actively cope with changing medical environment. They also need to thoroughly examine possible measures to maximize the service value by establishing a variety of service strategies which can promote service quality that patients recognize.

  • The purpose of this study is to find the connectional structure of mentoring perceived by the 2-year college students who are majoring in fashion, and to develop the scale with which the mentoring effect can be measured on the basis of the results. To achieve the purpose, research was conducted through a survey questionnaire. The research was carried out obtaining data from the 2-year college students. Responses from this questionnaire were gathered from 265 students. The questionnaire was made with 31 mentoring scales and removed inadequate 18 questions for statistics analysis. The remaining questionnaires consisting of 13 questions were categorized into three factors. The first factor (5questions) relates to the sensitivity developmental function. The second factor (5questions) pertains to the psychosocial function and the third factor (3questions) was for the fashion career developmental function. The results derived from the analysis of the questionnaire survey are as follows: First, the role model function is not enticing enough for the student to continue role model or professor for future student. The students are more interested into discovering their own capability in fashion by entering a fashion company. Second, the result of this study was confirmed through descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Third, the results of this study can be a guide-line for professors to help student to which is fashion in spite of outside comment and own future career task.

보건의료계 학생에서 학업적 대인관계가 학업소진에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Academic Relationships on Academic Burnout in Health Professions Students)

  • There are several dimensions of academic burnout experienced by medical and health science college students. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of academic relationships on academic burnout. Data was collected from 476 Eulji University students using an online survey over 4 days in April of 2018. Of the 264 respondents, 111 studied medicine (42.0%), 105 studied nursing (39.8%), and 48 studied clinical pathology (18.1%). The questionnaire was composed of the following sections: demographics (four questions), general life characteristics (seven questions), academic enthusiasm (eight questions), academic relationships (15 questions), and academic burnout sub-dimensions (partially revised Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey Scale) (11 questions). T-tests and one-way analysis of variance were performed to illustrate the differences among the three departments. The effects of academic relationships and academic enthusiasm on academic burnout were analyzed using linear regression. Comparing the three departments, academic burnout was not found to be statistically significant (p=0.296). However, medical students' academic enthusiasm was significantly lower (p<0.001) and academic relationships were significantly higher (p<0.001) than nursing and clinical pathology students. The difference in academic burnout among the three departments was not significant. However, medical students have stronger academic relationships, while nursing and clinical pathology students were more focused on academics. Relationships and academic enthusiasm contribute to reducing academic burnout. Therefore, strategies need to be developed to deal with academic burnout considering relationship factors.

  • 한국 고등학교 학생들에게 적합한 수학불안 요인 측정도구를 개발하기 위하여 요인 탐색, 문항 개발, 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증의 단계로 연구를 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌분석을 통해 기 개발되어 사용되어온 문항을 수정 보완하고, 학생들을 대상으로 한 개방형 조사를 통해 사교육 및 수학 교수 방법에 대한 시대적 배경을 반영한 신규 문항을 추가하였다. 개발된 측정문항에 대한 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 타당도를 검증하였으며, 연구 결과, 수학교과의 특성에 기인하는 불안 요인이 구체화되었고, 모둠학습이나 발표수업 등과 같은 교수학습 방법 등이 반영되었다.

  • 이 연구에서는 대학수학능력시험 화학 I 문항의 적절성과 화학 I 선택에 대한 교사와 학생의 인식을 조사하여 화학 I 응시자 감소 원인을 분석하였다. 2014학년도부터 2016학년도까지의 대학수학능력시험 화학 I 문항 중 일부를 대상으로 교육과정의 내용요소 및 성취기준, 성취수준에 적절한지 분석하고 고등학교 3학년 452명과 과학교사 68명을 대상으로 화학 I 선택에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 화학 I 문항은 교육과정에서 요구하는 내용의 깊이와 성취수준에 비해 다소 어렵고 복잡한 수학적 사고력이 요구되는 것으로 나타났다. 학생들은 화학 I의 선택여부에 관계없이 화학 I 문항 풀이에는 수학적 사고력과 복잡한 수리능력이 필요하다고 인식하였다. 또한 교사들은 최저학력기준 충족 면에서 화학 I 선택이 불리하다고 생각하였고 그에 따라 학생들에게 화학 I 응시를 적극적으로 권유하지는 않았다. 그리고 대부분의 교사들은 화학 I 문항 출제 방향의 개선이 필요하다고 인식하였다. 따라서 화학 I 문항을 수학적으로 해결하는 것이 아니라 화학 지식을 활용해서 해결할 수 있는 문항이 출제될 필요가 있다.

