The anti-Ex-A IgG was specifically labeled with stable isotopes, DL-His-2,4-$d_2$, L-Phe-$d_5$, L-Trp-$d_5$, L-Tyr-2,6-$d_2$ and L-[1-$^{13}C$]Trp, by growing hybridoma cell in serum-free medium. By use of NMR spectroscopy with selectively labeled Fab fragment, we applied a paratope mapping on antigen-antibody complex. Assignments of the observed carbonyl carbon resonances have been determined by using $^{13}C$-$^{15}N$ double labeling method in order to assign the Trp resonances. Photo CIDNP was also applied to investigate the antigen-binding site(s) on the surface residues of antibody. We found that Trp 36, which is located at the $V_H$ domain, is an important residue to bind to Ex-A, however, two Tyr on the surface of anti-Ex-A IgG plays no crucial role to bind to antigen. On the basis of these results, we demonstrate that stable isotope-aided NMR strategy can be extended to molecular structural analyses of the complex of an Fab fragment and a protein antigen.

A 3D modeling of urban area can be composed the terrain modeling that can express specific and shape of the terrain and the object modeling such as buildings, trees and facilities which are found in urban areas. Especially in a 3D modeling of building, it is very important to make a unit model by simplifying 3D structure and to take a texture mapping, which can help visualize surface information. In this study, the texture mapping technique, based on library for 3D urban modeling, was used for building modeling. This technique applies the texture map in the form of library which is constructed as building types, and then take mapping to the 3D building frame. For effectively apply, this technique, we classified buildings automatically using LiDAR data and made 3D frame using LiDAR and digital map. To express the realistic building texture, we made the texture library using real building photograph.

For integrating and utilizing the statistical data, which is summarized by arbitrary areal unit such as demographics, with stellite imagery or other GIS data, areal unit of both data should be accorded. Dasymetric mapping is proposed as a useful method fur disaggregating the aggregated statistical data to finer areal unit or generating surface model from object data such as polygonal area. This research evaluate the effectiveness of dasymetric mapping by 1) summarizing the yellow page information by administrative district, 2) modeling the business density using dasymetric mapping, and 3) comparing the business densities of raw data and that of spatial interpolation result.

In this case, powerfulness quorum of destruction side which we have expected are supposed general limit value for rock floor when retaining of earth on the section of rock floor in the urban area. For digging in the urban area, there are a lot of dislocations to be disadvantage for safety of digging ants. The displacement of the pondside didn't converged with the phase of the excavation. Also, the speed of displacement got higher than the percentages of risk in the construction. So, we put into operation Face mapping for checking special quality of dislocations which appear on the digging ants. This results were used to decide a destruction in the case of the final excavation by analyzing with other results. It was possible to know the unstable distribution of a fault line in Face Mapping and to get powerful lens of a surface of discontinuity by tests indoors and outdoors. The results were also used to make a solution. Therefore, It's a successful example using the Partial TopDown for stable digging. And it is important that Face Mapping have to be practiced for solving the uncertainty of ground organization when digging design in the urban city.
Color Doppler flow mapping (CDFM) was performed on an $\underline{in\;vitro}$ experimental setup with a regurgitant moving orifice using the proximal isovelocity surface area (PISA) technique. PISA flow rates underestimated actual flow rates by as much as 65%, which is very important in diagnosing patients with valvular regurgitations or stenosis. The correction factor considering the velocity of the orifice improved the PISA flow rates.
A total stress-based bounding surface model is developed to predict the undrained behaviour of saturated soft clays under cyclic loads based on the anisotropic hardening modulus field and bounding-surface theories. A new hardening rule is developed based on a new interpolation function of the hardening modulus that has simple mathematic expression and fewer model parameters. The evolution of hardening modulus field is described in the deviatoric stress space. It is assumed that the stress reverse points are the mapping centre points and the mapping centre moves with the variation of loading and unloading paths to describe the cyclic stress-strain hysteresis curve. In addition, by introducing a model parameter that reflects the accumulation rate and level of shear strain to the interpolation function, the cyclic shakedown and failure behaviour of soil elements with different combinations of initial and cyclic stresses can be captured. The methods to determine the model parameters using cyclic triaxial compression tests are also studied. Finally, the cyclic triaxial extension and torsional shear tests are performed. By comparing the predictions with the test results, the model can be used to describe undrained cyclic stress-strain responses of elements with different stress states for the tested clays.
Purpose: This study was to observe the surface and interfacial characteristic of Zirconia by surface treatment. And it was observed the roughness and contact angle according to processing, and the interfacial properties by surface treatment on zirconia. Methods: The oxide formation and ion diffusion between core and veneer ceramic were determined by the X-ray Dot Mapping of EPMA(Electron probe micro analyzer). The roughness was measured by 3D Digital microscope and the contact angle according to processing of zirconia was observed using distilled water on the surface. Results: The surface roughness of the specimens Z04, Z12, Z15 was measured $0.67({\pm}0.03){\mu}m$, $0.50({\pm}0.12){\mu}m$, $0.35({\pm}0.09){\mu}m$, respectively. As results of contact angle test, Z04, Z12, Z15 of specimen group without binder treatment was measured $46.79({\pm}3.17)^{\circ}$, $57.47({\pm}4.83)^{\circ}$, $56.19({\pm}2.66)^{\circ}$, respectively. but, L04, L12, L15 of specimen group without binder treatment was measured $63.84({\pm}2.20)^{\circ}$, $66.08({\pm}0.16)^{\circ}$, $65.10({\pm}1.01)^{\circ}$, respectively. Average contact angle of L15 was measured $65.10({\pm}1.01)^{\circ}$. In X-ray Dot Mapping results, thickness of binder including Al element was measured that each of L04, L12, L15 were $20{\mu}m$, $15{\mu}m$, $10{\mu}m$. Conclusion: The more rough surface increases the wettability, but the sintered exclusive binder decreases the wettability.

The new algorithm was proposed to quantify symmetry recorded in convergent beam electron diffraction (CBED) patterns and symmetry mapping. The proposed algorithm is based on the normalized cross-correlation coefficient (${\gamma}$) for quantifying the amount of symmetry in a CBED pattern. The quantification and mapping procedures are automatically controlled by the script implemented in Gatan Digital Micrograph$^{(c)}$. We apply the quantitative CBED measurement to a strained Si sample to test the sensitivity to defects.

In this paper, to analyze the initial valued non-homogeneous elastic half space by the scaled boundary analysis, the infinite element approach was introduced. The free surface of the initial valued non-homogeneous elastic half space was mode1ed as a circumferential direction of boundary scaled boundary coordinate. The infinite element was used to represent the infinite length of the free surface. The initial value of material property(elastic modulus) was considered by the combination of the position of the sealing center and the power function of the radial direction. By use of the mapping type infinite element, the consistent e1ements formulation could be available. The performance and the feasibility of proposed approach are examined by two numerical examples.
An improved inverse perspective mapping (IIPM) is proposed so as to reduce computational expense of recovery of 3D road surface. An experimental system based on IIPM is developed to detect lane parameters for a driver assistant system. A re-organized image is obtained quickly and exactly by IIPM. Efficient preprocessing techniques are used to enhance the information of lane and obstacles. Lane in the preprocessed. image is located with region identification. Lane parameters are estimated effectively. An algorithm to adaptively modify the parameters of IIPM is given. Properties of obstacle on 3D road surface are discussed and used to detect obstacles in the current lane and neighboring lanes. Experimental results show that the new method can extract lane state information effectively.
