농촌생활지표조사에서 무응답 대체 : 사례 (An Imputation for Nonresponses in the Survey on the Rural Living Indicators)

  • 농촌생활지표조사는 2000년부터 농촌자원개발연구소에서 매년 실시하는 조사로서 통계청 승인통계이다. 본 연구에서는 2005년 농촌생활지표조사에 사용된 원자료를 이용하였다. 원자료에 대한 에디팅 과정을 거친 후 무응답이 포함된 개체를 제거하여 얻어진 1,582 가구를 대 상으로 하였으며 총 146문항 중에서 최종 선택되어진 15문항을 증심으로 무응답 대체를 실시하였다. 실험에 사용된 대체법과 각 대체법의 효율성은 자료의 종류에 따라 다르게 적용되었다. 먼저 연속형 자료에 대해서는 평균대체, 회귀대체, 수정된 그레이 기반 k-NN 대체(DU, DW, WU, WW) 방법을 사용하여 무응답을 대체하고 RMSB를 이용하여 실험결과를 비교하였으며, 범주형 자료에 대해서는 최빈값 이용, 확률 대체, 조건부 최빈간 이용, 조건부 학률 대체, 단순 임의 핫덱 대체 방법을 사용하여 무응답을 대체하고 정확도(Accuracy)를 이용하여 실험 결과를 비교하였다. 실험 결과에 의하면 연속형 자료에 대해서는 회귀대체 또는 그레이 기반 k-NN 대체가 적절하고, 범주형 자료에 대해서는 핫덱 대체가 가장 적절한 것으로 나타났다.

한국 침구 치료 현황 파악을 위한 설문조사 (A Survey of Actual State of Treatment with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Korea)

  • Objectives : This survey was accomplished to find out how Korean medical doctors take acupuncture treatment in real clinics. Methods : The survey questions were developed by the consensus from the professors who major in acupuncture and moxibustion. The questionnaire was given the 2731 Korean medical doctors at the mending education site; In addition, it was given to 793 doctors working at the 105 Korean medical hospitals listed on the National Korean Medical Hospital Associations Address book by postal mail; and also it was given to the 142 public health care Korean medical doctors who attended the conference for the municipal and provincial representatives of the public health service Korean medical doctors. Total of 1277 questionnaires were retrieved out of the 3666 subjects. Results : 1. Nine hundred out of 1277 Korean medical doctors used method of differentiation syndromes(70.4%) and 1184 out of 1277 Korean medical doctors convalescence decide with subjective symptom improvement of patient(92.6%). 2. Nine hundred eight out of 1277 Korean medical doctors used both local and remote points(71.0%) and 916 out of 1277 Korean medical doctors treat with method of reinforcement-reduction(71.7%). 3. Eleven hundred fifth five out of 1277 Korean medical doctors used cupping a boil(90.3%) and 1023 out of 1277 Korean medical doctors used moxibustion(80.1%). Conclusion : When Korean medical doctors treat with acupuncture, most of them diagnose with differentiation methods and meridian theory, decide convalescence with subjective symptom improvement of patient, select out of both local and remote acupuncture points, treat with method of basic reinforcement-reduction, apply moxa and cupping a boil when they are necessary. The cupping a boil comes to be used when being muscle and joint disease. The moxa comes to be used when being chronic disease.

한국 침 임상시험의 질 평가 및 분석 (Assessing Methodological Quality of Acupuncture Clinical Trials of Korea)

