  • The purpose of this study is explore stress, problem solving and emotional intelligence in nursing students. Participants were recruited from December 2016 to February 2017 by web base survey. The participants were 237 who nursing students in university. Stress, problem solving and emotional intelligence were assessed using two questionnaires; Korean version of the Perceived stress inventory (PSI), problem solving, and Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS). The responses 237 students were analyzed statistically. Significantly emotional intelligence was a correlation stress and problem solving (p>.001). The findings showed that problem solving (${\beta}=.386$), stress (${\beta}=-.259$, empathy ability (${\beta}=.144$), and satisfaction with a major in nursing (${\beta}=.129$). Our finding show that stress levels of low and the problem solving levels of above moderate in emotional intelligence. Especially, the problem solving was important factor in emotional intelligence.

  • Annual IT budget of major companies in South Korea is 44.7 billion Korean Won on average in 2007. A survey shows that among these companies, 58% of them had decided to increase the budget compared to that in previous year. In this study, we investigate relationship between IS investment goal and IS performance with moderating effect of process for IS infrastructure maintenance. For this purpose, we used a set of data with 271 responses gathered from manufacturing industry in 2006. Our results show that the relationship exists but varies across the task characteristics and there's no moderating effect. This finding implies that practitioners should be aware of that different goals need to be established based on task characteristics and more effort to harmonize the process with task activities is required to them.

  • The purpose is to investigate the factors moderating the relationships between food choice motives such as health concern, weight control and ethical concern, and vegetable intake. Data were collected from adult people(N=290) in Jeonnam Province for finding the correlation of the food choice motives and the moderated variables as food involvement and food neophobia with vegetable intake. Moderated regression analysis was used to analyse the survey data. The results indicates that the moderated variables of food involvement and food neophobia significantly affect vegetable intake. However, the food choice motives of health concern, weight control, ethical concern do not have significant effects on vegetable intake. The findings can help adult people prefer healthy eating.

  • This study investigates the impact of supplier involvement, customer involvement, and employee training on product quality and organizational performance. Based on literature review, this study develops hypotheses and tests them by employing a structural equations model. Using survey data of 193 firms from 22 manufacturing industries, this study empirically shows that the activities for supply chain quality management (SCQM) enhance the quality and organizational performance. Specifically, quality leadership is revealed to be an antecedent of other SCQM activities. The most contributable finding is, while the supplier involvement and employee training directly enhance the organizational performance, customer involvement indirectly improves it via quality performance.

  • This paper estimates the effect of networks on innovative performance at the firm level , using Korean Innovation Survey (KIS) dataset Product innovation, product improvement , and process innovation are used as proxies for innovative activity. The explanatory variables such as firm size, market concentration ratio, lagged profitability, foreign ownership, export ratio, firm's age, formal R&D activity, and industrial R&D intensity are yet other considerations. With two year-long (2000 and 2001) data from 1,124 Korean manufacturing firms, we estimated the logistic regression model. The research finding indicates that the external networks have a strong positive effect on innovative output regardless of type of innovation. However, the network effects by partner (other firms or research institutions) vary across the type of innovation. Especially, we found that the user-supplier linkage plays an important role in product ion innovation, product improvement, and process innovation.

  • Living in the present, specially in this multi-cultural society, we have to look back our tradition in many aspects. And we try to find out our own identity. Color is very important element to decide what is traditional or not. And it‘s a prominent factor for design subject visually. With the color from traditional residence, we will figure out traditional color and it‘s combination which the people prefer today, so we can applicate and develop it in the present design. Using color palette which has extracted from traditional building and space, a survey has done of university students for finding out which they think of traditional color. The result showed that Y-R type and Y-R type in color palette was the most traditional things by the students. This study is meaningful in the way of clarifying that university students think what is the traditional color and color palette.

  • This study is aimed at proposing a new research model in which application store intention to acceptance influence factors (i.e.. facilitating condition, mobile computing self-efficacy, service compatibility, and system quality) affect TAM (i.e., perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use) positively, leading to application store intention to acceptance eventually. This study developed a research model to explain the use of Apple's App Store, and collected 228 survey responses from the undergraduate students who had experiences with such application store services as game and personal information management application download. To prove the validity of the proposed research model, PLS analysis is applied with valid 228 questionnaires. By employing PLS technique, the measurement reliability and validity of research variables are tested and the path analysis is conducted to do the hypothesis testing. In brief, the finding of this study suggests that application store intention to acceptance influence factors affect TAM positively, and application store intention to acceptance as well.

  • Purpose: This study aimed to find the factors affecting medical sequelae management service satisfaction among injured workers. Method: This study population were 200 randomised samples of 619 medical sequelae management beneficiaries from April to June 2007 among occupational accident treatment ending workers in 2006. Data were collected through the telephone survey from November 28 to December 7 in 2007. Data were analyzed by ${\chi}^2$ test and multiple logistic regression using SAS 9.1 version. Results: According to the finding of this study, positive perceptions for the purpose and the effect of medical sequelae management were the factors influencing the satisfaction of medical sequelae management service. Conclusions: We recommend key issues to take into account for enhancing medical sequelae management service satisfaction in workers' compensation as follows; explaining the purpose and effect of medical sequelae management to client, evaluating medical sequelae management effect, and the policy participation of medical profession.