A Study on Survey Questionnaire to Measure the Knowledge Level of the Foodborne Disease

  • In this article, the aim is at evaluating the knowledge level of the foodbome disease by developing a reasonable survey questionnaire model. Each questions of the questionnaire is made up to check the knowledge covering the several fields of materials related to the foodbome disease. The pilot survey is implemented to evaluate the validity of questionnaire. Each question in questionnaire is scored to get the quantitative measure of the foodbome disease knowledge by converting the total score into 100 points.

3단계 층화확률화응답모형 (Three-Stage Strati ed Randomize Response Model)

  • 직접면접으로 민감한 질문을 할때 발생하는 무응답이나 거짓응답의 문제를 개선하고자 Warner (1965)가 최초로 제안한 확률화응답모형에 관한 연구는 이후 많은 연구자들에 의해 개선, 발전되어 오고 있다. 본 연구에서 표본은 층화임의복원추출법에 의해 추출되었으며, 표본배분은 최적배분법에 의해 배분되었다. 한편, Kim과 Elam (2005)의 2단계 층화확률화응답모형을 확장한 3단계 층화확률화응답모형을 사용하였다. Kim과 Elam (2005)의 2단계 층화확률화응답모형과 상대효율을 비교한 결과 본 논문에서 제시한 3단계 층화확률화모형의 효율성이 상대적으로 높다는 결과가 도출되었다. 그러나 2단계확률화응답모형을 3단계로 확장함으로써 상대적으로 효율성은 증대되지만 반대로 조사과정의 어려움이 예상된다.

한국 장년 성인의 과체중 예방을 위한 식생활 간이평가표 개발 (The Development of a Simple Evaluation Questionnaire for Screening the Overweight-type Dietary Pattern in 30 to 49 Year Old Adults)

  • A study was performed to develop as a screening tool the Simple Evaluation Questionnaire for Screening the Over-weight-type Dietary Pattern in 30 to 49 Year Old Adults. We used the data from the 30 to 49 year old subjects who participated in the three surveys - the health behavior survey, the dietary habit survey and the food intake survey - as the National Health and Nutrition Survey 1998. The 3,598 adults were classified into to two body fatness groups of normal (including underweight) and overweight (including obese) on the basis of their relative body weight (RBW) When comparing variables between the two groups, significant differences were found in gender, education, job, employment status, perceived health status, sadness / depression state, stress level, age, number of diseases, age when overweightedness started, maximum body weight, sleep length, drinking pattern (yes/no) , amount of alcoholic drinks, frequency of intoxication or drunkeness, amount of alcoholic drinks when drunk, intensity of exercise, frequency of exercise, exercise duration, skipped meals, small meals and drug supplements. In terms of food intake, there were significant differences in the daily food intake in terms of breakfast, dinner, daily kimchi and dairy products. In terms of mealtimes, we found differences in the amount of cooked rice at breakfast, kimchi at lunch, soup / kuk at dinner, fresh vegetables for snacks, fried foods for snacks between breakfast and lunch, and fruits /juices for snacks between lunch and dinner. After developing questions with indicators and analyzing the indicators by logistic regression analysis three times, we chose 10 questions for a simple evaluation of dietary patterns for the overweight-type category in order to give one point each. Among them we selected two questions to add one additional point and one question to add two additional points. The average scores of the overweight and normal groups, as shown by the developed questionnaire, were $5.97 \pm 2.36 \pm 7.36 \pm 2.21$, respectively. A score of seven points was selected as the cut-off point. We examined the sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value of the questionnaire to the results of 67%, 59% and 62%, respectively.

기본물리상수에 대한 고등학교 물리교사의 인식 수준 및 교육적 활용 인식 연구 (Level of High School Physics Teacher's Understanding of Fundamental Physical Constants and Their Educational Application)

  • 본 연구는 기본물리상수의 교육적 활용 실태를 탐색하기 위하여 문헌연구를 통해 기본물리상수를 구성하는 구성요소로 수치, 크기, 단위, 차원, 탄생배경 및 측정실험, 물리적 의미를 제안하고, 각각의 측면에서 고등학교 물리 교과서의 내용을 분석하였다. 나아가 계층적 분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 통해 각각의 기본물리상수 별로 강조되는 구성요소의 상대적 중요도를 결정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 기본물리상수에 대한 고등학교 물리교사들의 인식수준을 알아보기 위해 검사도구를 개발하여 서울, 경기, 인천 소재 고등학교 물리교사 124명을 대상으로 기본물리상수에 대한 인식 수준과 교수-학습에의 적용에 대한 인식을 설문조사하였다. 또한, 설문 내용에 대한 심층적인 이해와 구체적인 교수 전략을 알아보기 위하여 교사 6명과의 면담을 시행하였다. 면담 결과 교사들의 기본물리상수에 대한 인식과 구체적인 교육적 활용 실태를 알 수 있었다.