  • Objectives: To evaluate the methodological quality of Korean Acupuncture Clinical trials Methods : Two independent researchers reviewed 12 protocols of Acupuncture clinical trials which were conducted in Korea 2006. Also, Survey Principal Investigator of those was conducted. We compare the results of protocol review with investigator reponses of actual practice. Quality assessment consisted of 5 items including random sequence generation, randomization method, allocation concealment, subject blinding, assessor blinding. Results : Randomization was performed using the proper procedure to insure that treatment assignment is unbiased and concealed from subjects in all clinical trials, According to protocols, 6(50%) of 12 clinical trials used computer-generated random numbers, 6(50%) remaining trials didn't describe the randomization method. Also all trials used appropriate randomization methods on the basis of the survey results: 8 trials used computer-generated random number, 2 used random table. Of 7 protocols in which allocation concealment was stated, 5(71%) reported appropriate method (Calling a central office or statisticians, Sealed opaque envelopes). However according to survey, 5(42%) of 12 trials used inappropriate allocation concealment (Keeping a master randomization list and referring to when subject entered the trial). In addition, the result of protocol review and survey response was not coincident in 5(42%) trials. Subject blinding was conducted in all except 1 clinical trials. Although 11(92%) of 12 trials were conducted using assessor blinding in actual practice, only 7(58%) reported that in protocol. Conclusion : Although randomization and blinding were conducted adequately, allocation concealment was used inadequately, Not only appropriate allocation concealment, but also every quality assessment item including randomization, blinding should be stated in more detail in protocol.

댐체 물성 평가를 위한 S파 반사법에 관한 연구 (A Study on S-wave Reflection method for the assessment of physical property of dam body)

  • Shear modulus (or rigidity) of dam material is an important parameter which can be directly associated with the deformation of dam. Seepage or leakage of water can cause the defects or cracks of dam body. The existence of cracks and rigidity of dam body are decisive information for the estimation of dam safety. Rigidity of material is mainly determined from S-wave velocity and the defects of dam body can be detected by seismic reflection survey. Therefore, seismic reflection survey will be a desirable method which can give a solution about dam safety problem. Among various physical properties of dam body, S-wave velocity is the most important information but it is not easy to get the information. In this study, diverse measuring techniques of S-wave reflection survey were attempted to get the information about S-wave velocity of dam body. Ultimately, S-wave velocity could be estimated by the analysis of SH reflection events which can be easily observed in shot gather data obtained from SH measuring technique. Meanwhile, P-wave reflection survey was also performed at the same profile. P-beam radiation technique which can reduce the surface waves and reinforce the P-wave reflection events was applied for giving a help to analyse P-wave velocity. In the end, P-and S-wave velocity, Vs/Vp, Poisson's ratio distribution of the vertical section under the profile could be acquired.

환경자원의 이용가치 평가 (Valuation of Use Value on Environmental Goods)

  • 가상상황 가치평가법은 시장에서 거래되지 않는 비시장재 또는 공공재의 가치를 평가하는데 자주 사용된다. 이 방법은 특정 금액에 대한 응답자의 지불의사를 질문함으로써 특정 공공재에 대한 지불의사확률을 추정하고 이를 binary-logit 분석을 통하여 그 재화의 사용가치를 추정한다. 본 논문에서는 이 방법을 사용하여 P산의 사용가치를 3가지 시나리오를 사용하여 평가하였다. 그 결과 P산에 대한 1회 이용의 지불의사액은 1,055.92월 ~ 1,995.61원이고 매주 10만명의 이용객을 가정할 때 P산의 사용가치는 년 54.91억원 ~ 103.77억원으로 추정되었다.

  • 해양탐사에 있어 자료취득은 자료 처리 및 해석 분야 못지않게 아주 중요한 분야 중의 하나이지만 탐사 장비를 개발하는 상업적인 회사 중심으로 발전을 했기 때문에 해양지구물리 분야를 전공한 사람이라도 자료 취득 분야에 대한 정보가 상대적으로 적을 수 있다. 따라서 해양지구물리 탐사 계획을 수립하는데 필요한 일반적인 탐사 방법과 정보를 소개함으로써 체계적이고 효율적인 탐사를 수행하는데 도움이 되고자 하였다. 탐사 계획을 수립할 때 가장 우선시 할 것이 요구되는 탐사 심도 및 해상력을 근거로 탄성파 탐사 장비를 먼저 선정한 후 측선 간격을 설정한다. 측선 간격은 연구 목적에 따라 다르지만 일반적으로 밝히고자 하는 지하구조 크기보다 작아야 하며 다중빔 음향 측심자료를 100% 취득하고자 하면 장비 특성에 따라 적절하게 설정을 한다. 또한 수심, 중력 및 자력 자료를 기존에 조사한 자료와 통합을 하는 경우에는 측선과 측선 사이의 교차 지점에서 발생하는 교차점 오차에 의한 인위적인 이상대를 제거해야만 올바른 해석을 할 수 있다.

전문가 델파이 방법을 이용한 농업 비점오염 저감 기술의 현장 적용성 조사 (Application Evaluation of Best Management Practices for Agricultural Non-Point Source Pollution using Delphi Survey Method)

  • BACKGROUND: It is essential to prioritize the exact and clear understanding of agricultural nonpoint source pollution (NPS) controls. The realistic policies and systems should also be developed based on this understanding. Therefore, this study aimed to present agricultural Best Management Practices (BMPs) applicable for the fields based on the Delphi survey result. METHODS AND RESULTS: This study deduced the evaluation items to assess each BMP for agricultural NPS control and conducted the surveying using the Delphi method based on agricultural BMP experts. In addition, its on-the-spot application were evaluated. Considering its importance, technical, social and economic proprieties showed that political support was ranked first and followed by cost investment, labor investment, reduction effect and resident participation. The survey findings by agricultural BMP experts showed the good performance of on-the-spot application can be achieved from fertilization by soil testing, residue and green manure application and contour plowing which are applicable within a field. Agricultural BMPs, highly applicable for the fields, were the countermeasures that farmers who are the principal bodies of agricultural NPS control could be participated directly. CONCLUSION: The active participation of farmers is essential for effective control of agricultural NPS. It is necessary to establish various incentive systems.

개별공시지가산정을 위한 토지특성조사에 GIS 공간분석기법의 적용 (Applications of GIS Spatial Analysis in Extracting Land Characteristics for Calculate Individual Declared Land Value)

  • 건교부와 지자체에서 공시하는 토지의 개별공시지가는 국민의 재산권 행사에 매우 중요한 자료로서 정확한 산정이 요구된다. 정부에서는 한국토지정보시스템(KLIS : Korea Land Information System)등을 활용하여 개별토지의 특성을 관리하고 공시지가관련 민원업무를 수행하고 있다. 한국토지정보시스템은 개별공시지가 산정의 효율성 향상과 자동화에 기여하고 있으나 여전히 개별공시지가 산정을 위한 토지특성 조사는 공부조사 및 현장조사에 의존하고 있어 토지특성 조사방법에 대한 개선이 요구되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 개별공시지가 산정의 기초자료가 되는 토지특성 중 한국토지정보시스템에서 획득할 수 없는 토지 특성치를 공간정보와 GIS 공간분석을 통해 획득할 수 있는 방법을 제시하며, 조사요원에 의해 조사된 실제 토지특성과 비교하여 GIS 공간분석의 효용성을 검증함으로써 조사 업무의 효율성 향상과 과학화에 기여하고자 하였다.

ESTIMATION OF THE MINIMUM INSTREAM FLOWS FOR THE RIVERLINE AESTHETICS ON THE KEUM RIVER

  • The method for estimating the minimum instream flows required for the riverline aesthetics, proposed by the Kim et al.(1996), has been applied to the main channel reach of the Keum river basin in Korea. To determine the minimum instream flows for eight main reaches at Keum river basin, six representative stations have been selected. This paper provides an analysis of influence on the riverline aesthetics, which is affected by change of physical components of river, by using the survey-based quantification method. The developed questionnaire based on the literature, and submitted to the 326 people who visited an each representative station. This surveying had been implemented in three times at each representative station and we had been selected a different flowrate at each implementation. The results of this analysis and survey have produced the relationship between the variation of physical components and riverline aesthetics. Survey results bout the flow comparison are summarized as follows. At the view of riverline aesthetics, most of the respondents re sensitive at the change of the flow velocity and they prefer high water level to low water level. Moreover whole respondents prefer to abundant stream flows and moderate flow velocity. The minimum flows for riverline aesthetics is estimated at each representative station by using the survey-based quantification method and the estimated results of some representative station are greater than mean monthly flow at each station. The result of the analysis appears that establishing minimum instream flows for riverline aesthetics is not only a technical problem but a legal problem. Therefore in the case of establishing the instream flows in the river, the estimated results have to be considered as relative standard.
